After her husband was injured in Afghanistan, leaving him with a medical discharge, PTSD and little support, it was a dog called Whiskey that came to the rescue. Now Liz and her husband run a small charity, Whiskey’s Wish, providing service dog training to veterans, first responders & correctional officers suffering from PTSD.
