Speaker 5 (03:54):
I ten my surviva, So.
Speaker 7 (04:01):
I showed piece of love? Why them like for Jamaica
right now?
Speaker 3 (04:19):
Come on already, man, y'all already didn't know that was
the King of reggae, Bob Marley. You feel me, man,
you can't get no higher than the King right now, man,
And we had to feel it was more than relevant
to actually stop and play a little bit of music
from the king given the certain the circumstances that his
(04:40):
home is in right now. And I'm talking about the
Burker Kane Melissa Rabba jing through Jamaica, and Jamaica is strong,
it is.
Speaker 6 (04:47):
Brazilian and real rise right now.
Speaker 3 (04:50):
We have to, you know, take time to say a
moment to just think about the people that actually lost everything,
especially Black River I don't know if you all heard
about Black of a Black River has been completely demolished.
Over ninety percent of the buildings have been destroyed. All
the homes either have no roofs or are no longer standing.
And that is something that we definitely wanted to talk
(05:12):
about today. So we're gonna be focusing on our family
in Jamaica that's facing this unimaginable challenge right now.
Speaker 6 (05:19):
Hurricane Melissa wasn't just a storm.
Speaker 3 (05:21):
It was a catastrophic Category five hurricane. You know, it
took out Black Black River in Saint Elizabeth Parish, and
the officials are calling Black River Brown zero because it
was the first to get hit.
Speaker 6 (05:38):
And when I say it was demolished, it was completely demolished.
Speaker 3 (05:41):
Right now, they are families out there that have no homes,
their possessions are completely swept out to the sea.
Speaker 6 (05:49):
You feel me.
Speaker 3 (05:50):
It's just it's the human impact is just so so
touching right now. So we got to make sure that
we are just taking a moment. As matter of fact,
we are going to ask to take a moment of
silence to think about Black River and the citizens of
Jamaica and everything that they're.
Speaker 6 (06:09):
Going through right now.
Speaker 3 (06:33):
Already, you're all ready right, So you know, we gotta
remember that these are our brothers and sisters, no matter
how unique at it, they are humans just like we're humans.
So you know, it doesn't matter what you may have
a personal grudge against people or anything like that. You know,
tomorrow's not promised to anybody, and we need to definitely
(06:56):
take advantage of that. We're not taking advantage of these
days that we have, this time that we're given because
that is our most valuable resource, that is the only
non renewable resource.
Speaker 6 (07:07):
It's time.
Speaker 3 (07:08):
And if we don't take time because reach out to
our loved ones, then how could we even begin to
say that we have.
Speaker 6 (07:16):
Love in our heart for fellow man.
Speaker 3 (07:18):
You know, we were so engulfed in everyday activities we
could get that we're still living a life. And that's
why we definitely need to reach out and pray for Jamaica.
And not only pray for Jamaica, but Bob and Bob
and Riada Marley Foundation have started a donation drive and
he said, this is a humanitarian crisis in thousands are
(07:40):
displaced and need the basics who clean water, shelter. We
definitely want you to reach out to the Bob and
read a Marley Foundation. If you're listening to this on
your favorite streaming podcast, look at your show notes or
in the description, you will see a link that will
link you directly to their website. And uh, just give
(08:01):
a little something, A dollar, two dollars, ten dollars, something
will help these people right now that have absolutely nothing
because they lost it in this hurricane.
Speaker 6 (08:11):
So make sure you definitely reach out to them show
some love. Fe already, but yeah, we definitely got a great,
a great.
Speaker 3 (08:20):
Sleep music that we're gonna be breaking to yet for
this new music Monday again. Like I said, I'm usually
going on at eight between seven and nine in the morning,
but we decided to come on around lunch time to
you know, hopefully to catch you while you know, I say,
you're awake, your fully you're fully conscious now, you're actually
taking clearly, and we just wanted to get your heart
(08:41):
so Jamaica for a moment and hopefully that did h
that did touch in a way you know right now.
I'm not I know, y'all hear, I'm not my usual
self right now. I usually be going a little bit
live right now, but this is a solemn moment, and
I'm just you know, it's heartbreaking. I know a lot
of people down there that that has got sufferer from
lack of electricity still to this day, and it's it's.
Speaker 6 (09:04):
It's it's a turmoil.
Speaker 3 (09:06):
So but anyways, we want to let that sink in
and when we'll be right back with a look at
who's actually stepping up to help, and we're gonna talk
a little bit more about the foundation and the concert
that they actually want.
Speaker 6 (09:19):

So definitely make sure y'all toing and turn up and
zone out for that. Well right now, we want to
definitely go back to talking about UH the Bob and
Rieda Marty from Foundation UH. And in the times of crisis,
Jamaica always comes together. They always are.
Speaker 6 (15:55):
It's kind of initiative to being together.
Speaker 3 (15:57):
That's why that Lulu Knot Island has always been strong
and always been resilient because it does nothing can stop
them from achieving the goals that they've won. No skin color,
no political barriers, no economic barriers. They always accomplish what
they set their minds to. So we definitely want to
give a shout out to them the day and make
sure that you understand that they are doing a lot
(16:20):
to get themselves back up, such as the Bob and
ried Amarty Foundations. They have not wasted a second. They
was on it from the jump when they launched the
dedicated Hurricane the list of relief effort on their website.
Speaker 6 (16:33):
I have the link in the show notes right below.
Definitely give something if you can.
Speaker 3 (16:37):
Now this is a direct and focus effort to get
support to Jamaicans who are rebuilding their lives, their homes
and their communities right now. It is going to be
a great effort. We have already have a lot of
people that's already donating. We have different artists, different celebrities
that are already donating to this. But any little dollar
can help right now. It isn't about celebrity statuses, isn't
(17:00):
about shedding names or anything like that, because they didn't
do this for the recognition. They did this kindness of
their hearts, just like you can to date. So we
just asked you to do a little bit of something
if you can. This is where you come in and
the wait for hurricane. But listen to Bobby Rida Marley
Foundations to have launched this efforts and just for the Jamaica.
Speaker 6 (17:19):
So like I said, go to their website and and
and and just donate a little something. Yuh.
Speaker 3 (17:25):
Now, we also heard there's some talks about a big
sort of concert that's supposed to be going on and
be in Jamaica, So we're definitely gonna be looking out
for more information about that. It's supposed to be a
benefit concert and uh, we uh just urge people to
(17:47):
look out for that because it's gonna be going down
all the ticket sales from what I'm what I was seeing,
We're gonna be talking about that a little later that
all the ticket sales will be going towards the rebuilding
of Jamaica. So make sure y'all are in tune with that.
You feel me already. So when we come back, we
are gonna be talking about the sponsor I Love Jamaica,
(18:08):
and we're also gonna be talking about where it's gonna
be going on, how and how you can get there. No,
it's a lot of efforts right now. Especially we're gonna
be also gonna talk about the jam Rock Cruise.
Speaker 6 (18:18):
Uh change it is it in and rearly.
Speaker 12 (18:21):
Uh.
Speaker 3 (18:21):

But we're gonna be talking about where they went and
see if they had.
Speaker 6 (18:28):

Speaker 3 (22:27):
Welcome back to reggae album here on bo West Sis Radio,
where we bring y'all some of the best underground and
mainstream reggae with is Rufe, dance all, and even dub.
We're gonna be experiencing a little bit of dub here.
We got a couple of dub masters, one of them
being Rostall. Harry definitely loved the new track that he
just dropped a new album, excuse me they just dropped,
(22:49):
So definitely gonna be giving y'all a snippet of that,
a little taste of that right now. And then after that,
we're gonna be giving y'all little taste of some dub
masters that I've been dealing with for a little minute
now that have been on my radar, and uh, you know,
it's just it's time y'all know about them too, So
we're gonna go ahead and give y'all a little bit
of taste that if as well. You feel me already
that's his florations, that dude with the dub Phonic records.
(23:12):
You feel me all right now, we already know that
we're back. We got to go back to this Jamaica thing.
Speaker 6 (23:18):
I'm saying.
Speaker 3 (23:18):
We're gonna be talking about that all day again. You
could donate at the linked that's in the show notes,
or you could just go to the Bob and read
the Marti Foundation's website and then you'll also be able
to donate from there as well. So I definitely do that,
and let's get Jamaica back up and running, because you
know you want to go back there and visit.
Speaker 6 (23:37):
I'm on nine.
Speaker 3 (23:38):
Everybody loves Jamaica mine. I don't know what they even
tripping or everybody loves Jamaica's so I don't know why
we even having this conversation right now. So if you
could just preaching your pocket, just pull out a little
dollar bill, two dollar bill, send it to them. You
know what I'm saying, Let them have that, because any
little dollar helps. If a million of us give a dollar,
that's a million dollars right there, and it's more than
(23:59):
a million of us here in the United States alone.
Speaker 6 (24:01):
So issue, if everybody was to give a little you
know what I'm saying, you definitely would help out. And
we'll be back down there. You know what I'm saying.
Speaker 7 (24:09):
Parlay sitting on some rum and you know what I'm saying.
Speaker 6 (24:11):
On some don Joe, Did I say that? Yes?
Speaker 3 (24:13):
I did that.
Speaker 6 (24:13):
I'm gonna stop saying that. Gonna kick me up out
of hell. You we'll already you know what I'm saying.
Speaker 3 (24:20):
Uh, we are definitely gonna be a tune in because
they also gonna be having and taking another step further
with the I Love Jamaica Concert. Now that I Love
Jamaica Concert that's gonna be organized. It's getting organized right now.
By the UH, the Prime Minister and things of that nature.
They're getting a lot of different a lot of different
(24:41):
artists together in order to be able to come together
and put on a concert that you know, all the
proceeds are gonna go back to Maker to help reveal. Now,
this is supposed to be going down Friday, November fourteen,
so that gives you a whole two weeks to get
ready or eleven days to get ready for what And
it would be held at the National Stadium car Park
(25:03):
in Kingston, Jamaica. Now, like I said, it's gonna be
some top reggae artists and musicians and even friends of
Jamaica from all over the world. See, and this isn't
just one show. This is supposed to be the first
of a five concerts series they are taking like taking
it on a global rally. Are they going to be
going to London, New York, Toronto and even South Florida
(25:26):
to rally the diaspora and all the supporters.
Speaker 6 (25:29):
So definitely don't.
Speaker 3 (25:30):
Worry about if you can't make it to Jamaica or
no Fimbo fourteen, more than likely they will be in
your neck of the woods, So just keep a lookout
for them. Make sure that you're donating, and make sure
that you're staying up and keeping them and giving them
prayers up because every prayer matters.
Speaker 6 (25:47):
It's Zach, every prayer matter. So let's definitely help them
out today. You feel me.
Speaker 3 (25:52):
Also, every single dollar from these concerts, like I said,
is going to be going to the National Recovery Program
and it's gonna help.
Speaker 6 (25:58):
Get it on his feet. In no time, we'll be
back down there sipping my ties. You hurt me now.
Speaker 3 (26:05):
This concert is a powerful way to raise funds, but
the need is right now. So like I say, you
don't have to wait until ovin befourteenth they helped. You
can actually go to Bob and Rida Marley Foundation and
they already have a ground on flash to be a
ground one.
Speaker 6 (26:23):
You know what I'm trying to say.
Speaker 3 (26:24):
They already got everything set up so you can donate
there and every had the kindness and every dollar donated
makes a real difference. So definitely help join in and
make a Jamaica heel and rebuild and let's do it together.
Speaker 1 (26:36):
You feel me.

Speaker 6 (31:21):
Cracks from other allow of the artist.
Speaker 3 (31:24):
Excuse me right now, I'm trying to get it if
they organize anyways, We're gonna be playing a little bit.
Speaker 6 (31:28):
More rostar R, so definitely go check them out.
Speaker 3 (31:29):
And that's Rasta Horri instead of the if it is
pitch in there, Rasta Horrid, so definitely go check them out.
Definitely got a lot more music and you're gonna be
hearing them a lot more on. Bo West says radio
your feel Me, so make sure y'all tune in, turn end,
zone out feel Me. Were also gonna be playing a
(31:50):
little bit of no music from dub Sorry dub Phonic
dub Phonic Records. We will be playing a little bit
of their music as well as to make sure y'all
get ready for that one as well, we're gonna be
playing Black Desert by my Dubs and Dub I drink
and make sure y'all get ready for the tune in on.
And we also got some fire prints and I upgrade
(32:12):
in a building, so make sure y'all get ready to
tune in for that as well. But like I was saying,
we're gonna go ahead to get back to the efforts
that they're doing in Jamaica right now. So to recap,
like pretty much, it's the Hurricane Alyssa has caused historic damage,
especially in Black River. A literally bit a history lesson
for y'all don't know anything about Black River, but Black
(32:33):
River was actually the first city in Jamaica, the first
town in Jamaica to actually have work in electricity, and
now they have been demolished to the point where they
have nothing, not even homes to put that electricity in.
So we gotta get them back to their former glory,
they former standards and even better. You know, we gotta
(32:54):
take this time to not look at the negative of
the people having no homes, but look at the positive.
People coming together they help build them better homes to
help them to be you know, the necessities that they
have been lacking from before. So we need to get
into our hearts put the positive. You know, I've been
talking to my children about positive and negative effects and
(33:17):
how they really do not have too much of a.
Speaker 6 (33:22):
They're connotative on light and if you want me to
explain y'all. Hit some light but let me see some
hearts come up on the.
Speaker 3 (33:28):
Screen if you're watching us on TikTok, if you want
me to explaining that a little bit more, because you know,
a lot of people look at positive and negative and
there's no such thing.
Speaker 6 (33:36):
Because what's good for the Mets man may not be
good for the next person. You know what I'm saying.
Speaker 3 (33:40):
What makes be great or a bad for one person
may be a great for another person. So no, no, no, no,
let me h hit the light button on now if
you want to see me is playing that a little
bit more? You feel me hit them hearts so I
want to see them hearts get raned up.
Speaker 6 (33:52):
You feel me already appreciate that, Rosario.
Speaker 3 (33:55):
You know, since I got one, I'm gonna go ahead
and drop this knowledge because this knowledge needs to be
out there whether I get anymore hearts or not.
Speaker 6 (34:01):
So we'll take that one right there.
Speaker 3 (34:02):
Hey, I'm gonna tell you right now, there's no such
thing as negative or positive.
Speaker 6 (34:09):
It's all your perspective.
Speaker 3 (34:12):
If your perspective is negative a positive, then yes, your
outcome will be either negative or positive. And it doesn't
take a positive mind to breeld positive results. Because a
positive mind even runs into a negative turmoils that they.
Speaker 6 (34:26):
Have to fight off as well.
Speaker 3 (34:27):
But what a positive mind does do is it doesn't
let it tear them down because you again, you not
have to see this as a negative. Every accomplished person
in history has learned how to turn the negative into
a positive. But if they can turn a negative into
a positive, then it was a negative to begin with.
So the perspective of negative and negativity and positivity. When
(34:51):
people are coming, they have giving you their negative attitude.
Maybe that's just your personality. Maybe they personality do need
to change. Now it's up to you whether you want
to keep.
Speaker 6 (35:00):
That around you or not.
Speaker 3 (35:01):
But you cannot negate them, you cannot demonize them because
of their personality.
Speaker 6 (35:06):
You have to choose whether you want that around you
or not. So I choose not to look at this
as a terrible, negative disaster.
Speaker 3 (35:18):
I choose to look at this as a positive disaster,
a disaster that gives us the opportunity to show our hearts,
to show our love to fellow humans who are going
through unnecessary turmoil, that we can reach out and help
them and build them up, not just build them back. Oh,
we need to be able to give them but they
(35:39):
didn't have before. Because this is our opportunity. And if
we don't take our opportunity right now, when we have
this opportunity again, just saying already does just a little
bit of knowledge we're gonna be turned into a sound
bite later. You'reard already. So we're gonna keep it moving
real quick out. Like I said, we got more music
coming to ye. When we come back, we're gonna be
(36:01):
talking about a little bit of everything that's going on
in the world right now, because you know, it's still
it's still Africa is still going through Africa.
Speaker 6 (36:11):
You know the Congo to Dan.
Speaker 3 (36:13):
We still got Milly and Djbri king of our soul.
It's still beating away with hope and inspiration. But we
also still get people who are trying to take them
out as well. We have this terrimorial between Africans and
Black Americans and Black Americans and Africans, and it's just
I just don't.
Speaker 6 (36:28):
Understand why we're gonna be talking about that a little
bit more. After we play a little bit of music here, like.
Speaker 3 (36:32):
I say, this here is by Your Prince featuring I

y'all get it out there.
Speaker 10 (40:21):
Man.
Speaker 6 (40:21):
Let us know, man, what's going on? You feel me that?
Speaker 3 (40:24):
Like I say, we've been interviewed versus both fire your
prints and I your grade. So after you get through
listening to Boat Your Brown, you definitely need to go
ahead and keep it streaming so that you can hear
the fire prints and the aigh Grade interviews here on
reggae album You feel me there now that I'm just saying, man,
we be going hard over here. I don't know what
they be talking about, man, but we be talking about
(40:45):
some real stuff.
Speaker 6 (40:45):
We feel me. And all I want to do is
just see if y'all give me some likes up in here.
That's all I'll be wanting.
Speaker 2 (40:51):
Man.
Speaker 3 (40:51):
I would take a rose or two, but you know,
I know that costs money, and right now we're trying
to build it to that that the authority you feel me,
But we are reggae. How we're your own South and
South tests. We are the reggae authority. So we're gonna
make sure that you'll understand that real. Soon you heard man,
we gonna be bringing real regyere, not just that's rock
reggae or that or that that that pop reggae or anything.
(41:13):
No hate to it, no hate but you since y'all
already got it here, I will focus on the roots
reggae and a little bit of dance all like that.
Because I still want you to shake yall, Boody. I
still went to the shake yard, body, irving. Ain't nothing
wrong with shaking ya, boody. Ain't nothing wrong with that, man.
So make sure that y'all get ready to you feel me.
(41:34):
But we still go keep it roots reggae up in here.
You know what I'm saying. Make sure that y'all understand
what we got going on is always gonna be for
the culture and the culture only if it ain't for
the culture, then we can't do nothing with it because
that ain't gonna last. It ain't gonna go into the future.
And we're trying to make sure evergreen stuff, the culture
is just evergreen. Heard here, heard me on it?
Speaker 6 (41:54):
Yeah, Like I said, man, we got a lot to
us going on right now. We still got it's real
bombing known gods are right now.
Speaker 3 (42:00):
Even though it's supposed to be an end of the
war whatever, but you know that's still going on, and
we have to find some kind of way in order
to be able to get justice for these people that
have lost their lives. It was well over fifty thousand
people and uh and well over seventy five if I'm
not mistaken.
Speaker 6 (42:14):
A lot of children, a lot of children.
Speaker 3 (42:17):
I think it was like forty five thousand childre the
last time I checked, and I wanted to stop checking
because I just couldn't.
Speaker 6 (42:22):
I couldn't take it no more. It just it just
was horrible, you.
Speaker 3 (42:25):
Know, just like uh uh, I forgot what his name
the same his protege is like you say ten more
killed and that's no like for the children, you feel me.
Speaker 6 (42:37):
So we just want to make sure that we can
actually do something for our kids. And may I just
want them to grow up.
Speaker 3 (42:42):
I got two boys myself, and I see children all around,
and I just want them to be happy, that's all.
Speaker 6 (42:49):
Is there anything wrong with that? I didn't think it
was anything wrong with that.
Speaker 3 (42:53):
So we're just gonna keep it going, you know, saying
it and keep playing music that I think they're light.
Speaker 12 (42:58):
Uh.
Speaker 6 (42:58):
And we got some more.
Speaker 3 (43:00):
Dubbs music, Digain this is my Dubs and dub I

Speaker 6 (46:23):
What you're gonna do in that situation? Now you'll heard, man?
Speaker 3 (46:27):
Hi, come on now, my Doug's a Doug Idrine wear
(46:48):
black Desert Man. That right there was a hot thing
right there, keeping there hyping this thing.
Speaker 6 (46:53):
You feel me?
Speaker 3 (46:54):
Right now, let's keep it going. We have We're gonna
take it back roots style, man. You know what, we
had the honor to be able to view a super producer.
He doesn't he doesn't claim that title, but I think
he's I think his work stands for him hisself. You
feel me? This super producer that we got the interview.
He was able to get together some of the most
(47:16):
talented reggae artists in the history of reggae. And then
I say, in the history, I'm talking about old school roots. Baby,
we're talking about Lucky Luci. We're talking about Luci. I know,
excuse me, we're talking about him, saying lucky, But Lucian
know we're talking about Michael Rose, We're talking about Lion Robbie,
We're talking about the whole kitten koboodle.
Speaker 6 (47:38):
If you ain't heard about the Mighty Rootsman, then you
don't know what you're missing out on.
Speaker 3 (47:42):
And I guarantee you you're about to find out right now,
because we're fin to play and get it by the
Mighty Rootsman the legends in the game. You heard me.
Speaker 9 (48:01):
If you want its, commented it mikumno first, if you
want it, I can't keep it, but a better it
doesn't lead that girls.
Speaker 2 (48:21):
Data you saying that there must be a cat. Will
you walk away from a food and his money?
Speaker 9 (48:32):
If you want it ees, come and get it, but
the better Harry cousents.
Speaker 2 (48:39):
To me fast.
Speaker 9 (48:44):
If you want its, comment.
Speaker 6 (48:48):
It legal mano first.
Speaker 2 (48:54):
If you want it any jump and keep it.
Speaker 6 (48:58):
But a matter hurry calling me up mad.
Speaker 2 (49:04):
An saying that that must be a cat. Will you
walk away from the food and his money side you wanted.
Speaker 6 (49:19):
Commocate it?
Speaker 2 (49:21):
The mat of hurry God is doing fast? Do that
the hurry God is going calling his money side you
(49:42):
want comet it?
Speaker 9 (49:46):
The howcas is doing you that the Horry God is going.
You better R record is going, man.
Speaker 3 (50:07):
Yeah, mighty roots men in a phil dang right there,
a way come and get it.
Speaker 6 (50:13):
Yeah, no may on that I'm telling you right there.
But when you talk about our.
Speaker 3 (50:18):
Old school legends, man, And if you don't mention Luci,
y'all know you don't mention Michael Rose, you don't mention
lying Robbie, you don't mention Gregory Isaac's, then you ain't
mentioning nobody, you feel me, anybody can mention Bob Marley.
Speaker 6 (50:31):
Hell, I'm even give it, Peter Tosh, you know what
I'm saying. But uh yeah, if you don't mention none
of them greats right there? Did you? You you really
ain't talking reggae to me. You talking mainstream, That's all
I'm hearing from you.
Speaker 3 (50:42):
You might as well go ahead and start talking about
Michael Jackson and start talking about us here and start
talking about who else is out there. Taylor's will for
you might as well to go ahead and say you
top forty and pop, that's all you know. And ain't
no hate on that, ain't no hate on that. But
don't tell me that you know reggae and you don't
know them right there. That's that's that's what you're not going.
You're not gonna lie my face. But if you ain't
(51:04):
already checked out the Mighty Ruthsman album, you definitely go
hit that up. Like I said, we was able to
interview the producer of that album, Ralph Soalin.
Speaker 6 (51:12):
I'm telling you he was a great actor, was a
great person, great.
Speaker 3 (51:17):
Down to earth when you have a like a list
of projects that you've accomplished, like this man is accomplished.
I don't know if y'all remember the movie Speed back
in nineteen ninety Six's what am I talking about?
Speaker 6 (51:30):
Of course y'all do.
Speaker 3 (51:31):
That's why Keanu Reeves actually game out damn was banging
on him and Sandra Bullock.
Speaker 6 (51:35):
You know what I'm saying. That's what you do.
Speaker 2 (51:37):
You use it.
Speaker 3 (51:38):
He produced the soundtrack to that, and we all remember
how iconic that soundtrack was. And if you're too young
to remember what it is, then I suggested going back
and playing a little bit or something and just listen
to it, you know, because it was definitely an amazing soundtrack.
He got together the perfect artist, he got together, the
perfect producers, he got together the perfect instrumentals. He got
(51:58):
together the perfect bands, because what we tend to forget
into twenty twenty five is that it's not just the
artist and it's not just.
Speaker 6 (52:07):
The person you hear.
Speaker 3 (52:08):
Those instruments that's behind him are getting played by real people.
Speaker 6 (52:13):
There's not no synthetic thing.
Speaker 3 (52:14):
When you talk about roots reggae, or if you talk
about the music back in the day, you feel me,
We we want to hear original drums.
Speaker 6 (52:22):
We want to hear the original guitarists.
Speaker 3 (52:24):
We want that guitarist to take off and play a
little solo and break it down for us.
Speaker 6 (52:28):
You feel me. We want that.
Speaker 3 (52:30):
That's what roots is right there, because without it, we won't.
You don't have real music. You have electronic noises, and
we ain't trying to have no electronic noises over here,
disrupted the brain cells and stuff like that. You know
you get on your studies, man, it ain't talking about
being woken up like that. Everybody should know that sound
(52:50):
waves affect you mentally. Well, that's why I love the
Mighty Rootsman album because all of their sound waves are
all natural and it's all organic from the soul each
instrument with Ralph took his time to get each instrumentalist.
He even got the backup band from Peter Tosh you
(53:11):
h in the Kingston Lions, so make sure you go
check out that album as well. But he got them
and he made sure that he took his time with
them to make sure every note was plucked or heat
or hit on that drum perfectly.
Speaker 6 (53:25):
You know what I'm saying. And that's what makes the roots,
and that's why you feel it in your soul.
Speaker 3 (53:30):
You know, you hear all this electronic noise, this in
your brain, you feel and sometimes you get these headaches
and you don't know why. Well, if you get these
roots and you feel it in your soul and then
you actually feel your soul a little lighter, your spirit
a little lighter, your body a little lighter, and you're
a little bit more happy and maybe that's where the
positivity would come in. And I don't know, but like
I said, definitely gotta check out the Mighty Rootsman album.
(53:52):
If you're all about the roots reggae. We're gonna play
a little bit of more songs from me. And I
just noticed that we are actually coming to the end
of this reggae album Power.
Speaker 6 (54:00):
Don't fret.
Speaker 3 (54:01):

but we are coming to the answer. We're gonna definitely
