these charges, and as he was involved with Karen Reid,
he left his wife, he got involved with a whole

bunch of different women, and from Lindsay Kattani to Meredith O'Neil,
and they're outing him, and including Este, who was a
supporter of murderer Karen Reid, is now outing Aiden Carney
for his tactics and how free Karen Reid works. And

by his ex and there was a really fascinating filing.

the whole history of Aiden Carney and Lindsay Kaitani and
also brought up Aiden Carney's lawyers habit of really not
filing proper motions, calling the calling out Cosgrove in this

is calling out nonexistent motions. So Cosgrove is the prosecutor
for the Commonwealth. It's calling out these non existent motions
from Aiden Carney. So what is he paying for as
far as legal support? But here let's go through the

the filing together. It says the Commonwealth of Massachusetts versus
Aiden Timothy Carney, this case especially assigned to Judge be Belzos.
The defendant Aiden Carney has and it looks like they're
not going to really get going on this till next year.
So I mean, they've dragged this out. We talked about

the wheels of justice move slowly, so slowly. In this case,
the defendant Aiden Karney has filed an affidavid in support
of motions from Attorney Mark A. Bedo, as with a
previous MEDAO Affidavid hence BA the motions are phantoms and
there's no memorandum of law accompanying the non existent motions.

The Commonwealth infers that the quote Affidavid in support is
intended to serve all three functions, and assuming that this
Court consents to accept it as such, the Commonwealth offers
the following response. The defendant first asked this Court to
preclude the Northfolk County DA's office from appointing another special
(16:43):
prosecutor to docket number the twenty twenty four case due
to its irreconcilable conflict with witness Lindsey Gatani. That request
is moot as the District Attorney's Office has since entered
a null prose on that case, meaning they're not going
to prosecute it. They're not going to prosecute the twenty
(17:04):
twenty four case, and that the defendant remains free, of
course to contest the validity of the non prosequa by
litigating whether the NDA's alleged irreconcilable conflict from taking that
action and insisting on the revival of that indictment, but
so far has shown no signs of doing so. Next,
(17:28):
the defendant asked this Court to quote disqualify Special Prosecutor
cause growth from docket the twenty twenty three case because
of his alleged quote irreconcilable conflict with Lindsay Gaetani. Much
has been said in previous filings with respect to Ms
(17:48):
Gaetani and herself, with prior leave of this court has
filed a number of pro sey documents. All of that
pays examination, but the Commonwealth of a brief background summary.
Katani is a single mother and a faithful, perhaps even
compos compulsive follower of online postings on such outlets as YouTube,
(18:15):
x and Facebook. In this context, she viewed some of
the defendant's online postings relating to the then pending Karen
Reid case, send him a laudatory message, ordered one of
his free Karen Reid t shirts, then send him a
photo of herself wearing that shirt. Correspondence ensued, and not
(18:35):
long thereafter, an intimate physical relationship, bolstered by Carney's bragging
about his inside knowledge of the Karen Reid case, dinners
and drinks, use of the Internet to exchange texts, including
those with explicit sexual content, and the defendants sometimes practice
(18:56):
of videoing their sexual escapades with his His cell phone camera.
At some point the Katani Carney relationship began to found
I think he means flounder. And about the same time,
Katani began to have doubts about the innocence of Karen Reid,
whether on her own or initiated, or whether on her
(19:20):
own initiative or as the defendant deposits, the influence of
other denzens of the online.

Katani contacted Lieutenant Brian Tully, who was leading the NDA
investigation into intimidation of witnesses in the read case by
the defendant. Tully interviewed Katani. The Commonwealth had already developed
another witness, Natalie weak Burne Schneider, who could attest to

communications between Karen Reid and the defendant during the months
of April and June twenty twenty three. Katani's information confirmed
such contacts after that date based on what the defendant
had told her. So did I mean, did Aiden Carney
just tell his girlfriends at the time, just way too
(20:25):
much and exploit their labors too much so that they
really became accomplices. And now they're spilling it all on him.
That's what it seems like, Tully reported on the interview
to Special Prosecutor Kenneth Mellow, who had Katani served with
a grand jury subpoena. Katani had apparently hoped not to
(20:48):
have to testify and began to panic upon receipt of
the subpoena. She telephoned the defendant and informed him that
she had been subpoenaed and attempted to minimize her role
in the matter. After some discussion, the two agreed to
meet at Katani's apartment building, where Carney demanded to examine
Katani's cell phone and took notes on some of its contents.

He urged Katani to delete various items from her phone,
representing that he had checked with his attorney, Timothy Bradle
and that as there was no preservation order in effect,
that there was no problem in doing so. At one
point in the early hours of the morning, Katani excused
herself to use the bathroom and telephone Special Prosecutor Mello,
(21:31):
awakening him. Mello had difficulty understanding what Katani was saying
beyond understanding that she was fearful, but effectively arranged to
transfer the call to Tolly. A brief examination of messages followed,
then Katani returned to the defendant. Further conversation ensued, as
did other events. After speaking with Katani the following day,
(21:53):
December twenty fourth, twenty twenty three, and learning that she
had not reported the incident to the local police, Tolly
did so. The defendant's arrests soon followed, resulting in revocation
of previously imposed bail. Katani was granted a two to
nine A restraining order. The defense's theory, as discussed in
(22:14):
the Commonwealth's memorandum in opposition to Attorney Bedo's appetition EFFI
David in support of motion and associated submissions henceforward memop
is that Kate Peter Lindsay Gatani, mister Mello, Detective Lieutenant Tully,
and possibly others diabolically plotted one more time for those
(22:42):
in the back, is that Kate Peter Lindsay Gatani, mister Mello,
Detective Lieutenant Tully, and possibly others diabolically plotted to have
mister Carney's bail revoked by luring him in to intimidating
Miss Gatani after they made her what mister Bedero describes
(23:04):
as a witness, taking care to put the term in
scare quotes. Subsequently, the defendant went to the Midfield Police
and alleged that Katani had wire tapped him by recording
a sexual encounter without his consent using a home security camera.
As a result, Katani was interviewed by the Medfield Police
(23:26):
and in the course of that interview MPD were informed
of a sexual encounter on October fourteen, twenty twenty three,
which Carne had recorded per Katani. He sent her a
copy of the recording the following day. The question arose
as to whether Katani on that occasion lacked the capacity
to consent and thus was graped my words, not theirs,
(23:50):
by Karne, but Katani initially did not want to proceed
with charges. The police subsequently met with mister Karney and,
among other things, advised him him that they had a
copy of his video of the October fourteenth encounter. According
to Ms Gatani. On April thirteenth, twenty twenty four, Carney

publicly announced on YouTube. Episode six six hundred and fifty
four aired April thirteenth, twenty twenty four, that Midfield police
were investigating him for grape, calling.

That was the first public mention of the allegation, initiated
by Carney himself. Defendant's answer and counterclaim, Carney launched an
online campaign of vilification against Gatani. She was a quote
fake victim unquote, an unfit mother, a drug user who

supposedly fell asleep bagging items at the grocery store. She
supposedly confirmed confined one child to sleeping in a closet,
and was described in Carney's postings as a club baby.
Katani was said to be in a in jeopardy of
being indicted. On and on, the attacks went on and

on the attacks went, with Carney's devot voted online acolytes
gleefully piling on picking up the cry of fake victim,
photographing Kaitani at various locations, sending accusatory messages to her
children's school, and texting her with obscenities, accusations, and threats.

One among Carney's enthusiastic collaborators in the campaign of vilification
against Katani was Jason Brawles, who initially appeared online with
the pseudonym Hailey Wahlbert breckt rolls theorily posted derogatory material
about Katani, intersperts with exhortations to her to prevent him
(25:56):
from continuing to do so by telling quote the truth
unquote publicly adopt Carney's version of events and repudiate her
own statements. Eventually, Katani responded to the verbal assaults against
her on her social media account, denouncing the defendant as
a grapist and describing him with other derogatory terms. On

January eight, twenty twenty five, represented by Council, Carney filed
suit in Worcester Superior Court alleging slander, libel and intentional
intentional infliction of emotional distress and seeking damages and injunction
junctive relief after an unsuccessful motion to dismiss, Katani preceding

Cosgrove had provided as discovery the Medfield Police report on
the October fourteenth, twenty twenty three incident to Attorney Bradel.
Bradel or someone acting on his behalf gave the report
to Karney. Carney provided it to Brawls. On August a,
twenty twenty four, Broles posted Gatani Files, Part three, including

unredacted confidential police report of Katani's SA allegations in A
and C. In addition to answering Carney's allegations, Katani attempted
to impleade Cosgrove, Lieutenant Tully, and Midfield Police and a
Medfield Police officer the factual basis of all her allegations. Again,

ns Cosgrove is that his turning over the report to
the defense violated GLC one ninety seventy. As a result
of Katani's filing A and C, Costcrow filed a motion
to withdraw, believing that a conflict existed between defending should

it become necessary against Katani's A and C and prosecuting
an indictment where she was the alleged victim and primary witness.
That motion was allowed without argument and without object objection.
The defense now seeks to leverage that withdrawal to force
Cosgrow's removal from the present case, in which Katani is

not alleged to be the victim and is not a witness.

is not alleged to be the victim and is not
a necessary witness for the Commonwealth. All of the name

Karen Reid case or relatives of witnesses. Katani is not
a witness with respect to any of the counts in

the present case to the extent she would be of
any use to the Commonwealth at all on these counts.
It would be to testify based on our conversations with
Carney as to Karney's relationship with killer Karen Reid or
psychopathic murderer Karen Reid, which goes to his motive for
the intimidation of the witnesses. If the Commonwealth wishes to

introduce such information, it can do so through other means,
including the contents of two of Carney's cell phones sees
person to warrant, which show extensive communication between the defendant
and read, as well as communications with some of Reed's atorneys.
So they're like, we don't need her. All we need
is Aidan Carney's phone to show that he's in deep

with Karen Reid and her legal team. In short, there's
no need whatsoever for the Commonwealth to call Gatani, and
no need for the prosecution too, as the defense posits
defend the credibility of a prosecution witness who has sued
him for his alleged misconduct. The defendant argues, however, that
it will call Gatani, who has apparently now for whatever

will call Lindsey Gaetani, who has apparently now for whatever reason,
made a complete u turn and take in a Aiden

as a pawn. Okay, here's a footnote. Kaitani would be
expected to testify that during a relationship with Carney, Karen

the read case, he would have to run everything by her,
that she had a lot of control or almost complete
control over anything that he posted. He would not He

disqualified on the ostensible grounds that he is somehow ethically
conflicted from cross examining her. Whatever purchase this argument may

accounts for virtually zero of the Commonwealth's evidence, either in
its collection or in its presentation. The expected evidence will
primarily be the testimony of the alleged victims and Carne's
own video online statements. A side trip into whether the
Commonwealth did or did not properly conduct the Gatani investigation

is irrelevant, not probative, and highly prejudicial, threatening to turn
the trial into a circus. The Commonwealth will vigorously oppose
the attempt to divert the jury down this lengthy and
winding side road to nowhere. But can usion should this Court,
after hearing, permit the proposed Katani defense testimony to the
(33:07):
extent that Miss Katani's u turn contradicts previous statements made
under oath, she may expose herself to legal peril. So
she may be in legal trouble because her current position
contradicts her previous position that she testified to under oath,
and the Court shard ensure that before she proceeds, she
(33:28):
has appointed counsel. So essentially what they're saying is, Lindsay Katani,
we're not even going to use her as a witness.
We could, but we rather use Aidan Carney's cell phone
extractions because she's clearly such an untrustworthy source, having changed
her opinions and changed her outlook and then accuse the
(33:49):
people trying to prosecute the man she said violated her
with conspiracy and you know, and they think that she
could be in legal paraly They're basically saying she's so
untrustworthy that she should be appointed a lawyer to look
(34:09):
after her legal interests. Clearly, her interests are far from
synonymous with mister Carney's. Finally, the Commonwealth notes that to
the extent any disability arises from miss miss Gaitani's A
and C, whenever, if at all, the counterclaim against Cosgrove
goes before the Middlesex Court, it is unlikely to survive

emotion to dismiss or for judgment on the pleadings its
entire basis is an act by a prosecutor in the
course of his duties, and whether or not Cosgrove was
correct in concluding that providing a copy of the police
report to the defense was proper ruled to fourteen discovery,
no liability should be attached. The defendant's third and final
(34:57):
request is perhaps his most brazen. He asks this court
to disqualify cosgrowth from an ongoing investigation of Karen Reid
and mister Carney for conspiracy conspiracy to commit witness intimidation.

search warrant IWO limiting the scope of the search. Presently,
the matter of the Karen Reid search warrants and the

people is the is the phone data evidence or the
electronic evidence in this case, I think it has to
be looked at in the context of a DV relationship.
But to me, that's all the elements are there. You know,

we see so many cases like this where the where
you see so much abuse and control and manipulation and
abuse and they end the last word. The last word
is murder. That's the end of the line for a
DV relationship. The end of the line is it ends
in a murder, especially when someone tries to leave, like

what's getting left out is, you know, not talked about
is John's relationship with his niece and nephew as an
uncle and guardian. And if I would encourage anyone on

the behind that campaign to release the transcripts of from
the first trial and the second trial of his niece,
Patrick and Caley niece and nephew's testimony, because we only
have the very biased notes of someone like Christina Rex

and they're so poor. But the few things that have
come out have been pretty damaging. Karen Reid being asked
to leave the home and not leaving, Karen Reid giving
this silent treatment. That's what Patrick said, she would go cold.
Cayley talked about a coldness, she would just go cold.

saying that the niece and nephew make things toxic because
the real victims in this case are the Key family,
including Kelly and Patrick. As much as we feel for

from some of these personalities, regardless if you agree or

supporter of murderer Karen Reid, is now outing Aiden Carney

The Commonwealth infers that the quote Affidavid in support is
intended to serve all three functions, and assuming that this
Court consents to accept it as such, the Commonwealth offers
the following response. The defendant first asked this Court to
preclude the Northfolk County DA's office from appointing another special

prosecutor to docket number the twenty twenty four case due
to its irreconcilable conflict with witness Lindsey Gatani. That request
is moot as the District Attorney's Office has since entered
a null prose on that case, meaning they're not going
to prosecute it. They're not going to prosecute the twenty

twenty four case, and that the defendant remains free, of
course to contest the validity of the non prosequa by
litigating whether the NDA's alleged irreconcilable conflict from taking that
action and insisting on the revival of that indictment, but
so far has shown no signs of doing so. Next,

the defendant asked this Court to quote disqualify Special Prosecutor
cause growth from docket the twenty twenty three case because
of his alleged quote irreconcilable conflict with Lindsay Gaetani. Much
has been said in previous filings with respect to Ms

Gaetani and herself, with prior leave of this court has
filed a number of pro sey documents. All of that
pays examination, but the Commonwealth of a brief background summary.
Katani is a single mother and a faithful, perhaps even
compos compulsive follower of online postings on such outlets as YouTube,

x and Facebook. In this context, she viewed some of
the defendant's online postings relating to the then pending Karen
Reid case, send him a laudatory message, ordered one of
his free Karen Reid t shirts, then send him a
photo of herself wearing that shirt. Correspondence ensued, and not

long thereafter, an intimate physical relationship, bolstered by Carney's bragging
about his inside knowledge of the Karen Reid case, dinners
and drinks, use of the Internet to exchange texts, including
those with explicit sexual content, and the defendants sometimes practice
(18:56):
of videoing their sexual escapades with his His cell phone camera.
At some point the Katani Carney relationship began to found
I think he means flounder. And about the same time,
Katani began to have doubts about the innocence of Karen Reid,
whether on her own or initiated, or whether on her

own initiative or as the defendant deposits, the influence of
other denzens of the online.

Katani contacted Lieutenant Brian Tully, who was leading the NDA
investigation into intimidation of witnesses in the read case by
the defendant. Tully interviewed Katani. The Commonwealth had already developed
another witness, Natalie weak Burne Schneider, who could attest to

communications between Karen Reid and the defendant during the months
of April and June twenty twenty three. Katani's information confirmed
such contacts after that date based on what the defendant
had told her. So did I mean, did Aiden Carney
just tell his girlfriends at the time, just way too

much and exploit their labors too much so that they
really became accomplices. And now they're spilling it all on him.
That's what it seems like, Tully reported on the interview
to Special Prosecutor Kenneth Mellow, who had Katani served with
a grand jury subpoena. Katani had apparently hoped not to

have to testify and began to panic upon receipt of
the subpoena. She telephoned the defendant and informed him that
she had been subpoenaed and attempted to minimize her role
in the matter. After some discussion, the two agreed to
meet at Katani's apartment building, where Carney demanded to examine
Katani's cell phone and took notes on some of its contents.

He urged Katani to delete various items from her phone,
representing that he had checked with his attorney, Timothy Bradle
and that as there was no preservation order in effect,
that there was no problem in doing so. At one
point in the early hours of the morning, Katani excused
herself to use the bathroom and telephone Special Prosecutor Mello,

awakening him. Mello had difficulty understanding what Katani was saying
beyond understanding that she was fearful, but effectively arranged to
transfer the call to Tolly. A brief examination of messages followed,
then Katani returned to the defendant. Further conversation ensued, as
did other events. After speaking with Katani the following day,

December twenty fourth, twenty twenty three, and learning that she
had not reported the incident to the local police, Tolly
did so. The defendant's arrests soon followed, resulting in revocation
of previously imposed bail. Katani was granted a two to
nine A restraining order. The defense's theory, as discussed in

the Commonwealth's memorandum in opposition to Attorney Bedo's appetition EFFI
David in support of motion and associated submissions henceforward memop
is that Kate Peter Lindsay Gatani, mister Mello, Detective Lieutenant Tully,
and possibly others diabolically plotted one more time for those

in the back, is that Kate Peter Lindsay Gatani, mister Mello,
Detective Lieutenant Tully, and possibly others diabolically plotted to have
mister Carney's bail revoked by luring him in to intimidating
Miss Gatani after they made her what mister Bedero describes

as a witness, taking care to put the term in
scare quotes. Subsequently, the defendant went to the Midfield Police
and alleged that Katani had wire tapped him by recording
a sexual encounter without his consent using a home security camera.
As a result, Katani was interviewed by the Medfield Police
(23:26):
and in the course of that interview MPD were informed
of a sexual encounter on October fourteen, twenty twenty three,
which Carne had recorded per Katani. He sent her a
copy of the recording the following day. The question arose
as to whether Katani on that occasion lacked the capacity
to consent and thus was graped my words, not theirs,

by Karne, but Katani initially did not want to proceed
with charges. The police subsequently met with mister Karney and,
among other things, advised him him that they had a
copy of his video of the October fourteenth encounter. According
to Ms Gatani. On April thirteenth, twenty twenty four, Carney

publicly announced on YouTube. Episode six six hundred and fifty
four aired April thirteenth, twenty twenty four, that Midfield police
were investigating him for grape, calling.

That was the first public mention of the allegation, initiated
by Carney himself. Defendant's answer and counterclaim, Carney launched an
online campaign of vilification against Gatani. She was a quote
fake victim unquote, an unfit mother, a drug user who

supposedly confirmed confined one child to sleeping in a closet,
and was described in Carney's postings as a club baby.
Katani was said to be in a in jeopardy of
being indicted. On and on, the attacks went on and

on the attacks went, with Carney's devot voted online acolytes
gleefully piling on picking up the cry of fake victim,
photographing Kaitani at various locations, sending accusatory messages to her
children's school, and texting her with obscenities, accusations, and threats.

One among Carney's enthusiastic collaborators in the campaign of vilification
against Katani was Jason Brawles, who initially appeared online with
the pseudonym Hailey Wahlbert breckt rolls theorily posted derogatory material
about Katani, intersperts with exhortations to her to prevent him

from continuing to do so by telling quote the truth
unquote publicly adopt Carney's version of events and repudiate her
own statements. Eventually, Katani responded to the verbal assaults against
her on her social media account, denouncing the defendant as
a grapist and describing him with other derogatory terms. On

January eight, twenty twenty five, represented by Council, Carney filed
suit in Worcester Superior Court alleging slander, libel and intentional
intentional infliction of emotional distress and seeking damages and injunction
junctive relief after an unsuccessful motion to dismiss, Katani preceding

pro se filed an answer and counter claim on September eighth,
twenty twenty five, in the course of litigating at Denham
District Court case involving in a ledge violation of the
two thousand and nine A two oh Sorry Excuse me
two hundred and nine A order granted Gaitani against the defendant.

Cosgrove had provided as discovery the Medfield Police report on
the October fourteenth, twenty twenty three incident to Attorney Bradel.
Bradel or someone acting on his behalf gave the report
to Karney. Carney provided it to Brawls. On August a,
twenty twenty four, Broles posted Gatani Files, Part three, including

unredacted confidential police report of Katani's SA allegations in A
and C. In addition to answering Carney's allegations, Katani attempted
to impleade Cosgrove, Lieutenant Tully, and Midfield Police and a
Medfield Police officer the factual basis of all her allegations. Again,

ns Cosgrove is that his turning over the report to
the defense violated GLC one ninety seventy. As a result
of Katani's filing A and C, Costcrow filed a motion
to withdraw, believing that a conflict existed between defending should

it become necessary against Katani's A and C and prosecuting
an indictment where she was the alleged victim and primary witness.
That motion was allowed without argument and without object objection.
The defense now seeks to leverage that withdrawal to force
Cosgrow's removal from the present case, in which Katani is

not alleged to be the victim and is not a witness.

is not alleged to be the victim and is not

Karen Reid case or relatives of witnesses. Katani is not
a witness with respect to any of the counts in

the present case to the extent she would be of
any use to the Commonwealth at all on these counts.
It would be to testify based on our conversations with
Carney as to Karney's relationship with killer Karen Reid or
psychopathic murderer Karen Reid, which goes to his motive for
the intimidation of the witnesses. If the Commonwealth wishes to

introduce such information, it can do so through other means,
including the contents of two of Carney's cell phones sees
person to warrant, which show extensive communication between the defendant
and read, as well as communications with some of Reed's atorneys.
So they're like, we don't need her. All we need
is Aidan Carney's phone to show that he's in deep

with Karen Reid and her legal team. In short, there's
no need whatsoever for the Commonwealth to call Gatani, and
no need for the prosecution too, as the defense posits
defend the credibility of a prosecution witness who has sued
him for his alleged misconduct. The defendant argues, however, that
it will call Gatani, who has apparently now for whatever

reason here this is really important for those in the back.
Let me read this again. The defendant argues, however, that
will call Lindsey Gaetani, who has apparently now for whatever reason,
made a complete u turn and take in a Aiden
Carney like position that Special Prosecutor Mellow and Lieutenant Kelly

conspired with Kate Peter to use her and sacrifice her
as a pawn. Okay, here's a footnote. Kaitani would be
expected to testify that during a relationship with Carney, Karen
Reid would come up a lot in conversation quote unquote. Further,
that he told her he communicated with her on a
daily basis, and that with much of his reporting on

the read case, he would have to run everything by her,
that she had a lot of control or almost complete
control over anything that he posted. He would not He
was not allowed to make any sort of comment about
her case without first consulting with her and getting her
prior approval Grand Jury Minutes February first, twenty twenty four
to take down Carne, and that therefore Cosgrove should be

disqualified on the ostensible grounds that he is somehow ethically
conflicted from cross examining her. Whatever purchase this argument may
have for the now dismissed complaints where Gaetani was herself
the alleged victim, there is no basis for dragging the
entirety of that dispute into the present indictment, where Gatani

accounts for virtually zero of the Commonwealth's evidence, either in
its collection or in its presentation. The expected evidence will
primarily be the testimony of the alleged victims and Carne's
own video online statements. A side trip into whether the
Commonwealth did or did not properly conduct the Gatani investigation

is irrelevant, not probative, and highly prejudicial, threatening to turn
the trial into a circus. The Commonwealth will vigorously oppose
the attempt to divert the jury down this lengthy and
winding side road to nowhere. But can usion should this Court,
after hearing, permit the proposed Katani defense testimony to the
(33:07):
extent that Miss Katani's u turn contradicts previous statements made
under oath, she may expose herself to legal peril. So
she may be in legal trouble because her current position
contradicts her previous position that she testified to under oath,
and the Court shard ensure that before she proceeds, she
(33:28):
has appointed counsel. So essentially what they're saying is, Lindsay Katani,
we're not even going to use her as a witness.
We could, but we rather use Aidan Carney's cell phone
extractions because she's clearly such an untrustworthy source, having changed
her opinions and changed her outlook and then accuse the

people trying to prosecute the man she said violated her
with conspiracy and you know, and they think that she
could be in legal paraly They're basically saying she's so
untrustworthy that she should be appointed a lawyer to look

after her legal interests. Clearly, her interests are far from
synonymous with mister Carney's. Finally, the Commonwealth notes that to
the extent any disability arises from miss miss Gaitani's A
and C, whenever, if at all, the counterclaim against Cosgrove
goes before the Middlesex Court, it is unlikely to survive

emotion to dismiss or for judgment on the pleadings its
entire basis is an act by a prosecutor in the
course of his duties, and whether or not Cosgrove was
correct in concluding that providing a copy of the police
report to the defense was proper ruled to fourteen discovery,
no liability should be attached. The defendant's third and final

request is perhaps his most brazen. He asks this court
to disqualify cosgrowth from an ongoing investigation of Karen Reid
and mister Carney for conspiracy conspiracy to commit witness intimidation.

the matter of the Karen Reid search warrants and the

criticize a killer and you and it's so watered down
that it's it's by the time you know, it's it's untrue,

it's flowery. The website is untrue, flowery, ineffective. And my
fear is that, you know, unless you're calling out the
behavior of Karen Reid, I mean, we you're missing a
big part of the case. You know, all this, you know,

they went over the car data and the two twenty
the debunked two twenty seven. You know, oh, it's basically
an open browser. This is how Karen Reid changed an
open browser to an actual you know, time of a
search which was incorrect to twenty seven that never happened,

and tried to make Jen McCabe look responsible for Karen
Reid's murder of John O'Keefe. All those things were presented
in court and we still had a jury. It was
so brainwashed by the Innocence broad campaign that was willing
to overlook all of that evidence. So, I mean, you know,
(46:41):
I'm just not a believer that what really will convince
people is the is the phone data evidence or the
electronic evidence in this case, I think it has to
be looked at in the context of a DV relationship.
But to me, that's all the elements are there. You know,
(47:06):
we see so many cases like this where the where
you see so much abuse and control and manipulation and
abuse and they end the last word. The last word
is murder. That's the end of the line for a
DV relationship. The end of the line is it ends
in a murder, especially when someone tries to leave, like
(47:27):
John O'Keeffe was trying to end the relationship. And also
what's getting left out is, you know, not talked about
is John's relationship with his niece and nephew as an
uncle and guardian. And if I would encourage anyone on
(47:47):
the behind that campaign to release the transcripts of from
the first trial and the second trial of his niece,
Patrick and Caley niece and nephew's testimony, because we only
have the very biased notes of someone like Christina Rex
(48:12):
and they're so poor. But the few things that have
come out have been pretty damaging. Karen Reid being asked
to leave the home and not leaving, Karen Reid giving
this silent treatment. That's what Patrick said, she would go cold.
Cayley talked about a coldness, she would just go cold.
(48:35):
And then we have all the text messages from Karen
saying that the niece and nephew make things toxic because
the real victims in this case are the Key family,
including Kelly and Patrick. As much as we feel for
(48:57):
their harassed witnesses, the ones have been really done badly,
or the Oki family just by the personalities that have
gotten involved. And I would encourage people to stay away
from some of these personalities, regardless if you agree or
disagree with them about this case, because they're destructive, destructive
(49:20):
to the cause, because they're in it for their own reasons,
because they hate Aiden Carney or whatever.
