Welcome to Sherapy: Real Therapy With Sherry Amatenstein. I’m a NYC-based psychotherapist and author. Each episode of Sherapy is a 50-minute therapy session. The aim is to demystify and destigmatize psychotherapy. Too many people in distress still suffer silently. None of the participants are my private patients. On Sherapy a person can receive complementary therapy and remain anonymous.
