Okay, So we were ending on we were just getting
into some really juicy, you know, kingdom conversations.
Speaker 4 (01:52):
I love that.
Speaker 2 (01:53):
So I'm going to let you keep going with parts
of your story what you're doing now, we'll just have comforts.
Speaker 4 (02:00):
Yeah, one hundred percent. So yeah, and so when I
was so, if you go back, listen to the first
interview I talked about going to Graham Cooks School and
a lot in two thousand and three is when I
experienced the Holy Spirit. Two thousand and four, I knew
I wanted to be a coach now. I knew that
I had a call from back in the day to
be a pastor. And then I was like coach and
(02:23):
the artist. I'm like, how in the world, Like is
this just me? Is that just my own desire? Can
I have my own desire? You know? I wrestled through
all this stuff, you know, like God, I'll do whatever
you want me to do. You know, I'd read, I'd
studied books on God's will, and i just was searching.
And so one of the things that when I first
(02:43):
got all the Holy Spirit is I read books before
on personal development. And actually it's funny because I was like,
why don't they have books like this? And you know,
why didn't I ever read books like this?
Speaker 3 (02:54):
And then exactly why?
Speaker 4 (02:56):
And I remember when I had a beef with God.
I remember reading Awaken the Giant Within, and I was
at Barnes and Nobles and I wanted to throw the
book at first come. I'm like, this is all the Bible.
It's just put in different words, you know. And I'm like,
I'm so Russ and so so I built the Holy Spirit.
Two thousand and three, two thousand and four, I saw
(03:18):
this guy speaking, a motivational speaker. I talked to him.
He took some time with me, and I'm like, I
want to do what you're doing, but I don't want
to be just in the church. I want to go
outside the four walls. And he's like, I'm also a coach,
and I'm like, I want to be a coach, you know.
Like he told me about how he's helped people. Well.
Fast forward, I'm at Graham Cooks School twenty eleven and
(03:40):
I had this question, I asked God. I said, God,
who is the Tony Robbins of the Kingdom? Like, who
is that person? Is there such a person? And granted,
I let you know. Like when I got built the
Holy Spirit in two thousand and three, I didn't read
very modern books I read. One of the books I
read were from the the nineteen early nineteen hundreds. Back
(04:04):
I did not read any modern books. The only book
I read was Bill Johnson When Heaven Invades Earth. So
I had no idea, and God says, yes, I want
you to know what you're looking for, or close to
what you're looking for. He was actually here last week.
And this is how God spoke to me. I'm like,
last week, and I don't know why I didn't get
the name from him, but the Lord says yeah. And
so I asked somebody in the school. I'm like, who
(04:24):
spoke here last week? He says, oh, guy named Lance Wall. Now.
I was like, oh okay. And so I came across
Lance wall Now and I'm like, wait, okay, this is
this is kind of where I'm going go. This is
this is this is a lot better, you know. And
I listened to about his whole idea of convergence. That's
the reason why the name of my school's convergence. It's
(04:46):
and I love that word. Right, gets talents, God, history,
Everything converges to that point where I'm like, how do
I bring my artwork? How do I bring my preaching?
How do I? And I still had I was still
thinking from you know, a dualistic kind of viewpoint.
Speaker 3 (05:03):
You know.
Speaker 4 (05:04):
I'm like, you know, yeah, God restored everything, but I
can't do this. I can do that. And I still
wrestled with that for years. And honestly, what happened was
it made a lot of my stuff, my business stuff
that I did do. I was double minded about it
because I was I felt like maybe I was going
against something. And James chapter one gives you a spiritual
(05:24):
law says if you're double minded, you can't expect to
receive anything from the Lord, right, And I'm like, well,
I knew that, but I'm like, how do I change
my mind? And then and then I've learned about mind renewal,
but I'm like, how do I how do I do this? Like?
What is mind renewal? Why? Why? Why isn't Romans Chapter twelve,
verse two explain how to do this? More and then
(05:46):
you know, as a study looked into a lot, you know,
like land looking in the land, started hearing about the
Seven Mountains. I'm like, Okay, this is where I'm going.
This is this is the direction I'm going. This is good.
And twenty thirteen is when I started actually speaking in churches. Now,
I want you to know I've spoken at many many
business meetings. I've actually I spoke at the IRS a
(06:09):
couple of times. I spoke at you know, i'd spoken
high schools and I actually would. I did a whole
motivational speaking and I ended up prophesying. The Lord showed
me how to prophesy over people even better then back
when I was in hair school. And if you didn't
know about that, then you're gonna have to listen to
the first interview, I mean, because there's a lot more there.
(06:31):
But yeah, the Lord says, The Lord says, he is.
When you go and talk to someone, say when I
look at you, I see, And that's what I did.
I just after I was done my speech, I talked
to the kids. I say, when I look at you,
I see. And then it would ask me later on,
like how did you do that? I said, well, it's Jesus,
you know. And so so I started seeing this convergence happening,
(06:54):
and it's funny in I started feeling really edgy about
out like my ministry, like being a ministry. Even using
that word ministry, I use that just for the sake
of people trying to wrap their brain around it. But
technically we're all ministers or reconciliations. So they were all ministers.
Speaker 2 (07:14):
We're all ministers, no matter what walk of life we are,
whatever industry, we're ministers.
Speaker 4 (07:19):
Yep, I think yeah, And no, right, I don't. I
don't either. I don't even like that. Uh, you know,
for the sake of sometimes when you're trying to help
people out, Oh here's your ministry, this is your ministry. Really,
it's just it's it's it's really like, what is the
thing that's in your heart to do? Anyway? Uh? All
this to say is that's what I wrestled with. And
(07:40):
then I started understanding more and more that, you know,
when the when the veil was was was torn on
the day when Christ died on the cross, and how
he separated, how the secret sacred in the secular was
released and God restored all things to himself and that's
really the whole idea of ministry reconciliation. I'm like, wow,
(08:02):
the doors the visions was let it was like this,
it was very dilated, and that it was it opened
up for me as I started to have understanding. You know,
it talks about my people parish. From a lack of understanding,
I started to think about the possibilities. And twenty nineteen
I launched my coaching practice, and I've seen miracles in
(08:24):
my coaching practice. Now. It's funny because I'm like, Lord,
give me outside the four walls of the church and
that for whatever reason right now, I've had a lot
of believers. But still I've seen some pretty amazing miracles it.
And so once I got that bug and I started
seeing those things, I was like, this is it. Like
(08:45):
I want to coach. I want to teach, I want
to equip I love it. I love speaking, but I
really love coaching. I love working in the trenches with
the people rather than just preaching from a pulpit. I
like to be right there on the nitty gritty right.
Speaker 2 (08:58):
Oh my, I see now my audience is totally saying, oh,
Berlin likes that too. Oh Berlin likes that. Oh yeah,
that's what I.
Speaker 4 (09:05):
Hear say, exactly exactly.
Speaker 3 (09:11):
Guys.
Speaker 2 (09:11):
You guys know that he's definitely after my own heart,
because you know, I love I love the coaching, and
I love I love designing and building, and so therefore,
when we're designing people's business model and then building it
together and oh my gosh to get their message out there,
I just, yeah, it really fueled me. So I get
(09:34):
how you get. Yeah, I mean, I love walking on stage.
Don't get me wrong, I love no.
Speaker 4 (09:40):
Right exactly too. But well, and it's always I'm always
looking for that small one to three percent that actually
want to do something right, and I want it to
be more. I want it to be more than one
to three percent, I know. But that's the numbers that
come up quite often. That's the reason why the whole
remnant conversation happens so often.
Speaker 2 (09:58):
I guess you're right, Yeah, yeah, it would be cool
if everyone in the audience actually did what we, you know,
inspired them to do.
Speaker 3 (10:08):
I've done so good and then never do.
Speaker 4 (10:10):
Anything with it, I mean telling you, everything would just
be wrapped up. You know. I don't know, right, Yeah,
I don't understand how this. I used to think I knew.
I don't know, but all they can say is one
thing I know for sure, the gates of Hell will
never prevail against the Church, you know, and so like
(10:31):
you know, so I'm like, you can't. You're not meant
to lose, You're meant to win. And uh so, yeah,
I saw some It really just started opening my eyes.
Is how I can invite God into the work that
I did. Now, yes, I experienced it with with when
I was in hair school. I saw amazing things and
I'm like, Okay, God, how do I coach prophetically? How
(10:53):
do I you know, how do I also help? And see?
The thing is with coaching, it's not just about me
having the answer, it's allowing someone else to discover that
God already put the coordinates within them exactly. So I'm
gonna help unlock that for that person. I'm just gonna
as a coach. I say I'm a flashlight and I'm
a mirror. I like to, Yeah, I said, my mirror,
(11:17):
You're going to see who you are flashlight to see
what's going on there. Tell me a little bit more
about that, and you get curious about people and a
lot of times just by people having someone listen that
alone is powerful. Yeah, you're your girlfriend could listen, but
they're not going to listen the way that I'm going
to listen. I tell people that. I was like, listen,
you got good family grades, I said. But anyway, so
(11:39):
I've seen some pretty cool things. You know. I have
a little story that that your audience might really like. Okay,
So I was one of my coaching clients was working
for a world famous billionaire. Everyone would know her. Uh,
she's on and she's a billionaire and she's the biggest
(12:02):
woman in the world. I had a friend that worked
with her and he was talking to me. I was
coaching him through this and he's like, you know what,
I'm not getting paid enough. And I'm like, dude, like
that's crazy, like you know you you know. And I
was like, what's the normal rate for the work that
you do? And he says up into six figures and
I said, wow, I said, it sounds like you know.
(12:24):
I said, do you feel like you're, you know, transitioning?
He says, like I do, I feel like the grace
is leaving. And I said to him, I said, and
now this is before some things got really crazy. There's
a man that owns a world renowned social media company.
And I'm not going to use his name, but he's
been the news and he wanted to work for this man.
(12:46):
And I said, well, I said, you're going to work
for this man, and you are going to you're gonna
get you're gonna start out, you're gonna you're gonna get
paid one hundred and twenty thousand. Then you're gonna work
with him for six months, and then you're gonna go
one hundred and eighty thousand, and then we're gonna start
talking about getting you ready for leadership. So you end
up being leadership over this whole team. He's like Darby,
(13:10):
He's like, I love what you're saying. I don't have
faith for it. So I heard someone say this one,
so I just used it this and I just in faith.
I said, well, you don't need my you don't need
your faith. I said, uh, I said, you can borrow
mine and give it back to me afterwards. And he
just he's like what I said, Yeah, I said, you are.
You have the faith, but I'm going to step in
with you. I said, you're going to have the job.
(13:31):
This is going to happen in Jesus name, I said,
not only that you are also going to start getting
contacted by a list or celebrities and they're gonna want
They're gonna want what you carry because of the integrity
of your heart. Well, everything I said came to pass,
every lick and I'm not I tell you, it humbles me.
It does not make me. You know. Oh wow, look
(13:53):
at how acrid I am. You know, No, it's like, wow,
how good is God? Like he cares about people and
such a level. Now, I did stay in that prophetic
word that by the time they give him this third
the third upgrade in his in his work, he's probably
not gonna want to do it anymore. And it happened
exactly when the whole pandemic hit, so so God gave
(14:17):
him insight into that heave and he was approached by
some A listers and some superhero movies and just cool
stuff like that, Like we get to be If you
feel like you're a nobody here and you're listening and
you feel like you're a nobody, I want you to
know there's no nobody's in the world, there's no nobody's.
You're somebody. Yeah, you might be doing some things behind
the scenes, but it's still just as fun. Sometimes it's
(14:39):
even more fun not for people knowing who you are.
We get to do things behind the scenes and the
stealth ninja like mode, you know. And I don't really
care about getting I do care about influence. I'm not
I'm not opposed to influence. But I'm not here for
a platform. I'm here for the message. I want the
message to be platform, not me. And so maybe you're
(15:00):
out there and you're like, I want to I want
to grow in the prophetic. I want you to know
I'm no more special than you. God is not He
is not he is He does not play favorites, okay,
And so I just want to encourage you is that
you two can grow in this. And you know what,
you can probably even do faster than me. If you're
you're probably smarter than me. And I encourage you to
(15:20):
go and run with it and go all the way
with it.

Sorry comes up out of me, I'm like, come on,
do this, let's go team.
Speaker 3 (15:39):
Yeah, you know, that's that's so good.
Speaker 2 (15:41):
And so you talk about you know, you mentioned the
mind renewal piece and we're you know, we're obviously called
to renew our mind. And a lot of people don't understand,
like you said, how to do that?
Speaker 3 (15:56):
Could you give them a tip on.
Speaker 2 (15:58):
Like what's the first thing, the biggest thing that they
could do to renew their mind.
Speaker 4 (16:04):
Well, what started making me open to this was was
was the breakthroughs in neuroscience. I started hearing these things
in neuroscience and I came across this lady named doctor
Caroline Leaf. Yeah, and that opened me up big time.
I'm like, whoa, this is like what I've been looking
for my whole life. And and so I started studying that.
(16:26):
I started looking into I started thinking about because I
heard stories and people outside the church, outside the four Walls, Oh,
I've that meditation. I'm like, well, what is meditation in
the Bible? Like what does that look like? And I
hear people saying about emptying your mind versus filling your mind?
And I start looking into these things and I'm like,
you know what, you know? I looked at the scripture,
what's focus on whatever is lovely, whatever is pure, whatever
(16:48):
is of good news. And the kind of analogy I
have is, you know, if you struggle with depression or
anxiety or stinking thinking, the thought there was a thought
that came to me right before I got filled with
the Holy Spirit, and I thought it was just me
because I thought like it just it was me, and
I had the thought was do I need to be
(17:10):
ruled by my emotions and thoughts? And that was the
question that actually got me into looking into personal development,
like as an artist would make fun of people that
would do that, and I started stepping into other realms
of understanding. And that's been a big question in my life.
Is because I believe that you know, you know, it
talks about you know, that we're to have our mind
(17:30):
being renewed in Christ. And I'm like, I need to
crack this code. And I'm not saying I've arrived, but
a lot of what I've done research in with with
meditation and how powerful it is, I started implementing these
things and it's it's so amazing because you know, when
you're my One of the things that I discovered was
(17:52):
a lot of times, let's say you have a situation
and you're angry, and some are you someone does something
to you and you get angry, and all of a sudden,
you're like, you might say, I'm angry, Well, what do
you declare and you are. And the Lord start teaching me.
He is like, don't identify with the feelings and you
feelings are not evil, but if they haven't been trained
in the renewal of the mind, they'll own you. Instead
(18:14):
of being a servant to the spirit, you end up
becoming a slave to your emotions and your thoughts. And
so God started teaching me. He's like, you were like
a snow globe. He says. You ever see a snow
globe and you have to shake it up, and you
can't see what's in the inside until what it settles down.
He says, I'm gonna teach you how to settle down.
You're not gonna have that snow of emotions and thoughts
rule you anymore. Don't try catching the snowflakes, he says,
(18:36):
just be still and know that I'm God. And I
started seeing immense and especially in twenty twenty, and it's
gonna be real with you. With everything was going on,
I realized that even though I had an understanding of
mind renewal, I did not have it that developed as
I thought I did. I noticed, and I've always preached
this and taught this is that you really find out
(18:57):
the holes in your boat when you're in the storm.
And so I'm okay with that. I'd rather have God
tests I found out. I said, I'll I'll say the analogy.
I'd rather test the submarine in a in a in
a in a contained area rather than when I'm out
in the depths. And that's what basically the Lord was
teaching me during twenty twenty was I'm seeing some problems
(19:18):
in my cabin. There's some water popping through, and I
realized that I had some fear, I had some uh
you know, I had some of this stuff going on
in me, and I'm like, you know what, this is
not right? Like I know I know this, but I
don't I know it here. I need to know it here.
And that's when meditation really, that really was really up
(19:39):
practice for me. And I end up studying spiritual formation
a whole bunch of people, that's which I never even
heard of that before. I'm like, why do to know?
Why are we teaching these things? Like why isn't this
happening because of different streams and different kind of viewpoints
and everything. But that's that's really I mean, my encouragement
for you is is is that eventually what happens. Eventually
(20:01):
you're going to have a place where if you if
you were intentional with with mind renewal, it will become
second nature for you. It'd be weird for you to
be depressed and anxious. It'll actually flip the other way.
And I call that pickling. And my analogy is my
metaphor is is that you have a pickle, you have
(20:22):
a cucumber brain. Okay, And I said, you have this
cucumber brain. I said, what happens when you want to
make a cucumber and a pickle. You got to brind it.
You got to put it in a solution and let
it soak up. And what happens is the DNA of
that of that cucumber changes. I said, can you unpickle
a cucumber? And the answer is no. Well, I said,
(20:45):
you've got to get your brain pickled so much it
can't go back. And that's what That's what I believe
you can do. Uh. The other the other metaphor I
have is you know, like you you know, I say,
do people have a puppy? Do you ever have a
puppy in your life? And they're like, yeah, I've had
a puppy and I say, Okay, I said, what happens
if you don't teach the puppy to go outside? What
(21:05):
does it do? Well? It pees and poops all over
the place? I said, and what happens? You end up
stepping in it? Right? Yeah? A lot of times? Yeah,
I said, Well, your brain is like a puppy and
you gotta you gotta train it to go where it
needs to go, and you gotta guide it. Otherwise you're
gonna end up stepping in something because it's never been trained.
That puppy doesn't know any better. Your brain doesn't know
(21:26):
any better. You've got to train your brain. And I
know it's more than just you know, it's it's it's
it is spiritual, hands down. But I think sometimes we
throw away practical tools and we sometimes we can make
things so mystical doesn't make sense. You know. I love
I love the mystical experiences. I love going to happen,
I love seeing angels, I love all that stuff. But
(21:47):
if my life and other people around me aren't being
changed that's really happening in the trenches, then it's just theory.
You know, it might just be religion. So anyway, that's
is that helpful? Yeah.

I know.
Speaker 2 (21:58):
That's really good, and you know you're preaching my message
and it's all good because I like to hear other
people say it too.
Speaker 3 (22:06):
Yeah, And it's important for us.
Speaker 2 (22:10):
To work multi dimensionally when we look at transformation or
healing or or trying to become the maturing sun. We
can't only work in one either in body, in soul,
or in spirit. We've got to work in all three.
Speaker 4 (22:26):
Amen's right.
Speaker 3 (22:27):
Yeah, I love that.
Speaker 2 (22:29):
So you've mentioned that the couple times, and so I'm
just going to go there. I know it's a bit
of a rabbit trail totally. Okay, everybody, put on your
seat belt.
Speaker 3 (22:39):
We're going to take a right turn here.

You have mentioned, yeah, let's do this.

All right, You've mentioned twenty twenty and you know, according
to General Flynn and some of the other people, by
the time this show airs at the end of September
early October, we will be in the if we're in
that right now or if it's coming up, because you

know that, you know, the devil ain't happy. You know,
he's gonna keep trying to shake us up and whatever,
you know, shaking shaking, what can be shaken, Let it
not be you.

We are the red cannot.

Be shaken, do not comply, and the only the only
way that he gets to win is if if we
do comply. If we do, you know, become the sheeple,
you know. So anyway, Okay, that was my right turn.

I know, right, I don't want to get a strike

You know, Yeah, you know that thing that they put
inside you that's kind of like embedding a bio weapon
in your body.

We don't say the name of don't do any more

No, it's not theory, that's the problem.

So the real, the short version is basically where people
can be confident. I kind of have a different take
on I don't teach people how to hear the voice
of God. God Gods are speaking to them. I just
help them with their awareness. So I help people get
aware of how God's speaking to them, to discover their mission,

to discover where they're meant to make influence and an impact,
and I help them get there. And it's really just
it's kind of like you, you know, discipleship, you know.
And so we do group coaching sessions on Tuesdays at
seven pm Eastern Standard and we have an hour, an
hour and whatever, and we do that four times a month,
and we have we have awesome students, we have awesome community.

And I know people say that, and I'm sure, like
you know, my sister here can say the same thing.

Okay, So we were ending on we were just getting
into some really juicy, you know, kingdom conversations.
Speaker 4 (01:52):
I love that.

So I'm going to let you keep going with parts
of your story what you're doing now, we'll just have comforts.
Speaker 4 (02:00):
Yeah, one hundred percent. So yeah, and so when I
was so, if you go back, listen to the first
interview I talked about going to Graham Cooks School and
a lot in two thousand and three is when I
experienced the Holy Spirit. Two thousand and four, I knew
I wanted to be a coach now. I knew that
I had a call from back in the day to
be a pastor. And then I was like coach and
(02:23):
the artist. I'm like, how in the world, Like is
this just me? Is that just my own desire? Can
I have my own desire? You know? I wrestled through
all this stuff, you know, like God, I'll do whatever
you want me to do. You know, I'd read, I'd
studied books on God's will, and i just was searching.
And so one of the things that when I first
(02:43):
got all the Holy Spirit is I read books before
on personal development. And actually it's funny because I was like,
why don't they have books like this? And you know,
why didn't I ever read books like this?
Speaker 3 (02:54):
And then exactly why?
Speaker 4 (02:56):
And I remember when I had a beef with God.
I remember reading Awaken the Giant Within, and I was
at Barnes and Nobles and I wanted to throw the
book at first come. I'm like, this is all the Bible.
It's just put in different words, you know. And I'm like,
I'm so Russ and so so I built the Holy Spirit.
Two thousand and three, two thousand and four, I saw
(03:18):
this guy speaking, a motivational speaker. I talked to him.
He took some time with me, and I'm like, I
want to do what you're doing, but I don't want
to be just in the church. I want to go
outside the four walls. And he's like, I'm also a coach,
and I'm like, I want to be a coach, you know.
Like he told me about how he's helped people. Well.
Fast forward, I'm at Graham Cooks School twenty eleven and
(03:40):
I had this question, I asked God. I said, God,
who is the Tony Robbins of the Kingdom? Like, who
is that person? Is there such a person? And granted,
I let you know. Like when I got built the
Holy Spirit in two thousand and three, I didn't read
very modern books I read. One of the books I
read were from the the nineteen early nineteen hundreds. Back
(04:04):
I did not read any modern books. The only book
I read was Bill Johnson When Heaven Invades Earth. So
I had no idea, and God says, yes, I want
you to know what you're looking for, or close to
what you're looking for. He was actually here last week.
And this is how God spoke to me. I'm like,
last week, and I don't know why I didn't get
the name from him, but the Lord says yeah. And
so I asked somebody in the school. I'm like, who
(04:24):
spoke here last week? He says, oh, guy named Lance Wall. Now.
I was like, oh okay. And so I came across
Lance wall Now and I'm like, wait, okay, this is
this is kind of where I'm going go. This is
this is this is a lot better, you know. And
I listened to about his whole idea of convergence. That's
the reason why the name of my school's convergence. It's
(04:46):
and I love that word. Right, gets talents, God, history,
Everything converges to that point where I'm like, how do
I bring my artwork? How do I bring my preaching?
How do I? And I still had I was still
thinking from you know, a dualistic kind of viewpoint.
Speaker 3 (05:03):
You know.
Speaker 4 (05:04):
I'm like, you know, yeah, God restored everything, but I
can't do this. I can do that. And I still
wrestled with that for years. And honestly, what happened was
it made a lot of my stuff, my business stuff
that I did do. I was double minded about it
because I was I felt like maybe I was going
against something. And James chapter one gives you a spiritual
(05:24):
law says if you're double minded, you can't expect to
receive anything from the Lord, right, And I'm like, well,
I knew that, but I'm like, how do I change
my mind? And then and then I've learned about mind renewal,
but I'm like, how do I how do I do this? Like?
What is mind renewal? Why? Why? Why isn't Romans Chapter twelve,
verse two explain how to do this? More and then
(05:46):
you know, as a study looked into a lot, you know,
like land looking in the land, started hearing about the
Seven Mountains. I'm like, Okay, this is where I'm going.
This is this is the direction I'm going. This is good.
And twenty thirteen is when I started actually speaking in churches. Now,
I want you to know I've spoken at many many
business meetings. I've actually I spoke at the IRS a
(06:09):
couple of times. I spoke at you know, i'd spoken
high schools and I actually would. I did a whole
motivational speaking and I ended up prophesying. The Lord showed
me how to prophesy over people even better then back
when I was in hair school. And if you didn't
know about that, then you're gonna have to listen to
the first interview, I mean, because there's a lot more there.
(06:31):
But yeah, the Lord says, The Lord says, he is.
When you go and talk to someone, say when I
look at you, I see, And that's what I did.
I just after I was done my speech, I talked
to the kids. I say, when I look at you,
I see. And then it would ask me later on,
like how did you do that? I said, well, it's Jesus,
you know. And so so I started seeing this convergence happening,
(06:54):
and it's funny in I started feeling really edgy about
out like my ministry, like being a ministry. Even using
that word ministry, I use that just for the sake
of people trying to wrap their brain around it. But
technically we're all ministers or reconciliations. So they were all ministers.
Speaker 2 (07:14):
We're all ministers, no matter what walk of life we are,
whatever industry, we're ministers.
Speaker 4 (07:19):
Yep, I think yeah, And no, right, I don't. I
don't either. I don't even like that. Uh, you know,
for the sake of sometimes when you're trying to help
people out, Oh here's your ministry, this is your ministry. Really,
it's just it's it's it's really like, what is the
thing that's in your heart to do? Anyway? Uh? All
this to say is that's what I wrestled with. And
(07:40):
then I started understanding more and more that, you know,
when the when the veil was was was torn on
the day when Christ died on the cross, and how
he separated, how the secret sacred in the secular was
released and God restored all things to himself and that's
really the whole idea of ministry reconciliation. I'm like, wow,
(08:02):
the doors the visions was let it was like this,
it was very dilated, and that it was it opened
up for me as I started to have understanding. You know,
it talks about my people parish. From a lack of understanding,
I started to think about the possibilities. And twenty nineteen
I launched my coaching practice, and I've seen miracles in
(08:24):
my coaching practice. Now. It's funny because I'm like, Lord,
give me outside the four walls of the church and
that for whatever reason right now, I've had a lot
of believers. But still I've seen some pretty amazing miracles it.
And so once I got that bug and I started
seeing those things, I was like, this is it. Like
(08:45):
I want to coach. I want to teach, I want
to equip I love it. I love speaking, but I
really love coaching. I love working in the trenches with
the people rather than just preaching from a pulpit. I
like to be right there on the nitty gritty right.
Speaker 2 (08:58):
Oh my, I see now my audience is totally saying, oh,
Berlin likes that too. Oh Berlin likes that. Oh yeah,
that's what I.
Speaker 4 (09:05):
Hear say, exactly exactly.
Speaker 3 (09:11):
Guys.
Speaker 2 (09:11):
You guys know that he's definitely after my own heart,
because you know, I love I love the coaching, and
I love I love designing and building, and so therefore,
when we're designing people's business model and then building it
together and oh my gosh to get their message out there,
I just, yeah, it really fueled me. So I get
(09:34):
how you get. Yeah, I mean, I love walking on stage.
Don't get me wrong, I love no.
Speaker 4 (09:40):
Right exactly too. But well, and it's always I'm always
looking for that small one to three percent that actually
want to do something right, and I want it to
be more. I want it to be more than one
to three percent, I know. But that's the numbers that
come up quite often. That's the reason why the whole
remnant conversation happens so often.
Speaker 2 (09:58):
I guess you're right, Yeah, yeah, it would be cool
if everyone in the audience actually did what we, you know,
inspired them to do.
Speaker 3 (10:08):
I've done so good and then never do.
Speaker 4 (10:10):
Anything with it, I mean telling you, everything would just
be wrapped up. You know. I don't know, right, Yeah,
I don't understand how this. I used to think I knew.
I don't know, but all they can say is one
thing I know for sure, the gates of Hell will
never prevail against the Church, you know, and so like
(10:31):
you know, so I'm like, you can't. You're not meant
to lose, You're meant to win. And uh so, yeah,
I saw some It really just started opening my eyes.
Is how I can invite God into the work that
I did. Now, yes, I experienced it with with when
I was in hair school. I saw amazing things and
I'm like, Okay, God, how do I coach prophetically? How
(10:53):
do I you know, how do I also help? And see?
The thing is with coaching, it's not just about me
having the answer, it's allowing someone else to discover that
God already put the coordinates within them exactly. So I'm
gonna help unlock that for that person. I'm just gonna
as a coach. I say I'm a flashlight and I'm
a mirror. I like to, Yeah, I said, my mirror,
(11:17):
You're going to see who you are flashlight to see
what's going on there. Tell me a little bit more
about that, and you get curious about people and a
lot of times just by people having someone listen that
alone is powerful. Yeah, you're your girlfriend could listen, but
they're not going to listen the way that I'm going
to listen. I tell people that. I was like, listen,
you got good family grades, I said. But anyway, so
(11:39):
I've seen some pretty cool things. You know. I have
a little story that that your audience might really like. Okay,
So I was one of my coaching clients was working
for a world famous billionaire. Everyone would know her. Uh,
she's on and she's a billionaire and she's the biggest
(12:02):
woman in the world. I had a friend that worked
with her and he was talking to me. I was
coaching him through this and he's like, you know what,
I'm not getting paid enough. And I'm like, dude, like
that's crazy, like you know you you know. And I
was like, what's the normal rate for the work that
you do? And he says up into six figures and
I said, wow, I said, it sounds like you know.
(12:24):
I said, do you feel like you're, you know, transitioning?
He says, like I do, I feel like the grace
is leaving. And I said to him, I said, and
now this is before some things got really crazy. There's
a man that owns a world renowned social media company.
And I'm not going to use his name, but he's
been the news and he wanted to work for this man.
(12:46):
And I said, well, I said, you're going to work
for this man, and you are going to you're gonna
get you're gonna start out, you're gonna you're gonna get
paid one hundred and twenty thousand. Then you're gonna work
with him for six months, and then you're gonna go
one hundred and eighty thousand, and then we're gonna start
talking about getting you ready for leadership. So you end
up being leadership over this whole team. He's like Darby,
(13:10):
He's like, I love what you're saying. I don't have
faith for it. So I heard someone say this one,
so I just used it this and I just in faith.
I said, well, you don't need my you don't need
your faith. I said, uh, I said, you can borrow
mine and give it back to me afterwards. And he
just he's like what I said, Yeah, I said, you are.
You have the faith, but I'm going to step in
with you. I said, you're going to have the job.
(13:31):
This is going to happen in Jesus name, I said,
not only that you are also going to start getting
contacted by a list or celebrities and they're gonna want
They're gonna want what you carry because of the integrity
of your heart. Well, everything I said came to pass,
every lick and I'm not I tell you, it humbles me.
It does not make me. You know. Oh wow, look
(13:53):
at how acrid I am. You know, No, it's like, wow,
how good is God? Like he cares about people and
such a level. Now, I did stay in that prophetic
word that by the time they give him this third
the third upgrade in his in his work, he's probably
not gonna want to do it anymore. And it happened
exactly when the whole pandemic hit, so so God gave
(14:17):
him insight into that heave and he was approached by
some A listers and some superhero movies and just cool
stuff like that, Like we get to be If you
feel like you're a nobody here and you're listening and
you feel like you're a nobody, I want you to
know there's no nobody's in the world, there's no nobody's.
You're somebody. Yeah, you might be doing some things behind
the scenes, but it's still just as fun. Sometimes it's
(14:39):
even more fun not for people knowing who you are.
We get to do things behind the scenes and the
stealth ninja like mode, you know. And I don't really
care about getting I do care about influence. I'm not
I'm not opposed to influence. But I'm not here for
a platform. I'm here for the message. I want the
message to be platform, not me. And so maybe you're
(15:00):
out there and you're like, I want to I want
to grow in the prophetic. I want you to know
I'm no more special than you. God is not He
is not he is He does not play favorites, okay,
And so I just want to encourage you is that
you two can grow in this. And you know what,
you can probably even do faster than me. If you're
you're probably smarter than me. And I encourage you to
(15:20):
go and run with it and go all the way
with it.
Speaker 3 (15:25):

Sorry comes up out of me, I'm like, come on,
do this, let's go team.
Speaker 3 (15:39):
Yeah, you know, that's that's so good.
Speaker 2 (15:41):
And so you talk about you know, you mentioned the
mind renewal piece and we're you know, we're obviously called
to renew our mind. And a lot of people don't understand,
like you said, how to do that?
Speaker 3 (15:56):
Could you give them a tip on.
Speaker 2 (15:58):
Like what's the first thing, the biggest thing that they
could do to renew their mind.
Speaker 4 (16:04):
Well, what started making me open to this was was
was the breakthroughs in neuroscience. I started hearing these things
in neuroscience and I came across this lady named doctor
Caroline Leaf. Yeah, and that opened me up big time.
I'm like, whoa, this is like what I've been looking
for my whole life. And and so I started studying that.
(16:26):
I started looking into I started thinking about because I
heard stories and people outside the church, outside the four Walls, Oh,
I've that meditation. I'm like, well, what is meditation in
the Bible? Like what does that look like? And I
hear people saying about emptying your mind versus filling your mind?
And I start looking into these things and I'm like,
you know what, you know? I looked at the scripture,
what's focus on whatever is lovely, whatever is pure, whatever
(16:48):
is of good news. And the kind of analogy I
have is, you know, if you struggle with depression or
anxiety or stinking thinking, the thought there was a thought
that came to me right before I got filled with
the Holy Spirit, and I thought it was just me
because I thought like it just it was me, and
I had the thought was do I need to be
(17:10):
ruled by my emotions and thoughts? And that was the
question that actually got me into looking into personal development,
like as an artist would make fun of people that
would do that, and I started stepping into other realms
of understanding. And that's been a big question in my life.
Is because I believe that you know, you know, it
talks about you know, that we're to have our mind
(17:30):
being renewed in Christ. And I'm like, I need to
crack this code. And I'm not saying I've arrived, but
a lot of what I've done research in with with
meditation and how powerful it is, I started implementing these
things and it's it's so amazing because you know, when
you're my One of the things that I discovered was
(17:52):
a lot of times, let's say you have a situation
and you're angry, and some are you someone does something
to you and you get angry, and all of a sudden,
you're like, you might say, I'm angry, Well, what do
you declare and you are. And the Lord start teaching me.
He is like, don't identify with the feelings and you
feelings are not evil, but if they haven't been trained
in the renewal of the mind, they'll own you. Instead
(18:14):
of being a servant to the spirit, you end up
becoming a slave to your emotions and your thoughts. And
so God started teaching me. He's like, you were like
a snow globe. He says. You ever see a snow
globe and you have to shake it up, and you
can't see what's in the inside until what it settles down.
He says, I'm gonna teach you how to settle down.
You're not gonna have that snow of emotions and thoughts
rule you anymore. Don't try catching the snowflakes, he says,
(18:36):
just be still and know that I'm God. And I
started seeing immense and especially in twenty twenty, and it's
gonna be real with you. With everything was going on,
I realized that even though I had an understanding of
mind renewal, I did not have it that developed as
I thought I did. I noticed, and I've always preached
this and taught this is that you really find out
(18:57):
the holes in your boat when you're in the storm.
And so I'm okay with that. I'd rather have God
tests I found out. I said, I'll I'll say the analogy.
I'd rather test the submarine in a in a in
a in a contained area rather than when I'm out
in the depths. And that's what basically the Lord was
teaching me during twenty twenty was I'm seeing some problems
(19:18):
in my cabin. There's some water popping through, and I
realized that I had some fear, I had some uh
you know, I had some of this stuff going on
in me, and I'm like, you know what, this is
not right? Like I know I know this, but I
don't I know it here. I need to know it here.
And that's when meditation really, that really was really up
(19:39):
practice for me. And I end up studying spiritual formation
a whole bunch of people, that's which I never even
heard of that before. I'm like, why do to know?
Why are we teaching these things? Like why isn't this
happening because of different streams and different kind of viewpoints
and everything. But that's that's really I mean, my encouragement
for you is is is that eventually what happens. Eventually
(20:01):
you're going to have a place where if you if
you were intentional with with mind renewal, it will become
second nature for you. It'd be weird for you to
be depressed and anxious. It'll actually flip the other way.
And I call that pickling. And my analogy is my
metaphor is is that you have a pickle, you have
(20:22):
a cucumber brain. Okay, And I said, you have this
cucumber brain. I said, what happens when you want to
make a cucumber and a pickle. You got to brind it.
You got to put it in a solution and let
it soak up. And what happens is the DNA of
that of that cucumber changes. I said, can you unpickle
a cucumber? And the answer is no. Well, I said,
(20:45):
you've got to get your brain pickled so much it
can't go back. And that's what That's what I believe
you can do. Uh. The other the other metaphor I
have is you know, like you you know, I say,
do people have a puppy? Do you ever have a
puppy in your life? And they're like, yeah, I've had
a puppy and I say, Okay, I said, what happens
if you don't teach the puppy to go outside? What
(21:05):
does it do? Well? It pees and poops all over
the place? I said, and what happens? You end up
stepping in it? Right? Yeah? A lot of times? Yeah,
I said, Well, your brain is like a puppy and
you gotta you gotta train it to go where it
needs to go, and you gotta guide it. Otherwise you're
gonna end up stepping in something because it's never been trained.
That puppy doesn't know any better. Your brain doesn't know
(21:26):
any better. You've got to train your brain. And I
know it's more than just you know, it's it's it's
it is spiritual, hands down. But I think sometimes we
throw away practical tools and we sometimes we can make
things so mystical doesn't make sense. You know. I love
I love the mystical experiences. I love going to happen,
I love seeing angels, I love all that stuff. But
(21:47):
if my life and other people around me aren't being
changed that's really happening in the trenches, then it's just theory.
You know, it might just be religion. So anyway, that's
is that helpful? Yeah.
Speaker 5 (21:58):
I know.
Speaker 2 (21:58):
That's really good, and you know you're preaching my message
and it's all good because I like to hear other
people say it too.
Speaker 3 (22:06):
Yeah, And it's important for us.
Speaker 2 (22:10):
To work multi dimensionally when we look at transformation or
healing or or trying to become the maturing sun. We
can't only work in one either in body, in soul,
or in spirit. We've got to work in all three.
Speaker 4 (22:26):
Amen's right.
Speaker 3 (22:27):
Yeah, I love that.
Speaker 2 (22:29):
So you've mentioned that the couple times, and so I'm
just going to go there. I know it's a bit
of a rabbit trail totally. Okay, everybody, put on your
seat belt.
Speaker 3 (22:39):
We're going to take a right turn here.
Speaker 4 (22:43):
You have mentioned, yeah, let's do this.
Speaker 2 (22:49):
All right, You've mentioned twenty twenty and you know, according
to General Flynn and some of the other people, by
the time this show airs at the end of September
early October, we will be in the if we're in
that right now or if it's coming up, because you

know that, you know, the devil ain't happy. You know,
he's gonna keep trying to shake us up and whatever,
you know, shaking shaking, what can be shaken, Let it
not be you.

We are the red cannot.

Be shaken, do not comply, and the only the only
way that he gets to win is if if we
do comply. If we do, you know, become the sheeple,
you know. So anyway, Okay, that was my right turn.

gotta tell you something.

I know, right, I don't want to get a strike

You know, Yeah, you know that thing that they put
inside you that's kind of like embedding a bio weapon
in your body.
Speaker 3 (24:00):
We don't say the name of don't do any more
of that.

is a conspiracy theorist anyway?
Speaker 3 (24:09):
No, it's not theory, that's the problem.

this is an open enrollment type of a program you're running, right,
so that people can learn about you do yours.

So the real, the short version is basically where people
can be confident. I kind of have a different take
on I don't teach people how to hear the voice
of God. God Gods are speaking to them. I just
help them with their awareness. So I help people get
aware of how God's speaking to them, to discover their mission,

to discover where they're meant to make influence and an impact,
and I help them get there. And it's really just
it's kind of like you, you know, discipleship, you know.
And so we do group coaching sessions on Tuesdays at
seven pm Eastern Standard and we have an hour, an
hour and whatever, and we do that four times a month,
and we have we have awesome students, we have awesome community.

And I know people say that, and I'm sure, like
you know, my sister here can say the same thing.
We got awesome people. So you know, if that's something
that's interesting, if that's interesting to you, you can come
