Welcome back to the pod! This week's episode is a little different. We discuss all the news that has been made public regarding the coronavirus, and how it's affecting the world of sports. We don't have a hot take song challenge or pass or shoot segment on this episode, but we will be back with more fun content next week! Rylie and I would like to take this time to thank everyone who has been listening to our podcast and supporting us along the way. It's been so fun to step out of our comfort zones and try something new. We would also like to thank the IU Media School for providing us with fantastic facilities to record our podcast and Galen Clavio for helping us launch the pod. We couldn't have done any of this without the help of Galen and the media school. We will be back with new episodes every week, but we will record them on our laptops instead of in a podcast bay, so the quality might not be as good, but hopefully, the content will be even better. This is a great time for me and Rylie to explore other topics to discuss on our podcast rather than just sports. Thanks again for listening, we appreciate you all so much! Try your best to stay healthy, smart, patient, and kind. We will get through this wild time together. -Miya and Rylie

On Purpose with Jay Shetty

On Purpose with Jay Shetty

I’m Jay Shetty host of On Purpose the worlds #1 Mental Health podcast and I’m so grateful you found us. I started this podcast 5 years ago to invite you into conversations and workshops that are designed to help make you happier, healthier and more healed. I believe that when you (yes you) feel seen, heard and understood you’re able to deal with relationship struggles, work challenges and life’s ups and downs with more ease and grace. I interview experts, celebrities, thought leaders and athletes so that we can grow our mindset, build better habits and uncover a side of them we’ve never seen before. New episodes every Monday and Friday. Your support means the world to me and I don’t take it for granted — click the follow button and leave a review to help us spread the love with On Purpose. I can’t wait for you to listen to your first or 500th episode!
