Speaker 4 (01:41):
All right, Hello, welcome to the show. It is the
Brian Rushio right here on the floor to me at
Radio Network, also streaming this morning on a rumble and whimkin.
Good morning to all of our rusties over there on
Wimken and to all of our rumblers, uh watching this
morning on the show. To appreciate you checking this out
today and making this part of your day. All Right,
So we're now post all the election, post the post

(02:02):
day election, things kind of leveling out, calming down a
little bit, sort of, except for if you happen to
be part of the Muslim community and all excited now
that we now have the Muslim mayor, America's mayor. Yes,
this is one of the things that is now actually
being said by a lot of the Muslim community. They're

(02:25):
now celebrating the fact that America's mayor is American Muslim immigrant.
And there's been a lot of other comments which I
want to say should be alarming, and to a degree,
maybe they should be a little bit alarming because of

(02:45):
zora On Mahmadani's background, because of his connections Alex Soros,
which is George Soros's devil spawn, has been photographed to
hanging out with Mammadani right after the election results came out,
and they discuss that he was going to be the
next mayor of New York City. But I've been thinking
about this a lot, and I've actually talked about this

(03:08):
with a couple of friends of mine yesterday as we
were talking about the results of the election, and we've
all talked about how bad this is, and it is
going to be bad for New York, it really is.
It's all going to be bad for probably the Democrats,
probably portions of this country, maybe the entire country as well,
because the Democrats now looking at the whole zo Roun

(03:29):
Mammadnni effect as the next blueprint for being able to
win across the country. But here's the thing, so Roun
Mamadanni is is, obviously, with all of his election promises,
promised some things that we've all got the questions for,

(03:50):
starting with how, how, and who's going to pay for it?
Which the socialist dream, the dream that they always have,
all the push that they always have, always sounds great
on paper. The free buses, the free daycare, We're going
to raise the minimum wage, We're going to lower the rent,
we're gonna make things affordable. Government's going to do this,

(04:11):
government's going to do that. Government's going to give, give, give, give, give,
And it always sounds great on paper. And for the
slower minded people in this country who don't ever work
hard for the things that they have or understand that
as great as it would be to get something for free.
It's got to come from somewhere. I just wonder how

(04:37):
much Zoraon Mahmadan is going to actually be able to
get done of his promises in New York City. And again,
this is one of these things that that I think
the Republican Party should not miss this opportunity, even though
as we know they love to to they never miss

(04:58):
the opportunity to miss it opportunity. But at this point,
you're going to have Zoorun Mamma Donni, when he gets
sworn into office on January first, try to go down
this road of this dream, the socialist communist dream of
bringing socialism and communism to New York City, to deliver

(05:20):
all of these promises that all of these people got
out and voted for. You have people that are going
to be leaving New York City. I think the post
campaign is being actually sponsored by you Haul. It's going
to be interesting now because I think U Haul is
going to have problems with getting enough vehicles up to
New York, so there could be moves. But is he

(05:43):
going to be able to get any of it done?
And I think that's a very legitimate question because this
is the one that I brought up with a couple
of my friends yesterday is can he get it done?
And the reason we have to ask that is because
who's paying for it? Sure you might get you know,
Alex Soros to row a few billion here and there,
but is it enough to do all that is promised

(06:06):
to be able to carry through an entire four years
of his mayor's uh what is it? What do they
call mayorship whatever, and then potentially get re elected for
another four years? Is it four years or two years?
I don't you know what. Hang on a second, let
me I don't even know off the top of my head.
I mean some of these cities they they changed that up.
Let's see how long is the and I see, mayor,

(06:34):
I can't even type to this morning. I have had
problems this morning too because I forgot to get coffee
creamer for coffee, so I had to use the I
had to use the powdered stuff that is like the
the Oh my god, back up, and I'm just I'm
at this point, I'm timody even trying my coffee. All right,
So it is a four year term, So can he

(06:56):
do things in the in the first four years that
he has? Problem? Now, with Donald Trump, with all of
the campaign promises that he made, these are very easy
things to do. It's not things that's going to cost
billions of dollars, and it's everything given to the world
and nobody's paying for it and everything else. So Donald
Trump has some very realistic goals. But with Zora and

(07:18):
Mama Donnie, and the numbers have been thrown around into
the hundreds of millions, billions of dollars in order to
do the things like the free busses and the free daycare,
where's the money gonna come from? And if he's not
able to do it. And of course, the other thing
that has been pointed out a lot during the during
the campaign is the mayor doesn't have the control over that.

(07:39):
The mayor can't make that decision. The mayor can't do that.
So with all of the stuff that he has promised,
like the grocery store that's another thing, the the citywide
grocery stores. The mayor can't make that decision. That has
to be all of the what is it or presidents whatever,

(08:01):
like the city council kind of thing. It has to
be one of those deals that has to come together
with that, and they all have to make that decision
to be able to spend that kind of money, the
rent control thing that is not under the mayor's control.
So there's all of these things that Zoron Mahmadanni has
made as a promise that has got him elected. And
if he can't deliver on those things right away, he's

(08:22):
going to be in trouble. And this again is one
of these opportunities that I hope the Republican Party will
pay attention to, because the Republican Party fell asleep during
this election, absolutely fell asleep during the election. I think
they even may have been on vacation. And if they
were on vacation, I hope they came down here to
Florida so they could play with the Republican Party here

(08:44):
in Florida to find out how to actually get a
damn job done. But this is the time now, like
the Democrats do, Like the Democrats did with Donald Trump.
Donald Trump a year ago yesterday became the President of
the United States States elect. And what happened a year
ago today, The Democrats started their campaign against Donald Trump.

(09:08):
And that's what New York City needs to have happen
with the Republican Party. The Republicans need to step up,
and they need to start the groundwork, start laying things out,
and they need to put a lot of pressure on Zorn. Mama, dontie,
Now you got to deliver. You're now going to be
the mayor of the Great City of New York, or

(09:30):
at least the once great City of New York coming
up on January first, So prepare, where's these free buses at?
And then when he does deliver on anything, this is
one of the things where you have to harp on
all of the things that's going wrong with what it
was that you promised you were going to deliver. When
and if the free buses come along, it should be

(09:52):
a lot of hey, look look the homeless problem that's
now on the buses. Oh I thought that the crime
was going to go away on the buses when when
you give it for free and yet people are still
beating up bus drivers. I thought that was gonna be
the other way around. The Republican Party is going to
have to start calling out everything that goes on with
Zorn Mahmadanti for the next four years, everything that they do.

(10:17):
If the if the Republican Parties of New York City
and there's multiple of them. Don't do that. They're they're
just they're throwing in the towel. One and again, this
is one of these things where you play their game.
Play the Democrats game start today. You don't have to
get out there and start bashing. You can save up
a little bit. But today's the day that you start fundraising.

(10:40):
You start going through and you start getting the war
chest ready, and you get started battling. You find the
right people, You find that smartass internet person who can
get in there and do some great internet memes and
to do the attacks, lay out the groundwork. Okay, Bob,

(11:00):
you're gonna watch this program. Mary, you're gonna watch this
program and write down all the stuff and attack when
he doesn't deliver things. And even if it is one
of these things where you continue to encourage the Republican
Party should be taking to talk radio and to the
news and to social media and to get out everywhere

(11:22):
that they can in New York and be going, hey,
where's the free bus. They should be doing videos of
them having to swipe their card to get on the
bus until it is free. And then when and if
it is free, that's when you start highlighting up here's
another bus. Driver that got beaten up by one of
those free bus riders. Uh, look we're on the bus now.

(11:44):
Look at all the homeless peeing on the floor back here,
you know, all the homeless that are sleeping back there.
Start highlighting all the crime that happens on the free buses.
Start highlighting all the free daycare, the high quality day
here too. That's the other thing that I love is
that the Zoron Mahmadanni said that the New York City
residents are going to have free, high quality daycare. I mean,

(12:09):
we've all seen what low quality government work looks like,
and they can't do high quality. They wouldn't know high
quality if it hit them. So I think it's going
to be interesting to watch the Zorn Mahmadanni thing. And
this isn't again, it's another opportunity, and it's another opportunity
that not only for the Republican Party of New York

(12:31):
to focus on, because you got look, Bernie Sanders is
coming out and other Democrats are coming out and saying
that this is the blueprint that we need to do
all around the nation to be able to win the elections.
So the National Party should also be focusing on what's
going on in New York City and highlighting all of
the failures that happen because the Democrat Party is going

(12:55):
to a degree, or at least the Democrats socialist wing
of the Democrat Party is going to start using all
of this tactics to win seats around the country. And remember,
the Democrats are smart enough to know that you don't
have to go over just Congress. That's not the thing
that you have to win over. You win over the
mayor's races. So how many mayor's races around this country

(13:18):
are we going to see where they're going to start
throwing in more Karen Bass's Zorn Mahmadanni's start going after
people who are Islamic to get them to take over
certain communities. I always have to give credit where credit
is due, and I can see what they're doing. They

(13:40):
are little by little trying to turn this country into
an Islamic country. And again, when you see the Islamic
groups now that are cheering and chanting on the fact
that Zoraon Mahmadanni has won the mayor's seat in New
York City, now they just go after everybody else. They
go after all the other minded, easy to win voters,

(14:05):
Democrats in some of these cities. So remember, I don't
know if anybody saw this video, and I've played it
before on the show, but there was, uh, there was
an interview that was being done with with one of
the princes and I think in like one of the
Middle Eastern countries, and he was talking about how essentially
you go after the the the left voters because they're dumb.

(14:32):
They're they're they're very dumb. They're very easy to to
manipulate and to convince, and you can lie to them,
and you go in and you tell them all this,
we're gonna, uh you know, protect the LGBT community. We're
gonna do this, and we're gonna do that, and and
you you basically use and abuse them, you lead them
on because they're dumb enough to vote for it, and

(14:56):
that is how you win. And he said, I would
never vote for a Republican, never vote for a Republican
because the Republican and the Republican voters are too smart
for this. So you watch in the upcoming year because
remember next year is going to be the big year
for the House, and there's going to be attempts everywhere

(15:18):
they're possible, I mean, right, now California is going to
have five additional seats that are being redrawn that potentially
could go into the Democrat favor and the Republican Party again.
Rather than suing, which is what the GOP is doing
in California, they're suing over the Prop fifty, spend that
money to go after candidates to win. Stop being stupid

(15:39):
source to losers. Go after it and try to win fight,
but they won't do it. But you watch over the
next year, this is what we're going to see. We're
going to see the implanting of Islamic candidates, whether it
be for Congress or for state Senate seats, or state
representative seats, or mayor's seats or city council seats. We're

(16:00):
going to see that dotted all over the country. And
that's how they're going to slowly take over this country.
And if you're not paying attention and you all of
a sudden do wake up and you look, and this
country will be fundamentally changed and we're all going to go,
how the hell did that happen? And I'll be here
to just say, remember back on November sixth, when I

(16:20):
told you we gotta play the game. We gotta fight.
We gotta be right back. Well, this is the Bride
Rush Show. Good morning, all right, welcome back to the

(16:45):
Bride Rush Show here at Florida Man Radio. Happy Thursday,
one more day to go until the weekend. Ricky, I
like it the new strip club Girls and Goats. Sorry,
that's funny. I don't care. I don't care how inappropriate
it is. I don't care how rude it is. That's funny.

(17:06):
I welcome back to the show to appreciate you checking
this out today and making this part of your day.
And I gotta admit this. I love knocking Off coffee.
It's the official coffee of the show. You know that.
I drink it every day. I have the whiskey Age barrel.
I just bought like two pounds of it. This is
how much I love that coffee. Yesterday I had the
last of my coffee creamer, because look, I drink my

(17:29):
coffee foo foo. I totally admit it. I'm mad enough
to admit that I'll drink my coffee foo foo. I
ran out of coffee creamer yesterday. And I actually last night,
I was trying to remember this because I had a
long day at the at the aviation gig, and I
thought to myself, oh, crap, I'm not gonna be able
to get out to be able to get the coffee creamer.
So you know what, I'm gonna steal a couple of

(17:49):
little creamers from the office. I forgot to do that.
Thought about that on my way home. I'm like, crap,
not a big deal. You know what, I've got that
powdered stuff into a cup of coffee. I just I
absolutely ruined that cup of coffee. I just try to
sip of that during the break and I'm like, boh, yeah,

(18:10):
it is amazing. How something so craptastic. And what is
the dried powdered coffee creamer anyhow? I mean that that's
that stuff is nasty. It should be illegal. I would
rather just go without coffee, which is exactly what's gonna
happen this morning. So if I get cranky, that's probably
the reason why now having to resort to having to

(18:33):
drink the apple juice, which I'm okay with that all right. Anyhow,
welcome back to the show. Do appreciate you checking us
out today. Of course, don't forget you can also catch
up with the show at Thebrianrusshow dot com where we
had the podcast for you there yesterday when we had
Maureen Steele was on the show and we were talking

(18:55):
about the documentary that she did. So many of you
guys yesterday reached out to me and told me that
you you actually watched that documentary. The documentary it's called
Taken the State Sanctioned Kidnapping. It's it's only an hour long.
Just get heavy whip gear, you know. And I don't
even have whipping cream. I gotta tell you this. My

(19:17):
mother would be so mad at me too if she
came out, sous. My refrigerator is about as empty as
empty it can be. It hasn't been this empty in
a long time. As a matter of fact, in my refrigerator,
there are more of those yeah, and yes, I'm like
five years old. There's more of those little uh, those
those thin popsicle things than there is anything else in

(19:39):
my refrigerator. And yes, I chomp on those things all
the time. It's like my it's like, let my little
favorite go to. I've got nothing in my refrigerator. I
haven't gone. I don't remember the last time I went.
I have one grocer stop at about a week or
so ago, and I made some lasagna for the office
and that was it. Other than that, I got nothing
in there. I mean, I've got like my survival food,

(20:00):
but you never want to dig into that because that's
not all that great. So I guess I guess today
I'm gonna have to try and try and go get
that because I can't do a Friday show without uh
without the proper stuff. But anyhow, we got a lot
more to talk about. If you haven't got a chance
to to to get that, watch that documentary, go do it?

Speaker 1 (20:21):
What did?

Speaker 4 (20:21):
I posted it on h on their Facebook page, so
go check that out. Also it's on america Americanmadefoundation dot org.
Every single person that watched that documentary about the the
the Rivera's family in Boston responded, going because I I
warned everybody, I said, you know, go watch it and

(20:43):
enjoy it, but you're gonna get pissed. And every single
person that watched it yesterday, Uh that was the response.
They they messaged me back and said, yeah, you're right now,
I'm pissed. Great documentary, but I'm pissed as we should be.
All Right, we got to take a break for our
bottom of the hour. We'll be right back. This is
the Brian Rush Show. Good morning, all right, welcome back

(21:18):
to the Bride Rush Show. Thanks for checking us out
here on Florida Man Radio.

Speaker 5 (21:23):
I'm starting to I'm really hoping that I'm not actually
getting sick now, because I'm starting to get the flem cough,
which I know that right now here on the Panhandle
of Florida there's a whole bunch of the pollen allergy thing,
whatever the heck it is that's going on right now.

Speaker 4 (21:39):
Of course it could be this, right. I added up
all the hours providing that I don't have any of
my people call out sick again for the rest of
this week between days off just in my other job,
not including the thirty hours a week that we spend

(22:00):
on this show. If not a little bit more, I'm
gonna put in about seventy five hours. I gotta stop
working so hard hopefully I won't get sick, which I'm
starting to feel like this. I know something's up because
last night I actually slept hard. Like I never sleep
very well on average, I do like four hours of

(22:23):
sleep something like that. I think last night I got
about six hours of sleep and it was solid like
I not only did I sleep through my first alarm,
I got right up to the second alarm, and I
was like, what the Hell's going on here? And I
woke up you know when you get that really heavy,
heavy sleep, And I woke up that way, And now
I'm getting that flim cop It's probably during the next break,
I'm gona have to grab some some mucinex and start

(22:44):
musinexing like crazy, start popping those things like pez gotta
fight it, can't get sick, can't do it. We got
a show to do. So Chuck Schumer and the Schumer
Shutdown continuing now in today number thirty seven, the longest one.
As he will remind us that Donald Trump has now
presided over the longest and second longest shutdowns ever. What

(23:05):
a shameful milestone. And he's own and he only has
himself to blame. Chuck Schumer, You're an idiot. I mean,
you really truly are an idiot. And by the way,
the level of desperation that is coming out of Chuck
Schumer now and the sense of entitlement, I love watching

(23:27):
this because he the other day, it might have been yesterday,
made the day before he came out and he basically
is demanding him and Tima Obama are demanding that the
Republicans and Donald Trump negotiate. I don't know if if
he doesn't quite understand what it means to be in

(23:49):
the minority, the party that's not in charge. I mean,
they remind us over and over again that Donald Trump
has the House, the Senate, and the Presidency, and he's
in charge, and he should be able to do this.
So what gives Chuck Schumer that sense of entitlement that

(24:09):
he can go to the Republicans and demand that they negotiate,
And especially since it's not like the Democrats like in
the past, and I'll give them a little credit where
credit is due. In the past, they've at least come
up with some relatively okay things to want to negotiate
and have into the budget. What they're wanting now is unreasonable.

(24:33):
And not only is it unreasonable, we just went through
several months of Doge exposing and publicly exposing all of
the waste, the fraud, the abuse. We're watching the Democrats
implode because they don't have their precious programs to line
their pockets. And you come to the Republicans and say,

(24:58):
I want another one point five trillion dollars in spending.
I want to do millions of dollars for LGBT in
African countries where they don't support the LGBT community. We
want to spend all this money on foreign countries, on
foreign stuff, and if you don't do it, we're going
to not vote to open up the government. It's been

(25:21):
on record now fourteen times, fourteen times that the Republican
Party in its entirety in the Senate has said yes,
let's open up the government. So it's not like the
Republicans aren't saying yes, let's open up the government. Instead,
it's Chuck Schumer who is continuing to go down this
road of saying, let's spend more money we don't have,

(25:43):
and let's spend it on things that are not for
the Americans. Honestly, I think it is time for us
to start flooding Chuck Schumer's switchboard his office and start
letting him know knock it off. Start taking care of
the Americans first. And you know what, if you want

(26:04):
to do the whole things for the LGBT plus hashtag
everything else community, fine, fight for that, but fight for
it here in America. Fight for our American gay population,
not the ones in Africa that they don't support anyhow.

(26:26):
But Chuck Schumer is now taking to social media and
I think every other post that he does is nothing
but trying to highlight that Donald Jump is his shutdown,
and it's not. And of course the thing that we
also have to realize that with this shutdown and with
the continuing resolation, it ends in November twenty first, it

(26:51):
is now November sixth, So I am going to put
this one down on the feet of Republicans to a degree,
Speaker Johnson, are we working on Continuing Resolution two point zero?
Are we getting that done? Have we done anything? Because
here's the thing, the Republicans of the House for the

(27:13):
most part, just to throw their hands up and said,
all right, we're out, and they've walked out. Now I
know the Democrats that we're doing all this stupid thing
about oh where's the Republicans? Where's the Republicans? And at
the time, there wasn't a whole lot for them to
do right away. And sometimes I like the fact that
they're not in Washington because that means they're not spending
money and not doing things that they don't need to

(27:35):
be doing. But at this point they should be there,
not really to work on the Continuing Resolution, which is
the next thing they're going to have to do. Because
you know how this works. You do the Continuing Resolution
in September, the Continuing Resolution in November, ironically, just days
before Thanksgiving. This happens every year. It's literally a couple

(27:56):
of days before Thanksgiving when they got to do the
Thanksgiving break. And the reason why is because you have
to paint the picture. Oh my god, we got to
get this done. Oh this is so important that we
get this Continuing Resolution done so that we can go
home for our Thanksgiving break and be with our families.
Oh my god, you're right. Let's do another continued Resolution.
We'll do it for thirty days and it'll last just
until Christmas time and then, oh my god, we've got

(28:19):
to do the Continuing Resolution again. I don't know if Washington,
DC understands this or not, but we're not stupid. We
remember what happened last year, we remember what happened the
year before. As a matter of fact, we now have
on our calendars on our phones the days that we're
going to actually see the Continuing Resolution because we know,

(28:43):
I mean, those of us that are in the media.
We have a folder on the side that says, Okay,
here's Continuing Resolution number one, here's number two, and it
will be the September going into November. November, actually it
won't be Christmas time, and usually goes until about January
beginning of February. Then they do another one for February

(29:05):
that gets you through Junior July, and then Junior July
will get you through September, and then you start all
over again. So as the employers, as the managers of
the country, we should be looking up to our staff
these guys and saying, hey, why is it you haven't
had a budget done since nineteen ninety six. What are

(29:29):
you doing? And of course what this does is for
those who don't get what the continuing Resolution is, it
just continues the spending that was approved before. So all
the spending right now is essentially Biden's spending minus some
of the things that the Republicans looked at and said,
now this has got to come out and they haven't

(29:50):
got anything done. But Chuck Schumer again, just you know what,
I love this one. This is great. I gotta play
this because this is what Chuck Schumer is wasting all
of his time on and this video was embarrassing. You know,

(30:10):
I get the whole social media thing and the image
and all the other stuff, but there are certain people
who just you can't do this, so don't and Chuck
Schumer is one of them. When he went out and
did this this video, and I'm just gonna play the
audio for you on this video because it was it
was so pathetic. Instead of being in Washington, d C.

(30:34):
And working to get things open, he did this, Hang on,
come on speak speaker.

Speaker 6 (30:42):
Johnson is more concerned about protecting what happened in here.

Speaker 4 (30:48):
As he's by the way in front of Epstein's mansion,
which is ironically just down the street from his house,
just saying happens in here.

Speaker 6 (30:58):
Emergency room and another clinics and hospitals around the country.
It's been two weeks since Republicans shut down the government,
and millions of Americans are learning that their insurance premiums
will go through the roof if Republicans continue on their
current path. They're on vacation in the middle of a shutdown.
Federal workers are working and not getting paid, and House

(31:21):
Republicans are getting paid and not working. All except Marjorie
Taylor Green.

Speaker 3 (31:26):
I'm actually putting the blame on the Speaker and Leader
Thoon in the Senate.

Speaker 6 (31:31):
Why, well, for one, he have to swear in Adali
to Grijalvo, which would trigger the release of the Epstein files.

Speaker 4 (31:41):
And then he just continues, I don't know, I feel
like a lessening to the rest of them. I really don't.
By the way, I'm also sick of the Epstein Files.
I don't know about you. I'm kind of sick of it.

Speaker 3 (31:50):
You know.

Speaker 4 (31:50):
It's one of these things where the Epstein Files, and
I've been saying this from the beginning of the Epstein Files,
nobody is going to get prosecuted. Nobody's going to go
to jail for this other than Giselle and and that's it.
Nothing else is gonna happen. Oh yeah, sure, Prince Andrew
loses his royal title and kicked out of the royal

(32:11):
family and everything else because of the stuff that he did,
because that was kind of proven. But even the insiders
of the Epstein Files have said, look, there's there's absolutely
nobody that is in elected office right now or has
they've already died, that is on that list. There's nobody there.

(32:33):
And again this whole thing, we're trying to tie Donald
Trump to the list. And and you know what, maybe
there is a business associate or associates of Donald Trump
that's on that list. But Donald Trump he's shown it,
he doesn't care. He's throwing people under the bus before.
And I highly doubt that that that Donald Trump would

(32:55):
be holding this back to to protect anybody. I think
that on there's a lot of the Epstein list that
again people that are no longer intelected office, have died
or is insignificant because, like I've pointed out, with the
Epstein list, if it was all released today, the most

(33:17):
you would probably get out of this would be shame.
That's it.

Speaker 5 (33:25):
You.

Speaker 4 (33:26):
I would love to say that you know, oh you
would get you know, a spouse that would be upset.
I'm fully willing to bet that everybody that was involved
in the Epstein island their spouses know their spouses aren't
that stupid? They know? So I mean a little bit
of embarrassment in the community. Again, most of these people

(33:46):
are rather on the older side too. Aside from Prince Andrew,
I don't think there's anybody else that it would matter.
I highly doubt that there's anybody on the list at
this point that you would be like, oh, that person,
you'd probably have to go who And if they're somebody
who's still in the working realm, you know, maybe working

(34:09):
on the board of directors or a CEO of some
country or a company, that they may get shamed and
have to step down from it. Some of these people
will come out and be like, oh, yeah, you know,
I was on the list and I went to Epstein
Island and I feel so bad and shameful. And that'll
be the extent of it. And I think we all
know that if Donald Trump was on the list, then

(34:34):
the Democrats would have released it a long time ago.
They would have released that a long long time ago,
because that's a great way of taking down Donald Trump.
Because if there was evidence in proof that Donald Trump
was a pedophile, we the Republican voters and the Magat
supporters would never have voted for him because we don't
stand for that, and the Democrats know that. So the

(34:57):
Epstein list is again one of these just it's a distraction.
It's an absolute distraction. I mean, everything about it is wrong,
it's disgusting and everything else. But at this point in time,
it's a distraction. Nobody's gonna go to jail, nothing's gonna
happen to really anybody. So let's move on. I mean,
you should it be all released. Absolutely, just release the
damn thing and be done with it and go here,

(35:19):
have at it. But of course, one of the other
problems with the releasing of the Epstein list is that
with the Democrats, because of the fact that they're ruthless,
just heartless bastards, that they will get the list and
what they were hoping would be on it is not there.

(35:40):
But there will be lists of victims, there will be
lists of girls' names, and you know how the Democrats play,
They will go after those victims to revictimize them, to
bully them into talking about you know, Donald Trump or
this person or that person, and convince them to lie

(36:01):
and make them victims all over again. So I think, honestly,
in this point in time, I think we've got a
much bigger problem to deal with than the Epstein list.
So move on from that. Let's talk about getting the
forty one point seven million people off of food assistance

(36:22):
and not throwing them off of food assistance. We should
be asking the question because this, I think, and to me,
this is a more important question. If we have forty
one point seven million people that require food assistance, we
are failing here in America and it shouldn't be that way.
And granted, we all know if I mean, we're not stupid.

(36:46):
We all know that probably half of those that are
on these food assistance programs are people that are using
and abusing the system and they need to come off
of it, hands down, go get a job. But we
should be doing everything we can to uplift those people
and get them off of these programs, get them to
a point where they can support themselves and be happy

(37:07):
about it. I mean, there is a lot about the
human psyche when it comes to being able to provide
for yourself and being successful. And we all have our
own levels of success and what we define as being successful.
But yeah, you know if you and again, the level

(37:31):
success are multiple different levels and how people look at it,
you know, you may be thinking to yourself, oh, well,
I'm not all that excited about, you know, becoming a
swing manager at a fast food restaurant. Well you know
what somebody else might that might be that plateau of
them going wow, this is amazing I made it to
this point, and that's what we need to do. We

(37:54):
need to encourage people to do that, so that we
can lift them up, lift them out of the poverty,
and lift them out of all of this control of
the Democrats. And and people will be amazed when when
you have the power and the ability to control your
own destiny, you'll be amazed at how good you will
feel about yourself. And if the Republican Party can be

(38:15):
the leaders of that, if the Republican Party can be
the party that lifts people up out of all of
this and highlights what the Democrats have done to you,
you can win. But as I say that, I also
think back of my head, not even the back, and
it's coming right to the front. The Republicans are too
stupid to understand how to do that. The leadership, the

(38:38):
people in charge of the messaging, they're too stupid to
understand that. And I did see somebody mentioned in the comments,
where's the where's the GOP message to to Chuck Schumer?
And yeah, where was it? Where where was the counter message?
The counter message that the GOP should have had out
there was? You know, if there's anybody that knows where

(39:02):
Jeffrey Epstein's house is it would be his neighbor Chuck Schumer,
who should be in Washington, DC right now opening up
the government. You know, there's so many ways that you
can hit back, and they just don't know how to
do it. And I think mostly the reason they don't
do it is because they're afraid. Stop being afraid. Man
up a little bit. All right, we got to take
a quick break. We'll be right back. This is the
Bride Rush Show. Good morning, all right, welcome back to

(39:35):
the Bride Rush Show here at Florida Man Radio and
streaming of Rubble and wimpon dot com as well. So
another weapon that the Democrats are taking out that they're
going to have some fun with, and that is the
latest news coming from the FAA. The FAA has announced
that they're going to be reducing about ten percent of
the flights, the flight capacity starting tomorrow. So if you're

(39:58):
wondering where some of this is going to be, and
of course the consequences of this are going to be high.
Number one is going to reduce a lot of our
travel because as it is, America does a lot of
airline travel, So that's going to affect a lot of people.
It's going to affect business, is going to affect vacations,
it's going to affect going to see family, especially as
we are now just weeks away from Thanksgiving. So again

(40:23):
one of these games that is being played. And of
course people like Kathy Hochel coming out and blaming the Republicans.
It's not the Republicans, it's the Democrats that are doing this.
All they have to do is vote to reopen the
government and all of these problems go away, and then
you could work on the ones that you want to
have done. You could work on this healthcare crisis that
you call it. But some of the airports that are

(40:46):
going to be affected by this, and this is one
that you know when this hits the list that it's
going to be bad. Hartsville Jackson, Atlanta, that's going to
be one of the ones that's going to be affected
by this. And you know it's not going to be
a good because that's a central hub for Delta. So
if they're going to start reducing that, you're going to
see it trickle down effect all over the place. But

(41:07):
here in the state of Florida, there's a few others
that are also going to be affected. For Lauderdale, Hollywood
International is going to be affected. Also, Orlando International is
going to be affected, and Tampa is also going to
be affected here in the state of Florida. But in
addition to that, there's also some other major airports that
are also going to be affected. Chicago, O'Hair will be

(41:29):
affected on this thing. Let's say Denver also going to
be affected, Denver's being one of the big international airports.
Newark is going to be affected as well up in
the New York City area. What else is on this list?
Ronald Reagan International in DC, Dallas Love is going to

(41:50):
be affected. Charlotte, which is a hub for American airlines,
that's going to be affected. It's going to turn into
a big mess. And just ten percent cut is going
to be a big problem. And of course that is
also going to hit the bottom line of these airlines.
So what is going to be the next thing that

(42:11):
we're going to see? Oh, we have to bail out
the airlines because the Republicans and the shutdown have cost
the airlines billions of dollars, and now we have to
bail them out. You watch that's coming next? All right,
we got to take a break for our top of
the hour. We'll be right back just a minute. This
is the Brian Rush Show. Don't forget. You can check

(42:32):
us out here on Florida Man Radio on the Florida
Man Radio app. Go download that be right back.

Speaker 1 (42:44):
Brian Mussons name, you know the brand.

Speaker 2 (42:50):
Line up the airways in this one, melting snowflakes were.

Speaker 3 (42:57):
The fiery half talking. You can't withstand fast show from
coast to coast. Got the facts, but it ain't no boast,
can't deal off the chains and give him a toast
to the man who roasts the most.

Speaker 1 (43:18):
Knock it off. It's rust on me. But in my
lack care of scenes the command no, don't.

Speaker 3 (43:26):
Breed frame in the top show silver screen, the first
words that spark the plane. Nothing never stays the same,
breaking down laws of shame.

Speaker 1 (43:46):
Ryan rust is here a claim.

Speaker 3 (43:48):
Voices rise of thing and so true does censor to
the core. Pliticians keep the score of Brian's battling in
this war knocking its rusty chair scene, did you mind?

Speaker 1 (44:06):
Oh don't free ring in the social still the stream?

Speaker 4 (44:19):
All right, welcome back to out number two of the
Brian Rush Show here on Florida Man Radio. To appreciate
you checking it's out. How you doing. You're doing all right?
I hope you're doing good. I hope you're also, by
the way, not catching this stuff that's going around. If
you haven't started doing it, started viteing up because there
is this, uh, it's like a flu thing that's going around.
I've got an employee who who has it, and apparently

(44:41):
it is some sort of a new strain of virus
that that is going around. That that's what he's being told.
Everything kind of looks like the flu, but he's being
told new strain. Hm. Boy, this sounds familiar, doesn't It
doesn't that sound familiar? Won't be add something? Want to
be something? If all of a sudden we have another

(45:03):
COVID pandemic that strategically happens during Donald Trump's administration. So
with that said, let's not be fooled with two point
zero on this. Make sure we cut ourselves healthy, keep healthy,
and look even in the doc I'm not a doctor.
I'm not giving you medical advice, even though I've played
a doctor once or twice here and there when I

(45:25):
went through the whole COVID thing, when the doctor started
telling me, hey, take some over the counter medications. Take
take more of the pills, take more of the vitamins,
Take the things that you naturally need. And I know
you gotta be careful in some areas, be careful in
some areas that you don't. Don't do that with your children,

(45:45):
that you you just give them natural stuff because you
might get in trouble with the law. You get that
if you were here for yesterday's yesterday's interview with Maureen.
But yeah, make sure everybody takes care of yourself. Vitamin up,
take all the stuff that you need to take to
to really just build up and boost your immune system.

(46:05):
So if you do catch any of this crap, you
can fight it real good. I can feel it coming,
you know. I'm starting to get that sinus headache. I'm
getting that chess thing, which crap. I forgot to go
take some stuff. I gotta I gotta go take some
drugs here in a little while. And then actually not
drugs are just more natural stuff. So go to do
that so we can fight this. Because I don't want
you to get in sick either. Don't do that, and

(46:27):
I don't have time for being sick. So we do
have some good news in the elections kind of. So
the Twin Cities mayoral election, the one that everybody thought
it was going to be the boat captain from Somalia
that was going to win. Remember, I am the mayor.
Look at me, I am the mayor. He lost, which
I guess we can look at that and say, all right,

(46:49):
that's good. That's a good thing. That the Somali immigrant
boat captain looking guy who looks malnourished as a booby
prize and somebody go buy him a stake, by the way,
fatten him up a little bit. I'm afraid that, like
with the Midwest wins in the winter, he's gonna get
blown over. Poor little guy. I mean, he's tiny little thing.

(47:12):
But he lost, which is good because anybody that is
going to show up and and is going to do
a run for a public office here in America and
you decide that you're gonna wave the flag of the
country that you came from, go back. She had it
to hell out and go back. But the mayor who did,

(47:33):
or the person who did win the mayor's race in
the in the Twin Cities in Saint Paul, Minnesota, is
the state representative. And I'm not gonna try and pronounce
her name because it's a it's a it's it's an
Asia name, and I'm gonna I'm gonna foo Bart so bad,
and they're not gonna try. But this is a person
who not too long ago admitted that she's here in

(47:56):
the country illegally. You can't make this stuff up. She's
now going to become the first woman and first Asian
mayor of the Twin Cities. She beat out the incumbent,
who is also a member of the state's Democratic Farmer

(48:18):
Labor Party, which is essentially the Democrat Party of Minnesota.
So they're going after their own. See what they're doing again,
It's almost like the AOC thing. You have an incumbent
in the same party and they get somebody who is
a Somali immigrant, and then they also get another person

(48:39):
who is an immigrant who's here legally, and they put
them up against a regular Democrat candidate and they win.
This is the type of stuff I'm telling you we're
going to be seeing for the next few years when
it comes to all these municipal elections. Municipal elections are
going to be the most important battleground out there, so

(49:03):
paid very close attention to that. But back in June,
it was reported that Vang, which is her last name,
stood on the Minnesota House floor and told the story
about how she says her family is originally from Laos
and immigrated to the United States and she had recently

(49:23):
discovered that her parents and siblings and her are actually
illegal aliens because her father defront defunt, defrauded and the
nation's immigration system. And she said that I would like
for I would like for you to put a face
to the name, a face to what is that we

(49:44):
are doing today. I asked my father about how we
came to the United States, and I always thought we
came here because my grandfather was a colonel in the
Secret War. And she said that I thought that meant
that we had we lived in and we we were
in line to come to the United States. And my
mother told me my father told me that that was

(50:05):
not true. Even though my parents both worked for a
Christian organization and my father actually worked at the US
consulate because he was one of the few people who
could speak English and he could type really fast, and
apparently that was a valued skill. So they had my
father move away from the refugee camp from my mom
and my sisters and I and we went to live

(50:27):
at the consulate where he processed all the paperwork for
the refugees that came to America. And we had missed
our time to come to the US three times, and
if we didn't come the last time, we wouldn't have
been able to come to the United States. So here
we are with an illegal alien. And I'm not putting

(50:47):
the blame on her, because it was obviously her parents
that brought her in here. But of course the Democrats'd
be like, say, this is one of the dreamers, this
is one of the dreamers, and this is why we
had to have the dreamer actually, that we can protect
people like her because she's going to be part of
the society. But again, this is who they elected, This

(51:07):
is who they elected in Saint Paul, Minnesota to to
be to be the mayor. An illegal alien. And they
knew it because it was talked about.

Speaker 1 (51:19):
She confessed it.

Speaker 4 (51:23):
But this is going to be the new game that
the that the Left is going to be playing. They're
going to be trying to get these illegals in. And
of course the other one is the Islamic fight, the
Islamic war to take over this country, and right now
they're excited about the fact that they they think they've
got New York City. But again, as we as we
analyze more and more all the stuff that Zorroon Mama

(51:46):
Nadi wants to do, there's a lot of it he
can't do. And we've always seen it when when people
get into office after all the promises, because they they
give you the world, only to find out, oh, that's
not possible. So it'll be interesting to see how this happens.
And of course it's also gonna be interesting to see
what happens with the population in New York City because

(52:06):
there's a lot of people right now that are like,
we're let's it, We're out, We're gone. We're not We're
not doing this. Is it going to be replaced with
more and more Muslims? Is New York City going to
all of a sudden become a giant Muslim city?

Speaker 2 (52:21):
Uh?

Speaker 4 (52:21):
In in our country things to to kind of watch.
But again we also have to watch these municipal races.
And this is why it's so so important for all
of us to get involved in elections, to pay attention,
to get out and actually vote. They do this in

(52:43):
purpose and and I have to I have to admit it.
It's brilliant. It's an as brilliant way. If I wanted
to take over this country, there's no better way to
do it than to to go after the individual cities
and you put in you in instill install a mayor
that is of the Islamic faith or whatever or uh

(53:06):
is a complete ridiculous libtard. That's gonna mess things up,
that's gonna you know, put things into financial because remember,
you screw up a country financially and and you destroy it.
You look at all the super poor countries around the world. Uh,
we could easily be turned into that. You you get
people into the mayor's seats and in all these powerful

(53:28):
seats and you start spending the money and you you
just screw things all up. You can destroy this country
or you can fundamentally change it. And I think that's
the uh, that's the game plan. I've been talking about
that for a while. You know, it's it's you know,
sure the presidency is all right, And I even talked
about that during the time that Biden was running for office,

(53:51):
that they don't care, they don't they don't care if
Biden wins reelection. Or not they're thinking further down the ballot.
And again, this is why it is so important for
us to get involved in the local politics. And every
time that we have a municipal election, and it doesn't
matter which one it is, you see a ridiculously low
number turnout, usually less than twenty percent. That's turning out

(54:14):
for these things. And even in New York City, by
the way, with this election that just happened yesterday or
the other day, the turnout was nowhere near what it
should have been. The Republican turnout dismal if the Republicans
could have turned out more, and I know that there
was not a decent Republican candidate. And of course this

(54:34):
is another thing too that we also have to be
honest with some of the candidates. I mean, I'm all
about Look, I've ran for office twice myself lost both times,
but it was a great experience and I learned a lot.
But there is a certain time when you have to
look at it and be honest with somebody and go, look,
I love the fact that you want to do this,

(54:55):
or just not the person. And there's a role for
all of us when it comes to the politics that
we could do whether it be knocking on doors, doing
social media, you know, being communication stuff, or whatever it
might be. There's a lot of rules that you can
do to get the right people, but we have to
find the right people and encourage them to run, and

(55:15):
then we have to get out and vote for him.
And I think that in the in New York City,
if it wasn't for a slow what the hell the
hell you say his name is wid whatever? He just
needs to go away. I mean, straight up, just go away.
He runs for mayor every time that there's an election,
and all he does is get like a dismal little

(55:37):
bit that is just enough to be annoying, and that's it.
He's not a viable Republican candidate. And that's one of
the things that I think the Republican Party needs to
be honest with some people about. This is the guy
that you need to look at him and say, look,
I see where you're coming from. You do great work,
You've got a great history of doing stuff, but you're
just not electable, and we need somebody who's electable. I mean,

(56:00):
there has to be a little bit of honesty when
it comes to politics. A little bit was that who's
better Cuomo or Mamma Donnie Cuomo. I hate saying that too,
I really do. I hate saying Cuomo's a better candidate.
I wish he was kind of like his father, but
he's not. But out of the two, Cuomo's a better,

(56:23):
better candidate. And honestly, I think that when when when
you look at New York City with what Mama Donnie's
gonna want to do versus what he can do, and
Cuomo what he wanted to do and could do, I
think Cuomo would have been a much more successful mayor
because one, he knows the ins and the outs. He

(56:43):
still has all the political connections. He knows what he
can do and he can't do, and that's why he
didn't promise some things because he knew it couldn't be done.
But when you have somebody like you know, the Republican
candidate there, whatever his name was, Curtis, he just did
stand a chance. And they should have said get out
of the way, and they should have pushed it hard
to get out of the way. But in addition to that,

(57:07):
the Republican Party says, you didn't have a good candidate.
And I know that this almost goes against what is right,
but even the Republican Party should have come out and said, look,
we don't have a good candidate. Sorry, Kurts, you've got
to go, but get out and vote. Get out and
vote for Andy Cuomo, because Andy Cuomo, he could have

(57:28):
won it if there was just five to ten percent
more of the vote that got out there. And remember,
it is the conservative vote that during municipal elections does
not get out in the numbers that they should. And
I get it because we have lives and businesses and
families to do, and we don't have all this time
in the world to sit around and go off voting

(57:50):
all the time. But this is the reason for why
we end up this way, and let's just be honest
about it. The Republican Party does not get out and
vote like they should. You see low numbers all the time.
So we need to start encouraging our fellow Republicans to
get up and vote. We could have made a big
difference in New York City. We really could have. But
we failed, which is something that the Republican Party unfortunately

(58:13):
does far too often. And I don't have good, warm,
gushy feelings about the twenty twenty sixth election season. I
don't think it's gonna be that great because there are
still more municipal elections that'll be coming up in the
springtime around the country, and then there is the primary
and then there is the general election coming up in November.

(58:36):
Get out and vote. It's all there is to it.
We'll be right back, all right, Welcome back to the

(58:58):
Brian Rush Show. Here Man Radio to appreciate it. By
the way, for those of you that are aviation lovers
and you are well if even if you want to
do a good road trip, here's something to think about.
The Forgotten Coast Freedom Festival air Show is gonna be

(59:19):
happening in apleachic Cola next Saturday. I'm actually going. I'm
gonna I'm gonna go, and I'm gonna have some fun
with this. It's gonna be a lot of fun. And
it's happening at the the Apalachicola Regional Airport. And if
you've never been to Appalachicola, I've Here's what happened with me.
I had probably flown into the Apalachicola Airport I don't know,

(59:43):
two dozen times, easily. I had never actually been to Apleachicola.
I never actually went in there and went into town
and checked it all out. I just never did it,
even though I've been there, you know, probably you know
again two dozen times to the airport. It's such a
cool it really really is kind of the Forgotten Coast.

(01:00:04):
But the air show is gonna be happening next Saturday.
It'll start at ten am, go so about four o'clock
in the afternoon or so. Gonna be a lot of
really cool things there. There's gonna be car show going on,
a bike show. There's gonna be a kids zone there.
There's gonna be obviously a lot of airplanes. There's gonna
be some air show demonstrations that'll be going on. Be
a lot of fun. Also, there's gonna be some Huey rides,

(01:00:28):
being able to ride in the Huey helicopter. And I
was talking with the guys yesterday and they're like, hey,
I'll tell you what. I'm gonna give you a free
ride to give away to somebody. So next week, if
you are going to the Forgotten Coast Freedom Festival air
Show in Appalachic Cola, I'm gonna give you an opportunity
next week to win a free ride on the Hueiye.

(01:00:52):
And from what I understand, it's not just as simply
they get out there and they putts around and you know,
look we're flying into helice. No, they'll give you an experience.
So that'll be kind of a cool thing. And I'll
fill you in for those that are interested in in
in doing that, how you can register to win that
thing next week here on the show and again the

(01:01:14):
Freedom Coast the Forgotten Coast Freedom Festival air Show. It'll
be next Saturday at the Appalachicola Airport, which I mean
for all of the Florida Man Radio listeners here in Florida.
It's it's kind of midway between the entire zone of

(01:01:36):
Florida Man Radio. It's good travel to go down there.
Go check that out. Okay, let's get back to it.
This is another reason I can feel that it's like
it's coming the blah, because I'm actually starting to get
the blas I'm feeling a little today. And I think
it's also a combination of things. I think it's also
just just the the overwhelming of just the negativity. They hate,

(01:02:00):
the stupidness in our politics. I've actually I've gotten to
a point today I shut down my ex account. I
shut it off. I didn't I didn't even want to
look at it because the the level of negativity that
is on there and this this gloating, which is the
other thing I'm loving, because they don't even realize what
they're doing. Like Hairbear, he he also took to his

(01:02:23):
social media and he was and I'm not going to
do this stuff from the top of my head because
I don't have it pulled up. But he's basically gloating about,
you know, this is how you do it, you know,
and this is this is the success and blah blah
blah talking about the Zorn Mamadnni election. And I saw
a couple of his other posts where he's just thinking
that this is the greatest thing in the world. And

(01:02:45):
and even if Zorn Mahmadanni was able to do the
stuff that he wanted to do in New York City,
it's like, you guys don't underderstand how bad that is.
They really don't. They have no concept of how bad
it is. They have no about the fact that that
they're trying to put people who were really anti American

(01:03:06):
into roles of running our American cities and they think
this is great. I mean, they're so blinded and stupid
when it comes to the idea of diversity and equity inclusion.
You know, it's Look, we're a great country. We were
a great country of immigrants and an immigration. That's what

(01:03:29):
our country is built on. And if we were to
have somebody who escaped a place like Somalia, got out
of there because the place is a hell hole and
wanted to make a better life for their family, and
they came to America and they did all the things
that they needed to do. And you know, every Fourth
of July they're out there waving the American flag, and

(01:03:52):
they've got an American flag all the time, and they
they say, how proud I am to be an American.
And I you know, distanced myself from my other country
that I have a dual citizenship. As matter of fact,
I'm gonna give up that citizenship because I'm an American.
And you have that attitude of I'm so proud to
be here in America because so many of our grandparents

(01:04:14):
are great grandparents that came to this country. You know,
that was the attitude that they had. They had that
attitude of like, I just want to be an American.
I came here and I love it and You see
this too from a lot of immigrants that come in
that are just to average average show citizens that they're happy.
You know, you watch the immigration swearing in, the citizenship

(01:04:37):
swearing in stuff, and you can see it in their faces,
just how proud they are, the excitement to be able
to just hold this piece of paper that says that
I'm an American citizen now and have a flag that's
an American flag. That's the type of pride you should have.
That's the type of diversity we should be talking about.
The fact that we have, you know, people from from Europe,

(01:05:01):
people from Africa, people from you know, Asia and all
these other places that come into our country because they
want to be Americans. They're they're so proud, they're proud
that they're given this opportunity to look at you and
say I'm an American. And again, it's great diversity. It's

(01:05:22):
all over the place. It's there. Why is it that
the left can't encourage those people? Why is it that
the left can't look at the guy that just came
here from some war torn nation to make a better
life and is being successful and is happy and proud.
Look at that person and go, this is who should
be the mayor of our town, because this person is demonstrating,

(01:05:45):
and sadly this happens all the time too, this person
is demonstrating more pride for this country than some of
the people who live in my town. Let's make this
person the mayor. Let's bring back some pride for America. Instead,
they go after the who's standing there talking in his
native language from his country, waving around a Somali flag,

(01:06:07):
being proud that he's potentially going to be the next
mayor of a city. Your priorities are a little bit
on the messed up side, lefties, Just a little bit,
all right, maybe a lot? All right, We got to
take our break for the bottom of the hour here
just a second. Don't forget that. You can download the
Florida Man Radio app. It's available in the app stores
look forward. You can listen to us all the plan there,

(01:06:29):
and of course you can grab the podcast for this
show at the Brian Rustshow dot com. Hang on, we
gotta take that break. We'll be right back. This is
the Brian Rush Show. Good morning, and thanks for being
here with us. All right, welcome back to the Brian

(01:06:53):
Rush Show here at Florida Man Radio. Thanks for making
us part of your day today. Don't forget tomorrow on
the show Friday, and that means we won It's Red Fridays.
And two we have the Doster Boys to be some
great conversations tomorrow. Also next week on the show, give
you the opportunity to win a helicopter ride on a

(01:07:13):
Huey at the Forgotten Coast Freedom Festival Air Show down
an Appalachic Coola. If you're going to that, it'll be
a good time, it really will. And I'll give you
an opportunity to win win a ride on the helicopter.
It'll be still cool. So here's something I didn't even
know was going on. Well, first let's start with this.

(01:07:35):
I forgot that Carry Lake was even still part of
the administration. I really did. Donald Trump just kind of
threw her bone, and it was a bone that didn't
have a whole lot of meat on it, So I
kind of forgot that she was even there. But Carrie
Lake is the acting United States Agency for Global Media
Chief executive Officer, which I had to look that up

(01:07:56):
and I'm like, what the hell is that. See, this
is the problem we have with our government is that
we have so many damn programs and departments and everything.
It's like we're just making things up to do jobs,
is really what it is. But the USAGM, the United
States Agency for Global Media, has now formally transmitted a
congressional notification to the House Appropriators advising them that the

(01:08:19):
agency is going to be terminating and ceasing funding for
the Hungarian language service at the Radio Free Europe Radio Liberty,
which essentially is going to end the US taxpayer support
for WOKE content broadcast into the NATO Allied and nation. First,

(01:08:39):
why are we spending money doing this stuff? You know
this as somebody who's been a broadcaster for thirty six years,
and I have worked for the mom and pops. I've
worked for the the major corporations. I've worked for the
the minor corporations. I've worked for everything in between. And
I can tell you that America in broadcasting companies, aside

(01:09:03):
from the big big wow, you know what, even the
big ones, but that's their own fault, they fed it up.
But a lot of the smaller organizations, like even the
company that owns Florida Man Radio, small company. It's not
a huge company. It's it's obviously it's got the Florida
Man Radio here in Florida. It's got a handful of
other stations here in Florida, and then it's got some

(01:09:24):
up in New York, and it's it's a company that
wants to grow and it wants to expand you got
the company that used to own the station that we
were on in in Panama City, and then all these
other stations around the country. They struggle. I mean, you
would think that it would be an easy thing to
make a ton of money, but it's not. It's it's
kind of a struggle. So for me, it's annoying as

(01:09:46):
all hell to watch, especially the local local broadcasters, not
just like you know, the small companies or the medium
sized companies, the biggests, but I'm talking about the small
local owner stuff where they struggle so hard to be
part of the community and be a community radio and
and and and be there and do stuff. But the
way that the industry has gotten to the point now

(01:10:08):
where it's hard to actually be local local because it's
just so expensive. But the fact that we have taxpayer
money that continually goes to broadcasting things outside of our
country instead of focusing on local broadcasters, I mean local
broadcasting is is a vital thing because there there's a

(01:10:32):
lot of importance one for information to be able to
have local radio regardless to uh and I'll look, you know,
I'd sometimes like to spill the beans on the on
the inside of how the broadcasting industry works. And I
know some people like Brian stop talking about that, you're
ruining the magic of what everything is. You know, this
particular show and and and actually every show that we

(01:10:55):
have on the Florida Man Radio. If you're listening on
the Florida Man Radio, we're on in uh god, how
many marks are we on in? Like three four? So
I don't even know how many markets we're on. I
should probably figure that out right. But you look at
all the different shows that are on, and we're all
on the network at the same time. So it doesn't
matter if you're, you know, in the Gainesville area and

(01:11:17):
you're listening to this show, you're gonna hear this show
at the same time. And the Gainesville area as you
are in the Panama City area, as you are in
you know, the for Alden Beach Pensacola area, it's all
gonna be the same time. But because of the fact
that it's a network and there's local stations. We're able
to break free from the network program and I know

(01:11:38):
that the company hates calling it network programming, but essentially
that's what it is. We could break free in between
commercial breaks and during that time period we can do
local stuff, which actually, by the way, is required by
the FCC. You actually have to do a community related
kind of stuff. So we could break free from that

(01:11:59):
and we can do that stuff. And that's a great
thing about local radio. But when when when you're struggling
to be local radio, it's it's hard to do. And again,
it ticks me off to watch how how much money
And by the way, in the story that came out
about this, they didn't even say how much money was

(01:12:20):
being spent, did they. I don't think they did. Is
that in my notes A without the money? No, they didn't.
So this is yet another example of the of the
problems that we have. I mean, look, we have the
the PBS National Broadcast con beneath that that we basically
defunded in most of which has gone away except for

(01:12:41):
a lot of them have realized, oh wait a second,
you know what, we can figure out how to pay
for this ourselves.

Speaker 1 (01:12:50):
And they have.

Speaker 4 (01:12:51):
But I can tell you this too, just another thing
that just annoyed me when it comes to the federal
government getting involved with things that on the very bias side.
And we all know that the National Broadcasting Company with
PBS and NPR is very much so left leaning, very
much so left leaning. And again, I've worked in this

(01:13:16):
business for thirty six years, and I have worked for
some radio stations where I've been walking to the control
room and i would look at the equipment and go, Jesus,
this stuff's older than I am. And you know, obviously today,
because technology has changed a lot, you don't see that
type of radio stations anymore. But you know you will
see radio stations that will lead the local guys that

(01:13:37):
will struggle to get new equipment. You know, we're fortunate
here with Florida Men and Radio. I think we're doing okay.
We just we just built a new studio in Orlando,
which is kind of cool because now I've got a
place I can go do my show and next time
I go on vacation in Orlando instead of trying to
do it from the condo, which is a pain of

(01:13:57):
the ass, it really is. But you know, when you
look at the NPR, in the in all those those
public broadcasting things, the amount of money that they spent
on equipment was mind boggling. Good friend of mine is
an engineer for one of them, and you know he

(01:14:19):
for a long time he worked in regular commercial radio
where it would be one of those struggles to go
to the boss and be like, hey, I need to
get this other piece of equipment that's going to keep
us on the air, and they'd be like, ah, I
don't have the money for it, and you're like, no,
this keeps us on the air. We need it. But
when you work in on like the the NPR situation,

(01:14:40):
in the public broadcasting situation, they were budgeted so much
money for equipment that was not necessary because in this
industry you can use the same equipment for a decade,
two decades and it'll be fine. I mean, obviously, now
technology is different, so everything's got to be upgraded, but
you could still use it for a very long time.
And they would be told, hey, if you don't, if

(01:15:00):
you don't buy more equipment and new equipment and replace
the stuff that you just put in last year, you
lose the funding. So they go off and they buy
new equipment. So I like all of their studios are
always awesome studios because they had the top of the
line of everything because they had to spend money. And meanwhile,
you have the local broadcaster that is struggling to keep
the lights on. A lot of small local broadcasters don't

(01:15:23):
even have any people there because you know, you can't
afford it. So that's another reason for why, by the way, businesses,
it's always good to support your local radio because local
radio is here for the community. It really really is.
And on top of it, and I love this. When
I talk to some people, they always go, oh, well,
you know radio is that's a dying medium. It's not.

(01:15:47):
It's it really is not. And it's odd again because
I've worked in this business for thirty six years and
I've seen the transition of you know, everybody would would
would just be like Google Gaga for the radio. Uh,
to see where we are now where there's so many
options that you have out there, whether it be podcasts
or live streams or you know, whatever else it might be.

(01:16:08):
But radio is still incredibly popular, and it's actually almost
as popular as it was twenty five years ago. But
the thing is, people sometimes don't go, oh, yeah, I
was listening to the radio station and said sometimes now
it's like, yeah, I was listening to Florida Man Radio
on the Florida Man Radio app. Still listening to local broadcasting.

(01:16:31):
They're just listening to it in kind of a different way.
So it is very effective. Still, it's effective for advertising.
Talk radio obviously, is also a very effective median. And
this is one of the things, by the way, that
we have seen the left try to silence. You know,
you look at the George Sorol situation with him being

(01:16:52):
able to essentially buy into Odyssey Broadcasting, which is the
second largest broadcasting company, which, by the way, funny story.
I got a phone call about a job with Odyssey
and they're like, we would love to have you come
and do your show here. And I'm like, have you
heard my show? You do realize that I bash on

(01:17:14):
your boss, right, I don't think Odyssey would be the
best place for me, But I mean, hey, if they
want to pick up the show, call me. I'll let
you pick up the show. But yeah, the talk radio
thing has been something that they left has been trying
to silence. You remember about two years ago there was
all of a sudden this thing where the electric cars

(01:17:34):
were going to get rid of AM radio, and they
were saying that all the reason why is because it
interferes with the electric aspects of the car whatever, which
was a load of crap. It didn't. The reason for
why they were going after AM radio and wanting to
get rid of it is because AM radio. And I
know some people might be like, but I'm listening on FM.

(01:17:57):
AM radio in a lot of these major cities is
where you find most of conservative talk radio. You look
at New York City, Chicago, Boston, LA, Washington, d C.
All of them have what's called clear Channel stations and
they're basically the fifty thousand wat AM stations that you

(01:18:18):
can pick up like on Mars, and almost all of
them are conservative talk radio. And this again was one
of the dangers of George Soros going in and buying
into Odyssey Broadcasting because he would be able to silence
a lot of the conservative talk radio. Conservative talk radio

(01:18:39):
is such a powerful media that they want to silence it.
And we saw that over and over again with them
doing that, trying to shut down the AM radio and
again going back to the funding of local broadcasting AM
radio because of the technology and how it works. It's
not the same as FM and all the equation. I

(01:18:59):
won't go into it because over complicated. But it's super
expensive to operate an AM station. But here's the thing,
especially for those of us here in the state of Florida,
AM radio towers are nowhere near as tall as an
FM tower. FM towers are one thousand feet, sometimes two
thousand feet, and a lot of them get damaged in hurricanes.

(01:19:20):
AM radio won't as bad. And on top of it,
it also rides the land, so you don't need to
have it way up there. You can even put down
temporary things. But AM radio with it being there and
being conservative talk radio all over the place on it,
you know, that's another way for people to get emergency messages.
And even Congress was starting to fall for this and saying,

(01:19:42):
you know, oh, well, yeah, maybe we should get rid
of all of this stuff. But it's not about saving money.
It's not about you know, getting getting rid of because
it's not being deuced. Can you still buy radios? Yeah?
I think. I mean, I to be honest with you,

(01:20:04):
I haven't seen a radio. Well that's not true. I've
seen a couple of little novelty looking ones. But for
the most part, yeah, it's not the biggest selling technology.
But here's the thing, every car has one. And again
when it comes to technology, you know, I don't I
don't know the numbers off the top of my head
right now. For Florida Man Radio, I've been I've been

(01:20:25):
thrown some numbers upwards of the four hundred thousand range
listening on the podcast. I know. Before I joined Florida
Man Radio worldwide we were at one hundred thousand that
were just listening to the show and then on the
podcast as well. So there's so many different ways that

(01:20:45):
people now still listen to local radio, whether it be
again your car radio or your desktop computer or your phone.
So there's ways of doing it. But we got to
save local radio. And this this crap was spending money
on foreign entities in foreign stuff for their radio and
their broadcasting, which, by the way, is another one of
the things that's in the bill, the demands of Chuck

(01:21:11):
Schumer for taking care of international media. So no, if
you can't afford it on your own, then then you're
out of Look, let's focus on America, all right. We
got to take a quick break, so we can pay
for all of this. We'll be right back. This is
the Brian Rush Show. Sorry, we got off the rails
on that. It's just a different conversation. But you know what,
every now and then it's good to just change it up.
All right, We'll be right back, all right, Welcome back

(01:21:45):
to the Brian Rush Show. Happy Thursday. So you remember
all of the senators whose phones were being tapped during
the Operation Arctic Frost by Jack Smith. Well, apparently now
there's a there's more information about the phones that were

(01:22:06):
being hacked and seized and everything else. As we continue
to learn more about the the uh, the Special Council
Jack Smith, Operation Arctic Frost, it's now been uncovered some
disturbing details about how the probe went and how deep
it went. It even went into Donald Trump and the

(01:22:29):
twenty twenty election, where during this entire thing they also
seized Donald Trump's government phone and went after that. This
is kind of disturbing. I mean, it's it's bad enough
that they were they were tapping the phones of of
our our our congressman and and our our senators, and

(01:22:54):
who knows what they were doing with that data, but
the fact that they were also going after the President
to the United States. We have some serious problems when
it comes to the deep state here in this country,
and it needs to be it needs to be put down.
It really does. The fact that you can have a
Special Counsel person doing their investigation and could douce surveillance

(01:23:18):
on a conservative movement, a conservative party elected leaders, it's
kind of dangerous and not good, not good at all.
But during the Arctic Frost investigation, they found out that

(01:23:38):
the Special Council had seized President Trump's government issue phone,
which basically means that the Biden administration turned over President
Trump's phone to the Special Council, which they're saying is
an unprecedented action. And in addition, the Special Council subpoened
all of President Trump's personal phone records. But remember the

(01:24:01):
people that are that are weaponizing the government, weaponizing the
Justice Department. Oh, it's it's Donald Trump. Donald Trump and
those Republicans. Look what they're doing. They're seizing government and
they're they're weaponizing it to come after this sweet and
innocent Democrats who've done nothing wrong. I mean, just because

(01:24:21):
poor Leticia James wanted to buy another house and she
cheated on the mortgage thing and broke the law that
you and I would go to jail for. It's just
it's it's mean and cruel that Donald Trump and the
administration would do that, that they would turn around and
they would weaponize government to go after poor politician James.

(01:24:46):
I know you guys are all upset too, aren't you?
Do you guys, do you need to I gotta roll.
I got a roll Tisia here, you need it. You're good, okay,
Just making sure that you guys aren't as upset. But again,
this is right out of the playbook, though, that you
always accuse your enemies of what you were doing while
you're doing it in order to create confusion. And man,

(01:25:07):
there is confusion. You roll through social media, you go
through the the man on the Street interviews, and you
see what the left is saying. They're so confused. They
thoroughly believe right now that the only people that have
ever done any sort of weaponization of our government is
the Republicans, even though we went through four years of it. Well,

(01:25:32):
it's not true because Donald Trump is a criminal, and
they and we had to go after Donald Trump for
all the crimes that he did, what crimes that he
did well, they don't really know yet, but he did
crimes and he was a criminal, and we had to
we had to convict him. It's like they completely forget

(01:25:52):
or were oblivious to what was truly going on. Like
in New York with the Egen Carol case.

Speaker 1 (01:25:59):
You do know that the E.

Speaker 4 (01:26:00):
Carroll case would have never been able to happen if
it wasn't for the fact that the New York state
changed the law temporarily, just temporarily change the law so
that you know, hey, if you know, if you just
happen to have a situation that happened years ago that

(01:26:20):
was beyond the statue of limitations, and you know, if
you just if you happen to want to kind of
do a little something, you know, we could do it,
but you got to hurry up because you only got
a year to do it. And if you don't file
everything went in a year, then you know, sorry, And
then all of a sudden, Ejen Carroll comes out of
the woodwork. Egen Carroll that I think to this day,

(01:26:42):
I don't think anybody believes that Donald jump walked up
to eg And Carroll and went, hmm, man, God gotta
get me some of that. I just because I don't
know if you've even seen like old photos of Egen
Carroll back when she was younger. I'm sorry. If I
had a choice, I think between e Gene Carroll and

(01:27:08):
Jene Carroll, I don't know there would be a dilemma there.
Egene Carroll would not be something that I think I
would even remotely be like, oh yeah, especially when I
look back at everybody else that I'm dating and they're
all supermodels. H yeah, Do I continue hooking up for

(01:27:30):
the supermodels or or this thing that just showed up
out of nowhere. So, I mean, it's just a little
bit of common sense when it comes to that. But
the Democrats are thoroughly convinced that, you know, Donald Trump
is the only one that is doing all of this warfare,
this legal warfare, going after everybody. It's just pathetic, it

(01:27:50):
really truly is. All Right, we got to take a
break for our Top of the Hour here at a second.
Don't forget that you can follow the show at the
Brian Rustshow dot com. We got a podcast there and
uh and so much more, and of course also download
the Florida Man Radio app. So that way, if you're
out and about and not in the car. You can
still listen to us. Okay, okay, hang on, We'll be

(01:28:11):
right back. This is the Brian Rust Show. Good morning,
Brian Russe's.

Speaker 1 (01:28:22):
Name, you know the brand limbing up the airways in this.

Speaker 3 (01:28:30):
One, melting snowface with the fiery half talking truth.

Speaker 1 (01:28:37):
You can't always stand fast to show from coast to coast.

Speaker 3 (01:28:48):
Got the facts, but it ain't no boast, can't do
on the chains and give it a toast to the
man who roasts the most.

Speaker 1 (01:28:56):
Knock it off It's Rushton Maine Carera scenes Do you mind?
Don't don't?

Speaker 3 (01:29:03):
Free frame? In the top show silver screen. The sports
that sparked the flames. Nothing never stays the same, breaking
down walls of shame, Ryan Rust is here a claim?

(01:29:26):
Voices rise a thing and so true does sensor to
the core alsicians keep the score of Brian's battling in
this warm knocking off, it's Rust on me running Rylick
Carera scenes.

Speaker 1 (01:29:43):
Did you mind?

Speaker 3 (01:29:43):
Don't don't free frame in the tshow silver screen.

Speaker 4 (01:29:57):
All right, welcome back to out Ober three, The Bride
Rush Show. Thank you so much for wake it up
with us today. By the way, we have a new
theme song that is coming out. We're actually we're kind
of trying to decide which one we want to do.
We have we have a couple of different versions ty
to freshen it up a little bit. So we're uh
be waiting for that that'll be coming out soon. So

(01:30:17):
was somebody who's pointing out that Jimmy petronis the congressman
from CD one talking about how the Blue Angels homecoming
show in Pensacola being canceled because of the shutdown. That sucks.
That really does. However, there is another air show that
is going to be going on. It's next weekend. They

(01:30:38):
were they're hoping to have a couple F thirty five's
or F twenty twos do a flyby. Not sure if
that'll happen or not. But the Forgotten Coast Freedom Festival
air Show, which is happened to get Apple achic Coola.
If you've never been down to that area, what a
great area. Just go spend the day. Like seriously, if
if you've got to drive over from the Gainesville area,
or if you've got to drive over from Fort Walton

(01:30:59):
Beach or Panama, it's worth the ride. It really truly is.
So going over and check that out. I'm also next
week going to be giving away helicopter ride at the show.
I'm going to go to the show because i want
to go see it. I'm supposed to work, but.

Speaker 1 (01:31:14):
I'm gonna take the day off.

Speaker 4 (01:31:15):
I'm just I haven't notified the boss yet, but I'm
gonna take the day off and go do that because
he yells at me every day I gotta take a
day off. I mean, as it is right now, in
the one week time period between my date my scheduled
days off, I actually refers it to the last day
I took a day off and my next scheduled day off.
I am on track right now due to about seventy

(01:31:37):
five hours during that time period. So I'm I might
take his advice to take the day off and go
check that thing out. But yeah, there is a lot
of things that are going down with the shutdown. We're
into day number thirty seven of this shutdown, the Schoomer shutdown,
which he continually tries to say is Donald Trump's fault,

(01:31:58):
which is interesting because if it's all Donald Trump's fault,
why is it that all of the Republicans are voting
to open the government and yet Chuck Schumer and his
gang are not. I mean, it's one of the worst
shows that I think we've ever watched. Thirty seven days,

(01:32:18):
in fourteen different votes, every Republican has voted to open
up the government. All but two Democrats have voted to
not open the government. And it's the Republican's fault for
not opening the government. And of course, the other thing

(01:32:38):
that we keep hearing is that Donald Trump can do it.
Donald Trump can order it to be opened up. Wait
a second, hang on, I got to pop into the
wayback machine for a second. But didn't we just go
through this no kings, didn't we just say that America
doesn't have a king, that America doesn't have dictators. But now,

(01:33:02):
because you want something, it's okay for Donald Trump to
be a king or a dictator and just from his
golden throne, just throw out the command open the government
then shall be done. Is that how we're doing this.
But one of the things that I think is gonna

(01:33:22):
be a very dangerous thing, and I really hope that
the Republicans do not do this, and even though Donald
Trump is encouraging it, do not do it. That is
to basically nuke the filibuster to go with the Ducular
option to essentially say all right, fine, you know, we're
not gonna do the sixty votes, We're just gonna do
the fifty one percent and boom is done. It's open.

(01:33:43):
Because if that does happen, the optics are gonna be
horrible for the Republican Party. And I can't believe that
Donald Trump is even saying to do it because it's
not gonna look bad on Democrats. If the Republican Party
goes all right, fine, we'll open, it's go look bad

(01:34:04):
on them because the Democrats are going to then market
the entire thing and say look for thirty seven days,
thirty eight, thirty nine to wherever we end up at.
Before we do it. The Republicans held you hostage, They
made you hungry, they took away your food stamps, they
took away your health care, they took away all of

(01:34:25):
your government services. And remember there's a lot of people
that live off of government services. So there's a lot
of people that you can get upset, and it's all
the Republicans fault. Said, they need to get out there
and start showing that it's not their fault. They're trying.
We're doing our best to get this to open up,
but the Democrats are getting in the way. Be honest

(01:34:46):
about it, be open about it, and be forceful about
it too. But now, President Trump spoke with the they
Senate Republicans at their breakfast yesterday to discuss the path
to prepare his agenda forward and how to get the
government back open as a result of Tuesday's elections. And again,

(01:35:07):
if you do it this way, you're going to empower
the Democrats. It's time for Donald Trump to literally just
take to the cameras and say, listen, every single Republican
wants it open. We are trying to get it open.
We have gone through fourteen votes, but Chuck Schumer continually says, no,
we're not going to open up the government. Donald Trump

(01:35:30):
should take to the cameras so that all of the
Democrats can hear it, and say, listen, we have a
problem with healthcare. We need to fix the problem. And
once we get government open and running, then we can
sit down and fix this problem. We can work on it.
But the Democrats and Chuck Schumer are holding you hostage
when you are trying to struggle to feed your children.

(01:35:53):
Right now, think about the fact that it is Chuck
Schumer who has voted fourteen times to keep the government closed.
That's the message that has to get out there. And
again I'm disappointed in Donald Trump for not delivering the
message as strongly as it should, and not surprised that
the Republicans aren't doing it at all because they're weak

(01:36:15):
and they need to get up there and they need
to do it because I mean, look, right now, we
have so many things that are going down. Obviously the
food thing is a big thing, but we're now starting
to see violence and we're starting to see a lot
of theft that is going on over food. And remember
the great quote that we were reminded the other day

(01:36:36):
that a government that can feed you is a government
that can starve you. And that's what they're doing, and
they're doing it for control. And sadly, again the Republican
Party is just not getting on it and defending themselves
and defending their message. Instead, they allow congress people to
take to the podiums and talk about how it's all

(01:36:59):
Donald Trump's fault. Congresswoman Hillary uh Schwroltz, I don't care
what the helliday saying name is. She comes out and
she says I have a message for the president. The
money that you're withholding from the SNAP program is not
yours to withhold. It belongs to the American taxpayers. Release
the funds now. And of course the courts also said, hey, Donnie,

(01:37:19):
you've got to use the contingency funds to pay for
health insurance. Release that now. You got till Wednesday. And
Donald trumb looked at him and was like, no, which
I'm glad he did. I'm glad he told him no,
because you also have Chuck Schumer and Amy Kloshabar who
come out and they're talking about because the amount of

(01:37:40):
money right now that's in that fund is like six
billion dollars, yes B with a billion billion with a B,
six billion dollars, and they're so dismissive about it. They're like, yeah,
we need to release those funds, and we need to
put them into into the medic into the food stamps
because it'll it'll last like three weeks and then and
then we'll negotiate something else. Three weeks. Six billion dollars

(01:38:06):
be blown through in six weeks on food stamp programs.
Let me see if I've got this this, see if
I can got this relatively handy. This, This might actually,
this might work you on your nerve. Let's see, there
was a video that I saw and it was somebody

(01:38:27):
who was getting all of their food and groceries. And
the hell did I see that? Of course I don't
have it to handy. Basically, this person did a video
where they are going through what they just bought on
their food stamps and when does food stamp program? Talking

(01:38:53):
about how they bought like three pounds of of of
grapes and you know, for five pounds of carrots, and
then they bought all of these these racks of ribs
and these steaks in this this this big bag of chicken,
and it's going through all this list of all these
things that they got, and it's like we're talking like

(01:39:13):
you know Sam's Club kind of you know, quantities of things,
and it's all stuff that I think most of us
when we go do our grocery shopping, we go, all right,
you know what, I want to get a steak this week? Okay,
Well let's see what we got for steak? Oh yeah,
you know, all right, we'll splurge a little bit. We'll
go with the you know, we'll go with this one.

(01:39:34):
This person comes up and they're like, let me sell
you everything I got on the food stamps. I got this,
and I got this, and I got this and I
got this. And I'm looking at that thing adding it
up in my head, going what you just did right?
There is more money than I have spent on groceries
in two or three months. How many people are you

(01:39:54):
feeding with three pounds of grapes, four bags of apples,
gigantic bags of chicken. Now, I mean it would be
one thing if this was like, Okay, this is my
haul for the month. This is what I've got for
the entire month. New it's not what she was talking about.
She's talking about all the stuff that she was able

(01:40:15):
to get with the benefits. And what's sad and embarrassing
and kind of angering about is that these people are
flaunting it into our face. They're living off the system,
living off of our tax dollars, and they're flaunting it.
And then when we turn around and say, hey, it's

(01:40:36):
time for us to stop spending so much money on
this stuff, we're the bad guys. Here's the deal. A
lot of us would like to have a steak every week.
We would love to have all of these things we
love to have all of that stuff that you're doing
and spending on that. Sure, we love to get some
junk food and everything, but we got to work for it.
And the working class Americans are just getting continually screwed over,

(01:40:58):
and we get even more screwed over. And when these
people that are doing this stuff get out there and
rub it in our face, what's that? And and we
do know why Trump said no, make shame great again. Yeah,

(01:41:20):
I mean, look, I have one percent support these programs
for a safety net for those who really truly need it.
But it's hard to get much sympathy out of the
rest of us when when you go off there and
do what you're doing and flaunting all of it. And
you know what, there there is nothing wrong with a

(01:41:41):
little bit of shame.

Speaker 2 (01:41:43):
It does.

Speaker 4 (01:41:43):
Shame is a great motivator, but so isn't controlling your
own destiny. And you know, right now, I think is
a good example, which again another opportunity to miss by
the Republican Party to show how socialism is bad. The
Republican Party should come out right now and be like, look,

(01:42:05):
while we're dealing with this shutdown, we are experiencing things
like the food assistance program. And we understand that so
many of you right now are concerned about food, whether
or not you're going to have the money to be
able to buy the food for your families or whatever.
But also this is the time to say, this is
why it's bad for government to be in charge of this.

(01:42:27):
This is why we need to do everything we can
to lift you up so that you can be in
charge of yourself. Because with what you want, what you
want with socialism and government to take care of all
this stuff, and government to have the grocery stores, and
to government to be able to provide you this, and
government to provide you that. What happens when we have
another situation like right now, where government is shut down

(01:42:50):
because there's no money allocated. What's going to happen to
the government grocery stores when all of a sudden, we
can't pay the electric bill in the government grocery store
and the lights get turned out, and now all the
frozen food and all the fruit that needs to say
refrigerated is spoiled or better yet, because you know, people

(01:43:14):
don't realize this. Sometimes on the left for a grocery
store to get groceries and and really this applies to
every type of store. But for a grocery store to
get groceries, this grocery store has to buy the groceries
from the food places. You know, the what is this
thing called it's an F word, Oh yeah, farm. So
they got to buy it from them and then they

(01:43:36):
sell it to you. Well, if the government doesn't have
money to buy it from the farms before they can
sell it or give it to you, then you hungry again.
This is another opportunity being missed by the Republicans to
educate a in a really big, eyes wide open kind
of way. I mean, right now, if you were to

(01:43:59):
start telling people, look, if government gets mad at you,
they can shut this all off. And that's what's wero
going on right now. They shut it all off. They're
not even mad at you. They just shut it off
because they're mad at each other. And you're the one
who suffers. And this is why we need to lift
you up. All right, We got to take a quick
breakquol be right back. This is the Prideress Show. Good morning,

(01:44:38):
all right, welcome back to the Brian Rush Show here
at Florida Man Radio. You know, based upon the comments
in the chat, just taking this sample from this audience. Lefties,
you're not getting much sympathy. You really are not. You're
not getting much sympathy at all when it comes to
the fact that you're living off the sit and you're

(01:45:00):
not getting the system to pay for everything for you.
It's not happening. Teach a man to finish, exactly, and
we we've failed at that. We completely failed at that.
And you know, it really doesn't take much to take
care of yourself, and even in the food aspect. And

(01:45:22):
you know, we've talked about this before, the study that
came out that showed that America could lose about ninety
percent of the population should we have a catastrophic event
that basically shuts off technology and everything because Americans don't
know how to survive for the most part. I mean
there's some of us that do. People don't understand how

(01:45:46):
to very basic things too, like making bread. The comments
in there, you know, they could pick the mold off
the expired bread and I said, you know, or you
can learn how to make it. And by the way,
you don't need some fancy bread making machine, uh that
connects to your phone that you can do all this
stuff and make this great bread. You you can literally

(01:46:08):
make bread with two ingredients. It's not that difficult. It's
bread that you could have for sandwiches and all kinds
of stuff. Doesn't take much. Now, growing a garden it's
a little bit more complicated, but I think more people
should learn how to do it. And of course there's

(01:46:28):
so many different ways that you could do it. I mean,
you don't necessarily have to have the the outdoor garden
and all those. You could do simple things like the hydroponics,
little tiny things, you know, going back to the days.
And I'm sure most of this audience, because a lot
of this audience is a little on the older side,
you kind of remember those those community garden things. You know,

(01:46:53):
when you'd have a community garden and in your garden
you're you're doing cucumbers and tomatoes and and now and
over there they're they're doing let us, and you know,
you want to do some salad. So what do you do, Hey, Bob,
got some cucumbers, got some tomatoes? I would throw me
ahead of let us? All right? Sure here, you know,
and you do the community thing to share. That skill

(01:47:14):
set has has pretty much gone away. We haven't taught
it at all. So Americans they just don't know how
to survive. And it's it's sad that we've actually gotten
to that point. And even just basic things like cooking,
like creating food, simple things like bread, when you can't

(01:47:36):
even make that, it's it's it's pretty bad. But again,
this is this is what we've done this to ourselves.
It really truly hast Craig. Yeah, I mean, people aren't
gonna learn, and that's one of the problems too, is
there's no motivation to learn. But you know what, maybe
what's going on right now is a good motivation. Get hungry,

(01:48:00):
get hungry and have all the stuff that you have
been given take it away from you so that you
just don't have it anymore. Rode Dge, you're right, and
they already do know how to grow indoor pot, so
why not do it to something that you can eat
off of. That's a funny comment, it really is. But

(01:48:24):
it's just sad how our nation has gotten to a
point now where we are electing people who give you
so many false promises that you're buying into the stupid
stories that you're relying so much on government. I mean,
we talked about this yesterday with Maureen about how our government,

(01:48:45):
you know, the US government. The question I think we
can almost ask us how communist is it at this point.
I mean, we've always had like a a socialism kind
of elements to a lot of our government. I mean
I know that, you know, I've had this argument before
with people, especially those that are heavy on the libertarian side,

(01:49:09):
that would say that, you know, oh, well, we're already
very socialist because look, you know, taxpayer in the government,
they build roads and stuff. It's like, yeah, I mean,
in a civilized society, there's going to be expenses, and
there's going to be things that government's going to have
to do. There's really no way of being a one

(01:49:30):
hundred percent socialist free kind of government. You just can't
do it because you know, there's there's so much infrastructure
stuff that needs to be taken care of. Now. It's
not to say that a lot of the waste that
we're doing couldn't go away. Absolutely, could we do this
for a lot cheaper, Absolutely we could. But we got

(01:49:55):
to change some things, and we got to change things
fast because we're fall apart, you know right now. The
New York City Fire Commissioner has now resigned after the
announcement of Mama Donni winning and you're seeing these leftists
that have come out going uh he quit. Great, that's

(01:50:15):
one less maga hiding behind a uniform. No, it's somebody
that was there to help come to your rescue. Somebody
was there that made sure that the fire department was
trained so that when you call nine to one one
and say I need help, that they come. I mean,
you want to sit there and say, oh my god,

(01:50:37):
well it's one less maga. Well, you know what, let's
talk about LA's fire department. LA's fire department when they
were all liberal and they were all this diversity and
equity and inclusion stuff, and you had the big Subaru
Lesbo driving one that sat there and said, well, if
your man got himself into that situation, then he shouldn't have.

(01:50:58):
When they were talking about kennel and take a man
out of a fire, and her response was he shouldn't
be there to begin with, Oh jeez, I'm I'm sorry
that I fell asleep last night, you know, for my
nightly rest, and my house caught on fire. And you know,
during that house fire, I didn't wake up, and you know,
got some carbon monoxide poisoning and I passed out, and well,

(01:51:20):
you the woman firefighter who's all about the DEI and
all the diversity inequity inclusion comes in, and well, you know,
the man probably shouldn't fall asleep like that. You know
the liberal logic, which is an oxymoron to say, you know,
it's it's it's ridiculous to watch it. It really truly is.
These people are so damn dumb and and it just

(01:51:44):
it kind of hurts to think that your fellow Americans
are as dumb as they are with zero understanding on
how to comprehend the basics of basic stuff. Just can't
do it. All right, we got to take a break
here for our bottom of the hour a second. Don't
forget you can follow the show at the Brianushshow dot com.

(01:52:07):
Hopefully today you're enjoying some of that knock it off coffee.
I'm not because I screwed it up for not getting
some coffee creamer and then I put that. Ugh, just
go get some whiskey. We'll be right back, all right,

(01:52:36):
Welcome back to the Brian Rush Show here on Florida
Manda Radio and of course streaming at rubble and Winked
dot com as well. Appreciate you making us part of
your day. And yes, I am kind of mellow today,
especially compared to yesterday. Yesterday I was, I was, I
was wired up yesterday, but I've had no coffee today.

(01:52:58):
That just got me in the is that? And I
hate to think it, but I think I'm starting to
starting to get the ick, which not good. So I'm
gonna have to I'm gonna have to, you know, do
the supplements here in a little bit and and and
get myself ready to go to fight this. But either way,
welcome back to the show. Do appreciate you checking this out.

(01:53:19):
Here's something we haven't heard in a while, environmentalists. When's
the last time we've heard that? Like for a while there,
I was, I was kind of getting excited that that
the idea of the the Green New Deal and the
environmentalists that finally moved on, But apparently not so much.
There's a German environmentalist group now which on on Tuesday

(01:53:42):
had published a report that found that oil and gas
production is growing rapidly around the world, which is now
frustrating the hopes of climate activists for a green energy transition.
The next UN Climate Change Conference, the COP thirty, which

(01:54:03):
begins in Brazil coming up on Monday, and the climate
change movement wanted to go zero growth in the oil
and gas exploration, but frustrated now because the researchers found
that ninety six percent of the world's fossil fuel firms
are still expanding and the pace of growth has increased

(01:54:25):
by thirty three percent since the International Energy Agency called
for a moratorium back in twenty twenty one, saying that
the worldwide fossil fuel industry is planning on adding two
hundred and fifty six billion barrels of oil production over
the next few years, led by the five giant firms

(01:54:47):
of the Cutter Energy, the Saudi AMOCRO, the ADNC in
the United Arab Emirates, and Russia's gas prom and then
of course Exon Mobile. You're so upset. I can't believe
that the green energy didn't work. I mean it failed.

(01:55:09):
I mean it's a cool alternative energy, but it is
just that it is an alternative energy, but not a
replacement energy. You can add that as an accessory to
your house, you can add that to to help out
a little bit, but the reality is is it doesn't
work the way you thought it was going to work,

(01:55:34):
and Of course, the other thing that that these environmentalists
are so stupid about as they as they uh they
they post on their their iPhones and you know, do
all this other stuff. What they don't realize is that
a lot of the the oil exploration, the oil and gas.

(01:55:54):
I mean, sure, there's there's gas that is you know
for you know, the natural gas and that type of stuff,
but when it comes to oil exploration, y'all environments, I'm
talking to you guys, y'all do know that most of
life today is based on oil. Now, whether it be

(01:56:20):
the plastics in your electric car that you're driving around,
the components that are in your cell phone, the iPad
that you're using. There's believe it or not, a lot
of medications. There's so many things. And we only have
twenty minutes left to the show, so we don't have
enough time to go into all of the things that

(01:56:42):
everyday life runs off of oil. It's not just simply
a gas burning thing that's burning gasoline and oil. There's
a lot that comes out of oil based products. Hey,
your beauty products. You know how many of your beauty

(01:57:03):
products have some sort of oil that is in it.
And I'm not talking about oil from some exotic tree
in the in the Amazon that that somebody allegedly discovered
is the Fountain of Youth. There's so much stuff and
they have no idea and they're so upset. Oh my god,

(01:57:23):
they're they're producing more oil. Yeah, because the populations are
still growing, technology is still changing, life is still developing,
and that's what's going on. You know, what I love
is the fact that the environmentalists completely miss the arguments
that they could be making and could be fighting and winning.

(01:57:47):
Like there's nothing better than actually winning an argument and
winning a little bit of a fight and getting that headway.
But it's like these environmentalists, rather than getting the base hits,
all they do is they swing so hard because I'm
gonna get this home run. I'm gonna I'm gonna I'm
gonna hit that ball so hard it's it's gonna go
into the next community. And they strike out and they

(01:58:08):
don't understand what happened. So I'm gonna swing even harder
this time, and this strike out again, and the next
thing you know, they're sitting on the bench going, why
am I not playing in this game? You know, if
you really truly want to make a big difference. Then
work in the areas that is making a difference. I
mean you you look at the technology now when it

(01:58:30):
comes to gas burning engines, and you look at the
technology that we have in automobiles to to produce less emissions,
to save the environments and everything. Why aren't you working
with that. Why aren't you saying, Okay, I want to
win the war, but I gotta win some battles, so
let let's team up with these people to do more

(01:58:52):
of that. By the way, there's this other thing in aviation,
which kind of makes me giggle a little bit because again,
this is one of those fluff pieces that just makes
you feel good for a second that there's now this
this I don't even know what they actually call it,
because it's not that widespread, but they're trying. It's it's

(01:59:13):
basically a clean, clean energy fuel for airlines or for
for airplanes, and it's it's available in like very limited, limited,
limited places, and it's it's one of these unrealistic goals
to do because you have airports, like you know, let's
just pick the Panama City airport. You know that airport.

(01:59:35):
There the the amount of fuel that is gone through
in the course of a month. Let me give you
a ballpark, there's probably within a month. And I might
be a little high on this, but four hundred to
five hundred thousand gallons of jet fuel just in the

(01:59:59):
Panama City alone. Now, the idea of being able to
convert all of that to this special clean energy fuel
is just it's non existent. And the sad part too,
is that like these these planes, and it will happened
a lot of times with like say some of the
private planes, where they will have at their base location

(02:00:23):
where their plane is powered to era is home to
at that that particular place, they may offer that alternative
where we can give you this special fuel that is,
you know, saving the earth. Well, that's great and all,
but a lot of these planes they're going to use

(02:00:43):
three four hundred gallons of fuel to get to their destination,
and when they get to their destination, the chances that
them not having that clean fuel is high. And unless
you're going to go to another airport that has that
same thing, which there's very few, or you're going to
go home to get gas, most of the gas that

(02:01:04):
you're burning is not this alleged environmentally safe, environmental clean energy.
So instead of doing something stupid like that and going,
oh my god, we gotta have this special of fuel.
What you could do, which a lot of manufacturers of
air crane or airplanes are doing now, is that they're
manufacturing cleaner burning engines so that the engines are more efficient,

(02:01:29):
so they use less of this stuff. See, these are
the battles that the environmental is just never go after.
And then of course there's this one, the oh my god,
we've got to save the ozone land. We got to
get all the CO two levels out. You know, We've
had the guy from the head of the CO two
coalition on the show many many times, and we've talked

(02:01:49):
about this, and we are literally at a point where
we're like fractions of a point away from extinction on
this planet because we're going to kill all the plant
life because the plant life doesn't have enough CO two
in the air to generate enough oxygen. I mean, this

(02:02:10):
is basic science. So the fact that the environmentalists aren't going,
oh my god, we have too much CO two in
the air, what should we do? Go plant a damn tree,
Go play in the grass for a minute. I mean, seriously,
just unbelievable, But I mean it's it has been kind
of nice though, that the the climate change nutbags have

(02:02:34):
kind of settled down a little bit and they haven't
been around as much as they have been, which is
which is kind of nice, because look, your movement failed,
and it failed mostly because technology is taking care of
a lot of the stupid stuff that you were so
worried about. So get over it. So Donald Trump is

(02:02:55):
now celebrating what he's now called affordability one year after
the election. Yesterday, Donald Trump had posted on a social
media saying that happy anniversary. On this day, November fifth,
one year ago, we had one of the greatest presidential
victories in history. Such an honor to represent our country,

(02:03:16):
and he said, highlighting the booming economy and the fact
that the costs are coming down, Affordability is our goal.
And then he went out to say love to the
American people. And Donald Trump has been working to get
things more affordable. We have seen the crisis of things

(02:03:39):
coming down, and yet the left, they're doing nothing to
bring the cost of things down except for getting out
and doing the speech. We have to do affordability. We
need to pass some laws for affordability. If we can
only do the affordability, we'll be fine, all right, how

(02:04:01):
are you going to get things affordable? And that's the
thing they don't get. They don't understand how to make
things affordable. Donald Trump is doing. He's taking care of
the regulations, he's creating more competition in the the production industry,
and he's getting government out of the way, which makes
things a little bit more affordable. Rutans, You're right. If

(02:04:24):
the CO two levels go be below point zero four
three or point zero point zero four percent, then plants
begin to die. And right now it is it's like
point zero two away from that point. Environmentalists they don't

(02:04:46):
get it. Don't understand simple science too, just like simple economics,
something else that the left doesn't understand. But it's hard
to believe though that it was a year ago that
the election went down. How time does fly. But Donald
Trump has been successful a lot of the stuff that
he has done. But the one thing that we have

(02:05:06):
to make sure that we do is make sure that
he has control of the House next year, because if
he doesn't, oh, it's gonna be chaotic. It really truly is.
All right, We got to take a quick break. We'll
be right back. This is the Brian Rush Show. Good morning,
Happy Thursday. All right, welcome back to you The Brian

(02:05:28):
Rush Show here on Florida Man Radio. By the way,
a shout out to Clifford and Southport, Florida, got himself
some knock it off coffee of the day. I hope
you enjoy that, the Columbian. I've not tried the Colombian
coffee yet, so Clifford, let me know how you like
that one, and that the six Beam. I've been so
stuck on the whiskey age barrel one and today I'm

(02:05:50):
just I'm dragging without the coffee. Man. Never thought I'd
get to that point, but I am at that point.
But you can also check out the knock It Off
Coffee which is the official coffee of the The Brian
Rush Show. It's knock it Off dot Coffee is the website.

Speaker 2 (02:06:07):
Uh.

Speaker 4 (02:06:07):
There is some seasonal blends in there. There's the candy
Cane one, there's the Pumpkins spice one that's in there,
and a bunch of others too, So go check that out.
We do appreciate it. It helps. It helps a little
bit with with powering the show because you know, unlike
foreign foreign media outlets, you know, we're not We're not
funded by the federal government, so we got to kind

(02:06:30):
of do what we gotta do. And uh, you know,
this show being an independent show and we don't have
a big staff, you want to you know what, let
me introduce you to the staff of the show. You ready, Uh? Hi,
how you doing?

Speaker 1 (02:06:42):
So?

Speaker 4 (02:06:42):
I mean, we don't have a big staff for the show.
So and everything that we do is uh, you know,
we got to watch the expenses, so knock it off.
Coffee being the sponsor it contributes a little bit, helps
to make sure that we can do the show every day,
and we appreciate you checking that out. So Bernie Sanders
took on Too ms NBC Tuesday night during some of
the election coverage and he started talking about Zoran's message

(02:07:07):
and how we need to take this all over the country.
And when he was talking, he said, you know, you
know what's soron, It's done has made it clear that
at the time when when we have more income and
wealthy inequality than we've ever had, and when the rich
keep getting richer like me, I just bought another house

(02:07:29):
and a Ferrari, the rich keep getting richer, outs richer,
I think, continues on saying that while so many people
are struggling to pay rent, mortgages, put food on the table,
pay for childcare, pay for the basic necessities of life.
What he's saying in New York City is, you know what,
we're going to take the oligarchies. We're going to we're

(02:07:52):
not going to give them tax breaks. We're going to
make sure they pay their fair share, and we're going
to pay attention to the working piece people of New York.
And that's in my view, Chris, what do we got
to do all over this country? Do you know you
haven't been taking care of the working people. And here's

(02:08:17):
the thing, Bernie, is that most of the people around
the country know that you haven't been taking care of them.
But he also goes on to add that you know,
people are hurting, they're sick and tired of a situation
where one man, mister Mosque, owns more wealth than the
bottom fifty two percent of the American households. That is insane.

(02:08:37):
There's no reason in the richest country on earth. Mamadannie
understands this. Most Americans understand it. That we only are
the major country not to guarantee healthcare to all people
as a human right. So if you run your campaign
saying and be clear, you're going to fight for the
working class, You're going to take the olive arts that

(02:09:00):
idea is going to that you're not talking about. The
are not radical. They already exist and in other other
countries around the world, that's how you win elections. Sure, absolutely, Bernie,
that's how you can win some elections. But here's the
thing you more on, and I hate this comparison when

(02:09:21):
the left compares us to other countries. When you take
a country that has a population of two or three
million people, when you have a population that is smaller
than New York City, and you take sixty percent of
their income, which is the other part that they never
talk about, Bernie Sanders will never talk about this that

(02:09:45):
when you look at these countries that offer you free college,
free healthcare, free this, free that, free this, that you're
also being taxed at like sixty percent of your your income.
So the government is taking more of your money than
you can keep. But don't worry about it, because you
have health care, you have free college. And the question

(02:10:07):
that I guess for you to ask now is what
does that do doing me. I'm a healthy individual. I
never get sick. Well, I guess if I need a healthcare,
I got it. But you know what else I don't
have that I could probably use sixty percent of my
damn income. So sure, it is possible to do this stuff.

(02:10:28):
And I said this yesterday too, that it is entirely
possible for us to improve the health care system in
this country, to get more people on health insurance, and
to also give free health or a free college. It
could be done in this country. But the problem is
you have to stop wasting the money that you're wasting.

(02:10:51):
And Bernie just simply doesn't get it. He just thinks
the money grows on trees. Have you seen the beautiful
trees from Vermont in New Hampshire. You go up there
at the time of the year, they change colors, they
change colors in them, they die offen they they come
back new, just like money. We could spend the money
and it just comes back like new. And we've got

(02:11:15):
to fight the oligarchies. What oligarchs are we fighting in
the US? By the way, because remember that about seventy
five percent of the wealth in this country is in
the control of the democrats. So if I was one
of these Democrat oligarchies that is super uber rich. I
think right now I would be a little bit concerned

(02:11:37):
that you're about to take all my money away from me.
And if you're gonna take all my money away from me,
I might do something to make sure that you don't
do that, like support your opposition, or better yet, say
screw you in New York, I'm out and leave to
the socialists. They read the book. They read the book,

(02:11:58):
they tell the fantasy that tell the story. Oh, it's
going to be so great. Everything's going to be so wonderful.
They'll be there'll be strawberries growing on trees. And when
you want something, you just say I want this, and
it appears. Don't worry about the costs. We've got you.
We've got all your money too, but we've got you.

(02:12:21):
I mean, I don't know about you. I would rather
have that sixty percent of my income. And I understand
that in a civilized world, we have to, unfortunately, have
some sort of taxes because government has got a function,
and without government, society can't function. Unfortunately. I hate saying that,
but it's true. But I'd rather be able to spend
my money on my own thing. I'd like to go

(02:12:44):
on vacations. I would like to buy the car that
I really like. I like to buy an airplane, you know.
I mean, there's a lot of things that I don't
think i'd want sixty percent of my income going to
all of that. And of course was Zora on Mamadnni's
plan is to tax the rich. Okay, so you're going
to tax the rich fifty two percent and they leave

(02:13:04):
and they take their money with you. What do you
got now, Nothing, nothing but empty promises that you can't fulfill.
It's pretty sad, really truly is all right? Tomorrow on
the show America in View, the Doster boys will be honest,
we'll hopefully we'll have we'll have both of them again.
We're on this, like this streak of having both of
them on the show. So we'll talk about a lot

(02:13:26):
of great things that are going on in Florida because
obviously the state of Florida is getting ready for probably
an influx of New Yorkers. Plus we have the session
that is coming up, some of the precessions stuff that's
going on, So we'll talk about that and so much more.
Have yourself a fantastic day. Take all the vitamins, and
everything that you need to to stay healthy because this
flu thing that's going around, it's kicking some people's butt

(02:13:48):
and I want you to be healthy. All Right, We'll
talk to you tomorrow, so then see you later. Bye,

Medal of Honor: Stories of Courage

Rewarded for bravery that goes above and beyond the call of duty, the Medal of Honor is the United States’ top military decoration. The stories we tell are about the heroes who have distinguished themselves by acts of heroism and courage that have saved lives. From Judith Resnik, the second woman in space, to Daniel Daly, one of only 19 people to have received the Medal of Honor twice, these are stories about those who have done the improbable and unexpected, who have sacrificed something in the name of something much bigger than themselves. Every Wednesday on Medal of Honor, uncover what their experiences tell us about the nature of sacrifice, why people put their lives in danger for others, and what happens after you’ve become a hero.
