Speaker 1 (00:11):
The Chad Benson Show.
Speaker 2 (00:15):
This is the Chad Benson Show. My name is Craig Collins,
filling in, thrilled to be with you. I'll be here
today and tomorrow. Chad is back on Monday. Here's the thing.
All of the stuff that you've been hearing about a
bunch is still in the news cycle.
Speaker 3 (00:30):
I intend to talk about it.
Speaker 2 (00:31):
President Biden's mental capabilities while he was in office, all
of those things. And what's really amazing to me is
that there's a fairly important story.
Speaker 3 (00:41):
That's flying under the radar.
Speaker 2 (00:43):
And I don't even mean like flying under the radar
where Democrats are manipulating the actual focus of media so they're,
you know, hiding some stuff from us.
Speaker 3 (00:52):
I don't even mean that.
Speaker 2 (00:53):
I mean another thing that felt like a big deal
that happened just the other day, Marco Robio, our Secretary
of State, the Honorable Marco Rubio, I should say I
told us that Syria is within weeks of a full
scale war. This would normally be bigger news than it
is right now, or in general.
Speaker 3 (01:12):
I'll play this real quick.
Speaker 4 (01:13):
If you look at the history of the region, when
Syria is unstable, the region becomes unstable and This has
certainly been true after the Arab Spring led to the
rebellion against Assad and not really destabilized the entire region,
and then it turned Syria frankly into a playground for
Jihadis groups including ISIS and others that used it to
operate and to destabilize their partners. So you have this
change in December, and my view, which I've discussed with
(01:35):
many of you individually, is the bad news is that
the Transitional Authority figures they didn't pass their background check
with the FBI. Okay, they've got a tough history in
what don't we understand. But on the flip side of
it is, if we engage them, it may work out.
It may not work out. If we did not engage them,
it was guaranteed to not work out. In fact, it
is our assessment that, frankly, the Transitional Authority, given the
(01:56):
challenges they're facing, are maybe weeks, not many months away
from potential collapse and a full scale civil war.
Speaker 2 (02:04):
Yeah, it feels like a big deal. It feels like
that matters more than we're talking about it. I'm not
trying to even be disrespectful in my tone. I'm just
being honest that that feels like the kind of thing
that when a Secretary of State says, hey, this place
that is important. It's important because of all the different
types of people, the you know, terrorist groups that it
(02:25):
allows to function and grow and cause harm to the
world and to the United States. We're getting closer to
a really bad thing going on there. By the way,
Marco Rubio in general was also great testifying the other day.
You probably were more likely to have heard this piece
of audio, but I have to play it again. Marco
slapping down any Democratic politician who's trying to say you're
(02:48):
a terrible, terrible, you know politician, since you're siding with
Trump and doing this stuff we don't like.
Speaker 5 (02:54):
And I have to tell you directly and personally that
I regret voting for you for Secretary of State.
Speaker 2 (03:01):
I respond, by the way, before I play as response. Actually,
I just want to say one quick thing. I shouldn't
interrupt this. This is great audio, but I can't help it.
That politician who just slapped down Marco Rubio probably feels
great about himself right now. He's about to feel terrible,
but he currently feels like I crushed it.
Speaker 4 (03:20):
Well. First of all, your regret for voting for me
confirms I'm doing a good jobs statement.
Speaker 6 (03:26):
Stary.
Speaker 2 (03:27):
It is a flipping statement, and it's a flipping statement
because you made a flipping statement, all right, and mine's
better than yours.
Speaker 3 (03:33):
I love that.
Speaker 2 (03:34):
And now that politician again gone viral for being dunked
on by Marco Rubio, which is not easy for a
guy his age to do. But anyway, that happened, and
that means that now the guy's moment of I regret
voting for you has turned into something he didn't want
it to be. All right, let's get to some of
those stories that are actually distracting us from potential civil
(03:56):
war somewhere. Some of them do matter, They are very important.
One I think of these stories, it's really just the
media coverage that's sort of surreal.
Speaker 3 (04:06):
So you probably saw this in some way.
Speaker 2 (04:09):
Yesterday the President of South Africa sat down with President
Trump and they had a conversation. And during this discussion,
President Trump said to dim the lights. He played like
a three or four minute video and then reacted to
the content of the video and how it seems like
there's some bad things going on in South Africa that
(04:32):
the United States and our simple message to the world
it would be in violation of that. This is people
who are being treated poorly because of their race. It
just so happens in South Africa that it's white people,
but in general, and I know that Democrats are very
much a fan of this. Normally, if we're supposed to
be the moral police of the world, which again oftentimes
(04:57):
they want us to be, having a stance like this
should be right aligned with their values that someplace somewhere
else other than the United States is doing something bad.
And if you want us to have a good relationship
with your country, if you want us to improve trade
anything else, then you guys should probably fix this thing
that we think is bad. Now again I'm not I'm
not pretending as though President Trump always takes this position
(05:20):
on topics, but I do think it's interesting because this
feels like this aligns with the woke to a degree,
so they would be happier about this. But of course
the optics are terrible for Democrats because it's you know,
South Africa and the group of people who are being
marginalized or treated poorly or potentially even just killed and
their land taken from them white people, So optically not
(05:43):
the thing the Democrats usually, you know, gravitate toward Well,
let's play a little bit of that audio.
Speaker 7 (05:48):
Turn the lights down, turn.
Speaker 8 (05:50):
The lights down, and just put this on. It's right
behind you.
Speaker 9 (05:58):
We talked you.
Speaker 10 (06:05):
By the way.
Speaker 2 (06:05):
You know what's crazy about this because you can't see it.
Speaker 3 (06:09):
This is radio.
Speaker 11 (06:10):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (06:10):
The first few moments of this discussion, the president of
South Africa is looking back at President Trump and being like,
he smiles at first when he thinks that what he's
gonna watch is maybe a movie.
Speaker 3 (06:20):
Maybe they're getting an early moment of, you know.
Speaker 2 (06:24):
A movie that's coming out this weekend, and then all
of a sudden he realizes not something he probably wants
to watch with press there with the president of the
United States. So he starts turning back and saying to
himself or saying to President Trump, hey, maybe we cannot
play this right now or I think even trying to
explain some of it, And to be honest, I thought
(06:44):
the way that the discussion was handled, as far as
politicians go, I don't think the president in South Africa
actually said or did anything that maybe was expected. He
seemed to have a more you know, even keeled approach
to his response to this stuff. I don't know that
that's a good thing, because the stuff that's being played
(07:06):
is pretty bad. Some of it might be a few
years old, but the sentiment is there that, you know,
there might be a whole lot of propping up of
the idea of of hurting and attacking people based on
race in South Africa. It just so happens that it's
it's black people saying they're going to.
Speaker 3 (07:23):
Fight white people.
Speaker 2 (07:23):
But here, I'll play a little bit more of this audio.
Speaker 9 (07:28):
We don't care.
Speaker 3 (07:42):
It might be a little hard to hear that.
Speaker 2 (07:43):
I actually do have the the audio officially from the
White House too, so I can play that a little
bit later on. But I'll jump ahead in this to
when Trump and the other, you know, leader of a
country are interacting amongst themselves and talking about the reactions
to this, and Trump is simply saying a few things
about how bad this is.
Speaker 8 (08:05):
Burial sites right here, burial sites over a thousand of
white farmers, and those cars are lined up to pay
love on a Sunday morning. Each one of those white
things you see is across and there's approximately a thousand
(08:28):
of them. They're all white farmers. The family of white farmers,
and those cars aren't driving to stop there to pay
respects to their family member who's killed. And it's a
terrible sight. I've never seen.
Speaker 3 (08:43):
Anything like it again.
Speaker 2 (08:45):
And I'll just say this, And I know people already
reacting and saying that these crosses aren't actually real representations
of people killed, but represent representations of the idea of
people who lost their lives. I think that's a ridiculous
thing to try to harsh the truth in. But I
will say this, and I just want to reiterate what
I said at the beginning of this. This is the
(09:06):
type of topic that very often is a democratic position,
a democratic discussion. Is this bad thing is happening somewhere
in the world by our standards, we need to care
more about it, We need to do more about it,
and those who don't, those who don't are bad.
Speaker 3 (09:24):
This was literally the media narrative about.
Speaker 2 (09:26):
Trump and his trip to the Middle East and the
countries that he was nice to, or any time that
he plays nice with someone that press believes is also
a horrible person. And yet in this case, in this scenario,
a bunch of media is trying to defend South Africa
and say that it's ridiculous that this happened in the
first place, which I find just really weird. You know again,
(09:48):
whether or not they're going to say that this part
is true, this part is exaggerated, whatever.
Speaker 3 (09:53):
It might be, it is easy to just condemn racism.
Speaker 2 (09:56):
Here's how CNN responded to this entire thing, and the
kill the Bore chant or kill the Farmer chant that
actually has played later on in that audio.
Speaker 12 (10:05):
Sert Larry has been debate over that song, that anti
apartheid chant, right, and for people who don't have a
historical context, it does potentially appear more literal.
Speaker 6 (10:19):
Talk to us.
Speaker 12 (10:20):
About the debate that has happened inside of South Africa
with the recognition of how it appears to people when
they hear those words.
Speaker 2 (10:29):
By the way, I can fix her question for her
to what she wanted to say. Tell us how it's
okay for us to have the opinion that we already
have that all of this is fine.
Speaker 3 (10:38):
Give us permission to keep thinking it's fine, please, sir.
Speaker 13 (10:44):
It is an inflammatory song without a doubt, and many
in South Africa, even black South Africans, don't think it
should be sung in a post apartheid world thirty years
plus after apartheid. Good but there are many who grew
up under those years of white minority rule who understand
the historical context of this song kill the boer, kill
the Farmer that Julius Malema has made popular again. It
(11:08):
sort of fell into disuse. It's that commonly sung after
the end of a part at in nineteen ninety four,
but it's brought it back again to reanimate the issue
of the majority of land in South Africa still being
owned by wife.
Speaker 7 (11:22):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (11:22):
So a radical by the standard of a whole lot
of people in South Africa, a radical politician supposed to
be the leader of a minority group. I mean that specifically,
like a minority ideology group of individuals, not people of
a certain race. But anyway, this person is brought back
a song that advocates killing the farmer or killing the boar,
because this individual thinks that that's an okay way to
(11:45):
have a discussion about how much land is owned by
white people in South Africa. That's a real thing, and
CNN is trying to.
Speaker 3 (11:51):
Make it not that big of a deal.
Speaker 6 (11:53):
Is crazy.
Speaker 3 (11:53):
What's happening is crazy?
Speaker 7 (11:55):
All right?
Speaker 2 (11:55):

Speaker 2 (13:32):
Collins filling in the world of sports was fun last,
night specifically In New. York one not so fun For
New york, fans the other one pretty fun for. Them
one of them was historic. Though The knicks blew a
fourteen point lead with two minutes and thirty nine seconds
to go in the. Game just for everyone's, edification teams
(13:53):
were a combined nine hundred and ninety four and zero
when leading by that amount with that much time left
in the game until last.
Speaker 3 (14:03):
Night The pacers wound up winning that game in.
Speaker 2 (14:06):
Overtime they actually probably looked like they wanted in, regulation
BUT i Think Tyrese haliburton's foot was just barely on
the three point, line so a shot he made that
looked like a three was really a. Two Overtime pacers.
Win epic comebacks from The Indianapolis pacers throughout the. Playoffs
they actually put up their own thing on social media
(14:27):
where there have been four wins in a thousand plus
losses with a different amount of time left in the
game and a lead by the opposing, team and The
pacers actually have three of those this. Year as far
as miraculous comeback wins go based on a weird and specific,
standards but, nonetheless nine hundred ninety four to oher is
a unique thing to no longer have a perfect score.
Speaker 3 (14:50):
On but that was.
Speaker 2 (14:52):
Surreal so let's do something to lift Up New york
fans because that wasn't so. GREAT i know That chad
loves to Play andre's cantor audio in The World soccer
because he has some epic calls of. Goals The yankees
had their first walk off home run in a long,
time the longest rout in all of. Baseball so let's
play The spanish language version of that moment to go
(15:12):
ahead and lift up any of The knicks fans out.

THING i do know is he called him The, martian
which Is jason De mingus's, nickname and then he did
doodoo doo doo doo doo as part of his way
to demonstrate that via. SOUND i just need. That by the,
way if you're wondering what this guy's name, is It's Ricky.
Ricardo i'm for. Real that is the name of The
(16:30):
spanish language broadcaster for The New York, Yankees Ricky, ricardo
and he is excellent at his.
Speaker 3 (16:36):
Job this man deserves a.
Speaker 2 (16:37):
Raise but, anyway, again The yankees uh the first walk
off home run in several years for, them the longest
route of ANY mlb team for the amount of years
you've gone between walk off home.
Speaker 3 (16:47):
Runs they've had walk off, wins just not in that exact.
Fashion all, RIGHT i will come back in a.
Speaker 2 (16:52):
Bit of, course we're going to talk about the big
beautiful bill That President trump has been describing his his
giant to economic plan as and the tax cut plan
and the medicare whatever you want to call. It, plan
big beautiful bill that did pass The, house it is
likely to pass The, senate and it is likely to
wind up being signed by The president of The United.
Speaker 3 (17:12):
States what's in? It what's not in?
Speaker 2 (17:14):
It we'll talk about all that stuff in a, bit
because that's also going to be an important. Story and
maybe we'll play The spanish language broadcasting.
Speaker 3 (17:20):
Again, right quick break a lot. More Greg collins filling
in on The Chad Benson, Show.
Speaker 10 (17:39):
Sun Chad Benson, Show.
Speaker 1 (18:00):
The Chad Benson.
Speaker 3 (18:01):
Show this is The Chad Benson. Show my name Is Craig,
collins filling. In thrilled to be with. YOU a bunch
of stuff to talk. About The big Beautiful bill just
barely passed The house last. Night here's a little bit
of audio of.
Speaker 16 (18:15):
That on this, vote The yaser two hundred and, fifteen
the nayser two hundred and, fourteen with one answering.
Speaker 2 (18:24):
Present the bill is. PASSED a lot of Celebrating republicans
had a bunch of. Infighting they almost didn't get this.
Passed the Two republican politicians who voted against it said
that horrible, debt, crippling terrible debt that we already have
a bunch, of but we're going to have more of
(18:45):
is going to be a byproduct to this. Bill one
hundred and seventy five billion dollars will be spent on
deportations and a better border, wall border, security all that.
Speaker 3 (18:54):
Stuff they're making significant cuts to.
Speaker 2 (18:57):
Medicare you'll have to medicare excuse, Me you'll actually have
to be working in order to receive, it based on
a set of. Criteria as long as you're healthy and
capable of. Working you won't be able to, say be
capable of being in the, workforce not being there based
on certain criteria and still collect. This seven point six
(19:21):
Million americans potentially could lose health insurance over that. Decision
there are other things in, here a whole bunch of
people saying a whole bunch of terrible. STUFF i have
to be, HONEST a giant cuts to green energy vouchers
and tax, breaks no tax on, tips which is one
of the only things that everybody agreed, on and a
lot of money actually also being spent on missile, defense
(19:41):
which seems. Good here's the thing that's missing in this.
Though i'll tell you the part that's, missing the projection
for twenty twenty five for money made by The United
states in a thing That trump is recently. Created that
would BE us, tariffs and the ten percent tariff that
is likely to stay in effect on the rest of the.
(20:02):
World that's going to make THE us three point one trillion.
Dollars three point one trillion dollars is the. Expectation so
when a lot of mainstream media is saying that the
tax cuts and the deep decisions to change you, know
spending are going to have a horrible impact on our,
society the one thing they're refusing to acknowledge is the
(20:23):
income The United states will make through, sweet delicious, tariffs
Which i'm not necessarily, Saying i'm fully in, supportive but
at least ten percent seems okay as long as you,
know prices don't get to horribly you, know more expensive
here in The United.
Speaker 6 (20:38):
States who.
Speaker 2 (20:39):
Knows we'll, see because the consumer actually does wield a
lot of. Power if we stop buying, things the lower
the prices again and just eat the. Cost the only
reason they keep raising prices and stuff keeps happening the
way it does is because we keep buying the stuff
we say we're going to stop, buying and eventually we
need to do that other. Thing but, ANYWAY i just
think this is really. Interesting the big beautiful bill did.
(21:01):
Pass it's probably going to pass The, senate and it'll
likely be signed then by The, president who's pushing for
The senate to sign. It all, right other stories out
there that are clouding and taking over compared to the
things that might technically be more. Important this was hilarious,
unintentionally AND i think this just, happened you, know, yesterday
(21:24):
or it might have been this, morning to be honest with,
You But Joe scarborough had to take responding to his
first take about how sharp and mentally Capable biden, was
and so The internet did its internet thing and.
Speaker 3 (21:37):
Spliced both pieces of audio.
Speaker 2 (21:39):
Together So i'll play for you the original version Of
scarborough saying That biden is incredibly. Sharp he's a man
that just can't be stopped, mentally and then his new
version of what he says is a reaction to what
he said. Before and Then i'm gonna break it down
because there's so many parts of this that are still
(22:01):
a whole bunch of you know, bleep a whole bunch
of you know.
Speaker 3 (22:03):
What but let's play the audio, first start.
Speaker 17 (22:06):
Your tape right, now Because i'm about to tell you
the truth and f you if you can't handle the.
Speaker 10 (22:11):
Truth Thanks.
Speaker 3 (22:12):
Joey this version.
Speaker 18 (22:15):
Of biden, intellectually analytically is the Best biden.
Speaker 6 (22:21):
Ever so you know.
Speaker 11 (22:23):
That SO i said that this Was biden at his?
Speaker 6 (22:27):
Best?
Speaker 7 (22:27):
Sure?
Speaker 3 (22:28):
Did you also said fu if we? Don't, anyway that's WHAT.
Speaker 6 (22:32):
I saw other. PEOPLE i was obviously.
Speaker 2 (22:36):
Wrong So i'm not sure what my takeaway is. HERE
i don't know What i'm supposed to learn from that
lesson THAT i said a thing that definitely wasn't. True
here's what actually, happened in my, OPINION i don't have insider.
INFORMATION i can't guarantee this is, accurate BUT i feel
like it. Is Joe scarborough did what a whole lot
of other media. Did he didn't have day to day
(22:57):
access To. Biden he didn't have a whole lot to
see on his, own to you, know behind the scenes,
anyway to tell us that that first take was legitimate
by his own. Eyes he actually had a whole lot
of things happening in, media you, know in front of,
Us biden getting lost on, stages all those, things to
tell him the exact. Opposite and then someone in The
(23:17):
White house claimed adamantly to him or multiple, people that everything's,
fine And biden is the smartest guy in every, room
And joe just took, It he just accepted. It his
network of, informants whatever you want to call, them his,
sources they misled, him and they misled a whole lot of,
people and no one objected to. It so here's what
(23:38):
you're actually supposed to learn from. This this is my,
Statement verify the thing you're being told when the side
of the aisle you like tells you that. Thing don't
just try to verify stuff when it's the side you don't,
like and actually don't go even further and try to
ignore stuff that is verifiable that that side is. Saying,
(23:58):
don't you, know ignore proving that they're right when it's
coming from the conservative or the politician you. Hate and
don't refuse to see if it's. True when it's a,
politician you, like that's just, crazy and it's happening. Constantly
Here's Jake, tapper a guy who had a television show
and could have told us all these things that he
put in a book instead and you, know wrote and
(24:21):
gets to try to make money off of again instead
of just actually reporting the news on the ways in
which The White house Hid President biden's mental. Decline but
here's the other thing THAT i think is really interesting
about this.
Speaker 3 (24:34):
Take it aligns with What i'm just saying.
Speaker 2 (24:36):
About scarborough and all the ways you trust the people
in charge instead, of you, know doing the job of
a journalist and media and figuring out what's true on
your own and not just listening to the most biased
voice you could ask an opinion.
Speaker 18 (24:50):
OF i think the degree to which the team Around
President biden was hiding him and sequestering, him mainly starting
in the fall of twenty twenty, three cannot be. Overstated
there's a cabinet meeting In october twenty twenty, three and
then several cabinet members told us for the book they
(25:10):
never saw him again in person for months and months
and months he was kept away from, them and cabinet
secretaries we spoke to for the book told us it was.
Weird one of them did have a meeting With biden in.
Speaker 7 (25:23):
BETWEEN i got.
Speaker 2 (25:24):
It, SORRY i have to react to the fact that
people said that that was, weird that it wasn't more than,
that that there's constant criticism of the mental health of
the current president of The United states at the time
Of biden when he's in, office and that the cabinet
people who are supposed to be working with him the
closest don't see him for, months and they're, like, well that's,
odd that's a little.
Speaker 3 (25:42):
Strange have you seen. HIM i haven't seen.
Speaker 18 (25:45):
Him that last cabinet meeting of twenty twenty three In
october and the debate and described him as being disoriented
and out of. It AND i think the degree to
which he was being hidden from even their own administration
cannot be over.
Speaker 2 (26:00):
Stated, now he also goes on to say how they
lied to media and that they media just trusted. Them
that's the problem is that if you allow a side
of the political aisle to run on the message that
they're they're the good, Guys they're they're the people that,
are you, know trying to do right in the world
(26:20):
and and protect all of us from the bad. Guys
and then you stop verifying the information because you agree
with that, sentiment no matter how ridiculous it sounds to
the rest of. Us you eventually enable them to be
even worse versions of whatever version of themselves they already.
Speaker 3 (26:35):
Are you see this in like.
Speaker 2 (26:36):
Workplaces here's one of the best EXAMPLES i, can you,
know throw out there to try to validate exactly what's going,
on and not to, validate you, know the decision, making
but to demonstrate the truth of. IT i don't know
WHY i want to make this, COMPARISON i just. Do
maybe it's that some Places i've worked in my life
have been, Terrible so you might also feel that way
(26:59):
about some places you've worked at some.
Speaker 3 (27:01):
Point in your.
Speaker 2 (27:01):
Career maybe a load paying, job maybe a high paying,
job who, knows but, anyway one of my favorite things
that you can see happen sometimes in a place of
business is that people who are supposed to be in
CHARGE i wind up trusting a select few a group
of people that work for them to tell on all
the other people that work for. Them it's like in
(27:22):
prison if you have you, know some prisoners that you
think will inform you on, stuff so you try to
prop them up so that the other prisoners that you
think are doing bad things get caught for the stuff they're.
Doing and the reason this happens a lot of places
is the leader at the top is. Terrible they're awful
at their, job they're awful at you, know seeing what's
(27:42):
going on in their organization on their, own and so
they let everybody else kind of fill them in and
they just run with. It media did this as the
people that were being tricked and the people that we're
supposed to, investigate and then of course the same thing
happened With. Biden at the actual top is the terrible
boss who's now doing anything and letting everyone kind of
work for. Him because when you have an employer or
(28:04):
someone like that who doesn't actually do any of the
supervising or you, know the managing of the business themselves
and lets other people do, it they also seem to
be the dumbest person in the room most of the
time because they're not actually doing their. JOB i bet
you've been in a place like this, before because enough,
PLACES i think function this way And this is most
(28:25):
of our media, now most of our media behaves like
the idiots in the room who have no idea what's going.
On when their job is supposed to be finding the,
truth they're supposed to be the ones diving into it
and looking deeper and you, know verifying certain.
Speaker 3 (28:40):
Information and one of my favorite examples of that.
Speaker 2 (28:42):
TOO i know it's a broken record in a lot
Of republican or conservative or whatever you want to call
it immedia, places but When President trump did an interview
when he was not the president and said that you
could verify The Hunter biden LAPTOP i think he actually
was the, president he was just running for office. Again,
anyway you could easily verify, it and media looked at
(29:04):
him and, said, no we.
Speaker 3 (29:05):
Can't and you absolutely easily could.
Speaker 2 (29:07):
Verified you could take it to an expert that can
tell whether or not the hard drive is, legitimate you
know all those.
Speaker 3 (29:14):
Things media just never did.
Speaker 2 (29:15):
That and then EVENTUALLY cbs actually years, later When biden's in,
office did do it and verified that the laptop was
genuine and that the information on it belonged To Hunter.
Biden that's something you could have done, before but you
chose not to. Do for whatever. Reason all, right we'll
take a. BREAK i will continue to have. Fun AS

Speaker 3 (31:59):
ANYWAY a couple sillier things out there and one ridiculous.
ONE a news anchor in Upstate New.
Speaker 2 (32:05):
York her name Is, olivia went into labor while she
was on television and didn't. Leave she stayed like she
is committed to telling you the news at four o'clock
in the morning and now In, Albany New.
Speaker 3 (32:18):
York so she's, like you know, what screw, It i'll hang.
Speaker 2 (32:21):
Out ninety minutes after her water, broke she was still doing.
Speaker 22 (32:25):
Television we do have some breaking news this. Morning Literally
olivia's water has broke and she is anchoring the news
now in active, labor early. Labor she's still. Here she's
been doing the entire. Show this is her decision to do.
This i'd rather be at work than at the. Hospital
after we're done with this, show you should probably, Go
(32:46):
thank you. Guys, Yeah i'll do my BEST i.
Speaker 3 (32:50):
Mean see and a half three. Hours, OKAY i gotta be.
Speaker 2 (32:54):
Honest the silliness with morning news and how they're all
like usually overly cheesy stuff is amazing in the world of,
yay you made it the whole.
Speaker 3 (33:04):
Show, well inactive, labor.
Speaker 2 (33:05):
Way to go you you should probably go to the
hospital now is Probably it was actually my favorite part
of that.
Speaker 3 (33:11):
Audio but that's a real. THING a woman went into.
Speaker 2 (33:13):
LABOR i decided to make her entire even or morning you,
know job thing, happened and then had a baby a
little bit. Later all, right other things out. THERE i
don't even know what else to say about. That as a,
dude it's crazy and it's very. Viral other things out
there that went. Viral people on TikTok are telling you
(33:34):
to do something unique with the water tank of your.
Toilet they seem to think it's the perfect place for a,
vase a perfect place for a bunch of. Flowers it's
why didn't anybody think of this, BEFORE i guess is their.
Speaker 3 (33:45):
Sentiment here we go with beautiful, flowers you want to
layer in different, lengths, biscuits.
Speaker 11 (33:51):
Freshwater every flush.
Speaker 3 (33:54):
Was going to work so. Great web a mixture of the.
Speaker 23 (33:57):
NIXTURE i wanted a fun color and it's not going to.
Fit so flushing, mechanism and your guests are going to
go what in the.
Speaker 24 (34:02):
World your guests come, in they use the, bathroom it's,
pretty and then they just flush.
Speaker 9 (34:07):
It is it gonna?
Speaker 2 (34:08):
Work the person is this is the dumbest that is
not the. Best AND i love the piece in the
middle of this viral TikToker where she's, like your guests
are gonna come into your bathroom and be, like what
in the, world because they Are they're not going to
know why you're growing a, whole you, know set of
your garden supplies in the back of your. Toilet but
that's a real. Thing people are encouraging you to do.
(34:29):
IT i, say do not do, this all. Right this
Is Craig collins filling in on The Chad Benson. SHOW
i guess the funniest thing to me though about that
video too real, quick is that she also puts like
a flower food packet in it right before she flushes,
it and all that flower food is not going to stay.
Speaker 3 (34:47):
There it's actually going to go in the actual toilet
and then it's eventually going to be gone. Completely so
the flower food might not be.
Speaker 2 (34:53):
Necessary i've been in the Last if you'd like to
have a bunch of flowers sticking out of the water
tank part of your toilet as the latest TikTok, trend
you go ahead and. Follow you be my, Guest you
do your.
Speaker 3 (35:05):
Thing you.
Speaker 2 (35:06):
Know the weirdest part about this, story, Actually i'll.
Speaker 3 (35:08):
Tell you one more thing about.
Speaker 2 (35:09):
It i'm terrified of my own wife finding out about.
This i'm talking about it on the, radio and yet
the odds of me bringing it up with the misses
after this, SHOW i think is a full on. Zero
And i'm actually quite terrified that she's going to want
to do this. Herself and so hopefully that does not.
Happen knock on what it doesn't. HAPPEN i don't want
(35:31):
flowers in the back of my own, toilet and YET
i Think i'm gonna have.
Speaker 3 (35:34):
Them Craig, collins villain on The Chad Benson.
Speaker 2 (35:36):
Show all, right one last, Time, actually you know, What
i'm going to fire off a little bit more of
This olivia In New york story. Too this woman that's
just popping out a baby all right after going to.
WORK i love the fact that everybody was so happy
at the end of this, thing that she made it
through the whole.
Speaker 3 (35:54):
SHOW a probably not.
Speaker 2 (35:56):
Good health, decision ALTHOUGH i know that it takes a while,
sometimes so maybe not the worst. Decision, yeah you know,
what we'll save that. Audio we're actually got to take a,
break so we'll play that a little bit. Later BUT
i just love how happy they all were for AND
i was very confused by so much of. It Creig
collins filling in on The Chad Benson.
Speaker 1 (36:12):
Show this is The Chad Benson, Show The Chad Benson.
Speaker 3 (36:47):
Show this is The Chad Benson.
Speaker 2 (36:51):
Show my name Is Craig, collins filling. IN i genuinely
hate something that happens in the world of, politics but then,
occasionally WHEN i see, it it still makes me as
mad as it's supposed to make, me like it still.
WORKS i hate when we immediately politicize a lot of,
things especially when people lose their.
Speaker 3 (37:10):
LIVES i hate.
Speaker 2 (37:11):
THAT i hate when they're, discussed when the discussion, about you,
know the motives of someone who did something horrible and
is an evil person immediately turns to what side of
the political aisle did, they you, know support all that,
stuff whatever it might. Be and this will make sense
in a second That i'm saying this to be you know,
What ACTUALLY i need this to probably make sense, First
So i'll switch with a piece of Audio i'm playing.
(37:31):
First Ilhan omar was asked about the killing of Two
israeli embassy staff outside a museum last night In, washington D.
C and she refused to answer the question because she
can't even be a human being for a.
Speaker 3 (37:45):
Second she needs to be.
Speaker 2 (37:46):
Political she can't say that it's horrible and tragic and
that you, know the family are people that she cares.
Speaker 3 (37:53):
About and this is going viral now.
Speaker 2 (37:56):
Today that she couldn't say anything like, that and that,
is you, know objectively.
Speaker 3 (38:01):
Horrible here we.
Speaker 25 (38:02):
Go AND DC a reporter asked Ilhan omar a, Comment
can you at least just comment on? This and she didn't.
Speaker 26 (38:09):
Listen Ngresswiman, omar any, buddy, say CAN i get your
reaction to the shooting that HAPPENED dc last.
Speaker 6 (38:15):
Night i'm going to go for.
Speaker 3 (38:17):
Now that's.
Speaker 2 (38:18):
It that's the entirety of her. Response i'm going to
go for. Now she said nothing. Else, again this is
actually a breaking news story as of. Yesterday i'll go
ahead and play some of THE abc seven coverage of
it right after it. Happened horrific. Story two embassy staff
members were walking out of a. MUSEUM i think there
were actually four people. Together an individual approached. Them the
(38:41):
individual yelled, Free Free. Palestine both will in custody with
the police and will taking the lives of two young.
People this is objectively a terrible, story you. Know it's
it's murder on the streets OF, dc which, yes happens a.
Lot i'm, not you, know saying it. Doesn't but, again
this as the connection to other things going on in the,
(39:03):
world so it should be thought of as a, tragedy
not something where someone in the world of politics can't
talk about.
Speaker 3 (39:10):
It that part is. Crazy but here's the breaking news
from last.
Speaker 21 (39:13):
Night you begin with breaking news at, ELEVEN a deadly
shooting In, washington D. C happening right outside The Capital
Jewish museum where a young diplomat's reception organized by The
American Jewish committee was being. HELD a man and, woman
both staffers at The Israeli, embassy were. KILLED a man
detained and handcuffed by event, security was heard chanting Free Free.
Palestine Attorney General Pam, bondi one of those responding to
(39:35):
the crime scene.
Speaker 24 (39:36):
Tonight we have THE, fbi all of our federal agencies
will work hand in hand with, You, chief as we have,
done and you mayor to do everything we can to
keep our citizens.
Speaker 2 (39:48):
Safe good and especially people being targeted for hate. Crimes
here's the, thing AND i can't help say it this.
WAY i don't Think i've ever hated anyone. Enough i'm
not talking about the obvious hate that exists for someone
who takes someone else's. Life that PART i obviously have never,
felt AND i imagine most of you have never. Felt
But i've never hated anyone enough to also want, to you,
(40:11):
know compete with them or try, to you, know prevent
whatever they are trying to, do if it's genuinely a good.
Thing and politicians hate each other so much that they
refuse to work together.
Speaker 3 (40:24):
Even when moments like this.
Speaker 2 (40:25):
Happen because It's Pam bondi standing there and having a
conversation and you, know police are behind. Her there are
people that don't want to help her in the world of,
politics which is crazy and it happens all the, time
and SO i just can't get over that part. Too we,
politicize we attack the politicians we attack each. Other we
do all this stuff moments after a, tragedy when your
(40:48):
brain probably should only be thinking about the fact that
lives are lost and that's, horrible and not needing to
have that other. Discussion the discussions has got a whole
bunch of flaws in.
Speaker 10 (40:57):
It.
Speaker 2 (40:57):
Anyway i'm not trying to say never, have BUT i
guess talk about whatever you.
Speaker 3 (41:01):
Want free country after.
Speaker 2 (41:02):
All BUT i just think it's awful the way that
we immediately do, that and we trivialize the actual tragedies
that occur in society in the first place and make
them completely unimportant to the day to day conversations going.
On two people, died families lost loved. Ones this is
easy to, condemn or at least it should be easy to,
(41:23):
condemn and, somehow for some it just simply isn't all.
Right another thing out there in the, world AND i
guess racially motivated is certainly a significant topic of conversation.
Speaker 3 (41:34):
Today so the.
Speaker 2 (41:36):
President of The United, States President, trump and The president
Of South africa sat down and had a, conversation had
a chit. Chat some video was played that showed some
horrible things that happened In South, africa and then media
decided to defend this because again they hate the politicians
so much In Donald trump that they need to attack
(41:57):
anything he, says even things that should be obvious for
all of us to agree. With if people are being
killed because of their race In South, africa we as
The United states should be against, that no matter what
color the people's skin, is even if it's, white we
should say that this is. Bad and a lot of
people are struggling with this for some reason today or last,
(42:17):
night INCLUDING.
Speaker 3 (42:18):
Cnn here's a little bit of their Covert.
Speaker 12 (42:19):
Ert larry has been debate over that song that anti
apartheid chant, right and for people who don't have a historical,
context it does potentially appear more. Literal talk to us
about the debate that has happened inside Of South africa
with the recognition of how it appears to people when
(42:42):
they hear those.
Speaker 2 (42:42):
Words, okay even before the expert gives the expert answer to,
THIS i just got to point out how ridiculously loaded
this question is and how one sided it is in
trying to say we accept the idea that chanting kill the,
bore kill the, farmer which is the song which is
about killing someone and taking their land because you know
(43:03):
there's someone that you think you deserve the harm because
they've oppressed you from you, know all years and years,
ago using it now in society to prop up the
potential or actual occurrences of violence happening to white farmers
In South. Africa and yet the way that she's asking
the question is tell us how it's still okay even
(43:23):
though obviously it seems. Bad and then the first part
of the answer from the expert is it's.
Speaker 13 (43:29):
Bad it is an inflammatory song without a, doubt and
many In South, africa even Black South, africans don't think
it should be sung in a post apartheid weld thirty
years plus after, Apartheid but there are many who grew
up under those years of white minority rule who understands
(43:49):
the historical context of this song kill the Boor kill
The farmer That Julius malema has made popular. Again it
sort of fell into. Disuse it's not been that commonly
after the end of a part in nineteen ninety, four
but it's brought it back again to reanimate the issue
of the majority of land In South africa still being
owned by white.
Speaker 2 (44:10):
Farmers reanimate the issue of the discussion about let's go
ahead and violently take this land that we think is
unfairly in the hands of a very few, people and
the only way that we can fix that is just
killing them and taking what we believe we are. Owed
that is the. Discussion AND i can't BELIEVE i even.
Laugh i'm not laughing at the. Topic i'm laughing at
(44:32):
the ridiculousness of all, this BECAUSE i guess you kind
of have, to or at LEAST i try to do,
that especially WHEN i work in this industry THAT i work,
in because otherwise you just be angry all the. Time
but it's. Crazy and again to go back to how
it relates to other topics and the discussion About israel
And palestine Or hamas the terrorist, group or anyone else out,
(44:54):
THERE i think a lot of, people whether it's in, media,
certainly it's in, politics maybe some other, places need to
take that step back and remember we're all human, first
and do the human thing. First and then after you do,
that go ahead and put on whatever other hat and
be whatever terrible version of yourself you want to, Be
but first do the human thing and, say, yeah this is,
(45:15):
Bad yeah it's not.
Speaker 3 (45:16):
Good that shouldn't be.
Speaker 2 (45:17):
Happening it doesn't matter That President trump is the one
that brought it to the forefront of my. ATTENTION i
think it's the kind of thing that we'd like to
see less of in the world if we The United
states care about what's going on in the rest of the.
World and, yeah there's a lot of other examples you
could choose of bad things that happened certain. PLACES i
just can't get over, it the idea that this is
(45:38):
somehow more controversial than it really should.
Speaker 3 (45:40):
Be All, right one last, thing.
Speaker 2 (45:41):
As far as big news, Goes The Big Beautiful bill
did pass The house a very close.
Speaker 3 (45:47):
Vote republicans could only lose three.
Speaker 2 (45:50):
Votes they lost, two and then the Third republican politician
who may have voted, no actually just Voted, president which
allowed them to go ahead and win by one vote
in The house and pass on The Big Beautiful bill
and all the giant budget cuts and other things that
are going to happen in tax cuts to The, senate
which is likely to sign it or likely to pass,
(46:10):
it and then The president is likely to sign. It
there is one thing missing from this conversation That i'm
going to keep injecting into. It the three plus trillion
dollars that new tariffs are likely to bring in for
The United states this. Year that will help to balance
some of the budget issues that people are.
Speaker 3 (46:26):
Saying our thing.
Speaker 2 (46:28):
If we keep those, forever AND i believe that That's
President trump's. Plan he'd like to have some amount of
tariffs ten, percent whatever it might, be stay, forever because
he'd like The United states to start having money come
in that way and then have less taxes exist for
the rest of. Us there's something that's inherently good about,
that or at LEAST i feel like it's good about,
(46:49):
that especially if we can as a collective group not
buy stuff if prices go, up so then prices have
to go back. Down that's on us. People we're the
ones in control of that part to an. Extent but,
AGAIN i just think this is kind of a crazy thing,
too and a lot of the discussion about this will be,
how you, know horrible and terrible and expensive it, is
(47:09):
although If democrats were in, power they'd do something even
worse and have a bunch of green energy. Bonuses is
the thing we're spending tons of money on and also
drive up prices by having the continued war on oil
and gas that does not exist within any of these.
Speaker 3 (47:23):
Bills BUT i.
Speaker 2 (47:24):
Digress as you talk about, this as you kind of think,
about you, know the end result of, IT i think
it's going to be fascinating to see how much of
a significant part of the equation eventually becomes the tariff
part of the equation because it's just missing because people
that don't want to mention it just leave it. Out
and who knows what that is going to actually, occur
(47:45):
what that's actually going to, provide and how significant it's
going to, be or if it's going to fully go.
Away AND i think the other big thing people are,
Debating i'll just say this before we take a, break
is any sort Of medicaid changes any sort of impact on.
PEOPLE i think many millions of A Marria orkins who
are able, bodied capable of, working not working and collecting you,
(48:05):
know free health insurance the biggest. Changes they're gonna have
to work in order to still apply for those, services
and they're going to be checked on that more. OFTEN
i don't know that that's inherently. Bad we have to
see how it, actually you, know, goes to see if it.
Works all, right we'll take a break a lot. More

to The Chad Benson.
Speaker 2 (50:13):
Show this is The Chad Benson. Show my name Is Craig,
collins filling, in thrilled to be with. You a bunch
of stuff to talk. About chad is back On. Tuesday
who's more popular you are your? Dog that's a real
question that got asked out there in the, world and
there's a couple of ways they're answering. It the answer
is obviously your. Dog the first one is who has more?
(50:34):
Friends sixty three percent of people said their dog has
more friends than they, have meaning there's other dogs they
see when you take them on a, walk or if
you take them to the you, know dog park or
wherever it is you're meeting these other, dogs and these
are consistent ones that your dog sees often that you're
pretty sure they remember and are friendly. With but dogs
(50:55):
have more friends than people is part of. This fifty
four percent said they even have or excuse, me sixty
nine percent so they even have a best. Friend and
ninety one percent of people agreed that it was important
for their dog to have an active social, life even
if the individual themselves did not have.
Speaker 3 (51:11):
One that's.
Speaker 2 (51:12):
Crazy it makes them, happier less, lonely more. Loving those
are all the reasons people gave for. It but your
dog is going to be more popular than? YOU i
thought it actually was asking the question with other, people
like if when your dog meets, humans is your dog
more popular than you? Are because the answer there is
also going to be a. YES a lot of us like.
(51:33):
Dogs we like dogs than many, people not all, people
but at least.
Speaker 7 (51:37):
Some but this is not.
Speaker 2 (51:38):
GOOD i think we have to improve the social lives
of the. HUMANS i guess interact with the people you
know walking the other dog and see if you can
strike up a friendship with, them the same way that
parents do with their.
Speaker 3 (51:49):
Kids i'm not really.
Speaker 2 (51:50):
Sure i'm not comparing dogs and. Children by the, WAY
i think that's ridiculous and, Stupid but maybe you can
strike up a conversation if you're standing next to another
human for some sort of, reason and bill up your
own social. Life and then there's one other thing out
there in the news that'll, well not the news but
somewhere That i'll get to a little bit later. On
but there is something people are calling the current boyfriend,
prank where you shoot a video and describe someone in
(52:12):
your life as your current boyfriend instead of your, husband
and you see how they. React people do not take it,
well which you're unsurprised to find out that more coming
up in a. Bit this Is Craig collins filling in
on The Chad Benson. Show you know, what screw, It
we'll just play it. Now why not play it? Now
this is the current boyfriend prank and viral audio from
several women pulling it, off whether it's their husband or
(52:35):
boyfriend that they're doing this.
Speaker 26 (52:36):
Too Today i'm going to be asking my current, boyfriend current.
Speaker 4 (52:43):
Her.
Speaker 6 (52:44):
Husband, okay me and my current, Boyfriend, michael.
Speaker 28 (52:48):
Current, boyfriend what cry what would you say TO i,
mean your, boyfriend.
Speaker 3 (52:54):
My current boyfriend AND i have been.
Speaker 6 (52:59):
The next continue.
Speaker 10 (53:02):
It's a, weird way weird your.
Speaker 2 (53:05):
BOYFRIEND i love that this prank is basically just getting
people to essentially probably break up with each other at some,
point because especially if you're the husband and someone's shooting
a video and you Do i'm doing the current boyfriend
prank and see how they. React that's uniquely. Weird i've
been married for a bunch of. Years if my wife
this did this to, ME i would not be happy about.
(53:26):
IT i would not be you know ANY i would
not feel any better once she, Goes, oh it's just
a prank everyone's doing on the internet to make men
feel horrible in the relationships. Therein everybody thinks it's hilarious and.
Great by the, WAY i love playing the devil's, advocate
even on the silly. Stuff if this was happening where
dudes were doing this to women as, MUCH i think
(53:47):
the internet would be more upset about. IT i think
they'd be angry about. It but guys can take it worked.
Tough we bury our feelings deep and never talk about them.
Again all, right quick break a lot. More Creig collins
filling in on The Chad Benson.
Speaker 10 (53:59):
Show The Chad Benson, Show.
Speaker 1 (54:35):
The Chad Benson.
Speaker 2 (54:36):
Show this is The Chad Benson. Show my name Is Craig,
collins filling, in thrilled to be with. YOU a bunch
of stuff out there to talk. About one of the
more interesting things to, me, though is this discussion About
Marco robio and something he said that seems really really
important that very few of us seem to actually be talking.
(54:58):
About this happened just the other and it seems like
this is the kind of thing that you probably shouldn't
be sleeping, on and yet a whole lot of people.
Are but, here, first let's play some sort of hilarious
audio of back and forth that Involved rubio and a
politician saying they regretted making him the secretary Of, state
how terrible a job he is.
Speaker 3 (55:19):
Doing, now thank, you mister, chairman mister, secretary you AND
i serve. Together and now you know, What actually that
was way too. LONG i don't want to play that
version of that.
Speaker 2 (55:28):
Audio we're gonna play the shorter version of that audio
BECAUSE i DON'T i don't want to hear all the
other stuff that's going to make me, annoyed and all
this stuff that you don't even care, about because darn,
it the only thing that matters Is rubio is gonna
slam dunk all over. Somebody AND i just like saying
that BECAUSE i don't think that's something that's happened often
for Mister.
Speaker 3 (55:47):
Rubio but, great. Nonetheless but all, right here's the funnier,
version the shorter version of this. Audio AND i have to.
Speaker 19 (55:53):
Tell you directly and personally THAT i regret voting for
you For secretary Of.
Speaker 7 (55:57):
STATE i yield.
Speaker 4 (55:58):
Back, well first of, all your regret for voting for
me Confirms i'm doing a Good job's.
Speaker 3 (56:06):
STATEMENT i love.
Speaker 2 (56:07):
That it is a flipping, statement but it's an accurate. Statement,
nonetheless in a statement that a lot of other people
might also say about the job being.
Speaker 3 (56:15):
Done that's hilarious.
Speaker 10 (56:17):
Too.
Speaker 2 (56:17):
Man the part of me that likes that the most
is the part that thinks that this is the way
that you should respond when politicians are saying horrible, stuff
and you need to come back with obvious things that
recant or react to the stupidity of what's being shared
out there in the. World, now the other thing That i'm, referencing,
though as far As Marco rubio is, concerned the thing
(56:38):
that actually feels more important is how close any part
of this world is to another, conflict And rubio says
That syria is very close.
Speaker 3 (56:50):
To having a conflict of its.
Speaker 2 (56:51):
Own this feels like something that should matter more than
it does to more of us because of all the
other things that are distracting us from conversations like. This
i'm not even saying this is. Intentional i'm not saying
that liberal media or whoever is trying to hide this.
One this one just might be harder for us to process,
then whether or not some people Hate President trump and
(57:12):
want to attack everything he does and other people defend.
It this is something again that seems like it could
have more significance in the world If rubio's right about.
Speaker 4 (57:21):
It if you look at the history of the, region
When syria is, unstable the region becomes. Unstable and this
has certainly been true after The Arab spring led to
the rebellion Against, dussad and that really destabilized the entire,
region and then it Turned syria frankly into a playground
for jihadist groups INCLUDING isis and others that used to
to operate and to destabilize their. Partners so you have
this change In, december and my, view Which i've discussed
(57:44):
with many of you, individually is the bad news is
that The Transitional authority figures they didn't pass their background
check with THE. Fbi, okay they've got a tough history
and what don't we. Understand but on the flip side
of it, is if we engage, them it may work.
Speaker 3 (57:57):
Out it may not work.
Speaker 4 (57:57):
Out if we did not engage them is guaranteed to
not work. Out in, fact it is our assessment that,
frankly The Transitional, authority given the challenges they're, facing are maybe,
weeks not many months away from potential collapse and a
full scale civil war of epic. Proportions basically the country splitting.
Speaker 3 (58:16):
Up, yeah that sounds.
Speaker 2 (58:17):
Bad that sounds like a bad, thing especially when you
say how much of that country already harbors terrorists and
people that want to do a significant harm and having
it devolve into more chaos is only going to cause
more bad things to happen in the world and more
bad things for The United. States so, again that feels,
important and yet that's something that many people seem to
(58:39):
not want to talk. About another thing out there THAT
i think is really, interesting this one probably has that
slight tinge that some of these stories get of sort
of ridiculous hypocrisy to. It it doesn't have quite enough
to be as juicy as some other stories are out,
there but it's INTERESTING Rfk junior is trying to Make
america healthy. Again there's several, reports several, STORIES i think
(59:03):
THE Ap news and others talk about how farmers are,
worried others are scared that this is going to have
a significant negative. Impact and what's funny about that to?
Me AND i can't tell you That i'm an expert
on all the initiatives That ROBERT. F Kennedy junior is
planning to actually go after all the chronic disease crisis
that he's saying is the catalyst to decision making and
(59:26):
what that would do to our.
Speaker 3 (59:27):
Economy are farmers all of?
Speaker 2 (59:28):
That BUT i can say that this normally would be
the kind of, thing yet, again that liberals would be
all about if it was their people and not one
of ours that Was and actually it is one of,
theirs to be totally honest doing these things in the first,
place making these, changes getting rid of stuff like red,
forty for, example seems to be the kind of thing
(59:49):
that a whole lot of people are happy about a
whole lot of individuals that might not just Be republicans
or just conservative. Voters and so it's just interesting to
me that as that topic continues to bound, around as
so many of these topics do in, media that one
of the big things about it to a whole lot
of those reacting is that they just hate the guy
who's doing it more so than even hate the things
(01:00:11):
that are going. On AND i wonder when you can
finally get over. That let me ask you that, question
and then we'll move on from this story. Too but
do you think there's a time where people in our
society get hit with enough of the information that.
Speaker 3 (01:00:26):
They actually like that they're, like all, Right i'll give
you a past this one.
Speaker 2 (01:00:30):
Time i'm not saying you convert A trump derangement syndrome
person to someone who full on likes the guy and
would vote for him if he runs for a third
time for, office WHICH i know he's joked about and
says he's not actually. Doing but, anyway WHAT i think
is just funny or amusing about the totality of this
idea is that so very, often and this happens so
(01:00:50):
much when you break down an idea for someone without
telling them who it's, from and you know they're going
to like the. Idea they'll admit, that, man that sounds pretty.
Good and then if you tell them who the messager,
is they'll say to, you, now, actually it's got to be.
Speaker 3 (01:01:05):
Terrible it has to be awful, somehow it's got to be.
Bad AND i know, that you, know there's no way
that anyone can do good on that side of the.
Speaker 2 (01:01:13):
Aisle they also actively ignore the stuff that's evidently bad
coming from their own, team as you, know and as
they talk about a. Lot another example of, this and
he's been in the news for the last few, days
the Mayor Brandon johnson out Of, chicago who's talking about
all the ways he's, prioritizing you, know people of a
(01:01:33):
certain races to be the people he gives positions of
power In, chicago the people he actually cares about in
the city Of, chicago not all the, residents just certain.
Residents he's continued to make these sort of. STATEMENTS i
don't know if he thinks that this is going to
benefit him with a group of voters that have become
more and more frustrated by decisions he's. Made but here's
(01:01:54):
another moment in Which Brandon johnson is just kind of
openly a, racist but a racist in a way that
most media is okay.
Speaker 7 (01:02:00):
With why WOULDN'T i speak To Black. Chicago why WOULDN'T I.
Speaker 28 (01:02:10):
Black chicago And flack people In america have borne the
brunt of the type of policies and the maneuvering and
the humiliating tactics that are coming from the federal government right.
Now it's not a secret who is going to be
mad at the fact that we have to prioritize spaces
in the city that have been harmed the.
Speaker 2 (01:02:31):
Most Why why is it bad THAT i want to
prioritize just WHAT i think is important for a subset
of our population based solely on their. Race why would
anyone be mad THAT i talk to those groups or
talk about things going on. There this is crazy and
there's been days of. This by the, WAY i have
More Brandon johnson. AUDIO i don't want to do too
(01:02:52):
much of you, Know Brandon johnson coverage the mayor out Of,
chicago but he's been for the last couple of days
trying to convince many of his voters that he overwhelmingly
cares more about Black chicagoans than he does the rest
of the people who live in that, city and that seems.
Speaker 3 (01:03:10):
Bad it seems.
Speaker 2 (01:03:12):
Crazy, actually one other point in that press, conference someone
called him out to his face in a way that
they kind of, Thought, hey you're being sort of racist.
Speaker 16 (01:03:21):
Here Real chicagoans woke up this morning relieved that The
department Of justice is finally investigating your race. Hustle as
someone who grew up on The South side Of, Chicago
i've heard a lot of race hustlers in my, life trust,
me but they were usually marching around outside of City.
Hall which is what makes this so embarrassing.
Speaker 2 (01:03:43):
And terrible for, us is that you're race hustling. Constantly
here's one last Thing i'll, say is a weird thing to. Say,
obviously there's so much in the news right now About South,
africa About President trump's willingness to try to help people
people there that are in the min own already are,
white and there's a lot of things going on online
and a lot of speculation that there might be stuff
(01:04:05):
happening within the country where active harm is, happening maybe
people are even being killed and the land's being.
Speaker 3 (01:04:11):
Taken you should know About South.
Speaker 2 (01:04:13):
Africa by the, way they don't release criminal data based
on people's. Race they don't tell us if a black
person shoots a white. Person they tell us there's a,
shooting but they don't inform us of anything. Else so
if you get any, information it's secondary and based on
some sort of news, reports and you don't always have.
Speaker 3 (01:04:32):
Information that's weird that they do that first and.
Speaker 2 (01:04:35):
Foremost but the other Thing i'll say about this and
just the THING i kind of can't get, over and
it's within those stories being.
Speaker 3 (01:04:42):
All over media and in the context of my.
Speaker 2 (01:04:44):
MIND i don't know when, you in your own everyday
life introduce race as a part of a.
Speaker 3 (01:04:51):
DISCUSSION i don't know when you do.
Speaker 2 (01:04:53):
It, obviously in the case of what's going on In South,
africa it seems utterly apparent that race deserves to be
a part of that. Discussion but there are a lot
of times in my life where someone mentions a racial
component they believe to exist in a story to me
WHERE i don't actually believe it. DOES i don't, know
but race was a part of that is usually how
my brain. Reacts and then other times when race is
(01:05:16):
evidently the most significant part of the conversation where people
try to ignore it or downplay it depending on who's.
Involved and that's just sort of, INSANE i guess If
i'm getting on the soapbox for a. Second BUT i
see that so very often in society, now and it's
oftentimes people who feel as though race is a part
(01:05:38):
of every discussion that are bringing these things. Up they
don't always have to be people that are a certain,
race by the, way SOMETIMES i hear about these conversations from,
say a group of PEOPLE i know who are white.
Speaker 3 (01:05:51):
Women that's one. Group i'm not trying to blame you too.
Speaker 2 (01:05:54):
Much i'm sure some people might actually blame me a,
lot but, anyway these conversations that come up and they're, like,
oh race is such a big part of, this and
some of us look at the person saying it and,
go how like, you what do you mean in this?
Case and actually there's viral videos making fun of this
where someone gets very upset and they yell a bunch of,
things and then throughout the video they find out more
(01:06:14):
and more about how their assumptions are wrong and race
isn't playing a part in whatever the issue is that
they're upset. About SO i just think there's a profound
lesson in that in. General and then if people are
in positions of power Like Mayor johnson is In, chicago
and they do a whole lot of things with race
as the backbone of their decision, making there are certainly
(01:06:37):
times that they're injecting that topic into a conversation that
doesn't into a scenario that doesn't involve. It and SO
i just think it's sort of crazy that this is
going on so, much and that people are latantly okay
with certain, things and society is more and more pushing
us to be a place where this is all right
and this is, wrong even if the two things look,
(01:06:58):
identical but the people they are happening to. Change all,
Right we'll take a. BREAK a lot coming. Up Craig
collins filling in on The Chad Benson.
Speaker 6 (01:07:05):

Show my name Is Craig, collins filling, in thrilled to
be with. You a bunch of stuff to talk. ABOUT
i find this hilarious that this is a debate BECAUSE
i definitely do the thing that people on social media
are saying you don't need to do.
Speaker 3 (01:09:04):
Anymore it's it's not.
Speaker 2 (01:09:06):
Important do you introduce yourself at the beginning of a
phone call when you call any sort of, company like
a restaurant to make a, reservation anything like, that do,
you before you ask for whatever you're asking, for say
who you. ARE i absolutely do this every TIME i call, Anybody,
hi this Is. CRAIG i don't know why this is
a bad.
Speaker 3 (01:09:26):
Thing here we. Go WHEN i am calling a restaurant or,
ANYWHERE i Say, hi my Name's. Brunty i'm just, wondering
if you have a table for two, tonight.
Speaker 9 (01:09:34):
You're gonna go To gaby high.
Speaker 3 (01:09:35):
Five, yeah and you'll see if they have like A Cameron.
Speaker 9 (01:09:37):
Stock he's, Saying, hi my name IS brunti do you
have A Cameron.
Speaker 5 (01:09:41):
Stock.
Speaker 6 (01:09:41):
Yeah, yeah you're very.
Speaker 3 (01:09:44):
Polite BUT i think no one else does it this
or is it common?
Speaker 2 (01:09:47):
Courtesy, LOOK i don't know what you people do out
there in the, world or especially in those other foreign,
countries LIKE i think That's australia where they're shooting this.
From BUT i always do, it AND i do think
it's a common courtesy because if the person on the
other end of the phone wants to use my, name
at some point they know what it.
Speaker 6 (01:10:04):
Is, hi this Is.
Speaker 2 (01:10:05):
Craig and THEN i go into other stuff Because i'm
talking to a person Like that's the funny thing about
the changes in our. SOCIETY i feel LIKE i want
to rant about this AND i shouldn't to let this
be just, silly is that sometimes we seem to forget
other people or people like if you go outside in
the world and you shoot a social media video and
you're being a moron around other, humans you want to
(01:10:27):
pretend that they're Like facebook profiles that can't actually interact
with you and they're. People they're people you're annoying or
bumping into or whatever it is you're. Doing very often
it seems that the real world version of life is
lost on some of, us and the rest of us
it's not so.
Speaker 3 (01:10:43):
Much this is another one of those, moments at least
to me one hundred, percent introduce yourself when you make
a phone.
Speaker 7 (01:10:48):
Call all.
Speaker 3 (01:10:49):
Right one other thing THAT i saw out there that's
gone viral and is.
Speaker 2 (01:10:52):
Weird young, people specifically young, dudes are putting up a specific.
Hashtag boots only is what they're calling. IT i think
this also started in THE. Uk it's where you wear
soccer cleats as your shoes all the. Time people are
saying that it helps them walk around in everyday life
to have cleats that, have you, know the little metal
(01:11:15):
things at the bottom of the.
Speaker 3 (01:11:16):
Spikes this would be. Terrible the biggest reason it'd be,
terrible and there's a bunch of. Them for, me Is
i'm a. FOOTSTEPPER i don't.
Speaker 2 (01:11:24):
Do it on, purpose BUT i am not the smoothest
around other people when their feet are close to my
feet And i'll step on your. Foot and If i'm wearing,
Cleats i've made that significantly worse for all. Involved that
is one of several reasons that this is a bad.
Idea it's also just like a jerk thing to do in.
GENERAL i think you're gonna tear up a bunch more
of the stuff you're walking, on whether it's floors in, restaurants,
(01:11:47):
sidewalks whatever it might. Be you're gonna break things if
you're wearing cleats all the. Time and obviously people do
not care about that part at, All that's why they're
doing it in the first. Place he degenerates this yet,
again is a problem for me THAT i think people
should stop. Doing but wear boots or wear cleats everywhere
is apparently all the rage for the young people out.
There so see if you see any of, this and
(01:12:07):
make sure to yell at them, immediately like in boomer or.
Whatever you want to be all, right quick break a
lot coming. Up Creig CON's fieling in on The Chad ventson.
SHOW i do love THAT i just called that a boomer,
move Because i'm sure the young person will yell something
like that at me IF i tell them they shouldn't
be wearing cleats if they're not playing. Sports And i'm forty,
basically and SO i would, SAY i don't even care
(01:12:29):
what you call, me. Sir what you're doing is ridiculous and.
Insane and yet a little BIT i will say one
last thing about, this BECAUSE i know we got to
take a break a little. Bit i'm curious if there
is any. Benefit i'm not gonna do, it And i'm
graphing on it, still But i'm curious if there's anything
fun about having cleats on all the? Time all, right
quick break a lot. More Creig collins filing in on
(01:12:50):
The Chad Vnson.
Speaker 1 (01:12:50):
Show this is The Chad Benson, Show The Chad Benson.
Speaker 3 (01:13:24):
Show this is The Chad Benson. Show my name Is Craig,
collins filling. In thrilled to be with.
Speaker 2 (01:13:31):
YOU a bunch of stuff out there to talk. About
let's continue to play some of the reactions To President
trump's meeting with The president Of South africa and the
playing of specific audio and a video and actually having
the lights, dimmed which was a weird part of, it
BUT i don't know everybody could see. Better that seemed
to indicate That South africans are getting more and more
(01:13:53):
bold in the rhetoric they use to talk about killing
white farmers and taking their. Land, actually this resident From
South africa has even recently created rules that would allow
The South african government to take land from people without
explaining why they haven't used it.
Speaker 3 (01:14:11):
Yet they're, saying but they could do. It they could
just possess land.
Speaker 2 (01:14:15):
Themselves instead of starting with MSNBC's audio on, This i'm
actually going to start with part of the video that
The White house created and played in this room to
give credit to the leader Of South. Africa WHAT i
did think was pretty interesting about the back and forth
and discussions on all this is that he didn't, actually you,
(01:14:36):
know become someone more. Upset you might have assumed that
that's what was going to, happen especially even if you're
The trump, administration and that didn't. Occur the other world
leader stayed relatively, calm Which i'm not sure is a
good thing based on the topic of conversation and how it,
was you, know being. Presented but here's a little bit
of that.
Speaker 10 (01:14:54):
Audio.
Speaker 27 (01:14:55):
First nothing you can do, This nothing This parliament can
do with or without. You people are going to Occupy
lent will require.
Speaker 9 (01:15:04):
No permission from, you from.
Speaker 6 (01:15:06):
The, president from no. One we don't.
Speaker 27 (01:15:09):
Care we can do whatever you want to. Do who
are you to tell us whether we can Occupy lent or?
Not who are going to occupy? Lent South african Occupy?
Lent that's who we. Are, Member can we draw.
Speaker 3 (01:15:25):
Honorable, yes Honorable member must be scared to, kill and
revolution demand that at some point that must be.
Speaker 2 (01:15:37):
Killing so the individual who's, speaking by the, way In
South africa is supposed to be a leader of a
small group of politicians or people, there and that he's you,
know obviously an. Extremists, however some of the things that
are being discussed are things that even the current people in,
(01:15:58):
charge and they've been in, Charge President ramafosa has been
in charge since twenty eighteen that seem in some way
to be at least allowed within the country or at
least getting closer and closer to being. Reality and, Honestly
ramaphos even ran on a platform of changing some of
what he thinks is unfair Within South, africa which is
(01:16:18):
the amount of ownership of land by white farmers and
not black you, know members of their. Country and SO
i want to play THE msnbc audio because again it's
also crazy talking about how embarrassing all this was Of
trump confronting a world leader in another country that seems
to have a lot of really bad things coming out
(01:16:39):
of that, country even if there's not necessarily, genocide WHICH
i think is what media is harping on The trump
claim there's genocide going, on and they don't think there.
Is but if there's a lot of racist sentiment and you,
know propping up of racist, positions that feels like that's also.
Speaker 23 (01:16:55):
Bad but here we go, Today Donald trump meeting with
The president Of South africa and attempting to ambush and
humiliate that leader inside The Oval. Office but what he
did instead was embarrassed and humiliate the people of The
United states Of america again in his meeting With.
Speaker 2 (01:17:14):
YEAH i don't think that's actually what, happened by the,
WAY i think a lot Of americans are okay with,
this and to be honest and regardless of who the
world leader is or what the topic of conversation, Is
President trump having this version of himself that's coming out
more and more in these sort of, MOMENTS i think
actually gets us something we. Want at the, end let's
(01:17:35):
talk About ukraine and how many people said that it
was embarrassing by the way That President trump handled Of
Vladimir zelensky the last time that they sat down in
public and, talked and after that, Occurred zolensky changed behavior
and things he was saying to news, media wound up
sitting down again With President trump later in, private not
(01:17:56):
with cameras, in and eventually created a mineral deal for
You United states that helps us recover some of the
vast amounts of money we've been sending them to support
them in their fight Against. Russia it does seem like
in the end of all that The United states got
something it wanted in return for something it's doing which
we weren't getting. Before and the reason it happened as
(01:18:16):
the world leader was sort of surprised That trump would
do that the way he did. It so now again
we have a similar situation playing out in which we've
recently even taken refugees who said they're afraid for their
lives In South africa because they're, white and we have
the confrontation of an, issue we have the presentation of
What trump believes to be proof of set, issue and
(01:18:37):
then we have a discussion about it that people probably
weren't talking about, before and, INEVITABLY i think there might
be some sort of additional resolution that happens in the
world or In South.
Speaker 3 (01:18:47):
Africa so where's the?
Speaker 2 (01:18:49):
Failure in all, honesty the fact that there's such an
unpredictability in sitting down With President trump and having a
conversation with, him and the things he'll say and do
seems to constantly be benefiting him as far as the
policies and things he'd like to see get, done whether
it's trade deals with parts of the world that we
thought we'd never get a good trade deal, with we
(01:19:11):
are getting those. Now there are many examples of. THIS
i don't know how to say it without sounding like
more of A trump, Fanboy but to be entirely, honest
it's a wild.
Speaker 3 (01:19:20):
Card no one else.
Speaker 2 (01:19:21):
Has no one else THAT i can remember in, politics
and quite some time is capable of gaining what they,
want whatever it, is good or.
Speaker 3 (01:19:30):
Bad and media will.
Speaker 2 (01:19:31):
Tell you it's bad by being someone who behaves so,
uniquely and he certainly is that. Person and let me
demonstrate that a sillier way before we move on to another.
Topic President trump recently met the players for The Florida
gators basketball, team including seven foot Nine Olivier. RUEY i
(01:19:52):
don't think THAT i said that name at all. Correctly
But olivier is a, giant huge player who didn't. Act
we play much this, year AND i love the way
That trump interacted with him because it was pretty, funny.
Speaker 9 (01:20:05):
Beautiful it's, tall AND i think it's.
Speaker 3 (01:20:10):
Great come, here, buddy it's.
Speaker 5 (01:20:12):
Good he.
Speaker 7 (01:20:13):
Is he a good.
Speaker 29 (01:20:13):
Player peak's the biggest.
Speaker 5 (01:20:17):
Inn in CH.
Speaker 2 (01:20:19):
I, love by the, way when you're, saying, man it's
got to be a big advantage to play basketball and be,
gigantic be almost eight feet. Tall it seems to work
for others that have currently been in you, know college
and now playing in THE, nba so it'll probably work
for you.
Speaker 3 (01:20:33):
Too it'll be. Great he did not play this, year
even Though florida won a.
Speaker 2 (01:20:37):
Championship my favorite part of, that, too is when you
watch this kid cut down the basketball nets because he
doesn't need a. Ladder he just reaches his hand up
and does, it unlike the rest of the team that
has to climb up on a. Ladder all, right one
other thing serious to talk about before we take a,
Break BUT i do want to keep having the discussion
of the Two israeli embassy staff members who were killed
in a shooting In, washington D.
Speaker 3 (01:20:59):
C outside of A jewish.
Speaker 2 (01:21:00):
Museum those individuals were engaged and going to be married
the individual who killed, them AND i don't give out
the names of people who do these sorts of. THINGS
i yelled Free palestine while opening fire and killing two.
Individuals so many things are a problem with this. Story
(01:21:21):
so many things are uniquely, upsetting and you, know the
kind of thing that we're seeing too much in our.
Society and then you actually see people who are willing
to behave as though it's totally fine and, okay which
makes you even more promptly try to lose your mind
over to the sadness of that idea that people can
be so angry about whatever it is in their own
(01:21:43):
life or whatever they think is going, on that they
can actually almost advocate for. Murder we saw the same
play out when the leader of a pharmaceutical company was,
killed and all the crazy things that go on with
that story. Too BUT i just can't get over how
weird it is to hear people just fully ignore their.
(01:22:03):
Humanity and so even Though i'm annoyed when things get,
politicized it is a tragedy for two people to be
gunned down on the street and to be gunned down
for the reason they were shot, down or just in.
General and yet Ilhan omar was asked a, question and
this has become a secondary news story to the death
of two, individuals and the question she was asked she
(01:22:26):
could not, answer which was very. Simple you, know can
you react to this terrible thing that? Happened can you
say that you're sorry for the, victims their, families et, cetera.
Speaker 3 (01:22:35):
Etcetera the answer for the politician is.
Speaker 25 (01:22:37):
No AND dc a reporter asked Ilhan omar a, Comment
can you at least just comment on?
Speaker 1 (01:22:44):
This and she didn't.
Speaker 26 (01:22:45):
Listen Hungresswiman, omar you, buddy, say CAN i get your
reaction to the shooting that HAPPENED dc last.
Speaker 3 (01:22:51):
Night i'm going to go for.
Speaker 2 (01:22:52):
Now i'm going to go for. Now i'm not going
to say anything to. YOU i don't want to talk
about this at. All even though you, know saying that
murder is bad should be a universally acceptable. Thing we
should be capable of saying that without some sort of
debate or other discussion about. It it's again surreal that
we find a place where so often you can show
(01:23:13):
examples like this play examples like. This this isn't a
one and done version of audio that exists out there
in the. WORLD i can find a ton. MORE i, mean,
honestly the amount of People i'll just say this quickly
before we take a, break that wish That President trump
had been killed when someone tried to assassinate him was
horrific to. See no matter what you think of, him
you love him or hate, him it's weird to see.
(01:23:36):
That even When biden's cancer diagnosis comes out and people
think it AND i absolutely believe, this that it's designed
to disguise or distract us from stories that are more.
Important Even President trump put out a message saying that
he felt sad and bad For President biden's loved, ones his.
Speaker 3 (01:23:55):
Family so that's not hard to.
Speaker 2 (01:23:57):
Do being a human first is not difficult for us to,
do and people seem incapable of doing. It and, again
AS i, said it's just sort of surreal that it's
a thing out there that you're seeing as much as you.
Are but maybe we're also numb to, it BECAUSE i
doubt anyone listening to this show is truly shocked by
Anything i'm, saying because it's not new and it does
happen all the, time and maybe it actually takes that
(01:24:19):
step back to realize how bad this is and how
often it is. Occurring All, Right beyond, that there are
some other things to talk, about including a, big beautiful
bill that passed The, house likely to pass The senate
as well and be signed into law by The. PRESIDENT
i do find a lot of things about it very,
interesting AND i do think one very important aspect that's
(01:24:41):
missing from this discussion is the amount of, sweet sweet
tariff money The United states is currently, making which might
make some of those tax cuts and some other things
that are baked into this bill easier for us to,
digest and not the debt ticking time bomb that some
have called.
Speaker 3 (01:24:55):
It but we'll. See that's more to. Come Greg collin's
filling in on The Chad, benson yea merch.
Speaker 11 (01:25:01):
Gold maybe gold's. Important why uncertainty in the? Market mm,
hmmm dollar? Weakening people a little nervous about THE r.

trapped in a hashtag factory AND i can't get out
The Chat Benson.
Speaker 2 (01:26:32):
Show this is The Chat Benson. Show my name Is Craig,
collins filling In thrilled to be with. YOU i have
an adult topic THAT i want to, discuss AND i
usually do it at the tail end of a. Segment
so in about a couple of, Minutes i'm going to
mention two stories that involve only fans.
Speaker 3 (01:26:49):
People But i'm going to wait to do.
Speaker 2 (01:26:50):
That this is the, warning And i'll likely run out
of time AS i discuss, it which usually makes the
PEOPLE i work for very. Happy all, right let's do this.
First what's ghost. Working it's a brand new trend out.
There according to, some it's pretending to be busy at, work,
well not actually doing.
Speaker 3 (01:27:07):
Anything this is not.
Speaker 2 (01:27:08):
New this is a new term for something that you've
seen a lot Of more than half of employees admit
they regularly pretend to.
Speaker 3 (01:27:15):
Work while not.
Speaker 2 (01:27:16):
Working, again not, Shocking just the thing out, there a
thing that has a, term you, know tied to, it
a different term tied to it. Now but honestly a
lot of people are saying this is real. Bad this
is bad for the, employers it's bad for, everybody and
it's bad to be proud of. This if you do,
this the one thing you shouldn't do is brag about
doing it on places like social, media because you're likely
(01:27:38):
to be caught for the thing that you're doing that
you don't want your employer to know. About but this
is a real, thing and people ARE i, mean you
know it's a real, thing but it's a real. Thing
that it's a viral trend now too to discuss, it
and how often people do ghost work while at, work
and a whole bunch of employers are now scouring the
internet to see if any of their employees are on,
it which they probably already were. Doing, ANYWAY i couldn't
(01:27:59):
get over the stupidity of that whole. Thing another story
out there THAT.
Speaker 3 (01:28:03):
I thought was.
Speaker 2 (01:28:04):
Interesting if there is going to be a recession of some,
kind the people who will know about it first are
construction workers and contractors who will get less projects to
do and all that they'll be able to tell us
far before any economic, experts any economists can tell. Us
so this, story or some of the viral take online is,
(01:28:25):
saying just ask your local contract or how things are,
going and if they tell you they're seeing a lot
of bad out, there you can be ready for a.
Speaker 3 (01:28:31):
Recession that seems, good all.
Speaker 2 (01:28:33):
Right thirty seconds left we have two stories about OnlyFans,
creators one who faked being, arrested a viral free this.
Person thing happened on social media and apparently her arrest
was completely. Fake that's one of, them you know, What
i'm already out of. Time i'll save the other one
for a. Bit this Is Craig collins filling. In ah darn.
(01:28:54):
It not as much time AS i hope for for
the Only fans story on The Chad Benson. Show And,
OKAY i Guess i'm gonna get a few more, seconds
a little more. Time they're not actually going to throw
the hook at me quite. Yet the woman is twenty
six years. Old her real name Is. Tea i'm again
not going to give out her other, name although you
might know. It she's rather famous for doing something a
(01:29:16):
lot of people think is rather. Disgusting but, nonetheless while being,
arrested someone noticed that the vehicle that seemed to be
apprehending her and taking her in a male companion to,
jail is actually marked with a company logo for an
organization in THE uk that uses its vehicles FOR tv
(01:29:37):
and movie sets and creates the look of whatever you
want it to be emergency, vehicles police.
Speaker 3 (01:29:42):
Vehicles so it seems that we've caught the woman who.
Speaker 2 (01:29:46):
Does bad, things or does things that make her go
viral or whatever you want to call, them once again
lined to us and trying to get. Publicity, shocking crazy
but hashtag Free. BONNIE i Guess i've now told you
her fake name, too trending all over social media last.
NIGHT i would just WHY i know about this story at.
ALL i had no idea Who bonnie was and why
(01:30:06):
so many people passionately wanted her to be, free and
THEN i found out who she was and everything else going.
On that's one story involving an OnlyFans. Person the other
one involved someone who tried to break a record and
wound up in the. HOSPITAL i probably shouldn't tell you
any more than. That it's pretty awful too if you
go look at. It but essentially the lesson learned is
(01:30:27):
that you can do things that harm your. BODY i
will try to do things that make you a whole
bunch of. Money that was, cryptic quick break a lot.
More Greg collins filling in on The Chad Benson, Show.
Speaker 10 (01:30:50):
Sun Chad Benson, Show.
Speaker 1 (01:31:11):
The Chad Benson.
Speaker 2 (01:31:12):
Show this is The Chad Benson. Show my name Is Craig,
collins filling, In thrilled to be with. YOU a bunch
of stuff to talk about. TODAY i think this is pretty.
Interesting The Big Beautiful, bill of course past The. House
it got just enough. Votes Two republicans voted against it
and then one voted, present WHICH i love that people can,
(01:31:33):
do and so it passes by one. Vote that's the
maximum they could have lost and still pass, this especially
with the one person voting.
Speaker 3 (01:31:40):
Present so The Big Beautiful bill is a.
Speaker 2 (01:31:42):
Thing it's going to get to The, senate it's probably
going to be confirmed, there and it's going to be
signed by The. President you had a member of The trump,
Administration Russ, voight on, television talking about the historic cuts
that exist as a part of, this the historic amount
of lack of spending that's going to be an additional
aspect of The Big Beautiful. Bill everyone who's talking about
(01:32:04):
the debt that might be, created everyone that's failing to
mention the potential for tariffs to be a permanent way
in which the government makes back money it might lose
in other.
Speaker 3 (01:32:13):
Places is.
Speaker 2 (01:32:14):
Interesting BUT i thought this was an interesting back and forth,
too from earlier this morning on foxst AND.
Speaker 29 (01:32:19):
I think that the storyline with regard to the spending,
reductions it's its. Historic this is the first time that
we've seen anything like this in thirty, years not since
in the nineteen ninety Seven Ballanced Budget. Agreement and what
this bill includes is nearly two trillion dollars by the
time it gets updated for last minute changes to Get
House conservatives across the finish, line nearly two trillion dollars
(01:32:42):
in mandatory savings, reform two mill prove, medicaid to make
sure there's a work, requirement to be able to get
the labor force participation rate, up to get people who
are illegal off the, rolls to.
Speaker 2 (01:32:54):
Do a lot of things in The, yeah they would
remove people who are not supposed to be in this
country from being able to get free taxpayer medicine or taxpayer.
Insurance that seems like a good thing. Too there do
seem to be quite a few good things baked into,
this and things that make a whole lot of. Sense
and obviously that conversation is not the one you're going
(01:33:15):
to get some, places but darn, it it's the one
they'll give you. HERE i think that you do have
to see how everything plays, out. Too you do have
to inevitably see how the, tariffs if they, stay generate
money for The United states and what additional cuts and
saving might also be a part of.
Speaker 3 (01:33:31):
This so that to me seems to be the missing
component to this. Discussion All, Right i'm.
Speaker 2 (01:33:36):
Going to pivot to something that might feel Like i'm
throwing my tinfoil hat on and doing conspiracy theory, stuff
or it might just be something that you're so removed from,
now it's so far in your rear view that talking
about is, like, ah this, again and YET i can't help.
IT A Ron johnson yesterday spoke about some of the
newest information he's releasing about those who were vaccine injured
(01:34:00):
during the coronavirus, pandemic AND i just want to play
a small snippet of this, audio and THEN i have
a very unique question to ask you about. It and
it's very much tied to some of the other things
we've been learning about about The biden administration over the
last couple of. Weeks, yes we now actively know that
The biden administration was hiding the mental incapabilities of the
(01:34:22):
commander in chief When biden was in office for at
least a year and probably quite a bit. Longer but
they were actively lying to us and pretending that things
were good that were not that is one of a
bunch of different things that happened that were, bad that
we're dishonest from The biden. Administration that actually is becoming
public knowledge Because Jake tapper wrote a. BOOK i guess
(01:34:43):
even though a whole bunch of people should have told
us this at other, times and a whole bunch of
us already knew. It but, NONETHELESS i think it's interesting
that the distrust for the Everyday american to the past
administration has. Heightened and to go back and visit the
topic that was more impactful to all of, it the
topic ABOUT, covid about, vaccines about all of.
Speaker 3 (01:35:02):
That here's some of What Ron johnson said the other.
Day by the, way there is no, Compassion.
Speaker 17 (01:35:06):
GOVERNOR i could fill this room with photos of people
who are dead because THE covid.
Speaker 7 (01:35:13):
INJECTION i could fill the. Room and that is being.
Denied that is being.
Speaker 17 (01:35:19):
Denied it is being, denied and these people haven't been
able to get. HELP i held the event In milwaukee
In june, twenty nineteen twenty one in all the vaccine.
Injury those, women all they wanted was to be seen
and heard and, believed and they are not to this. Day,
okay so, again they're not the ones, politicized and they
(01:35:39):
want To they just want to be. Helped they want
compassionate doctors to treat, them to recognize what caused their,
illness not, gaslight and not deny that it. Exists but,
anyway so you take a look at this, chart and
they're still denying that this is nothing to see, here
this is, safe and this is.
Speaker 2 (01:35:57):
Effective by the, way he's showing a chart that shows
thirty eight, thousand six hundred and seven reported deaths following
A covid shot two and twenty eight within just two
days of an. Injection this conversation seems like it deserves
to be, revisited and maybe not by all of. Us
maybe society as a whole isn't capable of putting your
(01:36:17):
brain back in that space and discussing things on these.
Terms but it feels like the kind of moment where
when you, acknowledge, hey the past administration was actively lying to,
us actively manipulating a, media which a lot of people
thought they do all the, time and a bunch of
that side of the political aisle does all the, time
and it's become uniquely easier to do. It that's the
(01:36:39):
other thing That i've been saying, recently and it matters
some of the media people who've been admitting that they
got things wrong and then blaming the government for lying
to them are some of the most ridiculous People i've heard,
yet because why not fact check something that the government tells?
Speaker 3 (01:36:56):
You WHY i just assume that it's. True, well this
guy told, me he's definitely got to be telling the.
Truth he has no skin in this.
Speaker 2 (01:37:02):
Game even if it's absolutely something that they'd want to
actively lie. About it's, Insane but tend to go back
to it and to talk ABOUT covid and vaccine injured
and all of those issues in our. Society you just
wonder if there is a breaking, point and if we're
getting to that breaking point where distrust of all these
other things starts to. Heighten And Ron johnson went on
(01:37:23):
to talk quite a bit about mile carditis and about
the likelihood that that is a byproduct of a. Vaccine and,
actually you, know one last Thing i'll point, out And
i've mentioned this before at other, times probably when filling
in on this, show but in, general the thing THAT
i believe to be really important about the newest version
of THE covid vaccine that's out, there and you've definitely
(01:37:45):
probably missed this. Story very Few americans are still getting
the vaccine is you can't get it unless you're over
a certain age into your, sixties or you have a
secondary medical condition that makes you need.
Speaker 3 (01:37:58):
It according to.
Speaker 2 (01:37:59):
Die so all the stuff they told us, initially as
far as the reason Why i'd be risky for people
who are overwhelmingly healthy and young enough to not get,
it those are now actually the, rules with the newest version,
approved because they've finally come to the conclusion that Enough
americans no longer believe, that or even care or even
think about this story enough anymore to contemplate what they're
(01:38:21):
going to personally. Do BUT i just find it to
be a really interesting and certainly underserved topic, currently probably
because of how much it was overserved during a time
period where it mattered mortal whole lot of. Us but
there's just something unique about going back and reevaluating whatever
it is that you yourself personally believed and why you
(01:38:43):
believed it from an administration that was actively hiding the
mental deterioration of the person in, charge and As President
biden has actually, said the autopen becoming essentially the president
for a significant amount of. TIME i THINK i even
heard some people discussing who was actually in, charge whether
it was some of the top aids within The biden
administration who were deeply tied To president Former President Barack
(01:39:05):
obama and his, administration or was It Hunter. Biden that's
a real question people have been. ASKING i actually got
a Message Radio Craig ce on social media from a
listener genuinely asking me IF i thought That Hunter biden
was running The White house for some amount of, Time
AND i hope.
Speaker 3 (01:39:23):
Not is the only ANSWER i can give to.
Speaker 2 (01:39:25):
That but how crazy would that be if the legacy
of The biden administration is That Hunter biden did essentially
the same thing that they accused him of, doing as
far as all the other deal making and seemingly illegal
things he, did well his father was even just the vice.
President the narrative was always from the, government from, politicians
(01:39:48):
from the side of the aisle that wants you to
ignore all, this That biden simply didn't know about, it
That hunter would make deals In President biden's name no
matter what position he had in. Politics this is going
back years and then promised that the vice president or
someone would do something about, it and that the only
reason That joe was innocent is he just was, unaware
(01:40:09):
is that his son was using. Him if that got
to the point where a Senile Joe biden was running
the country in air, quotes, well the actual son was running.
Things the amount to Which hunter must kind of hate
his dad feels to be through the roof and off
the charts because you just simply can't do those sort
of things to people you care about love to that,
(01:40:32):
degree you can't use them that, much or you really
just don't care about. Anyone THEN i guess maybe it's
not unique. Hatred it's just full on dislike of. Everybody
but just to reference that for a, SECOND i thought
it was an interesting, question AND i know some others
have talked about. It how surreal would that be to
go From Hunter biden laptop To Hunter biden might have
run the country for some amount of time and definitely
(01:40:54):
was showing up and being a part of. MEETINGS i
was asking a lot of people, questions how much like
when the First lady Doctor, jill Doctor biden would show
up and do, stuff and people were also, like why
is she there right? Now and it would have mattered
a whole bunch to have known then how much they
were Hiding President biden from everyone. Else but, again without
(01:41:15):
trying to overly talk about things you probably hear about
or think about all the, time or.
Speaker 3 (01:41:19):
Maybe don't even think about it anymore at.
Speaker 2 (01:41:21):
ALL i just find it interesting the way we'll rehash
all of the history of that administration and the time
they were in, office the significance of the things that
they were in charge, of and the potential for us
to now think that everything we were told by The
biden administration was a, lie which some of us believed early,
on but maybe more of us believe.
Speaker 3 (01:41:39):

Benson show my Name Is, craig collins. Filling in thrilled
to be, with you bunch of stuff out there to.
TALK about i do love. THIS though a lady went
viral for being upset at the changes at The. Cracker barrel,
she said how dare you to? THE company i got
too animated. There myself apparently they changed the indoor, de
core and this made her. Quite upset they painted the,
(01:43:22):
Walls white they took down a whole bunch of the
antiques that usually hang from the walls Of A, cracker
barrel and they put up things that seemed like you
could buy them At. A kia it just seemed like
it wasn't the same place that she was accustomed to,
it being even if the store was, the same even
if some of the other stuff was. The same and,
she said how dare you Touch My? Cracker barrel at
least leave. That alone give us, one thing don't take. Away,
(01:43:44):
everything Apparently The cracker barrel marketing team responded, to this
saying that they have been actively trying to change the
indoor of their restaurants while not changing. Everything else, they
promised the rocking chairs outside aren't, going anywhere which is
hilarious that you'd put that. OUT there i just love
the idea that a marketing professional chief marketing officer Actually
(01:44:07):
At cracker barrel has to specify what things are staying
and what things are going that people might be upset
about the store. Is staying you can buy retail items
at an overly expensive cost while waiting to get sat
at the table to have some.
Speaker 3 (01:44:21):
Delicious food if you'd, like to you can still.
Speaker 2 (01:44:23):
Do that, BUT anyway i just found this amusing and
the anger of, the woman, because SOMETIMES as, i say
no matter how passionate you might be About, cracker barrel
we're mad about, something else and we're placing it in
a place where we think the rage.
Speaker 3 (01:44:37):
Can GO and i think this lady is placing.
Speaker 2 (01:44:39):
It HERE although i Do Want Mike cracker barrel to
keep its walls brown and it's antiques all over the
place as far as the. Store goes breakfast cereal has
also gone from having some amount of nutritional value, to
none according to a. NEW study a new study found
that most kid friendly breakfast cereal provide almost non. Nutritional
(01:45:00):
value one in five children adolescents nationwide still. Eat cereal
they're also facing an obesity pandemic or an obesity crisis
according to.
Speaker 3 (01:45:13):
THIS study i find a lot of things.
Speaker 2 (01:45:15):
Interesting here the, first one three quarters of households actually
still purchase cereal and put it in. Their homes one
of THE things i find interesting is the desire for
cereal to. Be healthy if we can just agree that,
it's not maybe you don't eat just that. For breakfast
maybe you get a smaller portion of cereal and that
can be consumed as more of the snack item along
(01:45:36):
with the, healthier things because no one should ever take.
Cereal away i'm like the lady at the. Cracker, barrel
now all of, a sudden don't you dare touch my
applejacks or any of the THINGS that. I love i
no longer eat cookie Crisp because i'm not still a
twelve year, Old child but most of THE things i
eat in the world, of cereal it's terrible, for me
And oftentimes i'll actually, have them like at the end of,
(01:45:57):
the evening the end of, the day as a SNACK
before i go, to bed which is probably. Not healthy,
but again this is more like a treat than actually
A food I think i'm consuming that has. Nutritional value
so let's just be honest. With, Ourselves baby let's not
take the, thing away let's not, change it but let's
all agree that we know exactly what we're doing here
when we fill a bowlful of something that is definitely
(01:46:19):
not nutritionally valuable and we eat it and enjoy the
heck out. Of it another thing out THERE that i thought.
WAS interesting i do love when people. DO this i
think this first one Viral on reddit and then some
other places picked. It up the hacks for something happening in.
The world these are four hacks for a recession and
ways that you can pick up side gigs that'll make you.
(01:46:41):
Incredibly wealthy obviously tremendous grain of SALT as i say
all this, to you the first idea From the internet
on what you can do to hack your way into
more money if things go bad for you and your
day to day you're nine to, five. Freelance right you
don't even have to do it under your. Own name
just write for somebody somewhere as long as they'll hire
(01:47:01):
you to. Write things and do this as. A freelancer
the expected median income for someone who's doing this full
time is eighty three.
Speaker 3 (01:47:08):
Thousand dollars so they're saying you can. Do it everybody can.
Speaker 2 (01:47:12):
Do it why not turn your social media posts into
long blog posts for organizations that will not hire you to?
Do that, other things, it says resell. Your clothing this
to them is a hack and not a desperate move
you'd make if you're running out.
Speaker 3 (01:47:26):
Of, options also. Sellable printables it says their.
Speaker 2 (01:47:29):
A thing so don't just sell your, old shirt put
some sort of sticker on it that you can pace there.
And boat you've created a brand new product worth tons. Of,
money yes some people are artistically talented enough to make
things that people actually want.
Speaker 3 (01:47:42):
TO buy a whole lot of other people.
Speaker 2 (01:47:44):
Are not and then the, last ONE and i love,
this one just rent out a room in your house
if you've got no, Other options and these are the
hacks they want with to protect yourself from. A recession
just let somebody live. With you you'll pay some of.
The rent it'll. Be fine playing it to the misses
won't be. A problem i actually love, that one and
(01:48:04):
thinking ABOUT how i would explain it to my wife
if a guy moved into our HOME and i, was
like we just need, the, cash honey and she had
to deal with that. Moving forward but they really do
say that just let not a room mate, per se
rent out a room maybe for a, few months try
to kick people out, after that or just Go full airbnb.
With it but that's a hack to making you more
(01:48:24):
money at a time when things are uniquely a struggle
for a whole Lot.
Speaker 3 (01:48:27):
Of americans this.
Speaker 2 (01:48:29):
Is hilarious, all right there's one LAST story, i HAVE
and i have almost no time to talk. ABOUT it
a dude who jumped off a, bridge naked and guess.
WHAT shocking i know you won't believe this part of.
The story he was dared to, do.
Speaker 3 (01:48:41):
It and he was high. On meth happy holidays to.
You guys i'll see. You tomorrow chad Is. Back Tuesday
craig collins filling In On The Chad benson show one.
MORE time i WILL say i just loved the part of.
That story it.
Speaker 2 (01:48:54):
Was buried it wasn't in the headline where they said
the guy was high on meth and he was dared
to jump. Off bridge he wasn't trying to. Harm himself
that's why he, did it because of course. He was
if you wind up rescuing someone WHO and i think
this Happened, in canada by, the way who jumps off a,
bridge naked odds are someone else dared him to, do.
Speaker 3 (01:49:12):
It and drugs or something is involved in.
Speaker 2 (01:49:14):
This situation that was the least surprising part of the
story and for, some reason the most amusing.
Speaker 3 (01:49:19):
To Me, All right i'm out of here. To tomorrow
chad's out of Here, Till Tuesday Talcu Lator craig collin's
filling in On The Chad. Benson show.
Speaker 1 (01:49:32):
