to the gym, I work out, I stretch, I run,
kind of meditating, and I think a lot. So I
do a lot of thinking, you know, and uh, just
at the point where I just calm my mind, you know,
because like I said, in normal day life, as a
person in the industry or sex worker, would you you know,

have you you have to learn what to just relax?
Can't control everything. Can't control people. You have to tune
out some people that have different ways. I try to
use a way that just less hazardous to myself and

just you know, real life that can just help me.

Off time just to let loose off time, I go
to the gym, I work out, I stretch, I run,
kind of meditating, and I think a lot. So I
do a lot of thinking, you know, and uh, just
at the point where I just calm my mind, you know,
because like I said, in normal day life, as a
person in the industry or sex worker, would you you know,

have you you have to learn what to just relax?
Can't control everything. Can't control people. You have to tune
out some people that have different ways. I try to
use a way that just less hazardous to myself and
it helps me. So meditation, Jim, you know, so versus

going to a different outlet, maybe spending time, you know,
with with with special people in my life, you know,
just you know, real life that can just help me.

So yeah, internally, for sure, it's beautiful.

So basically when you're not working, you're focusing on your physical.

And your mental health, oh for sure, because that's big
de mental thing. It's big, especially for men because you
know what I learned, I seen a lot of men
do this. I seen more than a couple of men
do this. You know, if you're not mentally there, you
won't you won't be the riots.

So when I've seen a couple of men just do this,
you know, doing like shooting or whatever, just normal talk,
they did this the same motion. Because it's all in
your mind when it comes to being a man, because
