(01:23):
and become the best version of yourself mentally, physically, financially
and spiritually. So Lucy will come to this episode of
the Success Great Podcast for having me Awesome. I'm glad
that you are joining me for this one. So first
of all, Lucy, we are going to be talking lots
of things managing the state of mind, how to rewire

(01:45):
the subconscious mind, a lot of things that drive our
personal and professional growth and development. And because this is
the Success Grey Podcast, I want to know what is
your own definition of success firstly, and what do you
see other people that you have worked with throughout your
business how they define success and what do you see

(02:08):
set insconceptions around that.

Speaker 2 (02:10):
I think that my definition of success would be living
a life full of freedom and abundance, meaning freedom to
do whatever it is that you would like to do,
whenever you would like to do it with whoever you'd
like to do it with, and having an abundance of

(02:33):
resources at your disposal at any given time, whether it's
an abundance of health and abundance of financial resources, or
an abundance of positive loving relationships. I think I think
freedom and abundance are probably the key points that I
would point out when we're talking about success.

Speaker 1 (02:55):
And your own story working with other people. Why did
you decide? Okay, so this is the path for me
that I want to help people rewire their brains on
mind to have success. Is there some kind of a
story that relates to you in that regard that wanted

(03:17):
to do this in your life right now? And specifically
you are. You love a verity, nature and horses, so
that's something that is I think living can give you
some kind of a piece of mind, I would say,
or some kind of a something released the stress in
general for any human being to deal with nature and
animals in general. So why did you decide to do that?

(03:40):
Is there some kind of a something happened in your
life that wanted you to make this what you're doing now?

Speaker 2 (03:47):
Yeah? Well, I feel like one of my fundamental beliefs
in life is if you're blessed, do you blessing? And
I think it's so important, just like doctor Wyndeyres says,
so we're not human beings having a spirit victual experience.
We're spiritual beings having a human experience. And the purpose
of this whole journey is joyous expansion and is for

(04:10):
our soul's evolution. We're meant to grow, We're meant to expand,
and when we grow and expand, we want to contribute.
We want to give back because the most the most
rewarding feelings that we will encounter are those of service.
When we're able to follow our passion and find whatever

(04:32):
it is that our skill set or our talents are
and exploit them in the service of others, that's when
we will find unprecedented success and true fulfillment is on
the other side of service. And I would say that
I have been I've been very blessed along my journey
to just pick up all of these different strategies, tools

(04:55):
and techniques through the teachings of doctor Wayne dit and
Abraham Hicks and doctor jo des Benza and Tony Robbins,
all these amazing figures that have really shaped who I
am today. And I've been able to implement their teachings
in my life in a very vivid way to very consciously,
very intentionally craft the life of my dreams. And I

(05:18):
believe it's so important to be the example. I believe
in living and leading and inspiring by example. So therefore
I like to kind of showcase my story as a
way to help inspire people and empower them and pretty
much just teach them that, like, if I can do it,

(05:40):
you can also absolutely do this too. And I've put
together a nice little toolbox of different strategies and techniques
that give the tools, unlock the keys for everybody to
really understand what quantum physics is all about and begin
to leverage the laws of the universe to their benefit

(06:03):
and stop stop living in their unconscious patterns, and to
really take back control of their life so that way
they can start living life on purpose and full of passion.
That way they can create the life of their dreams
in every area of their life and business and health

(06:23):
and relationships, finances and spirituality.

Speaker 1 (06:27):
Yeah, so all of these things in order to have
certain purpose and to pursue that. What do you think
is holding us back? A lot of us back of
doing what we are supposed to do. I would say,
as you mentioned, we are spiritual beings in a physical body.
So what is our purpose to do with the things
that happened in our life? Player, Like, is there some

(06:50):
kind of stories, some kind of lack of confidence, some
kind of a belief system that we all have that
is blocking us from a chief what should be achieving
in a higher level as a purpose.

Speaker 2 (07:04):
Yeah. So, I absolutely believe that we are all conditioned
human beings. And it's not our fault. We are conditioned
by our past. We are conditioned by our parents, our
parents' beliefs. We're conditioned by different traumas or experiences that
we've lived through, and along the path, we have picked

(07:26):
up a lot of these unconscious beliefs that have shaped
our paradigm or our belief system and has really developed
what we like to call a comfort zone. And I
like to remind people that we're either growing or dying.
There's no in between, Like, we are meant to grow
and expand and evolve. And that's why having a goal

(07:48):
is so important, because the definition of a goal is
a spiritual seed. A goal is what pushes us past
our limits. It's what pushes us, it's what inspires us
to do what's hard and to step outside of our
comfort zones. And unfortunately, no growth will ever happen inside

(08:09):
of our comfort zones. And that's why it's so important
to really get to become very aware of the thoughts
that you're thinking, the emotions that you're feeling, and the
actions that you're taking, as well as the meaning that
you're signing to different circumstances that life throws at you.
Because when you introduce this idea of awareness, that's when

(08:32):
we can begin to start shifting who we are and
become the person or the people that we're meant to be.

Speaker 1 (08:41):
The kind of thing is relate because but when you
talk about the belief systems and the betterm of our
belief systems and what happens to us when we are
growing up, why do you think that as we grow older,
like when we are stuffed to becoming not kids, what's
starting to become teens and adults? Why do we have it?
Why do we think or not being able to remove

(09:04):
these kind of blocks and switch immediately to the things
that we are one thing to do in our lives.
Why we allow these bad things to keep control us
and not being able to switch one eighty degrees?

Speaker 2 (09:19):
Yeah, So when we talk about things like the laws
of the universe and quantum physics and really leveraging these
laws in our favor. When we talk about the power
of the mind. These are all relatively new concepts that
most people don't even understand themselves and aren't implementing themselves.
If they did understand, If the majority of the population

(09:40):
did understand these concepts, truly believed in them and understood
how to use them properly, the world would look radically
different than it does today. So unfortunately, why don't they
teach these concepts in school because the teachers who are
teaching the classes don't They're unaware of these these programs
or these patterns, these unconscious patternstead of running our lives.

(10:04):
And so we unfortunately like we're at where we're at,
and we know what we know, and uh, that's why
it's so important to get a mentor and to follow
different leaders, different thought leaders in society, so that way
they can pour belief, knowledge and wisdom straight to you.

(10:28):
What we are the average of the five people that
we surround ourselves the most, and if we are growth
minded individuals and we're on a journey to become the
best versions of ourselves mentally, physically, emotionally, financially, and spiritually.
We need to be very intentional on everything that we consume.
And I'm talking about everything we consume, from like the

(10:49):
food that we're eating as far as being healthy, to
what we're drinking, to what we're watching, what we're who,
we're spending our time with, the company we surround ourselves with.
Are we just mindlessly scrolling social media and TikTok or
we being really intentional with some incredible podcasts by ultra

(11:11):
successful entrepreneurs and business owners. So what understanding the power
of the mind and really harnessing that power to unleash
our full potential is what is so exciting Because our
mind once we understand that the only limits that we
experience are the limits that we place upon ourselves. If

(11:34):
the mind can conceive an idea and believe the idea,
it can absolutely achieve the idea. But the problem is
that our belief systems get in the way, and we
have patterns of thought, patterns of focus, patterns of physiology,
and patterns of language that these unconscious patterns are running

(11:56):
our lives and essentially keeping us stuck. If anybody feels stuck,
it's because they feel that they're stuck in a story.
And the exciting thing about that is that we are
the powerful creators of our own reality. We are the
powerful writers of our own narrative, and at any given moment,
we're only ever one decision away from a completely different life.

(12:19):
So as crazy as this may seem, all we have
to do is pick up a pun and paper and
really think back, like, Okay, what has my life been
up until this moment? Has it been full of tragedy, sadness, darkness,
and misfortune or and if that's been the case, well
how can we How can we switch our perspective? Because

(12:43):
when we step out of this victim role and we
step into a victor role and we decide that life
doesn't happen to me, it happens for me. Once we
switch that perspective, that's when life itself will begin to change,
just like doctor Wayne Dyer's. Once we begin to start
that once we change the way we look at things,

(13:05):
the things we look at change, and it all change
starts within ourself. And the way that I like to
explain that is that our outer world is the perfect
reflection of our inner world. So therefore, we don't attract
what we want, we attract what we are. So when

(13:25):
we're looking in the mirror and that mirror is frowing
back at us, we can't say, Okay, mirror, I'm going
to start smiling when you frown. No, if you want
the reflection in the mirror to stop frowning and start smiling,
you are going to have to be that change. You
have to begin to smile in order to see the
outward projection in your external life or in the mirror

(13:46):
that you're looking in begin to smile back at you,
because then you fall into the oh, I'll be happy
when I'll be happy when I get the job, I'll
be happy when I find the relationship, I'll be happy
when I lose twenty pounds. Well, if you can keep
putting your happiness off, you're never going to manifest the
thing that you most desire. You have to embody the

(14:06):
energy of the wish fulfilled in order to collapse timelines
and bring that reality into your present experience.

Speaker 1 (14:14):
Yeah, so you're talking about, for example, perspective and changing
that perspective and like putting ourselves in a place of
like we already did that, we are already there. Like
it's kind of like putting ourselves in the future, I
would guess to us, so that would not keep ourselves
in this kind of a prison of the best stories

(14:36):
that are bad or the beast stories that are we
are holding onto and keep taining ourselves because that way,
it's like the when we talk about goals. Like when
we talk about goals, for example, generally a lot of
people talk about goals, but when they do, they talk
about goals that they have already done and achieved multiple times.

(14:58):
When we talk about goals, be something that you have
never done or tried before, so you will have to
go and step up and go to have a different
new level to achieve that, whether from your own self,
whether having more resources or being more resourceful. So these
kind of things are very important to keep in mind.

Speaker 2 (15:18):
Also absolutely, I mean, and that's the thing is that
we all have the decision, just like you said, when
you ask people about their goals, are they focused on
a goal that they've achieved in the past, or they
focused on a goal that they're striving to complete, that
they're striving to become the best versions of themselves. We
can either choose to live from a memory of the past,

(15:39):
or we can choose to live from a vision of
the future. And if we continue to where focus goes,
our energy flows and we talk about think about, speak about,
we're going to create more of. So again, if people
feel like they're stuck in a perpetual loop of like
I can't seem to get ahead, like bad things keep
happen to me, I don't know how, things just don't

(16:00):
work out. Well, it's like you have to change the narrative,
you have to change your story, and you have to
stop focusing on the past. You cannot allow yourself to
be defined by the past. You can't allow yourself to
be defined by your current circumstances. Because essentially, we live
in an abundant universe full of infinite possibilities, and when

(16:23):
you truly understand and embrace that, you'll stop settling for
the crumbs that you've been settling for up until this point,
and you'll start leaning into imagination. I mean, so many
people when I ask them, oh, if you could have
life any way that you wanted it, if you had
unlimited resources and money were of no concern, what would

(16:45):
your life look like? They immediately start listing every single
thing they don't want, and it's like, no, you don't
get it. You can't focus on what you don't want,
because whether you're focused on what you don't want or
you're focused on what you do want. Either way, the
universe doesn't care. They're just listening on where your place
your focus. So that's why we have to recondition or
retrain our minds to stop focusing on the negative and

(17:07):
stop focusing on the lack or the fear or the frustration,
and begin to flip the script and start seeing the good,
the beauty, the abundance in all things. And once we
switch that, so once we switch the lens in which
we view life, life itself will be into change and
then there'll be more beauty and more abundance and more fulfillment,

(17:32):
just each step of the way, just waiting for us
to unlack and appreciate it.

Speaker 1 (17:37):
Yeah, like you mentioned, the mind does not know from
what actually happened and from what we have thinking about.
So we need to think of the things that we
actually want the thing, not the things that we don't want.
The issue is that we are always ninety nine percent
of the time thinking about the things that we don't want,

(17:58):
and in the end of the day, we actually do
nothing about it. I guess, so what would you say,
some kind of like a mind heck. Then we can
quickly switch when anti degrees from thinking of the things
that we don't want to the things that we actually
really want inside of our heart. But sometimes we feel
like it's kind of a hard to switch, and we

(18:19):
keep the negative things on the surface and the positive
things inside and we cannot make it go the opposite
way around.

Speaker 2 (18:29):
If people do not have a daily gratitude practice that
they are participating in every single day, they are doing
themselves a huge disservice. So one of the techniques that
I teach my students is writing out your gratitude every
single night. It's a practice that I've done religiously every

(18:49):
single night before I go to sleep, where I very
meticulously write out every single thing that I'm grateful for.
So it's like grateful for waking up and meditating, because again,
meditating is my non negotiable. As soon as my eyes
open in the morning, I immediately drop into that meditative state.
So when I'm ready to my gratitude is like I'm
grateful for cold showers and hot oatmeal, because I always

(19:10):
do my cold showers and I always do my hot oatmeal,
and then it could be whatever it is, like I'm
grateful for the sun shining in a beautiful day, or
like today, I'm grateful for meditating during the thunderstorm and
hearing the peaceful sound of the rain hit the roof,
or I'm greatful again, like I'm grateful for my breath.
I'm grateful for my beautiful pup. I'm grateful for this

(19:32):
beautiful day and just going through and like I'm grateful
for the utilities working. I'm grateful for my reliable vehicle.
I'm grateful for the smiling faces that I encountered today.
I'm grateful for the horse sale that effortlessly manifested while
I'm not even in the state of Michigan. Like that
was a huge it was like a huge miracle. And

(19:54):
so anyways, whatever, Like when you do these gratitude practices,
I mean they're been nights. I'm not even kidding you, Hussain,
where like I've been really like whether I've been really upset,
really angry, really frustrated, And then I sit down and
I spend five or ten minutes writing out what I'm
grateful for. It is incredible how it just automatically changes

(20:18):
your emotional state, and it takes you from a place
of anger or lack or stress or frustration, and it
totally lightens your mood, It raises your vibration, and it
puts you in a place in what I like to
call the receiving mode, where all of a sudden, you're
just You're full of gratitude and appreciation and you're like, Wow,

(20:39):
there really is so much beauty and joy that surrounds me.
And if I stop looking for reasons to be offended,
and I stop looking for things to complain about, like,
then I'll start to see all of the beauty that
surrounds me. And just like what you seek, you shall find.
And that's why having that gratitude press every single day

(21:01):
is going to very intentionally rewire your subconscious mind to
start seeking out the good, because you will seek or
i'm sorry, you will find what you seek. And if
your pattern is if your pattern of focuses to see
the bad or to see what's wrong with the world,
or to always focus on the negative, the universe is

(21:22):
just going to give you more things that are negative
or unpleasing or displeasing to you. So gratitude is an
incredibly beautiful and very powerful practice that I would highly
recommend everybody to start implementing immediately.

Speaker 1 (21:36):
So on you speak, you mentioned energy, So how would
you define energy for us as a humans? And what
can a human do from their energy? Especially for example,
someone might say in general like ibenuik, I wake up
early in the morning, like for exemple, you did, and
at six pm I am exhausted. I can do anything,

(21:57):
whether to achieve my business goals or life goals. Go
to the gym orative what it is. So how would
you deal with the topic of energy in that reg.

Speaker 2 (22:05):
Well, first of all, let me say that energy is
our highest form of currency. Everything is made of energy.
We live in a vibrational universe where all things move
and all things vibrate. Everything is energy, and energy can't
be created or destroyed, and all energy is governed by law.

(22:26):
So those are some of the fundamental principles that I
like to point out. And then we need to understand
that if everything is energy, that means that our thoughts
are energy. Our thoughts carry a frequency to them. That
means that our words are energy and carry a frequency
to them. And so then it's up to us to

(22:46):
become aware of the thoughts that we're thinking in the
words that we're speaking, Because thoughts become things. The quality
of our life is defined by the quality of the
thoughts that we have in our head. Again, our outer
world is a direct projection of our inner talk, of
our inner thoughts. And so therefore, if we can become
aware of the thoughts that we're speaking I'm sorry, the

(23:07):
thoughts that we're thinking in the words that we're speaking,
then once we are aware of them, we can begin
to change them. We cannot change what we're unaware of.
All change is preceded by awareness. So once we become
aware of the thoughts that we're thinking in the words
that we're speaking, we can very intentionally change them. We

(23:28):
can pivot them to something more positive, something that serves us.
And so when I like to talk about energy and
really understanding the energy that you're showing up and understand
and again being aware of how you're feeling as you
move through the day at any given moment of the day,
understanding how you're feeling. So what I like to do

(23:51):
is I like to help people access and maintain peak
emotional states. Why is this important, Well, if we know
that we are where we are today, based on every
single decision that we've made up until this point, we
can very definitively say that your destiny is defined by
your decisions. So what's the one thing that influences your decisions.

(24:13):
It's your emotional state, It's your energy. So if I
ask you, when was the last time that you were
in a peak emotional state, When was the last time
that you felt passionate, where you felt alive, where you
felt excited and unstoppable, like you could hurdle over any
obstacle that was placed your way. How many hours a

(24:36):
day are you operating in a peak emotional state? How
many hours a week are you operating how many hours
a month are you operating in a peak emotional state?
Because you're going to be making drastically different decisions and
taking drastically different actions when you're operating in a peak
emotional state versus when you're operating a lower vibrational state,
when you're operating full of fear or stress, or anxiety

(24:57):
or overwhelm, when you're experiencing lower vibrational states, you're going
to be making very very different decisions, and those decisions
are not going to lead you towards the fulfillment of
your goals. You're going to be making much You're going
to be making decisions that are much more in alignment
with the goals that you want to experience and create
for yourself when you're operating in peak emotional states. And

(25:20):
that's why it's so important to not only be able
to recognize when you're operating out of alignment or when
you're operating these lower vibrational states, so that way you
can do something about it, and that way you can
raise your vibration, and that way you can get yourself
into an elevated state. So that way you're taking action,

(25:40):
making decision and essentially allowing yourself to experience the best
life has to offer. Life is ten percent about what
happens to us and ninety percent of how we respond.
If you're able to control your emotional state, you're able
to control your life.

Speaker 1 (25:56):
Speaking of a wellness like a lot of us live
without being aware. But I think there are a lot
of reasons for it. But maybe one of them if
you agree. I don't know if you agree that generally
we are pursuing materialistic things and money. So if we
take our minds out of this a little bit, do
you think that would be useful or helpful.

Speaker 2 (26:17):
I think that, yeah, I agree with you, and that
some people do define success as obtaining some specific number
in the bank or obtaining material success. But if you
talk to the people, and whether it's a professional sports
player or a movie star, they've already experienced all of

(26:41):
the fame, all of the fortune, all of the riches
that that money can buy, and they still feel unfulfilled
and unsatisfied, and they still fall into depression. That's why,
and that's the reason for that is because they don't
have a goal and they're not they're not continued their
soul's journey of expansion and evolution. And so that way,

(27:05):
what's the one thing if you ask people across all cultures,
across all countries that is going to bring about a
state of fulfillment and happiness. It's progress. Everybody wants to
experience progress in their life. And so how do we
how do we move towards progress? It's about setting goals

(27:29):
and showing up for yourself, because when you show up
for yourself, you build self confidence and you build self belief,
and belief is what bridges the gap between where you're
at and.

Speaker 1 (27:42):
Where you want to be so throughout now your business
and your experiences and looking up other mentors, what would
you say the worst advice that you have ever received.

Speaker 2 (27:52):
The worst advice that I have ever received was probably
worrying about what other people are going to think. Well, well,
what are you going to do if so and so
thinks this, or how are you going to respond? What?
It's almost like focusing on the either focusing on what
other people think or focusing on the worst case scenario.

(28:15):
Because in my mind, it's like, it doesn't matter what
other people think, and even if the worst case scenario happens,
guess what, I'm still here. I'm still alive. It's just
all it's about a failing forward process. So it doesn't
matter how many times that you fail. It's about getting up,
dusting yourself off, and giving it another go. If you

(28:37):
ask the most successful business owners and entrepreneurs why why
they experienced the success that they have, it's not because
they were lucky. It's because they failed more times than
the average joe. So when we talk about like me
and my horse business, why am I the expert level
rider that I am today? Because I've fallen off more

(28:59):
hundreds of is at this point, and I just I
never gave up. Every time I hit the ground, every
time I ate dirt, I was just the happiest thing
to crawl right back out on the horse and give
it another try. So it's all about that relentless pursuit
of your desire and saying laser focused on your goals,
not letting anything throw you off course. Just like Napoleon

(29:20):
Hill says, the starting point for all achievement is a
burning desire. So if you can stay focused on that desire,
it's just a matter of time before you hold it
in your hands.

Speaker 1 (29:32):
Yeah, definitely. Like you mentioned, pulling off the horse multiple
times and getting back up is like when you are
a kids and stuff to learning to walk, so you
fall down multiple times, one hundred times, and as as
an infant or a tiny kid, you don't know what
does what falling down is, so you keep going up
and playing again. So as we have to do that

(29:55):
and now our business and lives until we achieve what
we want to aie the work purpose and with what
we do and having that in mind and trying to
have different perspective into things and stop thinking of the
negatives and stop focusing on the positive. And stop thinking
of the things that we don't want and stop thinking

(30:18):
of the things that we actually want. So, Lucy, where
can people learn more about you, to get in touch
with you and see what you do.

Speaker 2 (30:27):
Yeah, So we have developed this robust sixteen week program
which very intentionally allows people to reprogram their subconscious mind
and transform their identity so that way they can start
taking massive action towards their goals today. And what we've
done is we've actually condensed this into a two hour
training that's broken up into a six part series. Normally

(30:50):

Kingdom of Fraud

Kingdom of Fraud

It’s the unlikeliest of criminal partnerships: a devout polygamist from an insular Utah sect joining forces with a shadowy Armenian tycoon from LA. The result - a billion dollar fraud conspiracy. In Kingdom of Fraud, investigative reporter Michele McPhee traces the origins of the extraordinary alliance between Jacob Kingston and Levon Termendzhyan. Together, the two men trigger the largest tax investigation in American history and weave around themselves a web of dirty cops, influential political relationships and transnational money laundering. All this is set against the backdrop of Jacob Kingston’s clan – The Order. A powerful and secretive polygamist organization in Salt Lake City. To whom Jacob is desperate to prove his worth.
