Speaker 1 (00:00):
Trub administration is reshaping when Americans can international parks for free.

(00:05):
We have added Donald Trump's birthday as a fee free day,
but we have eliminated Martin Luther King Junior Day in Juneteenth.
And this is, oh, this is really upsetting. People are
pissed about this. Damn that Hitler. I sware, Okay, I mean,
did I say Hitler, I'm at Trump? But you know
the same thing, Yeah, that's the same thing.

Speaker 2 (00:26):
Right.

Speaker 3 (00:26):
Did you read the story.

Speaker 4 (00:27):
About how Trump spoke one little word, two little letters
that pretty much if you, if you pay attention, Will
will clearly tell you that he is not Hitler at all.
When he was talking about the Somalians and all the
the malfeasans and fraud and all that stuff going on
in Minnesota, and then he's talked about how somebody, you know,

(00:49):
let these people be naturalized and maybe they didn't know
what they were doing. Maybe anyway, it brings us to
the statement he made about what you know, he he
might or might not do, and he said, basically, we've
got criminals in our country and they were naturalized by somebody,
and maybe they didn't know what they were doing. If

(01:10):
I have the power to do it, I would de
naturalize them. Absolutely. Well, that's just Hitler. No, the little
bitty word that nobody seems to pay attention to. Donald
Trump said, if I have the power, I would do this.
Do you think Hitler ever went around going, you know what,
if I could could command people to do stuff, I

(01:33):
would correct.

Speaker 1 (01:35):
So the Hitler administration was trying to expand the size
of the country without letting any of the government, without
letting people leave, whereas the Trump administration is trying to
shrink the size of the government and make people leave.

Speaker 3 (01:48):
That's really the opposite of what Hitler did.

Speaker 4 (01:51):
And the bigger picture, of course, is you know this
week now, Americans are finally starting to find out the
exact size the scale of the fraud perpetrated against US
taxpayers by communities of former Somali refugees in Minnesota. Billions,
the number eight billion came up over the weekend. Now,

(02:12):
they were supposed to be using some of this money
to feed the poor, housing, medical care, blah blah blah. No,
they funded luxury purchases and gave most of it to
the Jihati terrorist groups in Somalia. Some of those implicated
have direct ties to Ilhan Omar's political campaign. That didn't

(02:36):
come up yesterday when they were talking to her on
the news public statements in her native tongue in which
she claimed to prioritize Somalia's interests over America.

Speaker 3 (02:49):
Yeah, they do that a lot. I've noticed they really do.
They really seem to do that.

Speaker 4 (02:56):
That attitude some people think should disqualify her as a
canada from government office. She is, more than one occasion
stated clearly that she is there representing Somalia and the
Somalian people, not America. And then Trump comes out with
this thing about if I have the power, I will

(03:17):
do so. But he has to you know, you gotta
check with the courts, and there's always some judge out
there says can't do that. I don't think Hitler ever
got stopped by some federal judge off somewhere in some
little corner of Germany who piped up and.

Speaker 3 (03:33):
Said, Adolf, no, you can't do that.

Speaker 1 (03:36):
I don't think exciti I imagine they probably didn't. Over
the weekend, Marjorie Taylor Green was on sixty Minutes and
kind of sparred with the host Leslie Stall over what
she claimed was accusatory behavior from the journalist, and I'm
a little surprised that sixty Minutes did this. I thought
they wanted to love Marjorie Taylor Green now that she's
anti Trump, probably whatever, she is.

Speaker 3 (04:00):
A supporter turned critic of Trump.

Speaker 1 (04:02):
A clip that sixty Minutes posted over the weekend on
that topic sounds like this.

Speaker 2 (04:07):
I'm going to ask you about this almost solid support
he has among Republicans in Congress. Is there in that
support fear? Does the support come about because they're afraid
that they'll get death threats?

Speaker 5 (04:22):
I think they're terrified to step out of line and
get a nasty truth social post on them.

Speaker 2 (04:27):
Yes, and they're watching what happened to you?

Speaker 1 (04:30):
Yes?

Speaker 2 (04:31):
Behind the scenes, do they talk differently?

Speaker 3 (04:36):
Yes?

Speaker 5 (04:37):
Oh, oh it would shock people.

Speaker 2 (04:41):
Well, let's shock people, okay.

Speaker 5 (04:43):
I watched many of my colleagues go from making fun
of him, making fun of how he talks, making fun
of me constantly for supporting him, to when he won
the primary in twenty twenty four, they all started skisba language,
kissing his ass and decided to put on a maga.

Speaker 1 (05:03):
Half the talking about John Cornyn and Dan Crenshaw, And
she said, as on national television, Oh my god, I
just want to remind everybody we will make fun of
Trump openly on the radio and also support him when
he does something we like. I don't feel like you
should have to hide your beliefs. What do you think
people will say about her behind her back? Well, actually
to her face. They're not big fans of MTG these

(05:26):
days either. I can't really understand why somebody would want
to have secret opinions about an elected official.

Speaker 3 (05:33):
Do you not believe what they're saying.

Speaker 4 (05:35):
They're totally terrified of the vile retribution that Trump would
rain down on them. He might, he might call him
garbage or say something mean about them on social media.
How would you ever recover from something like that?

Speaker 5 (05:50):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (05:51):
No, you know, even this little spar that Trump and
MTG are having with each other, even he's admitted after
he criticized her a little, that she's not bad person.

Speaker 3 (06:00):
And I think the media does a great job.

Speaker 1 (06:03):
Of showing you the most explosive moment of an interaction
between two individuals without showing you the moment where it's
revealed that it's actually not as contentious as you think.
Another great example of this would be Elon Musk, Trump
and Elon Musk went to Charlie Kirk's funeral together.

Speaker 3 (06:20):
They're friends with each other.

Speaker 1 (06:22):
They didn't you know, they agreed, and they disagreed, then
they agreed again. But weirdly, the mainstream media didn't want
you to know how the story ended.

Speaker 4 (06:31):
Well, no, but don't you have buddies that you've disagreed
with over the years. I mean, I've got buddies that
I've known for a long long time, and somewhere in
the last twenty thirty forty years of knowing these guys,
we have had disagreements in the past, and there have
been times where we just didn't associate with each other
for a while because of that, and then you get
over it and you move on.

Speaker 1 (06:51):
I agree, I mean absolutely three of my four coworkers
I disagree with all the time. I bet you, mister
o Billy had every pretty much everyone but Steve.

Speaker 3 (07:00):
Why is that because Steve writes our paychecks?

Speaker 4 (07:03):
Well, that's true, and we do appreciate that. But maybe
it's just that you're naturally contentious. No, it's somewhat obstreperous.
Even some might say, No, I'm not. How dare you me? Dramatic?

Speaker 1 (07:14):
Lot?

Speaker 3 (07:16):
Do y'all want to hear the fun animal story. I
do like animal stories. What kind of animal? It's a bear.
It's a big old bear.

Speaker 1 (07:22):
We love bear stories. The most had a bear, even
if it's a communist bear. Well, I guess Russian or
Chinese Chinese. This came from the Shanghai Daily News. Oh,
I read it all the time. Forty six seconds. This
video lasts at the hang Zal Safari Park.

Speaker 4 (07:46):
A black bear just unexpectedly attacked its keeper during a show.
They do that thing where they're like, yeah, they see rama.
They would do a show with the seals, and the
seals would come up on the stage and they throw
him a fish and stuff. Well, they do a show
in China with bears, and the bears would come out
and the crowd is standing around and.

Speaker 1 (08:07):
They'll go, look at this bear. We can teach it
to ride a tricycle or whatever. Anyway, this bear was
doing the show and then suddenly it just turned and
attacked this guy that was, you know, his keeper.

Speaker 3 (08:19):
Forty six seconds log.

Speaker 4 (08:21):
And I gotta tell you this video is just rich
because the bear starts attacking the guy and some of
the other workers at the zoo come running up, and
this one guy comes running up with another bear who's
walking on his hind legs. He's standing up, walking like
a human, and this guy is leading the bear over
and the bear gets close and he sees his buddy

(08:42):
bear eating this guy, and he turns around and just
all after the other direction. This one lady, I think
it's a lady. She uh woah woah, woa whoa you
can't say she sees the bear first, she goes over
like she's gonna make it stop, and then she realizes
that thing able to attack me if I get it
off this guy. She disappears from the screen and then

(09:05):
she comes back with a basketball goal, the backboard and
the metal rim.

Speaker 3 (09:12):
Okay, but no hoop. The hoop.

Speaker 4 (09:14):
Yeah, she's got the hoop and the backboard and in
a short pole and she's trying to use it like
a rake. She's putting the hoop over the bear and
trying to pull it away.

Speaker 3 (09:24):
That you could do that, Okay. Five people show up.

Speaker 4 (09:29):
One guy has one of those big South American parrots
on his arm. I'm kid you not, and he hands
the parrot off to one of the other workers so
he can yank on the.

Speaker 3 (09:41):
Bear for a little while.

Speaker 5 (09:42):
Bh.

Speaker 1 (09:42):
Yeah, it sounds like you have Tourette's and you're just
saying things. I know, this is a crazy story. I'm
just watching and watching it.

Speaker 4 (09:49):
So then the bear he finally lets go of one
guy and they think, okay, well good, and then he
bear hugs another guy claws out, he's got a handful
of a lower back.

Speaker 3 (10:01):
It's just a it's just a hell of a show.

Speaker 4 (10:02):
And I hope the folks that paid the sea that
really feel like they got their money's worth.

Speaker 1 (10:07):
This is kind of like when you're at Sea World
and you get to see Shamou eat one of the trainers,
even though that's not what you went for. It's the
most memorable vacation you've ever been on.

Speaker 3 (10:16):
Oh you ain't gonna forget that ling down her pants,
yanking off my own underneath the mistletoe. I'll make your
sister moan Walton and Johnson Radio Network. All right, everybody,
you turn the radio on, thanks for joining us.

Speaker 1 (10:31):
Good to be here, all right. Yeah, a lot of
people out all right this morning. A lot of people
out there in this country are not okay.

Speaker 4 (10:38):
Today because Notre Dame didn't make the college playoffs. Oh no,
what we all do? No, Notre Dame How will America
move forward from this?

Speaker 3 (10:50):
I don't know. I mean, dang, I'll be okay? Are
you gonna be okay? Probably?

Speaker 4 (10:54):
I'll be fine, But I ain't most of America am I.
It's twelve percent.

Speaker 3 (10:58):
I'm gonna climb on a limb here and guess you're
ready for the h Ain't nobody ever ready? Well? You
better garrel. Here we go. Today's sports report is probably
brought to you.

Speaker 4 (11:08):
Buy this at noot up in Minnesota. It got all
them pillows and sheets.

Speaker 3 (11:11):
And robes and towels and all that other stuff.

Speaker 1 (11:14):
My pandited pillow formula is machine worship hole.

Speaker 3 (11:17):
His name's Michael Lindell. He's a great American.

Speaker 3 (11:42):
Okay, yeah, give her a whirl. All right, mister h
where are we going? First? You want to got to
go to the CFP. Baby, college football playoff time? It is.
It is sick all right. Notre Dame is.

Speaker 4 (11:53):
Out, Alabama is in, Miami is in and yeah, very exciting.

Speaker 3 (11:59):
Uh, j you is in? Okay? What Jake?

Speaker 1 (12:03):
Who James Madison? And look down here? What is this
with Twulane?

Speaker 4 (12:10):
That's right, baby, some of the some of the people
that's in the teams that's in is in because they
won the conference, all right, and that that means they
go to the playoffs because that's that's the way it works.

Speaker 3 (12:21):
Now.

Speaker 1 (12:21):
James Madison got to play the Oregon Ducks first, that's
gonna be. That's gonna be tough. Twu Lane gotta play
the old Miss Rebels was another tough one.

Speaker 3 (12:31):
Was Coach O at the two Lane game this weekend?
Is just hanging out or think he might have been?
So I do you think he's gonna be the coach?
Pretty good sign he might be looking for a job
when you start showing up at the he looking, But
that don't mean he's gonna get it.

Speaker 1 (12:44):
I think him on the offense as the offensive coordinator
for LSU would be a lot of fun Alabama traveling
to Oklahoma.

Speaker 4 (12:52):
So, uh, we're gonna see how that one work out.
And then Miami got to take on the Aggies. So
after those four games, then we'll find out who takes
on Texas Tech, Indiana, who just gave a beatdown on
Ohio State over the weekend, and then Georgia's in and
Ohio State, Ohio State and Indiana flip spots. Now Indiana

(13:15):
number one, Ohio State number two, Georgia three, Texas Tech
folk follow.

Speaker 3 (13:20):
Okay, that's that's how that worked for you.

Speaker 1 (13:22):
Now, as I'm sure every good Houstonian knows already, and
a lot of the rest of the people in the
world found out, the Texans ain't to be best with
right now, all right. They got a five game winning
streak going.

Speaker 4 (13:36):
Texans just tore up the Taylor Swifts last night in
their home stadium in Kansas City twenty to ten, and
a lot of people like Jesse Peyton, Kenney's buddy bad
mouth and c. J. Stroud all the time talking about
how he ain't it but did he throw three interceptions?
No he did not.

Speaker 3 (13:55):
That was what's that guy's name that used to be
a big winner for it's Taylor Swift's boyfriend's friend.

Speaker 1 (14:02):
That's right, the boyfriend's buddy. He had two three interceptions
last night. And so the the you know, Texas won
that game. The Saints also won and shook up the
ratings of the rankings a little bit in their conference,
in their division anyway, because the Saints beat Tampa Bay.
And that that Tyler dude that played a quarterback now

(14:24):
for the Saints.

Speaker 3 (14:24):
The boy could run. He wreck two Russian touchdowns. Not
to leave l s U out of the.

Speaker 1 (14:30):
College Football Report, although they did not make the the.

Speaker 3 (14:37):
The thank you, yeah, but they all coming to Houston
just after Christmas.

Speaker 4 (14:43):
They gonna play, uh, the University of Houston Cougars in
the Houston Bowl.

Speaker 1 (14:48):
So that's what that's what the Tigers get to do.
That's fun Houston ball. Something I take a look at that.
Over the weekend, Donald Trump participating in a FIFA event.
Trump drew the United States in a ceremonial portion of
the FIFA World Cup draw at the Kennedy Center. Joking,
this is shocking after Mexican President Claudia Shinbaum and Canadian
Prime Minister Mark Carney drew their respective countries the three

(15:12):
North American leaders, who will all host matches next summer,
joined FIFA President Gianni Infantino on stage for the draw.
Shortly after, Trump was honored with the first every annual
FIFA Peace Prize for his work to end conflicts around
the globe.

Speaker 4 (15:26):
They have very complimentary of mister Trump, not so much
like you know, Americans here.

Speaker 3 (15:32):
And Saturday Night Live was kind of mad about it,
weren't they, Oh of course. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (15:36):
Now in the meantime, John Cena, this is sort of
a sports thing where he says he regrets apologizing to
communist China in twenty twenty one by referring to Taiwan
as a country.

Speaker 3 (15:47):
Does everybody remember that?

Speaker 2 (15:48):
You do?

Speaker 1 (15:48):
And I don't believe a word of his apology if
that's what it was, his regret because ever since he
did it, ever since he he bowed down to the
powers that be, he has been getting jobs left and right.
I mean, he is working.

Speaker 2 (16:02):
You know.

Speaker 4 (16:02):
That's the kind of thing you do to get work.
You just bow down to the people in charge of stuff. Yeah, Okaddy,
we didn't learn that lesson here at our show.

Speaker 1 (16:13):
Meantime, Montana State Bobcats running back Julius Davis has issued
a public apology to his coach and his team for
engaging in a yelling match with the coach on the
field during Saturdays when twenty one to thirteen over Yale.
It's just no respect, man, I got no respect. Well
I did apologize, well, yeah, later later right. The incident

(16:34):
occurred after the game when Davis approached a Yale player
and began verbally engaging with him. Bobcats coach Brent Vigion
quickly stepped into try to guide Davis away from the scene,
but Davis didn't take kindly to the urging and erupted
in a yelling match with his coach. Who do you
think you are, Travis kelcey? You're not dating Taylor Swift.
You catches jel at your coach while the whole world watches. Yeah,

(16:55):
there's another one I didn't care for. Even though the
coach kind of played it off, that's just that's that's
how he is. He's just patching it, that's all. He's disrespectful.
Fellow Bobcats player Takari Carr also jumped into the frame
and tried to separate Davis from the coach, but the
cornerback earned a sharp shove from Davis for his trouble.

Speaker 3 (17:13):
I bet it looked a little bit like that Chinese Beayar.

Speaker 1 (17:15):
Video, hunk, Yeah, a little bit, but with less blood
and screaming mayhem. Davis has issued a public apology for
his actions, admitting that his emotions got the best of
him and that it was unacceptable. And then he made
some statement about how the moon was synced up with
the stars and that Mars was in mercury retrograde and

(17:36):
a lot of people just as long as it's not
in scorpio right now. Oh, dear lord, you don't want that.
Isn't that a James Bond movie? What are you talking about?

Speaker 4 (17:43):
Oh that too, Yeah, it's a lot of things. Well
that means it's going to be the end of the
world soon then, right, No, I don't think so. I
don't think that's gonna happen. There's always somebody predicting the
end of the world, and it's just cute how they
keep doing that.

Speaker 3 (17:57):
Look, it just doesn't end. I know.

Speaker 1 (17:59):
That's why we have a segment on the show called
Signs of the Apocalypse for those of you that aren't aware.
We do that segment for stupid people because we think
it's funny. No, there's always someone at any given time
and point, at every point in history that's trying to
predict the end of the world. This has always been true,
going back thousands of years, back to Socrates or Jesus' time.
There's always someone who makes a living telling you that

(18:20):
the sky is falling.

Speaker 3 (18:22):
They're alarmists.

Speaker 1 (18:23):
Nothing is ever as great or as awful as people
would have you believe it is, and I think that's
why a lot of reasonable people tune into this radio
show regularly to get their news. But I will admit
that if we were one of those people that was
willing to say that the sky was falling when it's not,
we'd probably all make a lot more money.

Speaker 3 (18:40):
I bet we would.

Speaker 4 (18:41):
If we'd just bend over and kiss ass like John Cena, dude,
we'd be getting all kinds of exciting news about our
jobs and how these things work. But we just ain't
to ask kiss and type. But I mean, for whatever
it's worth, I still need. Yeah, I could kiss up
and never mind, it doesn't.

Speaker 3 (18:59):
Matter pants yanking off my own We just played that liner.

Speaker 1 (19:04):
Guys, come on, the professionalism on this radio show is lacking.
Could we please get a fresh liner or something we
haven't played yet.

Speaker 4 (19:10):
We also try to stick to the four main food
groups candy, candy canes, candy corns, syrup, Walton
