Speaker 1 (00:00):
A massive policy shift from the Trump administration that kind
of makes you wonder, what, why weren't we doing this already?

Speaker 2 (00:07):
A policy shift at CBS.

Speaker 1 (00:10):
CBS is reporting on a policy shift in the government
of America in Washington. Yeah, okay, Immigration officers can now
consider public benefits use for green cards. Basically, you got
medicaid and food stamps and housing assistants. Well, why do
illegal immigrants get access to this?

Speaker 2 (00:27):
That good question we always wondered ab But they don't
ask us.

Speaker 1 (00:32):
Those can now qualify into whether or not someone Well,
they could factor in whether or not someone qualifies for
permanent legal status. I guess we'd call this edition of
the show why in the bleeding f weren't we doing
this already?

Speaker 2 (00:45):
I think it's something that we did do for a
while and then Biden come in and put a stop
to it. Well, not him, you know, we just say him,
We mean the Democrats.

Speaker 1 (00:54):
You're right, this is basically reviving an idea that if
you're relying on taxpayer funded goodies right out of the gate,
maybe you're not quite ready for full citizenship yet, maybe.

Speaker 2 (01:03):
You shouldn't be here at all.

Speaker 1 (01:04):
We want people to come to America if they have
a skill we need and they could contribute to our economy.

Speaker 2 (01:10):
But I'll just use some allions as an example here.

Speaker 1 (01:13):
The overwhelming majority of them have been and are on welfare,
public aid, Section eight housing, and they're contributing nothing, paying
very little in taxes. Basically, we just brought all these
people here so they can mooch off of us, and
then they ripped off billions of dollars and send it
to terror groups exactly.

Speaker 2 (01:31):
But you're not supposed to have a problem with that, right, I.

Speaker 1 (01:33):
Mean I do have a problem with it, Okayeh, I
just I didn't want to startle you, so I just wanted.

Speaker 2 (01:39):
To let you know I was here. Yeah, you in
the rear. What do you want? Just came in the rear. Yeah,
what's up? Oh? I just want to say good morning,
Happy Friday. Looking forward to the weekend. What are your
two biggest plans? Probably World Cup and the Odyssey movie,
I'm guessing, but which order? Uh?

Speaker 1 (01:54):
Saturday night, we have a comedy show in Orange, Texas
and other than that, I'm probably going to clean up
my closet this weekend.

Speaker 2 (02:01):
But it's World Cup final and the Odyssey is opening.
That is theater near you? Do you think.

Speaker 1 (02:06):
Uh, well, I'll play a video of you for you,
of the cast of the Odyssey rapping, and.

Speaker 2 (02:11):
You decided Telemachus, Penelope, Osseus, and Helen after the Iliot.

Speaker 1 (02:23):
All right, So here you have Robert Pattinson, Anne Hathaway,
Matt Damon, and you're thinking to yourself, Wow, that's the
cringiest thing I've ever seen.

Speaker 2 (02:32):
It's not.

Speaker 1 (02:32):
Actually the cringiest thing you ever saw was Hollywood celebrities.

Speaker 2 (02:37):
Singing imagine during the pandemic. Oh god, I remember this
easy future.

Speaker 1 (02:45):
That's Kristen wigg like gal Gado, that was a dude. Well,
it's just a bunch of different So they're Superman. The
guy that plays it, Sarah Sewerman.

Speaker 2 (03:01):
You get the point.

Speaker 1 (03:01):
Now, I know you're thinking that that's the cringiest thing
I've seen in a while.

Speaker 2 (03:06):
The other thing was the greenest. They're both the cringiest.
There's more now, We're just there's always going to keep playing.
There's more coming, you know, there is more.

Speaker 1 (03:16):
There is a rare moment yesterday where someone in Hollywood,
who I probably don't agree with on much, made a
point I did agree with, Okay. Arnold Schwarzenegger was speaking
at USC and he said something that I think everyone
in California needed to hear.

Speaker 3 (03:29):
I was very, very upset that someone's life was taken
because they have a different opinion.

Speaker 2 (03:40):
Charlie Kirk.

Speaker 3 (03:43):
I mean, it's just unbelievable. I mean, this was a
great communicator, a great advocate for the right for Republican causes,
and he had such a great way to communicating with
the students that agreed or disagreed with him. And that's

(04:05):
just thought. It's a human being, a human life is gone.
And he was a great father, a great husband, And
I was thinking about his children. They will only be

(04:26):
reading about him now instead of him reading to them.

Speaker 2 (04:33):
Oh that was pithy.

Speaker 1 (04:36):
Do you remember that part and Terminator too, where they're
lowering Arnold down into the molten lava in the steel
milor whatever that was.

Speaker 2 (04:43):
Then did he like wave goodbye, like it's been.

Speaker 1 (04:45):
Fun, guys fine, and John Connor's like no, and Arnold's.

Speaker 2 (04:50):
Like goodbye, goodbye, John Connell, goodbye. I'll go to get
to the chop. I don't think he's gotta get to
the chopper in that movie. I don't think it was
Malton lava either. But I'm just having fun here steel,
there's molten steel though, yeah, liquid steel. That didn't kill him.
It just rearranged him a little bit. But you know
that that T two hundred he could just melt and
come back anytime we wanted. Well, he was the T

(05:11):
one hundred. That was the T one thousands of the
low end.

Speaker 1 (05:14):
The T one thousand was made of liquid metal, and
he could transform himself into anything, and that cool. He
could turn his hand into a sword or something just
like a yeah, or that finger that would shoot out,
you know, like like an ice pick in your skull. Right,
pretty cool and at the time we thought that was
a really cool effect. But looking back on it, boy,
that really looks like craft, didn't it.

Speaker 2 (05:35):
I really was impressed when he went to the mental
facility to find Sarah and they would let him in
obviously because he he At one point he melted into
a little puddle on the floor, right. It was a
black and white check you know, like the twelve inch
check tiles, black and white crossword puzzle looking thing, and

(05:58):
he just he became the floor and then he came
back up out of it. That was fun. Yeah, that
was awesome, right. Well, the best one was when he
came out of that fiery eighteen wheeler. Remember he was
a chasing him with the eighteen wheeler and Arnold was
on the motorcycle. That was That was the best. Remember
the eighteen wheeler explodes when it came off at bridge

(06:21):
and landed down there at the river in the in
the Cement river, and he's like, well that on it.
And then he just comes walking out of the fire, say,
ain't no big thing.

Speaker 1 (06:33):
Remember when he pulls the guy over and he's like,
excuse me, I'm looking for this this boy. And the
guy's like, ah, oh wait. That was Wayne's world, My bad?

Speaker 2 (06:43):
Remember that? No, remember that pirate?

Speaker 1 (06:44):
Well, remember that pirate there at the mall and there's
the kid the red Etiquette's John Conner's friend. It's just
his instinct to light of the police. And the guy
walks up. He's like, have you seen this this boy?
And he lies to him, not realizing that he's actually
saving all of humanity.

Speaker 2 (06:59):
That's right, He's the world by telling a field like that.
You guys ready for Okay, I don't know if we
have time to tell the story now, but when we
get back the re emergence of the wokiest wokeness. I
think you ever woke up to.

Speaker 1 (07:16):
Oh god, it's worse than that video we just played
of the cast of Odyssey rapping.

Speaker 2 (07:20):
It's pretty bad.

Speaker 4 (07:21):
I'm tired of everybody pretending like all these migrants have
great food. Third world food is a scamp aja nets
you've never had. Guack, shut up, it's an avocado snatched up.
Don't tell me that people who are on the brink
of starvation know anything about fine cuisine. Huh what that
spice is?

Speaker 2 (07:39):
This seasoning?

Speaker 4 (07:40):
The reason they got to use so many spices is
because you're eating a pigeon.

Speaker 2 (07:43):
Wolton and Johnson. You've never seen the ending of it?
I guess, Oh no, what is that? Only forty something
years old? Now thirty? But you know close enough? Here
it goes. You know at some point, if you don't
catch up, you're gonna have things ruined for you.

Speaker 1 (07:59):
Another unless asks what was the big announcement yesterday? I
haven't heard any listen yesterday? Asks Jay Jay wanted to know.
Yay Jay missed yesterday's show, And that's okay because Kevin
heard it. He got VIP tickets to our annual Operation
Comedy Therapy charity stand up show Wheelchairs for Warriors.

Speaker 2 (08:18):
It was the big announcement yesterday.

Speaker 1 (08:20):
By the way, it's gone down September six at Tahos Brewery.
Tickets available at Wheelchairs for Warriors dot org. There's also
a link on the Walton Johnson Facebook, Kenny Webster Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.

Speaker 2 (08:32):
You get how it works. And look, last year we raised.

Speaker 1 (08:35):
A lot of money to buy dozens of wheelchairs for
very worthy, needy military heroes.

Speaker 2 (08:40):
A lot, but not enough, No, not even close. And
now there's more need than there was before. So yeah,
we got to we gotta catch up again.

Speaker 1 (08:49):
It's very important that people understand how broken the system
is and one way we've been able to try to
help ease by gathering together some of the best comedians.
Every year the show, it's a little bigger every year.
We get better comics. Every year we have a bigger
lineup and.

Speaker 2 (09:05):
Kind of like Willie's a Fourth of July picnic, huh,
it's the same kind of thing, pretty much just like that.
Every year it grows a little bigger.

Speaker 1 (09:11):
This year it's Saturday, September sixth at the Tejas Brewery.

Speaker 2 (09:15):
It's not just beer.

Speaker 1 (09:16):
I should point out they have almost everything except for tequila.
They have gin, vodka, whiskey. The food's amazing, there's wine, beer.
It's a lot of fun. So if you want to
go hang out with us, please do. Tickets are forty
bucks for that. It's tax deductible, and you can pay
more because it is given to the charity.

Speaker 2 (09:36):
Yeah, you could write it off.

Speaker 1 (09:37):
I mean, whatever you spend, it's money you don't have
to give to the federal government.

Speaker 2 (09:40):
That's one of the ways we raised a pretty good
amount of money last year was that people were so generous.
Come up and they say, well, it's forty bucks, but
I also want, you know, jump one hundred in the hat,
so to speak.

Speaker 1 (09:52):
Yeah, and it really is important to help these people.
These are men and women who went overseas and when
they got home, they just want their basic dignity back,
you know. They want to be able to fish with
their children, cook a meal without assistance, go to the
bathroom without and so these high quality mobility solutions, these
are this is the good stuff. They have a rinky

(10:13):
dinky wheelchair. What we're trying to do is get them
a better one.

Speaker 2 (10:16):
Yeah, it's not really very good for them. Okay, are
you ready for the wokiest woke you ever woke up to. Yes,
United Airlines realizes that they're about to start having some
unhappy customers, and so they have already added in some
flexibility to accommodate customers who get upset when they have

(10:40):
to fly in to the Donald J. Trump International Airport.
So United Airlines wants you to know that you will
be able to change the location which airport you fly
into without extra charge. An internal memo was you know

(11:01):
snuck out? I guess. United now in the process of
updating their system. The airport West Palm Beach Airport is
going to be called it is officially done, the Donald J.
Trump Airport, and say they know that that is going
to infuriate many many of their customers. So if you

(11:21):
don't want to fly into that airport, they can look
at nearby airports like Fort Lauderdale or Miami instead. Okayn't
that just wonderful? The President Donald J.

Speaker 1 (11:35):
Trump International Airport in Palm Beach is still it still
is the same. What is it the letters PBI Palm
Beach International. So the only way you'll be subjected to
or triggered by the existence of Donald Trump is if
you really spend a lot of time looking at the
sign at the entrance or exit of the airport.

Speaker 2 (11:54):
They are changing it within the system, it will become DJT,
just like in Houston. Is so, I believe you.

Speaker 1 (12:03):
But the way I heard it on the news the
other day is that it's not becoming DJT.

Speaker 2 (12:06):
So updating their system. I'm just reading the story here.
Where's who's reporting the I don't know. I believe it.
It doesn't matter. It's just it's the media. But they
said they are renaming PBI to DJT. Hmmm. And when
that happens on your ticket, you're going to of course

(12:29):
Trump arrangement syndrome is gonna cause you to scream and
run through the airport and you can't control your bowels
probably at this point.

Speaker 1 (12:36):
Okay, So yeah, Apparently Florida Governor Ron de Santis changed
legislation HB nine one nine on July ninth. Back in March,
they said they were not going to chance. It doesn't
matter if you go to that airport, you're going to
one of the most conservative Republican destinations in the country, or.

Speaker 2 (12:53):
You just going to somebody some place in Florida.

Speaker 1 (12:56):
Right, Well, but still it's that's Trump Country. What do
you care if Donald J. Trump's name is on something.
He's on stuff everywhere. The best part of the story
is that it hasn't even happened yet. Nobody cares yet,
nobody has had a problem with this yet. United Airlines
is just trying to get out in front of him.

Speaker 2 (13:13):
Assuming that so many people will be bothered by this,
that they're making a plan. They're ready to accommodate disgruntled
passengers with tds going to DJT.

Speaker 1 (13:25):
I don't know why it matters, but I guess if
you're heading there, then great. And that's the place where
Epstein trafficked all those girls. Those in that community have
bigger problems to worry about this. We well wouldn't know
anything about that at Epstein's stuff, no way to know.
Yesterday there was a conversation about it.

Speaker 2 (13:41):
Yeah, they want to get a.

Speaker 1 (13:42):
New attorney general. Todd blanche is his name. He was
Trump's lawyer for a couple of years. And there are
people saying they're not going to vote for him unless
he meets with the Epstein survivors.

Speaker 2 (13:53):
So we did.

Speaker 1 (13:54):
He met with Epstein's survivor, Andy Farmer, and basically had
a conversation here Annie's saying this, and it shouldn't confirm
Todd Bland. She didn't talk to me for long enough.
Plans represented Trump in more than one case for about
two years. Now he's up for confirmation. Apparently the chances
of him being the next Attorney general are very good.

(14:15):
We've had many years of people asking where's the client list?
Why wasn't more done? And when the Democrats were in charge,
everybody blamed the Democrats, And now the Republicans are in charge.
So obviously it's Trump's fault. But one thing's for sure,
it doesn't matter who's in charge, They're not going to
do anything about it.

Speaker 2 (14:31):
Oh god no.

Speaker 1 (14:32):
And I say that as somebody that's glad I voted
for Trump. Trump couldn't give us heaven, but Kamala gave
us hell.

Speaker 2 (14:38):
Oh, I said, good? Did you read that on a
bumper sticker?

Speaker 1 (14:42):
I'd rather live in Trump's purgatory than the Democrat? You know,
what is it? The seven layers of hell that we
would have had with Kamala who? Anyway, this fits the
ongoing Epstein Files drama. Nothing's really changed here. People are
noting that a lot of Epstein material is still being
slow walked or hidden. I think it's not because Trump
did something wrong so much as I think it's because

(15:03):
he murdered Epstein.

Speaker 2 (15:04):
Is that right? Yeah? I think that Trump's team he
didn't have it done, he didn't order it done, he
didn't pay somebody else. You say he specific murdered him
hand to hand combat.

Speaker 1 (15:15):
I think Trump went in late at night in like
a ninja type suit, like a jumpsuit, uh huh, mask,
goggles over the eyes, the whole shebang, kind of Mission
Impossible meets Secret Ninjas sort of thing.

Speaker 2 (15:26):
I went in there with the gloves on, and he
went in.

Speaker 1 (15:30):
Snuck up behind Epstein, snapped his neck like that like that,
and then made it look like he was hung there.
And if anybody thinks I'm lying about that, or that's
not true or that's too far, fetch, I just prove
prove him wrong.

Speaker 2 (15:42):
Yeah, exactly, prove proof, get me wrong. You got evidence
to the contrary. Let's hear about it. Yeah, I get it.
It's ridiculous. But in the meantime, we have emails coming
in about all kinds of subjects, stuff we talked about
earlier in the week. It's Friday. Everything's kind of funneling
down into the funnel here to pinch Point. And one
of the things probably a lot of people listening on

(16:03):
the app, you know, catching up with the shows from earlier.
Sure they heard us talking about, well, data centers for
one thing. Tom's a thinking fellow. Most of our listeners are,
what do you got, Tom Thom says, put the data
centers in Greenland. No heating or insulation needed. Uh, you know,

(16:24):
if they create a lot of heat, Greenland has got
built in air conditioning. Also, once we build the data
centers there and they're up and running, that's ours, Greenland's ours.
Then it's the same rule as when you lick food.
Good point, Yeah, Finder's key. First kind of thing. Well
that is so gross, yeps. Yeah. Remember this is my
highlight reel. The mountains are calling it a must go
