Con “La tempesta di neve” Vocifero intraprende un percorso tra le pagine della narrativa di Alexander Puškin, universalmente riconosciuto come il padre della letteratura russa ma autore poco frequentato in Italia.
In questo racconto il destino di due giovani amanti è segnato da un burrascoso evento naturale. Natura beffarda in Puškin; non solo ostile come lo è per gli autori dell’Ottocento romantico inglese; non solo tormentosa com’è per i poeti e narratori tedeschi, coevi del russo.
E l’autore/demiurgo Puškin si diverte, con levità, a rimescolare le carte dei legami d’amore, sino a giungere ad un’imprevista agnizione finale.
