But repetition is not powerful because it creates habit. Repetition
is powerful because it reprograms identity. Habits are the surface,
identity is the root. When repetition reaches the root, it
doesn't just teach you what to do, It teaches you
who you are. That's where transformation begins, from habit to expansion.

Early in my journey, I used repetition as a survival tool,
coming out of the projects in Far Rockaway, stepping into ministry,
and even learning the ropes of entrepreneurship. I told myself
over and over I can do this. But beneath those
words was the whisper of imposter syndrome. You don't belong here,

You're faking it. They'll find out. That's what happens when
repetition is disconnected from identity.
