So Section eight case workers are taken to X and
they're telling you how the scam is pulled off, exposing
the scams. When it comes to Section eight housing. We've
talked about this here for some time on the program,
and I have a lot of clients that are involved

in real estate and rentals, and again their developers in
many cases, they have no choice. You want to build
a building, you have to have Section eight housing certain
amounts that are there. And they tell me the horse
stories without fail, people where the state is basically paying
their entire rent.
Speaker 3 (01:00):
They don't work, I don't even.
Speaker 2 (01:02):
Try to work, and they tend to be very problematic.
There many Section eight caseworkers are now taken X and
exposing that they're dealing with Section eight housing where you've
got four, four and five generations of family members on
Section eight.
Speaker 3 (01:21):
That's what they're saying. And they lie, they lie, saying
that they have sickness, and this is that that can't
be proven to qualify, and what they do is is
and they sometimes cut deals with their case workers so
they'll never be kicked off of Section eight Housing. Quote
(01:45):
went to a lady's house for an inspection, and see,
she said, I've had my voucher for fifty years. I
made sure that I got my daughter on a voucher.
I made sure I got my granddaughter on a voucher.
I couldn't get my son not a voucher, so I
told them he had asthma. You can't prove asthma or migraines,

she told me.

Because she was telling me of way to scam the system. Says,
I pull up and I'm driving around in a.
Speaker 3 (02:17):
Twenty thirteen camera. They having a driveway lexus BMW's happens
all the time. Again, this is the same thing that
the people I know that are in this business there
and they're the same thing, same thing. They never work,
you know, get boxes and boxes of brand news, sneakers delivered,
(02:38):
fancy cars, all sorts of you know stuff. Again, this
is the reality of our situation. This is the problem
with handouts and giveaways. And again I'm not saying this
is all people out there but the issue is and
how we go about judging these programs that are there
to supposedly help.
Speaker 2 (02:56):
People out when they get down and out. And again,
I don't have a problem with helping out people in
their down and out, but it can't be a way
of life, and it's become a way of life. These
programs should be judged based upon how many people you
get off them. Obviously, this is not working. Obvious, is
not where you're You're not helping these people these people, obviously,
(03:21):
And again you gotta feel people. I just feel sorry
for these people. I feel sorry for these people because
they live unfulfilled lives. Drifting off the taxpayer is no
way to go through life.

And again it's a complete waste of talent.

Again, maybe it's that's you know, unless I'm a compassion
trying to come through. But this has got to stop
the best way you're gonna help these people by saying
the jibs up.

Point in time, and you're gonna have to get the
hell out and get yourself a job.
