Matthew Cruiser says Emma Abbadizzato was seen by passing bicyclists

and Old bron Kraft Boulevard in Penfield on Monday night.

A citizen on the trail was riding their mountain bike
and alerted deputies who were also riding their bikes on
the trail that he recognized the individual from a photo
he was that he saw.

Curser believes she will be checked out at the hospital
for minor injuries. They believe she got turned around to
the trails and separated while hiking with her father. Ironicoy
police a a domestic dispute on Brower Road ended with
one men dead and another injured. Chief Scott Peters says
a thirty eight year old man struck his seventy two
year old father in the head of a pipe during
a fight. The father was taken to the hospital. Officers
later surrounded to nearby homes before finding the sun dead

inside his bedroom. Police have not released their names. Meantime,
at assaulting Greece has also turned deadly.

Police say fifty three year old Timothy Carlton has died
of injuries. He was found unconscious in his home last Wednesday.
Forty six year old Sean Warnick allegedly punched him in
the head several times during an argument. Carlton suffered brain
bleeding and went at a cardiac arrest. Warnick is currently
charged with assault, but that charge is expected to be upgraded.

A Rochester murder Paroli is now facing charges in a
bank robbery. Police eight fifty nine year old Terry Manuel
held up a teler At ESL credit union on North
Goodman Street Saturday, and then ran away. He was arrested
yesterday at a meeting with his parole officer. Manuel served
nearly twenty years in prison for a deadly stabbing on
Lyle Avenue of two thousand and two, where police say
stamped the victim one hundred and seventeen times. Manuel was

released last year facing robbery and grand larceny roches. Telisa
made a couple of gun arrests.

Investigators say fifty two year old Miguel Lopez was taken
into custody after allegedly firing a shot from a bicycle
at a pedestrian on Portland Avenue last week. No one
was heart Please say a loaded ghost gun was also
recovered from his home, and in separate case, officers arrested
forty seven year old Sharad Smith after a reported domestic
incident on Owen Street. Please say he tossed a loaded
