After a flurry of reports that President Trump was weighing an order to pull out of NAFTA, he now says he'd rather renegotiation. But improving the trade deal could mean exhuming Obama's Trans-Pacific Partnership. Then: Republicans haven't given up on repealing and replacing Obamacare.
