INSiiGHTS ON SPORTS explores sports upsets pulled off by underdogs in college football and basketball, and the increasing number of those earth-shaking events…. TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (Dec. 5) – INSiiGHTS ON SPORTS, the brainchild of the visionary championship winning coach, Mickey Clayton, premiere their latest show: Cinderellas In Sports – Folks Love The Underdog this Friday, December 6 at 7:00 p.m. ET on www.insiights.com and iHeart Radio. Coach Mickey Clayton, Clayton Smith, Gerald “G.T.” Tookes and Alvin “The Professor” Hollins hold a rare roundtable discussion on the sports upsets by underdog programs in college football and basketball, and some of the reasons behind the increasing number of those jaw-dropping games. The program also featured INSiiGHTS VOICES original content from North Carolina A&T men’s basketball coach Cy Alexander, who led the Aggies to an opening round NCAA Tournament win last March, and shares some interesting takes on smaller programs against the power teams. Alexander, has been head coach at South Carolina State in the MEAC, as well as Tennessee State in the Ohio Valley Conference.
