This week on Money Talking, Paul Barrett, senior writer for Bloomberg Businessweek, reports on the lawsuit filed against HSBC, Credit Suisse, Barclays, Standard Chartered and Royal Bank of Scotland alleging their dealings with Iran aided terrorist attacks that killed Americans. The case was filed by New Jersey lawyer Gary Osen who recently won a suit against Arab Bank for transferring money to suicide bombers who killed Americans in Israel. Barrett tells host Charlie Herman that in this latest suit, Osen is stretching the law even further as he seeks damages for the relatives of Americans killed in Iraq. Later in the show, as part of the ongoing series of conversations with authors for the Harvard Business Review about surviving the workplace, how to stop people from wasting your time. (listen here for the full interview) Dorie Clark, business professor and author of Reinventing You weighs in on how to be more productive by keeping co-workers from bothering you.
