The latest home kitchen must-have, the immersion blender, is causing more serious hand injuries than ever before.Of the many primal noises to emanate from the modern kitchen — crackle, sizzle, mmm and so forth — AAAGGGHHH! is not one anybody wants to hear! But the latest home kitchen must-have, the immersion blender, has changed all that, as cooks are regularly slicing-and-dicing their fingers.
