The helmets, made by Pacific Cycle with the word "Schwinn" on the front were recalled for potential chin strap problems and posing a choking hazard.The U.S. Transportation Department is banning passengers and crew members from carrying e-cigarettes in checked baggage or charging the devices onboard aircraft. The agency cited numerous incidents that show the devices can catch fire during transport. And... is your city "fit"? A new study finds Washington, D.C. to be the fittest city in America, followed by Minneapolis/St. Paul and Denver. Walking by residents, lower smoking rates, more parkland for physical activity and lower rates of diabetes and heart problems were cited in the rankings. The least fit cities in the U.S? Indianapolis, Oklahoma City, and Louisville. Interestingly, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Orlando, Sacramento and San Diego had the largest drops in their fit
