The inability to give yourself down time or leisure time can be a huge problem for your health.Being busy can be a great thing in your life. It shows you're actively working, planning, and splitting your time in multiple places. However, are you someone who gets anxious thinking you have nothing to do the next day? Or do you have a hard time avoiding emails while on vacation?
