2016 will be a big year for Kansas as it mixes old and new. The band known for such classic songs as "Carry On, Wayward Son" and "Dust in the Wind" will join on the bandwagon of performing a landmark album in its entirety. For Kansas, it's Leftoverture, the 1976 LP that broke the band big across the country. Richard Williams of Kansas says touring for the 40th anniversary Leftoverture is something new for them. "It's the 40th anniversary of the album. We've never done an album in its entirety before, just like it was recorded -- from beginning to end in order, and all of that. With the new lineup, we're up to do anything. We're always reinventing ourselves in a way." There's also new to go along with the old. Kansas just finished its first album of new material since 2000.
