Let's face it...we are a sedentary society with frightening food ingredients, such as rubber in bread from fast food franchises. General health issues--food chemicals, poor eating habits, and lack of physical activity--have now been targeted as one of the leading causes of cancer and other diseases. Fast food is too convenient. We work hard at a desk, go home mentally exhausted, eat late after dealing with traffic, and then we just cannot think about exercise.
