When the soil is deficient of minerals, your food is deficient.Buying foods that are both organic and local is the ideal answer, but not everyone can do that. Growing your own food is also an option, but what if you can't do that either?Special guests Mira Calton, CN and Jayson Calton, PhD, say there are three steps you can take to start getting more micronutrients into your diet:
Switch to "rich" foods (those that are rich in micronutrients).
Evaluate your lifestyle. Identify what is robbing you or depleting you of nutrients (diet, exercise, stress, even some Rx drugs).
