Keeping Your Kids Safe On Halloween

October 29, 20149 min
Keeping your children safe on Halloween is up to you. When we were kids Halloween seemed a whole lot safer.Dressing up as hobos and cowboys and going out to get tricks and treats didn't seem to be all that scary, but today, you want to do all you can to safe guard your princess and pirate. While most trick and treats are done during daylight hours it has become the norm to accompany your child while out getting all those sugary treats. Some examples of how to keep your child safe are:

Cross the street at corners, using traffic signals and crosswalks.
Look left, right and left again when crossing and keep looking as you cross.
Put electronic devices down and keep heads up and walk, don’t run, across the street.

Listen in to hear as Dr. David Hill discusses what you can do to help insure your child's Halloween is awesome.
