Dan Halstrom, President & CEO of the U.S. Meat Export Federation, says that we are seeing “a lot of good signs for a stronger fall” after May and June was the peak impact from COVID-19. BASF Technical Agronomist Mark Storr says that most of the crops, except maybe late planted soybeans, are too far along have gotten much benefit from last week’s rain. Jamey Kohake is our market analyst today as we are sustaining $10+ soybean futures; but he says we may be hitting the ceiling. Tim Meyer from the Steffes Group achinery is still available if you may need a second machine to bring in some of the down corn; but might not be here in a few weeks with high demand.
