Occupy Your Mind For Better Fitness
In this audio brief of my upcoming interview with Jessica Bailey certified personal trainer we talk about how to keep your mind occupied so that your workout seems less like work.
Agility training is any routine you add to your exercise regiment that requires agility and focus. Jumping rope, for example, is a great way to focus your attention on something other than the cardiovascular activity. Trail running, is another example of a time where the focus required keeps the activity fresh and fun. Time seems to pass effortlessly when you’re not dwelling on the work.
