September 7, 2015•26 min
In this episode of the Outside Health and Fitness podcast I talk with Drew Taddia about how small lifestyle changes can make a big difference in how you manage stress in your life.

Web MD says that:
* Forty-three percent of all adults suffer adverse health effects from stress.
* Seventy-five percent to 90% of all doctor’s office visits are for stress-related ailments and complaints.
