Rejection is the mother of Reinvention.
What if we were ALL courageous enough to tell the TRUTH about our beautifully imperfect selves, our messy mommy lives, and our complicated relationships with our money?

What would that look like for YOU?

Our truth feels dangerously VULNERABLE, but...
Believe me when I say that coming to terms with YOUR real, raw and transparent TRUTH is about the most liberating thing you can do for yourself.

The TRUTH that you are willing to discover about yourself can result in a massive and life-changing break-through. I can tell you for CERTAIN that every one of us struggles with a lack of confidence and self-worth. We have VERY convincing arguments with ourselves for why we believe that we are deeply flawed, fundamentally broken and undeserving of what we TRULY desire.

The Path to Prosperity is lined with PROBITY.
No one can ever accuse me of being a fraud.
I've been criticized many times for OVER-SHARING especially during personal times of struggle ...but I have never held back putting it all out there. WHY? Because it would be a disservice to you and all other momleaders who are looking to be inspired. (It is also incredibly FREEING for me!)

I hope that MY TRUTH has served as some relief to YOU and given you the freedom to flow with your own adversities.
On Today's Show...
Let's get NAKED. Let's be Brave, Bold and Bad-ass.
Honor yourself with the time to ask the tough questions that I've listed below:

❀ What is at stake if you don't come to terms with your truth?

❀ What limiting beliefs about yourself do you get to hold onto if you decide to never question them?

❀ How does holding onto your story keep you repeating the same patterns of regret and disappointment?

❀ How does the same, familiar struggle keep you safe?

Answer these questions for yourself to discover that NO unexpected or disappointing circumstance has power over you unless you allow it.

Today I'll be interviewing the fabulous and successful mom entrepreneur, Sarah Walton!
Sarah speaks around the nation, offers courses, products and workshops, all designed to inspire, ignite passion and to bring the power of femininity forward by taking better care of ourselves and learning to lean back just as often as we lean in.

Dr. Death

Dr. Death

We’re at our most vulnerable when we go to our doctors. We trust the person at the other end of that scalpel. We trust the hospital. We trust the system. Christopher Duntsch was a neurosurgeon who radiated confidence. He claimed he was the best in Dallas. If you had back pain, and had tried everything else, Dr. Duntsch could give you the spine surgery that would take your pain away. But soon his patients started to experience complications, and the system failed to protect them. Which begs the question: who - or what - is that system meant to protect? From Wondery, the network behind the hit podcast Dirty John, DR. DEATH is a story about a charming surgeon, 33 patients and a spineless system. Reported and hosted by Laura Beil.
