Speaker 1 (00:03):
What would you talk about your on your podcast?

Speaker 2 (00:05):
Fine Elvis sixteen Morning show, fifteen minute morning show podcast.

Speaker 1 (00:16):
Let's do it. You guys ready to go? Yeah? What
a busy day here at the Elvistran Morning Show studios.

Speaker 2 (00:21):
Huh yeah, new kids in the block stop by, and
you know you got to listen to that interview.

Speaker 1 (00:28):
It is really great.

Speaker 2 (00:28):
You can just watch it too, I guess right, yes,
you can just check it out on demand. It's it's
the Elvis Trane Morning Show on demand podcast show.

Speaker 3 (00:38):
So most people, at least since I've been here, that
we've had in at one time, Danielle and I had
to share a mic.

Speaker 4 (00:43):
Yeah, thats fun. You're five guests.

Speaker 2 (00:45):
Well, I got to tell you, when Nate I first
started talking about having them on, I was like, oh,
the last time I had them on, it was five
guys and they were just talking all over each other.

Speaker 1 (00:53):
It was insane. He's like, well, maybe if they've grown
up since then, what year was that? I said, nineteen ninety.

Speaker 2 (01:00):
But they really have grown up there, yeah, shallowing me
to think they're still the same.

Speaker 5 (01:05):
They were so amazing, Like they didn't talk over each
other at all. They were respectful of each other's space,
which was awesome and I we said this on the air,
but after the afterwards, Gandhi and I were talking to
them and we were like, how do you guys stay
so grounded and just so thankful and appreciative, because at
some point, when you're doing this a long time, it
must get like oh again. But they they said a

(01:26):
couple of them were talking about their families and how
that helps them out. It was just so cool.

Speaker 4 (01:31):
What are you doing?

Speaker 1 (01:32):
You came behind my back and pushed a button.

Speaker 6 (01:34):
There's one there's one mic position that the fader was
up just a hair so if it was in Diamond Studio,
I didn't want.

Speaker 1 (01:40):
Okay, thank you for looking up for us.

Speaker 4 (01:42):
Nate.

Speaker 1 (01:42):
Nate's in a bad mood today.

Speaker 4 (01:44):
It was just a busy day.

Speaker 1 (01:47):
It's a very busy day.

Speaker 5 (01:48):
He gets overwhelmed because don't know, he's got to he's
got to clean and put the stuff over here and
get them organized and do that and keep us.

Speaker 1 (01:54):
On trains traffic control. So you did that very well.
But I just there's an edge to you today. I'm
just pointing out.

Speaker 3 (02:01):
Okay, I got a question about that, about his edge,
about any edge. If someone tells you you seem like
you're in a bad mood. Does that then put you
in a bad moody? Yeah?

Speaker 2 (02:12):
Or it could open you up for a conversation where
you could actually admit to us why.

Speaker 1 (02:15):
You're in a bad mood.

Speaker 4 (02:17):
You don't have the time.

Speaker 1 (02:19):
Okay, there you go.

Speaker 4 (02:21):
That it's got.

Speaker 7 (02:22):
Nothing to do with any of us, right, yeah, I'm
assuming with us that's the case.

Speaker 4 (02:29):
Then I can move on nice.

Speaker 6 (02:32):
You know, I mean I think you nail.

Speaker 4 (02:34):
I mean, I mean part of what I do is.

Speaker 6 (02:36):
Making sure everybody is set and ready to go. And
it's just it was a lot today.

Speaker 3 (02:42):
It's like hurting cats, right, yeah.

Speaker 6 (02:43):
Five guests and you know you're trying to keep on track, and.

Speaker 1 (02:46):
It all worked out, It all worked out, It paid
off whatever you did.

Speaker 4 (02:50):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (02:50):
But that's why I probably look like I do now
is because Haggard on point for those two and a
half three.

Speaker 1 (02:58):
Do you you don't look Haggard. I think you think
you look Haggard. I feel Haggard, Merle Haggard. He leaves
it all out there.

Speaker 8 (03:05):
You don't get to see Nate walk into like the
green room and like introduce himself to the guests before
they come in here, so.

Speaker 1 (03:12):
I know what he does though he turns it on.
Oh yeah, yeah, maybe I want you to turn it
on for me. Every once in a while, I dress up,
dress up for Big Daddy. I dress up today.

Speaker 4 (03:20):
I wear my nicest vest.

Speaker 1 (03:25):
It's a nice it is. Patagonia is a great, great brand.

Speaker 2 (03:28):
Weekend Wall Street, Nate, you have bests.

Speaker 4 (03:31):
My god, isn't Haggard also the name of some pants.

Speaker 1 (03:35):
It's Haggard And.

Speaker 6 (03:36):
That is also the name of a cartoon in Sunday,
Haggard the Horrible He got him getting them all mixed up?

Speaker 7 (03:46):
Hey, vests For a second. I could never rock a vest.
You know you have seven vests. I'm actually very jealous.

Speaker 1 (03:54):
You have to be rail thin to pull up a vest.

Speaker 4 (03:56):
That's the problem.

Speaker 1 (03:58):
That's why I don't wear vests.

Speaker 4 (03:59):
Is that real? Is that really it?

Speaker 7 (04:00):
It's got to be that then, yeah, because yeah, I
never looked good in one.

Speaker 2 (04:05):
I mean, I don't know any because if we were
vest we look like we work at like some electronic store.

Speaker 1 (04:09):
And that's nform, you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 4 (04:12):
We had to wear them for a minute here at
the radio station we do appearances. They we had vests,
so there was a Z one.

Speaker 2 (04:19):
By the way, I did have a vest today, but
you can rock a vest.

Speaker 5 (04:24):
No, but it's my outdoor vest. It's like, you know,
keep me one of the puffer vests. It's a little different.

Speaker 1 (04:28):
Now get back to Haggard pants. They had. They had
a brand called Sands a belt. Yes, I remember those
were you could eat a big dinner and your pants
would grow with you.

Speaker 3 (04:41):
I this Sands.

Speaker 5 (04:42):
Does that mean without the belt Sands a belt.

Speaker 1 (04:45):
Yeah, you don't have to have a belt. The pants
just do all the work I need. I never thought
about that as well.

Speaker 2 (04:50):
And then they did you ever have to use an
add a button if you're an overweight guy?

Speaker 5 (04:54):
Yes, when you're pregnant, like the seat belt extender on
the air exactly, so you know you're you put your
button through the hole on your pants.

Speaker 2 (05:01):
Well if they don't match. It's this elastic thing that
goes around one's and goes on the hole and one
then goes on the button. It great, gives you extra space.

Speaker 5 (05:11):
But pregnant women, when you're not ready for the maternity
clothes yet, it's so good.

Speaker 4 (05:14):
I just wear stretchy jeans now these are stretchy.

Speaker 3 (05:17):
Yeah, I think I'm gonna go get one of those
buttons out a button. Yeah, I got some jeans I
could bring back Resurrectum.

Speaker 1 (05:24):
You should. So what's going on today? It's a day.

Speaker 2 (05:27):
We're all in New York City. We have an opportunity
to enjoy. This city is so nice they named it twice.

Speaker 5 (05:32):
I have a terrible headache all of it. But I
took a Migraine pellaches now, so I need to lay down.

Speaker 1 (05:36):
You only had two hours of sleepless.

Speaker 5 (05:38):
Yeah, well but it was worth it. Hell's Kitchen. If
you're in New York, go see it.

Speaker 1 (05:42):
What about you, Garrett? What are you doing today? I
don't know to bed.

Speaker 8 (05:44):
I've been out since twelve thirty.

Speaker 1 (05:47):
Scary invited him to lunch.

Speaker 2 (05:48):
He says he can't have lunch, but he has to
work out, And then he says, but I could cancel
my workout.

Speaker 7 (05:52):
Yeah, because lunch always sounds more appetizing than working out.

Speaker 1 (05:56):
Of course it does.

Speaker 7 (05:57):
But yeah, no, I probably should work out because I
only go twice a week, and people are saying that
that's not enough, that you got not three days a week.

Speaker 5 (06:07):
Well, I think you also have to watch you eat
too in between, Like it's not working is not going
to do it unless you're doing other things with it.

Speaker 2 (06:13):
But you didn't toast your bagel today, so I think
that takes a well.

Speaker 7 (06:16):
You know what, if there was no bagels here, I
wouldn't have eaten one, but they were in front of me.

Speaker 4 (06:20):
How do I step?

Speaker 6 (06:21):
Scary? You're working out twice a week now, where you
worked out twice in twenty years prior to that. True,
you're doing great.

Speaker 4 (06:27):
I'm okay.

Speaker 1 (06:28):
Hey, coach to boy Josh, can you grab him?

Speaker 7 (06:30):
Hey, coach, boy Josh, talk about a guy that goes
to the gym.

Speaker 1 (06:35):
There he is? Is that Mike go?

Speaker 3 (06:37):
You'll look like this?

Speaker 5 (06:37):
Scary?

Speaker 1 (06:38):
It's all here, Hi, Coach to boy Josh, Hi, how's
it going?

Speaker 4 (06:43):
It's good?

Speaker 1 (06:44):
Are you my lunch date today? No one else can
go right there?

Speaker 4 (06:48):
Why am I trying to put a head funk on?

Speaker 3 (06:49):
I don't know where you're doing.

Speaker 2 (06:51):
It's a radio thing. Have lunch forman today? No one
else will go down. Gandhi has an interview.

Speaker 4 (06:56):
I don't want Gandhi going anywhere.

Speaker 3 (06:57):
Oh, let me tell you what Josh said. I would
like you to settle this, Josh said, if he wanted
to get me disinvited from the lunch. He could do it.
He has power over you to get me uninvited to
that said that what.

Speaker 4 (07:09):
He said, that's a lie. There is a lie. That's manipulated.

Speaker 3 (07:15):
Wait does it? What does it mean if somebody's like,
I could get you uninvited?

Speaker 1 (07:18):
For sure? Be fair.

Speaker 2 (07:21):
It was Josh's idea originally to have lunch today. He's like,
I miss you. We haven't had lunch in a long time.
Let's get together, have some cocktails, get a driver.

Speaker 4 (07:29):
You know.

Speaker 1 (07:30):
So I got that done today.

Speaker 5 (07:32):
But then you invited everyone else.

Speaker 2 (07:34):
No, no, So I sent him a text. I said,
I said, well, should we invite other people? He says,
well yes, but not Gandhy. After the debacle she caused
this past weekend, this guy rueda.

Speaker 3 (07:47):
He route my Sunday?

Speaker 4 (07:48):
No, you ruined?

Speaker 5 (07:52):
Happened?

Speaker 3 (07:52):
We didn't plan any flaked.

Speaker 4 (07:54):
That's the opposite, happen. You're the one that flaked.

Speaker 1 (07:57):
What happened?

Speaker 4 (07:58):
She invited me to this art exhibit, right exactly, It's aid,
pick a day. I said, how about Sunday Sunday fun day?
Mind you? What does that mean? It implies a certain time? Right,
Sunday Funday is always noon, one o'clock, two o'clock. Gandhi
like diddled herself all day and like, by like seven pm,
she's like, you want to go?

Speaker 1 (08:13):
It closes at nine.

Speaker 4 (08:14):
That's not Sunday Fun Day.

Speaker 1 (08:16):
What happened Sunday fun night?

Speaker 3 (08:19):
It would be. Well, First of all, we had to
walk to the place that we were going so early
in the morning, like nine am. I texted him and
I was like, hey, it's real crappy outside. He said, yeah,
I know. Are you setting me up to not go?
I said no, we can totally go, just giving you
options because it's crappy outside. Then he's like, I'm going
to go work out. So he goes and works out.

Speaker 4 (08:35):
I text her. I text her at noon it's getting
sunny outd Gandhi replies. Two hours later. I reply to that,
trying to like and if hour and a half later,
and by that time it's five pm. I call her
out as a flake and then she's like, no, I'll
go right now, knowing it's like seven pm at this

(08:56):
point and no one wants to go.

Speaker 1 (08:57):
Okay, first she just does you need you need a drink?
I can tell it right now now I have.

Speaker 4 (09:02):
Had three cups of coffee, this.

Speaker 1 (09:06):
Leve alone. All right, here's what I'm getting, man, I
just give you my two sisters.

Speaker 5 (09:09):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (09:10):
I don't think either one of you. I don't think
either one of you want to do anything Sunday because
it was a nasty, nasty, rainy day, and I think
you're both just looking for to yell at each other
and blaming the other person.

Speaker 1 (09:19):
I don't think you wanted to go. I don't think
he wanted to go.

Speaker 4 (09:21):
I think you have that right about Gandhi.

Speaker 3 (09:23):
No, I did want to go, and I do want
to go on Josh anymore.

Speaker 4 (09:27):
But I did same same. I think just five five
a little late for a Sunday.

Speaker 1 (09:31):
I'm sorry, just I agree.

Speaker 3 (09:33):
I agree.

Speaker 4 (09:34):
It was called Sunday fun Day.

Speaker 3 (09:35):
I know. Get back to today.

Speaker 2 (09:38):
So you're saying she ruined your Sunday, therefore she was
not to be invited to the lunch that you decided
to have today. And I was I'm like, hey, whatever
you want to do, it's if you want to, it's
your lunch.

Speaker 1 (09:49):
You called it right, right right.

Speaker 3 (09:51):
And so you're saying he does have the power to
get me uninvited even though you invited me in this situ,
doesn't want me to go, then Josh is going to
get me invited.

Speaker 2 (09:58):
No, he bent and said, okay, you can invite you
can invite her, So then I've invited you.

Speaker 1 (10:02):
But then he also listed Danielle.

Speaker 2 (10:04):
And Garrett and Scary and Nate and Scottie, I mean
and and NATed and named everyone.

Speaker 3 (10:10):
I don't think we've got answers the question.

Speaker 8 (10:12):
Can I ask what they were fighting? I walk by
in Gandhi and Josh were fighting about Netflix.

Speaker 4 (10:17):
Oh God, don't even get me started on this is either.

Speaker 1 (10:19):
An NFL too. Yeah, okay, you want to hear this one.
You have a headache now, Danielle, I know my headaches.

Speaker 3 (10:26):
Play on the counter again, you know.

Speaker 4 (10:27):
Well. Gandhi said on the air this morning that she
like doesn't know what's going on in the NFL. Like
there's less access than ever to the game, like you
need to, like you need to stream first of all,
any nationally any national game, which a Netflix game would
be considered a national game. There is still a local broadcast,
so everyone can see the game for free, So there's
still more access. You have the access, and then there's

(10:51):
more access than ever because everyone eighty three percent Americans
have a streaming service, so you're probably getting a game anyways.

Speaker 3 (10:56):
And I think big streaming has gotten to Josh because
he wants us to download every app and watch everything
all the time.

Speaker 2 (11:01):
You're calling him elitist because he thinks he can download
all the streams.

Speaker 3 (11:05):
Just willing just get all the streams. He says, it's fine.
Just what I'm saying.

Speaker 4 (11:09):
Either I'm quoted.

Speaker 8 (11:13):
I heard all I heard was only on Netflix. That's
what it says in the fine print.

Speaker 4 (11:18):
That's the fine prints. Please. So if the gets are
on Netflix, there will be a game on CB, there
will be a local broadcast on CBS, and if you
just have an HD antenna, you get it for free.

Speaker 3 (11:28):
But if you're not there, then you have to get Netflix.

Speaker 4 (11:30):
Yeah, but it's always been that one.

Speaker 3 (11:31):
You didn't always have to be out of market.

Speaker 4 (11:33):
You could never see your your.

Speaker 3 (11:34):
In some way, like if you have the NFL, what
is the red thing NFL? I needed a.

Speaker 4 (11:39):
Direct TV subscription you get all the games, and now
you just need to go on YouTube and get your subscription.

Speaker 3 (11:45):
It was one place. Now places if you get Amazon,
you have to get Netflix. You want to go on
you know, you.

Speaker 4 (11:50):
Could still just go to YouTube.

Speaker 2 (11:51):
You're saying that TV a credible news director, she gave
false information, She lost a little bit of credibility.

Speaker 3 (12:01):
Okay, okay, it's all. It's up with a man, I say,
big stream. He's gotten the job and that's it.

Speaker 7 (12:07):
We gotta get out of Here's that guy in the
corner behind Danielle.

Speaker 4 (12:12):
That's David katz Oh.

Speaker 1 (12:15):
Came in for the fight.

Speaker 4 (12:16):
He got the ringside time, the fifteen minute morning show,
