they have, this trial is over. As I said on X yesterday and
I want to repeat it now,it was a disaster for the prosecution.
This was their pillar. Everything wasbuilding up now to Michael Cohen's testimony.

He was the guy who, bythe way, Cohen vowed repeatedly on his
own podcasts in interview after interview,ponting grandstanding, mocking Trump, saying he
was going to bury him in histestimony, Well, yesterday was his day,

his fifteen minutes of fame. Therethey were no new evidence, as
I said on X, no newevidence. He was asked question after question
after question and in the end,is there a smoking gun? Yet?
Did they move the ball forward?Yet? Did they unearth any kind of

new evidence? And yet no.In fact, what we found out is
not only was there no new evidence, i e. They got nothing on
Trump, but even worse than that, it was Cohen who committed the crimes,
not Trump. So by his ownadmission, he said that in September

Trump was there at a meeting betweenhimself, Cohen and at a time the
publisher of the National Inquirer, DavidPecker, and call in unbeknownst to Trump.

a two party conversation, if onlyone party knows about the communications or the
recording and the other one doesn't.So technically it was legal. But let
me tell you what is not legal, and that is attorney client privilege and
violating attorney client privilege. That wasan illegal recording. It was an illegal

recording because at the time Trump washis client, his attorney, his personal
lawyer was of course Michael Cohen.So this comeback, this twice convicted felon,

is one of his banks, toarrange financing for the payoff to Stormy Daniels,

the money, the one hundred andthirty thousand dollars to give to Stormy in
which I would be reimbursed by theTrump organization down the road, my wife
would have said no right away.Why because it's a joint account and one

had to go behind my wife's back. And so I went to the bank
to get a home line, ahome equity line of credit. But I
created a false shell company. Headmits it on the stand and says,
no, I lied about the purposeof why I was creating the shell company

and the reason that we were creatingthis account to wire the funds to store
me Daniels's lawyer, I openly lied. I said it was about consulting fees
and management consultant. It had nothingto do with being a management consultant.
So I misled the bank. Icommitted fraud upon the bank. And I'm

looking at this and I'm like,why isn't Alvin Bragg prosecuting Cohen? Why
isn't Alvin Bragg. You want totalk about falsifying business records. This guy
just admitted on the stand that hefalsified business records, and you're going after
