Miley Cyrus Brings Out The Water Guns For iHeartSummer '17 Weekend

June 11, 2017

Fresh off the release of her new single, "Inspired," Miley Cyrus brought a balloon-filled set to our iHeartSummer ’17 Weekend By AT&T with cuts off her as-yet-untitled country/pop-fused album, which is due later this year.

Similar to the set during her recent promotional campaign, the former Disney darling brought the soothing sounds of her new music to the 305 with a seven-member band and two background singers. Cyrus kicked off the 15-minute performance with "Malibu," the lead single from her forthcoming LP.

"I've played this song, 'Malibu,' everywhere, but it's always really great when I can play it by the beach, so I'm happy to be all hot and sweaty with all of you guys," she told the crowd in a white tank top and ripped denim shorts. "My hair is extra wild. Who else's hair is super f**king frizzy?"

Even though she went on to offer the audience with the breezy sounds of "Inspired," a Cyrus show isn't a Cyrus show without some spontaneity and the pop star offered just that with her finale track, "We Can't Stop." In between spraying the crowd with water guns, she went the extra mile to make the audience feel appreciated when she started to throw bouquets of flowers into the iHeartSummer '17 crowd. Oh, and how could we forget the cameo from 17-year-old Noah Cyrus, who joined the star for some water gun fun?

Earlier in the day, the 24-year-old chart-topper hosted her very own vegan BBQ and passed out vegan sliders and corn to the audience members at the hotel. Cryus also made one fan's dream come true when she shared a sausage with the attendee straight from her mouth. Between that and her variation of the chicken skewer dance, it was the most Miley Cyrus BBQ you could ever imagine and we loved every second of it.

Stay tuned for more highlights from our iHeartSummer ’17 Weekend by AT&T at Fontainebleau Miami Beach with performances from the Backstreet Boys, DJ Khaled, Fifth Harmony and many more.
