Welcome, listeners, to Women Emerging Fearlessly, the podcast dedicated to helping women live with fearless confidence, and to know how amazing they truly are. I’m your host, Janelle Anderson, and in Episode 63 I talk with Deborah Rubin about the importance of how we breathe to our lives. There is much more to breathing than you might imagine.
Deborah is a certified Buteyko Breathing Practitioner, Wellness Educator, Therapeutic Yoga Teacher, Meditation Instructor, and designer of what she calls “the Clarity Process”.
She has created, owned and operated several businesses. And now is dedicated to educating people on the secret power of the breath. After numerous life changes, she designed the Clarity Process, an intimate exploration of your gifts and talents in alignment with your purpose and values.
In this conversation, we talk about what drew her to yoga to begin with, how she started her business, and of course we also discuss the importance of breath. As Deborah says, "You can't leave home without it!"
