Ram, I split up in yourDMS that you didn't respond shout out to
my daughter Neive on her eleventh birthday. Happy birthday, baby girl. We
love you well. I know you'reignoring your dms now, you guys,
I get a lot of dms.You didn't go through them. A lot
of people DM me for a birthdayshow. I don't know if that was

(00:20):
the case here, but a lotof people send a birthday shout at like
midnight or one am, or sometimesthree minutes before they want it the next
day. All I ask is,just give me a little bit of heads
up, and didn't you get one? Last week? Someone sent it one
minute before they and then they getupset with me that it didn't happen at
the time they wanted to. I'msorry, Area, I'm upright, I
don't. I like I don't.I can't live in my dms all day

(00:42):
long. I check them as asoften as I could. Leaving a talkback
there was a great way to geta shout out on the show. I
do my you know, I domy best, and and I love shouting
people out. I think it's greathelping people have a special happy birthday,
which is great. The one thing. I just you know, it's not
cool or not till tomorrow, butcool or not. The rate at which

(01:03):
you know, people blow me upand bug me and want me to say
certain things a certain way and here'show you do and here's the exact time,
and then I do it, andthen it's just crickets. I don't
get a do you want to sendyou a gift basket and a thank you
card? I don't want a giftbasket and a card, but like you're
gonna send me ten DMS leading upto it, making sure it happens,
and then I do it, andthen I don't know, like, hey,

(01:23):
we heard it. That was awesome. A lot of people do send
that, and I appreciate you guys. Sometimes it stings a little bit.
Yeah, you just don't don't expect, all right, Well, I just
don't expect, and when they do, it'll make it extra special for you.
That's true. Yeah, yeah,it is for nine where the JV
show. I'm Selena kind of jesswhat do you have? All right?
So this twenty one year old womanin Spain, she fell seriously ill had

(01:47):
to be hospitalized after drinking coffee froma vending machine in an airport, says
Midway through, I don't know howmany SIPs she'd already pounded down to this
coffee, she realized that it wasfull of bugs. It was a long
flies and things, swarm of insects, she says, inside this cup of
coffee, and her face swelled up, her throat closed up, she was

(02:07):
struggling to breathe. Her skin wasall swelled up and wealthy, and she
spent thirty six hours in the intensivecare. I wanted to ask you,
because I think there's two types ofpeople in this world, so gross.
What kind of person are you?Fly Lands in your drink you fish it
out and keep drinking it. Orfly lands in your drink You're done.
You're dumping it out thing away.And if it's at a restaurant, I'm

(02:30):
never going back there again. Ialso go back, but yeah, actually
the light it's not Therefore, Yeah, if I get it and the flies
already in there, I'm never goingback. If it lands there and I
see it land, I'll go backagain. Also go back. I ask
for anyone. You guys, don'tfish and keep on drinking. You're disgusting,
Graham A fly lands in your whatever, You just scoop it out and

(02:51):
keep and move on, keep drinkinghigh. You know what, before it
landed in your food and drink,I try not to think about that,
you know what, And it justmade more flies in you drink, Yeah,
laid eggs. I think it dependson the size of the fly.
If it's a fruit fly, youguys, aren't you just scoop that out.
If it's a fruitfly, you justscoop it out and move on.
Now, big old horse fly orsomething, Yeah, that did just fly

(03:12):
in from a pile of duche nextdoor. I think that one. I
made that one. I'll dump thedrink. But how often does a big
horsefly landing or drink? It's thelittle fruit flies and things that throwing deal
fish them mountain. Move on.Wait, so the squirrel that drank the
coffee from an airport vending machine andshe was just lunching on some bug salad,
Yeah, like she didn't notice thecrunches in there and stuff. She

(03:34):
was just lurping them up. Idon't know. You know, when you
need to hit a coffee and alittle drowsy, would it like a coffee
dispenser or does she get like abottled coffee. Sorry if you don't know
the answers, I don't have allthe answers to that, But she says,
after a few mouthfuls, she noticedthe coffee tasted strange, and she
looked inside the cup and found aswarm of insects in there. Yeah.
I don't know exactly how this thingwas doing to her, but it did
come out of some sort of vendingmachine at the airport. I don't know

(03:57):
what the thing was that made Iwas the coffee bad or was it the
insects in there that made her sick? I don't know which. You know,
because I've had a bad badge ofcoffee before, and it just makes
you go to the bathroom. Idon't know the hospital got it? Got
it. I'm shocked you guys won'tjust just scoop out of I'm shocked that
you fruit lands in your glass ofboxed wine. You don't just scoop it

(04:19):
out and just keep drinking it.No, you dumped the whole thing.
Yeah, wow, if you've hada couple of glasses of wine, your
prop No, I fished a cockroachone time that fell from the ceiling.
You out of somebody's drink that Iserved to them at the barn, and
I did it fast enough and theydidn't see it. This bar I worked,

(04:40):
I had a lot of bugs itwas. It did not pass many
health inspections. And this little tightit was a small one, but it
just sat there and watched them drinkit. I may have dumped that one
and made them a new one reallyquick before I saw, but either way,
they didn't notice that right in theirdrink. The JV Show on Wild
ninety four nine, Hey besties, what's you guys? Oh? You listening

(05:04):

(05:47):
to nine. We're now on theBull and we can't wait to see if
we win. Do we have anyJase Slding took a slide row. Let
me ask you, producer, jest, do we have any? Oh?
Like, just a tenC mix up? I did? I did google ninety
four nine. The Bull is Georgia'snumber one country music station on iHeartRadio.

(06:12):
That you have the talkback Mike too. But little tenC bit of a mix
up that the wrong ninety four nine. But I hope they, I hope
they. Yeah, I hope hegets to see his first country concert with
his mom and dad. I reallywant to go to a concert with your
mom and dad. No, no, thank you couldn't pay me. You
could pay me. I would goif you paid me. That's the only
way. Yeah. I like JasonAldan's music. He lost me with his

(06:36):
politics there a little bit. Butguy makes the guy makes a lot of
good hits. I think I've everheard any of his stuff. Don't know
what that is? You don't know, Jason Dean is. I know the
name, don't know his music.I like his music a lot. He's
good, he's a good country artist. But he loses me when he starts
spouting off about politics. But thathe make everyone kids want to go with
their mom and dad. Yeah, mom and dad, listen to nine the

(06:59):
Bull. Did you guys see thatGypsy Rose and the Eggs are officially back
together? Oh my gosh, ofcourse I'm done with TMZ posted new shots
of them that were like candidly takenat a music festival, of them like
swaying back and forth to the musicand holding hands and of course whoever is
taking the pictures is right next tothem, and then sent the pictures over

(07:24):
to TMZ, someone that they're obviouslywith. This is the guy that they
got the matching tattoos. Yes,yes, I knew it. We're just
friends. Yeah, and now there'sa new picture of them kissing and the
Gypsy's finally cop into it, shesays after reconnecting earlier this month. No,
I don't know where they are. Were they at the Dollar Tree listen
to country music? Unfortunately? No, but she says after reconnecting earlier this

(07:50):
month, we realized that our lovefor each other is simply undeniable and life
is too short to not take achance. Wow, I'm so happy for
them. Fun I can't trust goodold Gypsy roads. Now I'm still obsessing.
I'm not only one. Yes,I think the left in the area

(08:15):
that cares. It's just so funnyto me. It's just it's very it's
just so amusing. But now, like the story, we've gone through,
the whole arc, the progression. We're done, right, there's nothing more.
But I think what keeps me likehanging on not every word, but
it's just funny to me that she'sthe one submitting these stories, like everything
about her divorce, everything about togo containers, like the pictures that came

(08:39):
out, like we know you're theone setting these to TMZ Right, she's
desperate to keep her name out there, and you're the one the sole person
keeping it out there. What doyou want to talk about that? A
couple of national days we got tocelebrate today, you guys, first National
Hair Stylist Appreciation Day. We've talkedabout this before and I was a bit
shocked that the numbers you guys cameup with. So how much are you

(09:01):
ladies tipping these days, your hairstyleis to show your appreciation. Because last
time it was twenty dollars. Ohgod, no, okay, I know
it's supposed to be more than twenty. It's like massively know what it costs
to get your hair done? Itis massively more than twenty. I haven't
got my hair done. Yeah,it's a really long time, so I

(09:22):
don't know. Yeah, we guysdon't get your hair done. No,
it's too expensive. It's been agood amount of months. But I think
the last yeme I went, itwas maybe like grown thirty something, maybe
thirty tips, thirty dollars to getyour hair done? How no thirty tip
for tip? So how much doesit cost to get your hair done?
Yeah, that's the question always varies, And honestly, now I'm starting to

(09:43):
think that they're throwing in some chargesin there that I don't even know,
anything like two hundred, no morethan that. I think it was maybe
like two thirty, around two hundredand thirty bucks, and you're only tipping
thirty. I'm sorry, the mathain't math in there. Look, the
last time I went, I didn'thave the best experience. They were late,
they were supposed to come my hair. They never did, and aren't

(10:05):
all hairstyles late. Not to knockon the entire industry. I'm usually the
late one. I should probably tipmore for that, Yes, yes you
should. You're waisting their time, but aren't they all running behind. It's
like the doctor's office. They're like, oh, yeah, you make an
appointment one time before, you rightto take longer. Let's see so times.
So you should be ticked, isthat right? Two thirty? You
should be tipping sixty nine dollars.Yes, that's too much. Called another

(10:28):
service right there. And I'm notsaying sixty nine because I like to say
sixty nine. I came to sevenday, we call it seven day.
We'll just do sixty nine. Yes, that's what you're supposed to be doing
my own hair because sorry, I'mstill tipping twenty. I know I should
tip more, but no you can't. Then don't the people that say don't
go to a restaurant if you can'tcan't afford to tip, there's a lot
of people that are like, well, if you're going to leave zero dollar

(10:50):
tip because you can't afford it,don't go out to eat. I'm sorry.
It's the same thing. Hair's anecessity though, you don't have to
eat you don't have to eat out. Can we replay that sentence? That's
hair is not a necessity. Youdon't have to eat out. That's not

(11:13):
that's not a necessity. Hair ranksmuch much lower than that. And I'm
sorry, hairstyles are going to agreewith me when they hear this. No,
no, yeah, no. Andif the service is exceptional, I
will go out of my way to, you know, tip as much as
I can. But again, thelast time I went, I didn't have
the best experience. But are youdoing that every time you go to a

(11:33):
restaurant? Are you like service wasexceptional this time? I'm going to tip
twenty percent, but not quite Idon't know at this point. At this
when I just tipped twenty percent, there's a lot of I do too,
but there's a lot of exceptional yougo higher. I do too, But
there's a lot of people who willtip based off their service experience. I
know, but we've kind of movedI feel like we're in a place where
we've gotten past that. I knowthat bothers a lot of people in the

(11:54):
tipping culture, but we've kind ofmoved past this, like sliding scale.
I don't know. I actually justsaw a study like this over the weekend
that was like more people are tippingbased off service because I saw afford to
give big tips. So they're takingthat into consideration. Trust me, never
before. Trust me, I getit. But I don't know that moved
past that. Yeah, I'm notpast that. One time I say,

(12:16):
for like two hours to get myfood and I did not tip. I
didn't want to pay. But I'llstill tip because I feel bad because they
are working as hard as they canand they're short staffed. We know that,
so I'll still I'll still tip likethe you know, average twenty percent
or whatever it suggests on my receipt. But there's a lot of people who
don't think like like I take regardless. But it's u G. Did you
have a bad hairstylistic experience the lasttime? You went? No? Okay

(12:41):
so much? So what's that nowwe're on you're defending the sliding scale for
tipping. So you just decided togo for the five percent tip because why
well, because it's because why pricey, Like I'm stay home, I pay
cash, like you know, sometimesthey might even not even tax that on
their taxes. So so I tryto her pocket. That's true, that's

(13:01):
a good point. Okay, great, they're keeping all an extra twenty twenty
percent. That doesn't work like thatto me. Okay, instead of giving
her twenty three dollars, you gaveher twenty. But it's cash, so
you didn't have to pay that threedollars extra three bucks out of there.
No, but she means like she'snot getting taxes taken out of her,

(13:22):
like the that's what she charges forthe service. I get that. That's
okay with a never mind. Youknow, I'm just a little slow this
morning on Monday, so trigging myfirst coffee. So the JV Show on
Wild ninety four to nine, didyou guys see the Neo's ex girlfriend called
him Diddy Junior on live? Oooh no good, he's next. You
don't want that nickname. But sheapologized. They were like in a heated

(13:46):
confrontation, and because it's twenty twentyfour, she did it on Instagram live
and she was like going in onhim, called him like Diddy Junior,
made all these allegations and then sheshe apologized for her behavior. She attributed
attributed it to a combination of factors, including the phases of the moon.
Oh yeah, on your moon, yeah, of course, time of the

(14:07):
month, and then underlying issues withtheir co parenting relationship. God, but
Dandy Jr. Is you do not? I don't want that to stick.
We were just talking about tipping yourhairstylist. Cheaty says she'll tip her a
couple of pennies. She's got guys, I'm from Newark. But the tipping,
uh topic? Don't you think thatsometimes they already charge enough because sometimes

(14:30):
they include the tape on the serviceso you don't necessarily have to. And
also, what is the with Angeline? She's so snack? That was watering
saal size? If you're gonna shootyour shot at Angelina like you could do
it during her show on Wild whicheveryone knows, Uh, Cheaty is at
what time? Seven pm? Thereyou go untill what time? Just midnight?

(14:52):
Okay? There you go shoot yourshot at Angelina? There? But
I was watering sal size? Isthat one of the reasons you guys shaft
your hairstylists on It is Hairstyles Appreciationdaya your hairstylist. How we got That's
how we got onto this topic. But is that part of the reason you
think that the tip is included, you know, I was telling Chitty off
the air. Usually when you bookthe appointment, at least for me,
it'll say a certain amount. Itnever ends up being that. It ends

(15:13):
up being way more than that.So I do feel like maybe there is
some sort of that happening. Imean, I don't really question it just
because I've been going to that sameperson for this the longest time. But
I think I'm gonna maybe switch soonbecause she's charging a service. Yeah,
well, because it it's never whatit says online. What if it is
just a tip that's she's including inthere because she knows that U bees don't

(15:35):
like to pay Yet, am Igive it like an extra like thirty on
top of the tip she's already takingfrom me? Then I want she should
be clear about it. I don'tthink is that I don't look, I'm
not a woman. I don't getmy hair done by a hair stylist.
That the salon is is tip somethingthat's ever baked into the price? I

(15:56):
guess depends who you go to.Yeah, I guess it can be.
Yeah, is it? I've neverheard of that? So well, Yeah,
it just depends. So have youhave many ever gone to a place
where they said, don't worry abouttipping. Tipping is included in that price.
We've only ever gone to this place. Yeah, so does I go
to people's houses, you know, when I get the braids, like that's
included most of the time. That'sa little bit different. I'm just talking

(16:18):
about like a at an established salon, you go to a business to sit
down. Is that a thing?I don't know. I'm asking with my
one person. I haven't encountered that, but I'm assuming it is a thing,
because why wouldn't it be. Yeah, I haven't encountered it. But
so we've never seen it. We'veseen it's a thing, but we've never
seen it. Okay, it makesperfect sense to me. The logic on

(16:41):
the show this morning is grist allright. Uh, there's a woman who's
gone viral. She's already an influencer. I'm so. I'm sure she's gone
viral several times over because she's gota lot of followers on TikTok. But
she posted this video of an afterparty from Stagecoach this past weekend, and
it was hosted by rev. Ifyou guys ever heard of that? They
say in this article it's a highend online retailer. Yes, okay,

(17:04):
so they go. She goes tothis Revolve after party. Now, the
after party has two entrances that areclearly labeled by signs. One says,
people with over a million followers youenter this way and there's an arrowpoint in
that way, and then under amillion followers you go that way. And
I don't know if you ended upin the same party, or if it

(17:26):
was like the difference between the VIPand the regular or it was just too
one was probably a longer line, and they're fast tracking the people with over
a million followers to get into theparty faster, So they did end up
in the same area. Because Iguess the company that Revolved was working with
for that party was called Pizza Slimeor something like that, and they're known
for their just wacky signs and beingkind of like they like to joke about

(17:52):
things. Yeah, I assume thiswas some kind of publicity stunt. Oh,
let's talk about this as if thisis the future, because a lot
of people like, well, thisis giving black mirror vibes and this is
what what if? What if thingslike nightclubs started doing this as there you
know, you had your VIP.Sure, you have your VIP, you
have your VIP entrance, and thenyou got your NORM entrance. You know,

(18:14):
there is this there is a dividethere currently, and we're okay with
that. Oh, look at thesepeople there. They there must be on
the guest list. They're going rightin and then the NORM line. But
what if they just split it upby followers. That seems so much worse.
And if I had to go inon the less than a million followers
line, I'm probably not even gonnago. Okay, what if it was
like but that's like standing in justthe NORM line, right, It's so

(18:37):
different when we're talking about followers. What if it was like twenty thousand because
you have you have a lot offollowers a Lina, so you would be
able to be in the like theabove line. Okay, then I'm going
she's back, She's back in.Yeah, I'm assuming it's a million followers
for TikTok, right. I thinkit's a little easier to amass larger quantities
of followers on the on there thanInstagram a little bit. Yeah, are
easier than Instagram. Still hard, yeah, but I mean anyone could like

(19:00):
by followers too. So who isvery verifying this? Well, you got
to show your I mean, they'renot going to sit there and scroll through
all a million see how many botsyou got followed by followers just going going,
And this sucks because then what aboutthe people that don't want to be
on social media like that get thenodeline? Yeah, I don't like this.
No, I don't even if it'sgoing to like the same place,
like, I don't know, Iwouldn't mind it. Oh, wait in

(19:22):
line, Yeah, but the factthat you have to stand in line longer
just because of the amount of followersyou have is so stupious. It is.
Yeah, but again, we divideourselves in society into these stupid things
all the time and in other ways, and we're totally fine with it.
And then someone delineates this and itseems silly because like social media followers,
who cares? But I don't know. It just seemed like just I wouldn't

(19:47):
be shocked if this becomes something.Don't me either, But it just seems
so wrong social media, though wetalk about how we're addicted to it and
this and that it's not real life. It's not Everything on there is not
real it's not somethings most of it. No, Gram, sorry to break
it to I know, I knowthe JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.

(20:11):
Oh my gosh, this morning Iforgot. I forgot about the right
there loves to play the dancers rumors. Yeah, we just started that room.
We're running with it. The basenumber one in music station. We
are the JV Show. I'm Selina, I'm I'm just I'm so. Gram

(20:38):
and I have a gaggling kids, not together, okay, but we're always
so busy we rarely get to watchTV. So that's why we have Jess
here. Yep, all you getto do is watch, so you're watching
Never Have I Ever No, thenever Ever okay, never Ever Mets,
like the New York Mets, thebaseball team. Nope, the never Ever

(20:59):
Mets, as in they've never met. So this show is very interesting.
There's a lot of drama already,so I'm here for it. It's about
seven couples who have dated their significantothers virtually, so they've seen each other,
you know, through FaceTime all ofthat, but they have never met
in person. So this show isbringing all of those seven couples together into
one house for three weeks to seeif their love will survive. So all

(21:23):
of them are like, thank god, we can finally stop playing the downstairs
DJ oh my gosh, and we'regoing to meet up. They put them
in a house. They just smashall weekend, right, I mean,
isn't that what they've been waiting todo for the last however many months.
So far only two episodes have dropped, but in it there's already so many
fights going down. Wait where isthis? Like what network is this?

(21:45):
This is on Discovery Plus, SoI did have to get another plot,
oh my god, which sucks. But for now I just have a free
trial. But I wanted to askyou guys your thoughts on how long you
would wait before meeting somebody, becausesome of these couples have been together for
three months, six months, twelveyears even and they met, they've talkedly.

(22:10):
So we haven't really gotten to thatpoint with some of the couples yet.
Some of them just live in differentstates. Some of them, I
think there's stuff that has happened withintheir relationship, like one of them was
being shady to where they just nevergot to the point where they agreed on
meeting. But it ranges, right, so it's it's from anywhere from three
to twelve, three months to twelveyour cost. So what do you may
think when you're talking to someone.I feel like if you're dragging it,

(22:33):
if you're dragging it out that long, you're not really into that person,
because that would be me. LikeI could talk to someone for months and
we're texting, we're messaging, we'redoing all of that, But every time
you want to hang out, I'mgoing to make an excuse because I don't
really want to know. It's justentertainment, it's just someone to keep me
busy, you know, to talkto throughout the day, and that's all
you are. Sorry. But thenwhen I met aj who you know,

(22:56):
my now husband, and we metup within a week. Yeah, yeah,
what about you, Graham? Ijust think you could. I mean
kind of like what Selena is saying, I would never enter into a like
an exclusive relationship with that person. If we're if five six months has gone
by and we don't have plans tomeet up with each other, I'm not
going to ever put a label onit like we're dating, were exclusive,

(23:18):
because at that point we should haveseen each other in person. But yeah,
if it's just going to be likeflirting and stuff like that. Sure
you can string that person along fortwelve years, no problem. I mean,
yeah, but you're not under it. You can't say yeah, we
are together one hundred percent. AlthoughI guess if you met the right person
and they had a legitimate reason, like they were stuck in Antarctica for some

(23:41):
reason, like the next boat doesn'tget there for another seven months, then
sure it's yours. You need Ineed a legitimate reason why you can't travel
or I can't travel to come seeyou at some point. Yeah, I
think I understand when it is indifferent states, but when you're very close
by. There is one couple onthere that where they're in the same city,

(24:02):
they just never never met up.This is weird. They just never
met up. They yeah, see, I would pop about your house.
We're meeting now. Now, letme ask you guys this other question,
because there is a couple on therewhere they are really getting into it,

(24:23):
because it doesn't seem like the womanis really I guess, accepting of the
fact that the man has ad waspreviously married, he got a divorce,
and he has kids with other people. So this is kind of how she
feels about it. Has a kindof a history of failed relationships. This
dude don't be married that fail. This dude got a baby mother that failed.

(24:48):
So if you don't like anything abouthim or his history, why are
you with him? Why are youat the smash house with Yeah? And
she keeps expressing, you know,if you if you got a divorce,
that means you can't keep a promisebecause if not, you would still be
with that person. So she goeson and on, and it's like,
wait, don't you want to bewith him? Aren't you glad that he
got a divorce because now he's withyou. Doesn't everyone have a failed relationship?
Yes, at least the majority ofpeople. I guess there are some

(25:11):
people that met their high school sweetheartor whatever and are still married to this
day, so they don't. ButI think most of us people, yeah,
have at least one failed relationship.Cheedy, were you gonna say something?
Yeah? I feel like maybe shesaw him and didn't like what she
saw in person. Is making excusesnow for it, because that's a good
How come that stuff didn't matter inthe beginning of their relationship? Yeah,

(25:32):
and they you know, they wereseeing each other for months. I don't
remember how many months. It wasfor this specific couple. But his reasoning
was, I was young when Imarried this other person. I was young
when I had these kids. Likethis is ten years later now, Like
why why is it a problem? You know? If I'm yeah, that's
wrong for her to still hold itagainst him. Yeah, And if that's
something that bothers, you got tomake that known right at the start.
See, if you work it,you can't move on. Everyone's okay with

(25:56):
someone that has like a history andI mean like kids and a marriage,
And that's fine, You're entitled tothat, But then don't waste that person's
time. I let them find someonewho's okay with their history. And I
think most obviously most people go intoa marriage wanting to make it work.
But if it is toxic, ifthere are many reasons why it just won't
work, then you know it's okayfor them to want to go a separate

(26:18):
direction. Right. So that isthe Uh, never have I emers,
I've never ever met on Discovery PlusOkay, thank you, jes Hollist things.
It's all the stuff you need toknow what's hot in music, movies,
shows, and the most talked aboutstories happening today. In the bay.
All right, So Dinny says someof the claims made against him are

(26:41):
not valid. He recently filed emotionto have some of the claims in one
of his sexual assault cases dismissed.According to his lawyers, some of these
claims made by Joy Dickerson Neil Nowshe claims that she was drugged and sexually
assaulted back in nineteen ninety one.The lawyers are saying that Diddy can't be
sued for several of these claims becausethe laws didn't exist back when she says

(27:03):
he assaulted her. That stuff wasperfectly legal back then. Yeaes like,
okay, cool, So what youcould be an awful person back one of
the claims, you know, oneof the I guess portions of the lawsuit
she's making under the New York Servicesfor Victims of Human Trafficking law wasn't in
a fact until two thousand and seven. There's also the New York State Revenge
Porn law that wasn't in effect untiltwenty nineteen, the New York City Victims

(27:26):
of Gender Motivated Violence Protection Law thatwasn't past till two thousand. So Didy's
lawyers are calling for these claims tobe dismissed, although they're maintaining did he
didn't actually do anything anyways, butthe claims should be thrown out just in
case those lawyers are in a roomjust like furiously filming through every book we
can find, like we gotta figureout a way. Yeah, what can
we do? Here's a loophole,Let's try this. They're also saying that

(27:48):
she can't sue bad Boy Records orbad Boy Entertainment like she's trying to do,
because that didn't even become a thinguntil ninety three. Okay, so
she can update that part of itand just sue him in yeah he was
still a thing. Yeah, prettysure you can still sue him. I
think they'll find a way. Yeah. So Drake has responded to Tupac's a
state. Now this was a reallybig deal. Drake put out a disc

(28:10):
track Taylor Made Freestyle was all aimedat Kendrick Lamar. He put this out
a couple weeks ago, and heused AI Tupac and AI Snoop Dogg for
a big portion of the song. Now, Snoop Dogg didn't really give a
far He's like whatever, He wasmore confused than anything else. That Tupax
estate was not happy about this. They fired off that ceased and assist letter
that I told you about. Sincethen, Drake's team has had talks with

(28:33):
Tupac's estate and Drake is in fullcompliance with them. He's already taken the
song down from his social media. Now his team is trying to get it
taken down from other various sites thatare pushing the song. Now. Another
part of Tupac's Estates ultimatum was forDrake to explain how he did it.
Remember that, so we're thinking thatthey're trying to have a better understanding of

(28:55):
I guess AI how it works toprevent this from happening. And so that
part has already started as well.Fortunately not preventable, it's going to continue
to happen. And lots of peoplewere inspired by what they heard, like
that sounded like exactly like two persI know, I'm gonna use, I'm
gonna do exactly what they did.The one person who's most curious about wanting

(29:15):
to learn how they did this isSnoop, Because we know Snoop doesn't say
no to any show, any endorsement, any any cameo, any like guest
you know appearance on on and albumand so yeah, said right. He
says yes to everything, and nowhe's like, wait, Ai, me
could show up to more things andbe on more songs and it sounds exactly

(29:38):
like me and I could get paidfor it. You know, he's trying
to figure out how to use thisto his advantage. He does seem like
that kind of person that would Yeah, if it's going to be around anyways,
let me milk it somehow, aslong as I'm making money off.
Yeah, fine, do it.Graham, what are you having trending?
All right? If you have adog that surfs, or you enjoy watching
dogs on surfboards, you can breathea big sigh of relief this morning because

(29:59):
the end will dog surfing competition inPACIFICA has been saved. You guys.
The World Dog Surfing Championships wasn't jeopardyof being called off this year because of
rising costs for things like permitting andporta potties, among a few other things.
Porta potties are expensive right now.Well, for the humans I think
that are watching dogs, they justlet them go on the beach and then
you step on it in your flipflops. Later yeah, I have a

(30:22):
porta party on our job. Sorry, now, I think it's like one
hundred and eighty bucks a month orsomething. It's expensive and they probably have
to have a lot of them becauseyou know, big crowd shows up for
the Dog Surfing Championships. Well, the organizers of the event started to go
fund me with the goal of tenthousand dollars. They've blown right past that,
you guys. As this morning, they've raised just about twelve thousand dollars.
You know, we don't have money, We don't have money to donate

(30:44):
to feed the needy. But dogson surfboards? Sure, I got five
on that? Why not? Sothe event is saved. It's scheduled for
August third at Lindamar Beach in PACIFICA. If you want to go and watch
dogs surfing? Can I ask onequick question? Yeah? Do dogs like
surfing more than their owners like menmaking them surf? I think some most
probably not, But I think theremight be a couple that love the water

(31:06):
and you know it's fun for them. Who was the first dog that saw
a human on a surfboard out surfing? Was like, hey, want to
hold my leash? I want togo do this? I think no dog.
They look like they're having fun, though, But would they have more
fun stiff in another dog's button?Yeah, I think they'd rather do that.
The JV show on Wild ninety fournine. You guys, there's new

(31:30):
fake e La white claw Seltzer. You know, are you here for this
grant? Why do you have alook of disgust? I don't. Why
don't I have to bring tequila intothis? Why not? I like tequila
on its own. Well, Ilike margaritas too, but I like tequila
on its own, So you prefervodka? No, I like tequila on

(31:52):
its any mixed drink with tequila exceptfor margarita. Hart seltzers are just they're
their own thing. They're made outof malt, liquor or whatever. Some
of them you got your high nunsand some other ones. I think that
they do use vodka, but mostof them are just like you know,
it's like a beer. It's gotalcoling it. It's a hard seltzer.
But these these are white claus. You said these are white claws. Yes,
so you wouldn't take a pack ofwhite claw tequila seltzers to Herbert Camp'll

(32:15):
give it a try, just Idon't know tequila shot, you know,
really nice tequila as a sipper?Do you guys do tequila shots at Herbert
Camp? Off each other's belly buttons? Obviously? This is a Graham's annual
camping trip with all his boys oncollege. Usually do that when we're applying
sunscreen to each other. It's justyou don't want to get your you know,

(32:37):
want your back to get burned. You can't put it all yourself lines
right, All right, let's getto our what the bleef game. It's
for your chance to win the officialA JB Show Chug Mug. Here's how
it works. I'm about to playclip. It contains a bleeped out word.
Now it's your job to guess whatthat bleeped out word is. As
always leave your guess is on thetalk back mic on the iHeart app.

(32:59):
First person to get it right winsZI Chug Mug. Easiest that you guys
ready for today's clip? Yeah?Have you ever done? That? Was
way too hard? And then youcan barely walk after? No, I
can't say. I'll be honest,I can't say that I have. I

(33:19):
think you have. I've ever done? I think you have? What was
it all right. First of all, it's a PG answer, So while
you're trying to think of what thatbleeped out word is, keep your minds
out of the gutter. You sikkasand then whip out your iHeartRadio app.
Leave us a talkback on there. It's super easy. If you've never played,
make today the first day that youplay. It's super fun. Leave
a talkback, leave us your name, your city, and then your guest

(33:39):
that very first correct answer in themorning gets that JV Show Chugmug. Let's
do it, people, We'll playyour guess is next the JV Show on
Wild ninety four nine. Right nowwe're playing are what the bleep game for
your chance to win the JV ShowChug Mug. Yes, the JV Show
has official merch. Now the onlyway you're gonna win the chug Mug is
by winning this game. It's reallyeasy, it's really fun. Seven o

(34:00):

on the talkback mike on the iHeartapp. In case you are just tuning
in, here is two days clip. Have you ever done that? Was
way too hard and then you canbarely walk after too hard? Huh,

(34:20):
yes, too hard and you canbarely walk. I feel like you've done
this. I don't know about that. Remember it is a family show.
Okay, keep that in mind,HIV show. My name is Mia Fano,
and I think the missing word issquawk squat wha. That's a good
guy, yes, but not theright one. A good guess. Morning

(34:43):
JV Show, Jared from San Brunoagain? Is it cartwheel? Car?
Can you do it? We triedthis years ago on the show Selena,
and we attempted cartwheel. I can'tremember. Were you able to do what?
I don't think so I'm not surprisedus cartwheel abilities more not a full
cartwheel, I think it. Howdo you do a partial? Yeah,

(35:05):
you just go out, don't goall the way straight. So then no,
Then I guess I appreciate your honest, but show briefed out word hike
and then your gay that's also good. That's a good guess. All right,
so we're gonna play this good guess. You remember who were talking about
Selena Hary, So have you everbeen on a hike before? Walking at

(35:30):
Great America is not considered a hikegoing from one ride to the eye went
to mere Woods one time. MearWoods is the flattest danglike that there is
in the Bay Area. You don'tsay, did I climb up a mountain
and scale the highest peaks of thebay? You said, did I go
on a hike? That's a leisurelystroll. I have whatever mear Woods before.
Just because it's on a dirt pathdoesn't mean it's a hike. No,

(35:52):
that's not a hike. We're goingto play this clip one more time.
Everyone, listen up. Have youever done that was way too hot?
And then you can barely walk after? In my dreams? Okay,
continue to leave your guesses all thetalk back. Michael I heard Apple play
more of him next on the JVShow The JV Show on Wild ninety four

(36:14):
nine. Right now, we're playingour what the Bleep game for your chance
to win the JV Show Chug.Mug seven oh five is really when you
want to tune in for that firstlisten of the clip of the day because
it has the bleeped out word andyou kind of guess what it is first
person to guess it correctly. That'show you win the chug mug. Now,
if you are just tuning in,you want to play along in your
car, totally fine. Here istoday's clip in case you missed it.

(36:35):
Have you ever done that was waytoo hard and then you can barely walk
after? I feel like you havey'all have Remember this is a family show.
Okay, let's go to your guesses. Worn of guys, TJ I
had a little bit more. Ithink the bleeped out word is work.
I think it's so hard it can'twalk. I know you ladies be doing

(36:55):
that right, have a good one, but good that a twerk the next
day. There's a lot of peoplethat are probably woking up the next day
very sore. You're engaging some musclesthat you're not used to engaging. You're
wearing Yeah, good morning JV show. This is Mary Both from Antica.
I think the bleeped out word isstretch, stretch and it stretched before a

(37:21):
workout anything. Yeah, I didn'tthink show Matthew and the bleeped out word
bike ride are hard, they arebrutal. I don't know how people do
spin classes. I mean I geta lot of it standing up, you
know, and you're peddling along yourpeloton order, but the seat if you're

(37:44):
sitting down, I don't know howyour joke doesn't go to sleep in STI
it's terrible JV show the stand upfrom and I think the bleeped out word
is the workout. Have you everhad a workout that you can walk afterwards?
Workout? There we go right sohere in today's clip, unbleeps,
have you ever done a workout thatwas way too hard and then you can

(38:06):
barely walk after yo? Y'all havegraham, So you have done that?
I have done that. I didn'tknow what it was. I thought it
was something else and I was gonnaavoid that one. No, no,
thank you. All right, let'sgive some shout outs, you guys.
Let's give some shout outs. Dinahout of San Jose, she was this
morning's winner, so many people onit this morning. I'm gonna apologize.
She's gonna be sipping Hawk coffee andI can't shout out everybody, but I'm

(38:29):
gonna shout out a bunch of you. Edith from San Jose had the correct
answer, so did Jenny out ofLivermore. What's up, Jenny seth my
boy from Nap But what's up sethHe got a crack, so did Sky
out of Santa Clara, Joshua andSan Francisco, our buddy Ricky and San
Jose had to crect, so didAnna from San Ramon, Gigi out of
Conquered. What's up, gig, what's up? Hope you had a great

(38:50):
day. Mary out of San Brunohad to correct, and again, so
many other people. I'd have togive like fifty more shout outs, and
I apologize. I can't shout outeverybody, mostly because my handwriting. I
can't. You can't read it,can't read it to show that that's your
plan. Tomorrow morning seventy five,we'll give you another chance to play and
win. I forget. When youwin, check your email. That's how
we're going to reach out to getyou that chug. Muh, Graham,
what else do you have here?I wanted to talk about Wendy's use of

(39:14):
AI. We talked about this whenit first when they first announced that they
were going to start using AI intheir drive throughs. They call it fresh
AI. Rather than talk to apesky human when you pull into the drive
through, you can talk to AIand they'd be taking your order. This
woman posted a video. I've seena few people start to post videos of
their interactions with it, so Ithink it'd be a good opportunity to give

(39:37):
it a listen and then you cansee is this better than talking to a
human? I didn't edit out anyof the pauses in between here. I
just want this woman's going to orderone thing, and you guys, let
me know if you'd rather talk toAI or talk to a human in the
drive through. Welcome to Wendy's.What would you like? Can I have
a chocolate frosty? Which site forthe chocolate fastiat medium? Okay, can't

(40:06):
do anything else today? No,thank you? Please pull up to the
next window. Now, look, she's in a great news that fresh as.
I don't like that. She's notgoing to give me attitude. She's
very she's very friendly. And asyou're talking and she's talking, you know

(40:28):
you're getting a transcription of it onthe video board. Although places where you're
talking to a human do that also, so you can see if your order's
correcked or whatever. Yeah, butman, that like five second pause in
between Can I get you anything else? And she says, no, thank
you? And then what is fresh? AI? Sitting there? Thinking about
like, you're AI. You're supposedto be smarter than a human and at
that point you should say pull forward, like here's your total, here's how

(40:51):
much it costs. Pull forward. You don't sit there and think about it.
She said, no, she doesn'twant anything else. But I mean,
at the same time, yesterday Iwas going to drive through and the
person on the end completely disappeared forlike a good three minutes now in the
middle of my order, whoa likeand then just came back like, Okay,
where were we? What did youneed? Like? Now, look,
there's something to be said about that. We've all been talking to the

(41:13):
personal speaker, and there's long pausesthere too. But at least I in
that instance, I assume that thathuman being is multitasking and they're doing multiple
things. Fresh AI is not multitasking, also has super intelligence. You're AI.
You're like ten million times smarter thanme. And when I say no,
thank you, that means wrap itup, tell me my total,

(41:34):
move forward. I don't want towait seven seconds. It seems painfully long.
Had this rolled down everywhere? Graham, I don't think it's everywhere yet,
but it's gonna be if anyone knowsif this is anywhere in the Bay
Area. I need to put itto the ultimate test and see if you
could understand me over screaming kids.Yes, Wow, that's what it's gonna
come down to you. You reallywant to see if like, let's say,
halfway through, you're like, actually, never mind, I don't want

(41:57):
that. I want this other thinginstead. Is it gonna understand or is
it gonna malfunction? It should? Now? Look again, it's AI.
It's supposed to be way way smarterand handling a little change or substitute in
your order should be no problem forit should be. Is there gonna be
a twenty second pause where it's acertain things about it? Definitely? Day
you're a computer like you should beable to think so much faster and process

(42:21):
than our tiny little human brains.I just don't This seemed clunky to me.
And we're putting a human out ofa job. I mean, maybe
there wasn't a human lining up totake this job. I don't know,
but we're gonna put a human outof work so this thing can storthing.
And think about what I just said. I said, no, thank you.
Are people out of the job becauseof the AI taking people's orders to

(42:42):
the drive through or is it allowingthat person who would be there to just
do other things because they are multitaskingwhen they're back there, getting multiple orders,
getting orders ready, putting things inbags. I mean, they're not
just sitting there taking orders. Butyou know what the end goal is,
right, I mean, the endgoal is fewer humans working there because humans
require health and sars. Humans makemore mistakes humans, you know what I
mean, more in California now, right. But then but then we see

(43:06):
a swing back all those self checkoutsthat places, those are going away because
because everyone was just stealing from them. So when everyone starts harassing fresh AI
over here, then they're gonna belike, dang. We actually got to
go back to a sassy mouth humanthe JV show on Wild ninety four nine.
Before we get to the JV show, yep, no game, we
were just talking about people very splitover Wendy's rolling out AI in the drive

(43:31):
through, and I was like,is any of that present in the Bay
Area? Now? Apparently it ismy JV show. This is Tracy de
from San Mateo mixing it up alittle there. Anyway, I went to
the Panda Express of saucily it onDonahue and they had that and I got
half rice and half chow maine. And then I decided, you know what,

(43:52):
I don't want to do that.I just want to have light rice.
I had to cancel the whole order. It took three times longer than
talking to a human and yes, long pauses, long pauses. Anyway,
bye guys. Oh see, thatwould just ruin my whole experience. I'm
not going if I have to dealwith that. Yeah, I mean,
the whole thing about AI is youhave to think is it improve is it

(44:13):
making my experience better? We understandwhy businesses want to do it. We
get to not have a human employeeand pay an AI costs a lot less.
But is it improving my experience? And a lot of times we love
these AI things. The answer isno, Yeah, And you would think
these businesses wouldn't want to use itif it's just gonna If they're gonna get
more complaints, people are gonna stopgoing, people are gonna get wrong orders

(44:37):
to go enter their exactly defeats thewhole purpose. Good Morning GV Show.
This is Zamber from San Francisco. The Panda Express in Marine City does this
and I went through it once andnever again. It's so annoying. It
takes so long, doesn't get itright, and they're losing customers. It

(44:57):
makes you not want to ever orderanything from them again. Exactly. Yes,
the last one before they take over. Let's go to the phones.
Hi, who's this Vanessa? HiVanessa, you're on this morning to play
the JV show up Nope game. You know what you're playing for, right?

(45:19):
Yes? Oh yeah, shoes. We're gonna ask you four trivia questions.
You's got to get three correct, and the tickets are yours. All
right? Okay, here's question numberone. In poker. If you have
a royal flush, what cards doyou have in your hands that are all
the same suit A straight? Well, it's like, I don't know,

(45:46):
like the two, three, four, five, and then they're all the
same two royal flushes. When yougot the you got the jack, the
Queen, the King m as atent att Yeah, yeah, all the
big hitters in there, royal.I think royalty leans in there, all
right. Question number two the majorLeague baseball team, The Braves were originally

(46:07):
from Boston before they moved to Milwaukeeand then on to what city that they
currently play in. What city arethe Braves from? Now? Oh,
I have no do you? Idon't want baseball? Take a guest.
Shout out your favorite city, Heyward. No, I mean I know it's

(46:32):
not I know, yeah, Iknow it's not New York. That's the
favorite city, Atlanta, the AtlantaBraves. Yep, it's all good.
Here's question number three. What hormoneallows the cells in your body to absorb
sugar from your blood? That isthe sugar in your blood. I think

(47:00):
insolin in salin. I know thisis going really well. All right.
Question number four, I'm kidding, but you got to get this one.
You got to get this one toavoid the horrible, holy horrible trivia.
That's a tongue twist. Recondomic thatall right? Question number four. If
you want to make a martini dirty, what ingredient are you adding to it?

(47:24):
Martin? What makes it dirtyrchin?Oh? No, holy horrible,

(47:45):
it's uh. Olive juice is whatmakes a martini dirty? You never had
a dirty martini? All of Ohyou shut out all of Yeah, the
olive juice. I love a gooddirty martini. Love Selena. You like
pickles and pickle juice and stuff likethat, all of all of juice that
seems like you're be in your wheelhouse. I do like all of us,

(48:05):
but I can't imagine to sipping onsome olive juice and it's mostly masked by
all the alcohol that's in it.Not my thing, Vanessa, good try.
We really enjoyed it. I'm gonnaput you on a hold, cheet
He's gonna pick up in the nextroom. Okay, okay, thank you,
no problem. Hang on. Wehave a shout out do mom and
my DMS. It says, Hey, Grandma, I was wondering if you
could give my son Wesley a birthdayshout out. We listen to you guys

(48:28):
every day. It was all capson the way to school. Happy birthday
Wesley, Love Mom, Dad andLennon. This will make his day.
You guys are awesome in That isfrom Mom Lindsay so Happy birthday, Wesley.
The JV Show on Wild ninety fournine, Good morning, guys.
Just wanted to inquire about maybe SelenaMCing a wedding and also if I hire

(48:52):
Cheaty as the DJ, do Iget a package discount. That's a good
question. That's a good question.Have you ever considered, uh taking your
DJing skills, your downstairs DJ skillstill like to the next level getting paid
for them, because oh my gosh, I'm not a professional. Yeah.

(49:16):
Down if you're doing t yeah, don't downplay the downstairs DJ. Yeah,
because once you hears DJ and onceyou get paid one time, you are
technically a professional. You're getting paid. So she's inquiring, what's your answer.
It's a negative for me to knowto answer your question. For me,
I've actually had to fall back onseeing weddings, which is nearly impossible

(49:40):
with the gaggle of kids and havingto find It's just it's too much,
honest. It's all the stuff youneed to know what's hot in music,
movies, shows, and the mosttalked about stories happening today in the Bay.
Okay, so sorry for the Kelseyoverload here, but Travis Kelcey now

(50:00):
the highest paid tight end in theNFL. Yesterday he's signed on for a
two year extension. Now the numberamount I know it's that everyone wants to
know. That part has not beendisclosed yet, but all the reports are
saying this new deal, whatever itis, will make him the richest tight
end and it's very deserved. Itis. He's earned it. He's run
the top top tight ends in theleague. I mean some people is the

(50:22):
number one overall, he's up there. He's in the top three or four.
Are you salty at all that thisguy's just living his best life.
He's got the career, yeah, the highest paid, one of the highest
paid. He's got the girl whojust so happens to be the biggest pop
star in the entire world. Yeah. You does this bother you guys at
all? It's just me, getyour bag, king, get your bag.

(50:43):
Yeah, but good for him.But I know at the same time,
by the way, they were inVegas, Travison Taylor this past weekend,
Travis played in a golf tournament forPatrick Mahomes. Taylor was there,
at least we think she was thereand cheering him on. There's a picture
that you can see at the JVshow dot com that shows like some blonde
girl in the background. It's hellablurry. There's no way you can make
out who this is. But allthe swifties, you're like, I know

(51:06):
that clap anywhere that's slip. Theway she's clapping her hands together cheering for
him, you can't even tell anyonejob. That's probably her. I don't
know, you can't tell, youcan't tell, but it probably is.
I heard there was like this, you know, charity gala thing after that,
and she's in attendance for that, and then they were both there.

(51:28):
And then later that night Travis spottedand the DJ booth had a club No
Taylor around. Yeah, how doyou feel about that? He likes to
party a lot that. I wonderif she was like, oh, you
go off, or if that wouldkind of bother me. I understand Taylor
can't be there all all the time. You know, she's on tour,

(51:49):
she's she's a busy person, andI think that's fine. I'd be like,
if you want to go have fun, go have fun. But if
we're actually together, we're in thesame city, you're not just gonna leave
me alone, Like we don't alwayshave this time together. I think when
you first start dating, I guessthey've been dating for a while, But
when you're early in a relationship, aren't you like that's the time where you
no, no, no, no, I'm not going to go out tonight.
You want to go back to theroom right now? Yeah, I'm

(52:10):
going with you, even if ithurts your soul. Like it's Vegas.
You love Vegas. The blackjack tablesand the gloves are just there, right
you go back there would bother me. Although maybe he had like a paid
appearance at the club. I thoughtabout that, Maybe that's the Well,
if that's the case, then Ithink she should have went with him.
Yeah, but you know, thelast thing I want to do is chaos.

(52:35):
Maybe she's sober right now too, because you know she was struggling with
what she said. What do youmean a couple of weeks ago? All
right, one more Kelsey thing.Jason Kelsey. There's reports that he is
going to be joining ESPN's Monday NightCountdown. I didn't want to ask,
like, I know, he's acharismatic guy, people love him, but

(52:57):
is this partly the tailor effect time? Oh definitely, that's what it seems
like to me. I hadn't thoughtabout that before you mentioned that, and
it has to be Look, look, he had probably a future in broadcasting
in some form for the NFL,but it probably would have taken some while
for fans to like, Oh he'sgood, he's got personality, and him
to kind of work his way upto a bigger time slots or whatever more

(53:21):
coveted roles in on a network. But I heard every network reached out to
him and made him watch every singleone did, CBS, you know,
NBC? They all did. AndI just think he owes this almost one
hundred percent to tailor because people wereexposed to him that way. I'm not
like, again, he's deserving him. He's got a personality, he's got

(53:43):
the intellect for it. He knowsfootball, so he's got all the makings
for it, right, But yourgeneral audience didn't know, had no clue
who he was. I didn't.I didn't know Travis Kelsey had a brother.
Actually, podcast the other podcast isgood. He should be a broadcaster.
It's like he already wanted to bea broadcast. Yeah, And people
are like he has the experience fromhis podcast. I feel like podcasting is

(54:04):
completely different than being on a showthat's broadcasted on ESPN. It's I mean,
I feel like it's completely different.Actually, I mean, I think
he'll be good at it, butalso I'm over him, so I'm over
them, So go away. TheJV Show on Wild ninety four to nine,
all right, so we finally knowwho won the power Ball. Yes,

(54:24):
this was that last over a billiondollar jackpot. We knew. Somebody
in Oregon won the one point threebillion dollar draw and it was a forty
six year old man, Charlie Safan. He and his wife and one of
their friends who chipped in to buythe tickets. They are splitting that.

(54:44):
So the lump sum payment after taxesfour hundred and twenty two million dollars.
So if they're splitting that each partythere, if they're splitting in half,
he and his wife taking half andthis friend taking half, two hundred and
eleven million dollars, boom straight intoyour account. Now. The interesting part
about this is this guy, Charliesays, he is uh. He's an

(55:07):
immigrant from Laos and he has beenbattling cancer for the last eight years or
so. He says, this isa huge blessing, this money coming into
his life. Now he can getsome top doctors for himself and continue to
focus on his cancer treatment. Reallyquick question, would you rather have your
health or two hundred and eleven milliondollars straight into your account? He's forty

(55:30):
six, my health, I wantto see my health, but the money
will help with my healthy That's true. Money helps with your health. But
there are no guarantees in life. You can have the most money in the
world and get the most incredible treatment, and there are some things that you
can have a bad health and thenget in an accident. So well,

(55:51):
yeah, all of us can.All of us can die tomorrow or health
is well. Health is well meana lot of healthy, Queen Sleigh,
A lot of I mean applied thatto your life. I mean, use
that as a thought experiment for yourlife as you're you know, stressed out
at work and trying to do allthis stuff and get that promotion on the

(56:12):
stuff, and you're and you're killingyourself on the insides doing stuff. Health
is the thing that's more valuable thananything. I'm taking. The health there,
it's not even a yeah, it'snot even a question. I mean,
two hundred and left million. It'sspent the last my last couple of
years of Vegas just playing black jacks. Yeah no, no, no,

(56:34):
nope, Health, big health. So the thieves were thievean in Oakland,
Susan Donnie Hughes. She's the victimhere. She's an urban beekeeper, she
says it over the weekend. She'san urban beekeeper. She keeps the beehives
on her rooftop and she nurtures themand she harvests honey and stuff. So
over the weekend she advertised on nextdoor that she was going to be doing

(56:55):
a honey tasting in front of herhome on Saturday. This is the quiet,
you know, Rock Ridge neighborhood inOakland, so she's really excited for
this tasting. She puts out threetables and she even put out a brand
new observation hive so people can comecheck out the bees and the bee bees
in a trap, a bee'st andbees bees in the trap. So she

(57:16):
sets everything up. She goes backinside to carry out some jars of honey
and WASH's inside. She hears somecommotion right and then she heard someone say,
hey, look free bees. Thebees were out of the trap.
And the bees were out of thetrap. Over here, she heard a
car. She heard a car doorshuts, and then silence. There were

(57:39):
no more bees. No. Somebodyloaded up the bees. They stole a
colony of over fifteen thousand live honeybees and their queen all gone. Let
me think about that. Jars ofhoney just oozing out for free. Every
week. Honey's delicious. Yeah, but you don't need that much. So

(57:59):
people in the neighborho it are likefree bees just a sign of that,
just a sign of the times. No one gets caught anything. Why not
steal some bees. There's nothing sacredanymore. We're not above stealing anything anymore.
Free bees. What are you gonnado with the bees when you get
back to your plans? I don'teven want one bee. Why does someone
want fifteen thousands? I actively wantto get as far away from as I

(58:21):
can from news. These people arelike, yeah, let's put them in
the back of our Hyundai. That'scrazy. What are you like? What?
What are you doing? I'm kindof impressed, though. How do
they do that? I'm not beingmanaged to pull it? The Alameda County
Beekeepers Association, that's a that's athing, they say, reports of thefts
of hives and urban areas practically unheardof, never happens. But you know

(58:44):
where this is really common, FresnoCounty. A lot of bees out there.
The Fresno County Sheriff's Apartment says thatthefts of over six hundred hives have
happened so far in twenty twenty four. How does when you if somebody wants
to get into the bee keeping hobby. Is there a pet store where you
go down and buy a couple ofbees, like a couple of starter bees,

(59:06):
and they're like, yep, they'llhave some some baby bees and for
before long you'll have thousands colonies.Where are you getting the do you just
trap them? Don't you have toget bees in the trap? These bees
in the trap? But do yougo down and buy a queen bee at
Peco? Where do they? That'swhat I mean, like where do you
or do you buy it from yourlocal neighborhood urban beekeeper like Susan Donnihue in

(59:27):
Oakland? Yeah? Or you gotto steal the bees, right, that's
stuff somebody's like, I can't Ican't figure out how to get my bee
keeping hobbies started. I'm going togo steal some bees. Bees over here,
someone just left them on the sideof the street. Let's take them.
I saw the thing that she Becauseyou're thinking, like, how are
you putting all these beehives in theback of your car? Because a beehive
is sort of an open ended box, so they can fly in and out.

(59:50):
And if you pick one of thosethings up and disturb them. Do
bees are going everywhere? You don'twant them flying all around the car.
They were in some kind of adisplay case type thing, so it's like
glass in so they're sealed in there, but so you can see all the
bees working in there. It's anobservation high there, you go observation high,
and so that is an easier thatmakes the bees stealable at that point.

(01:00:12):
Although, hey, who's again andwhat are you going to do with
it? He's stealing bees? ButI heard she was even saying they need
to, you know, let themout because they don't have enough food and
water in there. This is goingto last. That's a temporary situation.
That's really sad yea. So hopefullysomebody is I guess if you stole the
bees, I don't know, takingcare of them nicely like death, the

(01:00:32):
bees bag in the drags in thebees, bees in the chet a best
and the cheese in them. Wehave a shout out moms and my dams,
moms, moms and my dms. This one says, hey, grand
miss is Brendan. Can you pleaseshout out my birthday boy eaker? He
turns six years old and loves yourfart jokes, especially the who gives a

(01:00:53):
fart? Happy birthday your sister alla dad and I love you very much.
Thank you guys, And again that'sfrom Brenda, So happy birthday,
Happy birthday, the fun, ohgood points true the JV Show on Wild
ninety four to nine. All Right, so we talked a little bit about
Brittany yesterday. There are a lotof new reports about how she is doing

(01:01:15):
these days, and all the reportsare talking about how she has isolated herself
and we kind of knew some ofthat when she was going through that breakup
with her with her husband Sam Samthank you because he was saying, you
know, the same thing, andsources were talking about how she would like
they'd get into these crazy fights. There's new reports saying that she's running through

(01:01:37):
her money like crazy, spending hundredsof thousands of dollars, if not millions
at a time, going on thesesolo vocations and no one's there to help
her with her finances now that shedoesn't have a conservator. And she's also
very unstable according to sources, likemood swings and she's completely dysfunctional as what
they're saying. Yeah, there's apretty big psychiatrist. His name is doctor

(01:02:00):
Charles Sophie, who I saw recentlytalk to TMZ. This was yesterday,
and he gave his professional opinion onBrittany. Again, this is not her
actual doctor, this is someone justgiving an outside opinion. But he said
that if Brittany were his patient,he would be trying to get another court
appointed conservatorship and she would be Shewould have to be on medication, and

(01:02:23):
that would be, you know, number one priority. Make that happen as
soon as possible, because clearly she'soff whatever meant she was taking previously.
So I wanted to take the timeto talk to Brittany's fans. You know,
what are your thoughts and are youfeeling like we gave Brittany just a
little bit too much freedom? Dojust and Graham, do you want to
answer that really quick? I thinkyes. I mean I've been saying that

(01:02:45):
from the get go, and thenI think it's just been reinforced over and
over and over again. I mean, there is the possibility she just wants
to be left alone, alone,Brittie alone. Maybe we should just leave
her alone. Well, let's goto Colleen, good morning. Do you
think that we give bringing a littlebit too much freedom. No, I
don't think we give her too muchfreedom. I just that, you know,

(01:03:07):
everyone has the right to kind ofmess up their their own life in
whatever way they want to, andit doesn't mean that they should be under
a conservatship. I just think thoseare too punitive and harsh. That is
true. I mean what we whatwe learned about the conservatorship before seemed bad.
You know, That's why we wantedher to get this freedom of it
was too much control. But couldn'tthere be one that has a maybe a

(01:03:30):
little strikes a little bit more balanced, because I feel like we swung from
one end all the way over tothe other end when really we need to
be back here in the middle somewhere. I can see that. But I
think personally, unless we feel likeshe's really uh danger to herself or others,
it means like a fifty one fifty. I just feel like there are
people all around the world who messup their lives, they go into bankruptcy,

(01:03:52):
they make really poor life decisions, and we don't just stick them under
conservatorship. That's a good point. That's just that's take away so much freedom
and so many basic rights that youdon't get to make the decisions for yourself
every day. Even if you arefully capable of making decisions for yourself,
which it seems like she is,they just aren't great ones. I'm not

(01:04:14):
I'm bad. On the other side, adoint Colleen, thank you for the
take. I'm gonna let you go. Thank you for for being on today.
How do you agree about that. That's a great call and that's something
you have to factor in when whenwe see the headlines, Brittany could be
in danger of going broke and she'sgonna blow through sixty million, why do
we care? That's that's not her. You make your own decisions. She
earned that money. She can blowout she wants. She Part of me

(01:04:36):
kind of feels like there's a differencebetween uh, just making a bad decision
because we all do that, versusBrittany. I mean, if she was
under care before, maybe there isa need for medication. So maybe not
a conservatorship, but that controls everysingle aspect of her life, and maybe
something just to make sure she's takingthe medication she needs to get her balance.

(01:04:57):
Yeah, I mean, I guessthe key point, like Colleen said,
is if if you think she isgonna be a harm to herself,
then that's when it's time to stepin. But if it's somebody that's like,
you know what I'm gonna go toI'm gonna go to Bora Bora every
weekend, and I'm gonna spend allthis money nice to be honest, And
if we found that an article cameout two years from now and it's like
Britney Spears only has three hundred dollarsin her bank account, am I gonna

(01:05:19):
feel bad for her? No?But she had sixty million at one time
and she lived. She was justliving life for two years. Let's go
to Ali, Ali, You've beenon hold a long time. I'm sorry
about that. Do you think thatwe gave Brittany a little bit too much
freedom? I think that we did. I was really rooting for her,
and I think that this was herchance to prove people wrong, that she
can make her own decisions and controlher money the way that she wants to.

(01:05:42):
And I think unfortunately she proved everybodyright with this. So I'm really
disappointed and just really sad for thewhole situation. I think that's the biggest
takeaway. I feel sad for thesituation. H yah, we're rooting for
her. Yeah, Ali, thankyou, thank you for your call,
Thanks for being on today. Havea good one. It is tough.
It's like she essentially never had toI hate the term adulting, but she

(01:06:03):
never had to do that. Shenever learned how to do that, right
she, I mean, neither diesand she's thriving. Yeah, look at
me. Yeah, she's a goodpoint, but I mean, she never
did that because she hears she's thisrising star and then become this big celebrity,
so she never do it that andthen she goes in this conservatship.
She's definitely not making decisions and doingstuff on her own. And now she's
doing it now, and it islet's take the mental health stuff out of

(01:06:26):
this. There's a lot of trialand error that goes into adulting. We
all know that. I know that, and I feel I feel awful for,
you know, her not having thatchance and now she's living her best
life. But Team Brittany, don'thate me, but I kind of I'm
leaning more towards let's have somebody stepin at least a little bit. She
needs some guide. It has tobe the right person. Yeah. So

(01:06:48):
I posted about this on my Instagramsomeone that it can't be a family member,
you know, it has to bea third party, right. It's
just tough because again that third partyyou never know, they may turn out
to somebody wants to scale Brittany outof her money. It's just it's back
when they are big, well exactly, I mean when there's big sums of

(01:07:08):
money. Hey, that's not nleave them alone, Brettany alone. That
was good. That's funny because it'strue. Yeah, I don't know,
it's a tough situation. The JVShow on Wild ninety four nine, ram
I split up in your DMS thatyou didn't respond shout out to my daughter
Neive on her eleventh birthday. Happybirthday, baby girl, we love you.

(01:07:30):
Happy ready? I know you're ignoringyour dms now, you guys,
I get a lot of dms.You can't go through them. A lot
of people DM me for a birthdayshow. I don't know if that was
the case here, but a lotof people send a birthday shout at like
midnight or one am, or sometimesthree minutes before they want it the next
day. All I ask is justgive me a little bit of heads up

(01:07:51):
and didn't you get one last week, someone sent it one minute before they
and then they get upset with methat it didn't happen at the time they
wanted to. I'm sorry, Area, I'm I don't. I like,
I don't. I can't live inmy dms all day long. I check
them as as often as I could. Leaving a talk back there was a
great way to get a shout outon the show. I do my you

(01:08:11):
know, I do my best, and and I love shouting people out.
I think it's great helping people havea special happy birthday, which is great.
The one thing can I just youknow, it's not cool or not
till tomorrow, but cool or notthe rate at which you know, people
blow me up and bug me andwant me to say certain things a certain
way and here's how you do andhere's the exact time, and then I

(01:08:31):
do it, and then it's justcrickets. I don't get a wanting to
send you a gift basket and athank you card. I don't want a
gift basket and a card, butlike, you're gonna send me ten d
ms leading up to it making sureit happens, and then I do it,
and then I don't know, like, hey, we heard it.
That was awesome. A lot ofpeople do send that, and I appreciate
you guys. Sometimes it stings alittle bit, you know. You just

(01:08:51):
don't don't expect, all right.I well, I don't expect, and
when they do, it'll make itextra special for you. That's true.
Yeah, yeah, it is fornine. We're the JV Show. I'm
Selina kind of jess what do youhave? All right? So, this
twenty one year old woman in Spainshe fell seriously ill had to be hospitalized
after drinking coffee from a vending machinein an airport. She says, midway

(01:09:15):
through, I don't know how manySIPs she'd already pounded down to this coffee,
she realized that it was full ofbugs. It was a love flies
and things, swarm of insects, she says, inside this cup of coffee,
and her face swelled up, herthroat closed up, she was struggling
to breathe. Her skin was allswelled up and wealthy, and she spent
thirty six hours in the intensive care. I wanted to ask you, because

(01:09:39):
I think there's two types of peoplein this world, so gross, What
kind of person are you? Flylands in your drink? You fish it
out and keep drinking it, orfly lands in your drink, You're done.
You're dumping it out thing away,And if it's at a restaurant,
I'm never going back there again.I also go back by. Yeah,
actually the light it's not therefore,Yeah, if I get it in,

(01:09:59):
the flies already in there, I'mnever going back. If it lands there
and I see it land, I'llgo back again. Ask for anyone.
You guys, don't fish and keepon drinking. You're disgusting, Graham.
A fly lands in your whatever. You just scoop it out and keep and
move on. Can't drink pilot? You know what landed in your food and
drink? I try not to thinkabout that, but you know what,
and it just made more flies inyour drink? Yeah, laid eggs.

(01:10:24):
I think it depends on the sizeof the fly. If it's a fruit
fly, you guys, aren't youjust scoop that out. If it's a
fruitfly, you just scoop it outand move on. Now, big old
horse fly or something? Yeah, that did just fly in from a pile
of dukie next door. I thinkthat one. I made that one.
I'll dumb the drink. But howoften does a big horsefly land in your
drink? It's the little fruit fliesand things throwing it out. Deal fish

(01:10:45):
the mountain. Move on. Wait, so the squirrel that drank the coffee
from an airport vending machine and shewas just munching on some bug salad.
Yeah, like she didn't notice thecrunches in there and stuff. She was
just lurping them up. I don'tknow, you know, when you need
to hit a coffee and your alittle drought mald it like a coffee dispenser
or does she get like a bottledcoffee? Sorry, if you don't have
the answers, I don't have allthe answers that. But she says,

(01:11:06):
after a few mouthfuls, she noticedthe coffee tasted strange, and she looked
inside the cup and found a swarmof insects in there. Yeah. I
don't know exactly how this thing wasgiven to her, but it did come
out of some sort of vending machineat the airport. I don't know what
the thing was that made I wasthe coffee bat or was it the insects
in there that made her sick?I don't know which, You know,
because I've had a bad badge ofcoffee before and it just makes you go

(01:11:28):
to the bathroom the hospital, gotit, got it. I'm shocked you
guys won't just just scoop out ofI'm shocked that you fruit lands in your
glass of boxed wine. You don'tjust scoop it out and just keep drinking
it. No, you dumped thewhole thing. Yeah, wow, if
you've had a couple of glasses ofwine your pop. No. I fished

(01:11:51):
a cockroach one time that fell fromthe ceiling out of somebody's drink that I
served to them at the bar. That's funny. I did fast enough that
they didn't see it. This farI worked out had a lot of bugs
it was. It did not passmany health inspections. And this little tight
it was a small one, butit just sat there and watched them drink
it. I may have dumped thatone and made him a new one really

(01:12:13):
quick before, but either way, they didn't notice that the drink. Honest,
it's all the stuff you need toknow. Was hot in music,
movies, shows, and the mosttalked about stories happening today in the Bay.
You guys. Kendrick Lamar has respondedto Drake, I repeat Kendrick Lamar

(01:12:34):
has responded to Drake. Morning. He just dropped this new song. It's
called euphoria Let's just backtrack really quick, okay. Drake puts out a song
with J Cole. He's like,we're the big three, right, It's
me, Drake, J Cole,Kendrick Lamar. Everyone always refers to us
as the best. We're the goats. Kendrick is like, uh, don't

(01:12:54):
love me in with you guys,I'm the only goat. I don't know
what you're talking about. Then Drakeopted his check against Kendrick. No response.
Drake drops another one, you know, the one with with Ai Tupac
on it. Still no response untilthis morning. This is Kendrick's song euphoriae
about me and I won't tell truthabout you. Oh my god, that

(01:13:17):
was the slowest snoozist. He says, I'm electrophying and you're that's Kendrick sounds
though, that's Kendrick sounds, notalways. Then he switches it. He
switches it. Let me turning isgreat. So does he mean to play
that? Yeah? So he bringsup you know, the tupac Ai verse.
I don't think you liked that verymuch. Let's play one more clip

(01:13:39):
the talk. I think he likesDrake very much. I like that I'm
the biggest hater. That was goodand least he's owning it. I love
that there were so many other goodclips in it that we can't We can't
get to them all, but that'seuphoria. If you want to check out
that song at some point today.Grandma, what do you have in trending?
All right? Hopefully you hadn't putaway your umbrellas and rain jackets for
the season just yet, because there'ssome more rain forecast to return to the

(01:14:02):
Bay Area. The system's a littletoo far out for me to get a
good glimpse of it yet. Insidethe JV Show twenty twenty four Live Doppler
Storm Tracking Weather Blue News Desk thatDrew Tuma two. So I'm just gonna
have to bas this on what otherquote unquote weather people are saying right now.
It sounds like this weekend is goingto be another wet weekend. Looks
like the rain mostly Saturday is whenmost that moisture is gonna arrive. The

(01:14:25):
rain totals are going to be low, nothing very significant, but it could
be enough to get you out ofyour kids baseball or softball game. Selina
is already celebrating over there before Ieven finish that sentence, just giving a
giant let's go there. It iscooler temperatures as well, probably continue it
into next week. It looks likewe're gonna have a few days of some
unsettled weather, they say, Butit's going to be al and a little

(01:14:47):
bit of a wet start to themonth of May this weekend. Yeah,
I thought we were done. It'salmost summer, like school's about to be
out in like a month. Arewe still dealing with rain? I'm over
I'm over it. I'm tired ofmuddy job site and cleaning out mud that
I've tracked into this house I'm building. Are you applying totty? No,

(01:15:10):
but you do have to throw theactual mud to get to that porta potty
that I'm paying for every month.Come on, yeah, I'm ready to
lay on my balcony and get aten. Yeah yet summer The JV Show
