So Jenna's still in the studio. She's really, really, really new the
radio show and the radio station. She's kind of behind the scenes, but
everyone's all to get a peek inher life, and sometimes it's pretty fascinating.
For example, did you know sheplays the stock market rich? No?
I did not peyton to plays stockmarket. No, it scares me.

(00:21):
Cale you play stock market like agame. I exc I knew more
about it, so Jenna can beour like stockbroker advice. How old are
you, Jenna twenty three? Okay, let's go. Let's get the suspenders
out. Yeah, what's happening rightnow? When we got a Wolf of
Wall Street a grocery, what's what'skicking? Listen, guys, I actually

(00:41):
don't know anything about the stock market? Okay, let me just start with
that. Back in like twenty twentyone, I think it was when the
whole game stop thing happened. TheRobin Hood. Yeah, yeah, when
it blew up and all those peoplegot rich. Right. Yeah, I
was at a you know, notthe best point in my life. I
was working at a bakery, notreally making the big buck, you know,
and the chef who I don't knowwhy I trusted him. He was

(01:04):
like this little ginger boy who skateboardedto work every day. That's what you
get all our financial devices. Thisis the going way. I thought it
was gonna guy. He was likelisten, Jenna, like this is our
way out. You gotta trust me, Like AMC is about to blow up.
And I was like, all right, I trust this man. AMC

(01:26):
like the movie theaters, Yeah, that was the next one. And there
he was like they're already making documentariesabout it. Netflix already has a deal,
like you gotta trust me, andyou gotta buy all your stock and
AMC. And I'm like, yeah, Michael, I trust Sorry, throw
out his name, Michael A right. I was like, I trust you.
I'm totally gonna do that. SoI went home told my family about

(01:47):
it. I was like, guys, this is it, this is our
break. I'm gonna invest in AMCstock. And they're like, no,
you're not, Like that is thestupidest thing ever. My mom even talked
to a financial person. But Iwas so set on, like no,
they don't know, like this thisis Michael the background. I saw him.
I'll just find a picture too,It'll make it so much funnier.

(02:07):
But anyways, my grandma was like, yeah, no, you don't even
have Because I was like, I'mgonna invest a thousand dollars and watch it
grow. My Grandma's like, youdon't even have a thousand dollars, so
I'll help you out. My sweetheavenly grandma now invested. She helped me
pitch in for this. She putin like eight hundred dollars of your thousand

(02:28):
exactly, so far you're doing itmoney. It is like I had these
big dreams. I don't even thinkI had a thousand dollars in my account,
but I was like getting them.I was like, it's gonna happen,
okay, So then my grandma helpsme out and we put the money
together. I don't actually now thatI think about it, I don't even
think I put in my own money. Let's just be honest. I think

(02:49):
it was just her eight hundred dollarsand I bought like I don't know,
maybe like fifty shares names see orsomething like that. And at the time
we bought it for like I don'tknow the math, but we bought it
for like expensive, like it wasprobably forty bucks a year or something like
that, right, and I waslike, Grandma, thanks girl, like
I'm gonna make it big for us. I don't know if you guys have
looked at AMC anytime in the pasttwo years in my life. Good.

(03:12):
I try to avoid it. It'sat a solid like five dollars. Oh,
my goal a horrible. You guysheard that this whole robin Hood and
game Stop thing is going down likeright now again. The whole eat the
Rich movement is back. That's whatI'm saying. Wow, give shop stock
was up again. I don't knowanything about it, and I just listen
to the next door. AMC blewup during that time though, So Michael

(03:36):
wasn't wrong because AMC was one ofthe ones that blew up, That's what
I'm saying. And I just sawthat the stock market like yesterday broke records,
but the rich things back up.What do you mean, the whole
So the whole robin Hood game stopthing, like the whole hashtags on Twitter
were like hashtag eat the rich, because wasn't the whole stock thing was like
all of these people are buying gameStop for super low amounts of money.

(03:57):
And then so many people is insuch ti to and that shot all the
stocks up, and all the peoplethat did have investments in it already lost
like billions of dollars. I don'tknow, this is just like what I
kind of like, don't quote meon this, please. I saw the
whole documentary. I didn't understand it, but it's coming back right now,
like totally. I watched the wholedocumentary and afterwards I was like, if
you asked me to summarize that movement, I couldn't. Yeah, I mean

(04:23):
the whole the whole movement is literallyeat the rich was what it was,
and now it's literally in the newshappening again. Right now. Somebody picked
another stock that are doing that too. It's game Stop again. Okay,
everyone's doings. Everyone's stop again becauseafter it because when the whole Robin thing
happened, remember, everyone was soupset because Robin Hood cut it off and
didn't let do what they did,so they were all like what So then

(04:45):
game Stop went back down drastically. All of the other investors that were already
rich made all their money back, and now they're about to do it again.
Okay, So Jenna, you're eighthundred dollars with stock. Is that
worth nothing? Well, everyone's tellingme to hold on. They've been telling
me for the past two years.I mean, wasn't going anywhere. It
was like I was getting anything comingback. Yeah, except I did just
find out, which I'm kind ofmad about, is that apparently I could

(05:06):
have gotten free large popcorn every timeI went to AMC as I didn't even
know. I mean, while thetheaters are shut down twenty twenty one.
Yeah, well now I can think, yeah, just go in to get
your popcorn. Yeah, what's Michaeldoing now? I hopefully live in a

(05:27):
big, rich life, and youknow, I'm hoping the best for him.
But I don't know. I butI did see that AMC was trending
and it got up to like sixdollars. I'm just saying, guys,
I work with the new car suit. What did you do with the bakery?
I worked front of house made,so I was a little brista,
you know, kind of did youdidn't make stuff a little bit? You

(05:48):
did what you make? What wasyou think, well, lattes macha of
a coffee house. Yeah, wehad coffee, but then we would have
these like cool theme days and we'dget to make like different themed treats,
so we'd have like Disney treats.I learned how to make macaroons and cinnamon
rolls. Man, we hit themother lode here. We got stockbroker advice.
