Biography
Formed in Caracas in 2007, Rawayana went on to achieve international recognition with its infectious fusion of rock, reggae, ska, funk, and Caribbean rhythms. With a lineup consisting of Alberto Montenegro (guitar and lead vocals), Antonio Casas (bass), Andrés Story (drummer), and Alejandro Abeijón (guitar), Rawayana became instantly popular in its native Venezuela with the debut album Licencia Para Ser Libre (2011).
