Biography
Country singer and songwriter Drake White's mix of country, blues, funk, rock & roll, and reggae, and his energetic, foot-stomping live shows have led him to Nashville and beyond. On his 2016 album Spark, White co-wrote all but one of the songs, and his stories of Southern life were full of knowing details and subtle wit, which was a fine match for the strength of his vocals. Health problems sidelined him for a while, but 2022's The Optimystic and 2024's Low Country High Road confirmed he was back at full strength.
