A Wake in Providence is an American deathcore unit whose sound combines punitive, breakdown-laden hardcore with icy blasts of blackened symphonic metal. Emerging in 2010, the band elbowed its way to the forefront of the deathcore scene with assured efforts like 2022's Eternity and 2024's I Write to You, My Darling Decay.
