Inspired by classic blues and soul music, singer Alex Hepburn -- a native of London, England -- debuted with a husky-sounding voice that belied her age. Signed to Warner Bros. in the U.K., she released the album Together Alone in 2012. Led by the single "Under," it was most successful in France and Switzerland, where it landed in the Top Five of their national charts. ~ Andy Kellman
