Alex Nante

Composer Alex Nante writes music inspired to an unusual degree by spirituality. His vocal works often involve sacred texts from Eastern and Western traditions. Nante's music, in his own words, "is characterized by a nocturnal and dreamlike atmosphere which opens the door to a spiritual world." Several of Nante's works have been recorded, and his piano concerto Luz de lejos was included on the 2025 Concertos release by pianist Alexandre Tharaud. Nante was born in Buenos Aires in 1992.
