Born Andrea De Filippi in Genoa in 2000, Alfa is an Italian rapper and singer who found success in the early 2020s with his brand of buoyant pop-rap and life-affirming lyrics. After learning how to play guitar and piano, De Filippi entered several local freestyle competitions in his mid-teens, which helped him develop his vocal skills.
