Alvaro Cassuto

Álvaro Cassuto was often ranked as Portugal's top orchestral conductor. He was active frequently both in the U.S. and in other European countries, as well as in Portugal. Cassuto was also a noted composer. He has a substantial recording catalog that includes the EP Abril, Falla, Weber, released in 2024. Cassuto was born in Porto, Portugal, on November 17, 1938.
