She worked in television (including Love Is A Many Splendored Thing), the theatre (her Broadway debut was in 1972's The Ambassador, plus a number of off-Broadway productions and also with the American Conservatory Theater), and in movies (including 1976's The Front, for which she was nominated for a Golden Globe Award, 1981's The Hand, 1985's The Stuff, and 1993's Jack The Bear).
