Andrew D'Angelo

Raised in Seattle, Alto saxophonist Andrew D'Angelo began playing professionally in his hometown at age 14. He relocated to New York at age 20, spent five years in Boston, and then returned to New York, where he has become quite active within the downtown avant-garde community. He tours and records regularly with the very popular Matt Wilson Quartet.
