Andrew Matthews-Owen

Andrew Matthews-Owen is an important collaborative pianist with a strong commitment to contemporary music. He has also recorded solo piano music and is active as an educator and vocal coach. Matthews-Owen was born in Neath, Wales, around 1977 (WalesOnline in early 2009 reported his age as 31). In 1996, he enrolled at Cardiff University, having already taken piano and cello lessons as a youth.
