Animal Logic

Experimental pop unit Animal Logic began in 1987 as a long-discussed collaboration between ex-Police drummer Stewart Copeland and jazz fusion bass virtuoso Stanley Clarke; after wading through hundreds of demo tapes and auditions, the duo discovered Los Angeles-based singer/songwriter Deborah Holland, recruiting Copeland's former bandmate Andy Summers to complete the original lineup.
