Popular Indian playback singer Arijit Singh is known for his warm, soulful voice, earnestness, and emotional range. After making his Bollywood debut as a playback singer in 2011, and topping the singles chart for the first time with 2013's "Tum Hi Ho," his dozens of hits have made him a household name in India. Among his many awards, he won the National Film Award for Best Male Playback Singer in 2018 ("Binte Dil") and 2022 ("Kesariya"). In 2025, Singh contributed vocals to the Ed Sheeran hit "Sapphire."
