Asher Gamedze

Asher Gamedze is a drummer, composer, writer, and activist from South Africa. His work as a musician crisscrosses traditions and styles from the African continent. He came to the attention of North Americans and Europeans through his work on Angel Bat Dawid's 2019 offering The Oracle.
