Aun Aqui is the moniker of Alabama-based singer, songwriter, and author Jace Yarbrough, whose soft, experimental indie pop has been scattered across various low-key digital releases since 2011, culminating in the 2018 collection The Ones I Liked. Having adopted as her creative name the Spanish translation of the phrase "Still Here," the Birmingham native eventually began recording her introspective, largely acoustic songs at home, posting occasional singles and demos on free digital platforms with little or no promotion.
